Plato's and Aristotle's conception of the state
No full textCílem této práce je rozebrat Platónovu a Aristotelovu koncepci státu. Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se rozhodla věnovat nejprve Platónovi. Práce analyzuje jeho teorii státu. Zaměřím se na celkovou koncepci a následně rozeberu také autorův pohled na jednotlivé instituty jako například výchovu, majetek, veřejné úřady a občany ve státě. Vzhledem k povaze Platónovy filozofie nelze vynechat ani jeho teorii idejí, na které jeho myšlenky stojí. Práce pracuje s jeho díly Ústava a Zákony. Následně provedu krátkou komparaci těchto děl a upozorním na změny v Platónově teorii státu.
Další část je věnována Aristotelovi. Struktura rozboru jeho pohledu na stát bude shodná s částí, která se bude věnovat Platónovi. U tohoto autora čerpám jeho politické myšlenky z díla Politika. Práce obsahuje také kapitolu, která se věnuje hodnocení Platónových myšlenek ze strany Aristotela. Třetí část této práce se zaměřuje na komparaci filozofů.
Poslední část věnuji vlivu těchto dvou filozofů na formování koncepce státu v pozdějších dobách.ObhájenoThe aim of this work is to analyse Plato's and Aristotle's conception of the state. In my bachelor's thesis I decided to focus first on Plato. The thesis analyses his theory of the state. I will focus on the overall conception and then I will also analyse the author's view on individual institutions such as education, property, public offices and citizens in the state. Due to the nature of Plato's philosophy, his theory of ideas on which his ideas are based, cannot be omitted. The thesis works with his works The Constitution and The Laws. I will then make a brief comparison of these works and highlight the changes in Plato's theory of the state.
The next section is devoted to Aristotle. The structure of the analysis of his view of the state will be identical to the section dealing with Plato. For this author, I draw his political ideas from his work Politics. The thesis also contains a chapter that deals with Aristotle's evaluation of Plato's ideas. The third part of this thesis focuses on the comparison of the philosophers.
The last part is devoted to the influence of these two philosophers on the formation of the concept of the state in later times

Přináší přehled osobností a organizací, jež se angažovaly ve prospěch rozvoje ženského vzdělání v období, kdy byly ženy v této oblasti marginalizovány a omezeny na sféru domácnosti a plnily očekávanou úlohu manželky a matky. Práce popisuje životní příběhy vybraných vysokoškolsky vzdělaných žen, které byly průkopnicemi v obdržení doktorských titulů, a zmiňuje rovněž první českou profesorku. Sleduje postupný vývoj ženské emancipace skrze vzdělání a změny ve společnosti, zapojení žen do veřejného života, a politiky, přičemž se ženy dostávají i k rovnoprávnému postavení a volebnímu právu v roce 1920.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis focuses on the development of women's education in the Czech environment. It provides an overview of individuals and organizations that were involved in promoting the advancement of women's education during a period when women were marginalized in this area and confined to the sphere of household duties, fulfilling the expected roles of wife and mother. The thesis describes the life stories of selected highly educated women who were pioneers in obtaining doctoral degrees and also mentions the first Czech female professor. It tracks the gradual development of women's emancipation through education and societal changes, including women's involvement in public life and politics, leading to women attaining equal status and the right to vote in 1920
Brexit - opportunity or threat?
No full textBakalářská práce s názvem ,,Brexit - příležitost nebo hrozba?" se věnuje problematice spojené s vystoupením Spojeného království z Evropské unie. Cílem bakalářské práce je rozhodnout, zda odchod z EU je pro Spojené království příležitostí či hrozbou na základě komparace a analýzy vývoje základních makroekonomických ukazatelů a charakterizování klíčových příležitostí a hrozeb plynoucích z Brexitu. První kapitola bakalářské práce se zabývá charakteristikou jednotlivých úrovní ekonomické integrace a historií evropské integrace. Následující kapitola je věnována vzájemným vztahům Spojeného království a EU v předbrexitovém období. Třetí kapitola této práce je zaměřena na základní makroekonomické ukazatele. Čtvrtá kapitola této práce se zabývá komparací a analýzou vývoje makroekonomických ukazatelů Spojeného království a EU. Následující kapitola této práce je zaměřena na charakterizování klíčových příležitostí a hrozeb plynoucích z Brexitu. Adaptation process of a new employee in the organization
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptací zaměstnanců v organizaci. První kapitola teoretické části práce je věnována řízení lidských zdrojů, s důrazem na adaptaci nových zaměstnanců. Druhá kapitola analyzuje různé aspekty adaptace, fáze adaptačního procesu, jeho objekty či subjekty a další části. Dále se zabývá hodnocením adaptačního procesu a identifikuje nejčastější chyby v tomto procesu a jejich důsledky. V následující kapitole, která spadá do praktické části práce je představena konkrétní organizace, a to ČEZ, a.s., včetně informací o dceřiných společnostech Skupiny ČEZ a ČEZ Prodej. Následující kapitola popisuje konkrétní proces adaptace na call centru v organizaci ČEZ Prodej, včetně rozhovoru s vedoucím odpovědným za adaptaci a zhodnocení tohoto procesu. Práce se dále zaměřuje na spokojenost zaměstnanců s procesem adaptace a výsledky dotazníkového šetření v této oblasti. Nakonec jsou prezentována opatření a návrhy pro zlepšení procesu adaptace na základě vyhodnocení a získaných dat.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on employee onboarding in an organization. The first chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis is about human resource management, with an attention to the adaptation of new employees. The second chapter analyses different aspects of adaptation, the stages of the adaptation process, its objects or subjects, and other parts. It also deals with the evaluation of the adaptation process and identifies the most common mistakes in this process and their consequences. The following chapter, which belongs to the practical part of the thesis, introduces a specific organization, namely ČEZ, a.s., including information about the subsidiaries of ČEZ Group and ČEZ Prodej. Hlavním cílem práce je provést detailní analýzu a hodnocení stávajícího adaptačního procesu a na jeho základě předložit návrhy na jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a procesu adaptace. V praktické části je představena společnost Škoda Transportation, a.s. Dále jsou zde využita data z rozhovorů se zaměstnankyní personálního oddělení a s vedoucím výcvikového centra, která slouží k odhalení silných a slabých stránek tohoto procesu. Cílem této práce je otestovat a následně hodnotit kariérní stránky a následně navrhnout doporučení. Struktura práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, a to teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část je založena na odborné literatuře a pojednává o procesu náboru zaměstnanců s důrazem na externí zdroje, definuje pojmy jako značka zaměstnavatele, uchazeči a cílová skupina. Závěrečná část teoretické sekce se pak věnuje kariérním stránkám a jejich významu, přínosu a obsahu. Empirická část detailně popisuje a analyzuje kariérní stránky zkoumaných společností. No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit nákupní procesy podniku na základě teoretických poznatků a analýzy konkrétních nákupních případů, s cílem navrhnout zlepšení a efektivní opatření. Teoretická část práce definuje koncept nákupu v podnikovém prostředí, zatímco praktická část se zaměřuje na představení vybrané společnosti a jejího nákupního útvaru. Obsahuje detailní popis směrnic a procesů, které slouží jako základ pro analýzu konkrétních nákupních případů. Tato analýza odhalila nedostatky v existujících nákupních procesech, na základě čehož jsou navržena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení a eliminaci neefektivních postupů. Očekává se, že aplikace těchto navržených opatření povede ke snížení nadbytečných finančních a časových nákladů. V práci je popsána kineziologie jednotlivých segmentů dolní končetiny, valgozita včetně dalších patologií, rovnováha, propriocepce a senzomotorické vložky. Nakonec jsou popsány klinické testy a metody, které jsou následně implementovány ve výzkumné části práce. Pro zjištění účinků proprioceptivních vložek na valgozitu kolenního a hlezenního kloubu bylo zvoleno porovnání rozdílů výsledků vybraných testů ze vstupního a výstupního vyšetření.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis focuses on monitoring the effects of sensorimotor insoles on lower limb valgus among children of younger school age with a diagnosed functional defect of pes valgus. The thesis describes the kinesiology of individual segments of the lower limb, valgus including other pathologies, balance, proprioception and sensorimotor inserts. Finally, clinical tests and methods are described, which are subsequently implemented in the research part of the work. To determine the effects of proprioceptive inserts on knee and ankle joint valgus, a comparison of the differences in the results of selected tests from the initial and final examination was chosen
The role of the occupational therapist in the development of independence of pupils in special primary schools
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na roli ergoterapeuta při rozvoji soběstačnosti žáků základních škol speciálních. Cílem výzkumu bylo identifikovat konkrétní způsoby, jak je ergoterapie integrována a prováděna v prostředí základních škol speciálních. Pro sestavení výzkumného souboru byli vybráni ergoterapeuti, kteří působí v základních školách speciálních, a to na základě přesné evidenční dokumentace školství poskytované Ministerstvem školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy.
Výsledky výzkumu potvrdily, že ergoterapie hraje klíčovou roli v podpoře soběstačnosti žáků základních škol speciálních se speciálními potřebami, které mají osoby se zdravotním, mentálním či jiným postižením. Zjištění naznačují úspěšné využití ergoterapie ve speciálním školství, přičemž pozitivní vliv je patrný ve zlepšeném soběstačném chování žáků.
Na základě získaných výsledků mého kvalitativního výzkumu bych ráda zdůraznila důležitost navržených opatření pro posílení úlohy ergoterapeutů ve speciálních základních školách. Z mého pohledu by bylo prospěšné implementovat rozšíření počtu ergoterapeutů v těchto školách. Tato opatření by měla za cíl vytvořit optimální prostředí pro poskytování individuální podpory a péče pro žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami.
Celkově vzato lze říci, že rozšíření počtu ergoterapeutů ve speciálních základních školách by mohlo představovat klíčový krok směrem k vytvoření inkluzivního a podpůrného prostředí, které umožňuje žákům se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami plně se integrovat do školního života a dosahovat svého maximálního potenciálu.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the role of the occupational therapist in the development of self-sufficiency in primary special education pupils. The aim of the research was to identify specific ways in which occupational therapy is integrated and implemented in the primary special school setting. Occupational therapists working in primary special schools were selected to form the research population based on accurate educational records provided by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
The results of the research confirmed that occupational therapy plays a key role in promoting the self-sufficiency of primary special needs pupils who have medical, intellectual or other disabilities. The findings suggest the successful use of occupational therapy in special education, with the positive impact evident in the improved self-sufficient behaviour of pupils.
Based on the findings of my qualitative research, I would like to highlight the importance of the proposed measures to strengthen the role of occupational therapists in special primary schools. From my point of view, it would be beneficial to implement an increase in the number of occupational therapists in these schools. These measures would aim to create an optimal environment for the provision of individual support and care for pupils with special educational needs.
Overall, expanding the number of occupational therapists in special primary schools could be a key step towards creating an inclusive and supportive environment that enables pupils with special educational needs to fully integrate into school life and achieve their maximum potential
