No full textRigorózní práce se zabývá otázkou, jak jsou upraveny vztahy u přeshraničně uzavíraných smluv o dílo, konkrétně mezi českým a německými podnikateli. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na nároky spojené s vadami díla a smluvní odpovědnost. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. V první části analyzuje vytyčený smluvní vztah z pohledu mezinárodního práva soukromého. Ve druhé části popisuje aktuální právní stav v českém právu, kdy klade větší důraz na problematiku smluvní odpovědnosti, které je stále ještě relativně nový institut a není plně výkladově ustálená. V poslední části se stejným právním institutům věnuje z pohledu německého práva.ObhájenoThis rigorous thesis deals with the question of regulation of cross-border contracts for work, specifically contracts concluded between Czech and German entrepreneurs. It focuses in particular on claims related to defects in work and contractual liability. The work is divided into three main parts. In the first part, it analyses the contractual relationship from the perspective of private international law. In the second part it describes the current legal situation in Czech law, where it places emphasis on the issue of contractual liability as a new regulation which usage is not completely clarified yet. In the last part it analyses the same legal institutes from the perspective of German law

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá automatickou detekcí událostí ve videozáznamech fotbalových utkání. Jejím hlavním cílem je analyzovat a zpracovat videozáznamy za účelem nalezení klíčových událostí, jako jsou góly, rohové kopy, fauly a další významné momenty zápasu. V úvodu práce je představena motivace a využití této úlohy, včetně přehledu současných metod a technologií, které se pro detekci událostí ve fotbalu využívají. Následně se práce věnuje metodám strojového a hlubokého učení, které jsou klíčové pro analýzu videozáznamů. V praktické části je popsána aplikace použitého modelu na videozáznamy zápasů nižších českých fotbalových soutěží, včetně přípravy vlastních dat, trénování modelu, provedení experimentů a vyhodnocení jejich výsledků. Závěrem jsou diskutována možná vylepšení, nedostatky a další směry výzkumu v této oblasti.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with automatic event detection in football match videos. Its main objective is to analyze and process video recordings in order to find key events such as goals, corners, fouls and other significant moments of the match. The motivation and applications of this task are presented in the introduction of the paper, including an overview of current methods and technologies used for event detection in football. Subsequently, the thesis discusses machine and deep learning methods that are key to video analysis. The practical part describes the application of the used model to video recordings of matches of lower Czech football competitions, including preparation of own data, training of the model, conducting experiments and evaluation of their results. Finally, possible improvements, shortcomings and further research directions in this area are discussed

Emotikony jsou dnešní psychologický, informativní i estetický jazyk každodenního života, který nabývá hodnotu ornamentu a zároveň se stává banalizujícím regresem vývoje vizuálního jazyka na digitálních platformách sociálních sítí. Praktická práce je vytvořená v médiu malby na plátně různými technikami. Pracoval jsem s malířským plátnem na zemi, abych se mohl vyjádřit expresivně s gestickým výrazem a zapojit pohyb celého těla.ObhájenoIn my diploma thesis, I have been focusing on the visual language of ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and contemporary digital emoji. Emoticons are today's psychological, informative and aesthetic language of everyday life, which acquires the value of an ornament and at the same time becomes a trivializing regression of the development of visual language on digital platforms of social networks. The final work is created in the medium of painting on canvas using various techniques. No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na minimalizaci nákladů na osvětlení ve vertikálních farmách. Nejprve jsou vysvětleny podmínky pro pěstování rostlin a fungování LED světel v oblasti vertikálního farmaření. Dále jsou představeny možné modely pro šetření elektrické energie pro odběratele na day-ahead energetických trzích. Pro kombinace různých modelů svícení a lamp je popsána mutikriteriální úloha. V úloze je nalezena množina pareto-optimálních lamp a pro výběr jedné lampy je použita metoda vážených sum. Programovací část práce je řešena v prostředí Matlab. Modely šetření elektrické energie jsou navíc naprogramovány v aplikacích platformy Industrial Edge od firmy Siemens.ObhájenoThis Master's thesis is focused on optimising the costs of lighting in indoor vertical farms. First, it explains the condition for crop growth and the operation of LED lights in vertical farming. Second, it introduces possible models of electricity savings for consumers on day-ahead energy markets. The thesis then describes a multi-criteria problem involving different lighting strategies and light sources. A set of Pareto-optimal lamps is found, and one lamp is selected by the method of weighted sums. The programming part is solved in Matlab. Electrical energy saving models are programmed in addition in Industrial Edge applications by the company Siemens
