No full textDiplomová práce představuje tři možné varianty rozvoje společnosti SH Weld s.r.o. Varianty byly sestaveny na základně kapacitních výpočtů, které vychází z plánu výroby na dalších 5 let. K variantám byly vypracovány analýzy investiční, SWOT a vehicle tracking, o nejvhodnější variantě bylo rozhodnuto pomocí vícekriteriální studie bodovací s váhami. Nejvhodnější varianta byla zpracována do výkresové dokumentace.ObhájenoThis thesis presents three possible options for the development of SH Weld s.r.o. The variants were complied on the basis of capacity calculations based on the production plan for the next 5 years. Investment, SWOT and vehicle tracking analyses were done for the variants, the most suitable variant was decided using a multi-criteria scoring study with weight. No full textTato rigorózní práce je zaměřena na rozvázání pracovního poměru výpovědí ze strany zaměstnavatele, přičemž se tato práce se zabývá náležitostmi výpovědi a jejími vadami, dále některými instituty souvisejícími se skončením pracovního poměru, jako je výpovědní doba, odstupné a neplatnost rozvázání pracovního poměru, kde je blíže popsán postup při uplatňování práv z neplatného rozvázání pracovního poměru výpovědí, náhrada mzdy a obecně také žaloba na neplatnost rozvázání pracovního poměru výpovědí. Stěžejní částí této rigorózní práce je čtvrtá kapitola třetí části, která se zabývá výpovědními důvody. Zákoník práce zná celkem osm výpovědních důvodů, které lze rozdělit na důvody organizační, zdravotní a důvody na straně zaměstnance. Tato rigorózní práce obsahuje několik úvah de lege ferenda, obvykle navazujících na výpovědní důvody. Práce však obsahuje i další úvahy de lege ferenda, kde je nabídnut a popsán jiný výpovědní důvod.ObhájenoThis rigorous thesis is focused on the termination of the employment relationship by notice of termination given by the employer. This thesis deals with the requirements of a notice of termination and its defects, as well as some institutes related to the termination of an employment relationship, such as the notice period, severance pay and the invalidity of the termination of the employment relationship, where the procedure for exercising rights from the invalid termination of the employment relationship by notice of termination is described in more detail, compensation of wages and also an action for the invalidity of the termination of the employment relationship by notice of termination. The key part of this rigorous thesis is the fourth chapter of the third part, which deals with grounds for notice of termination. The Labour Code recognizes a total of eight reasons for notice of termination, which can be divided into organizational reasons, health reasons and reasons based on the employee's side. No full textTato disertační práce se zaměřuje na simulace potrubního systému před SCR katalyzátorem. Práce zkoumá pět základních geometrických úprav systémů, navržených ke zlepšení distribuce spalin vstupujících do katalyzátoru prostřednictvím jednoduchých geometrických úprav. Klíčovým prvkem technologie SCR, který je v této studii zkoumán, je vstřikování AdBlue?. Rozsáhlý výzkum vedl k obecně doporučeným místům vstřikování. Kromě toho se práce krátce dotýká simulací chemických rovnic popisujících katalytickou redukci . Na závěr disertace se všechny získané poznatky aplikují na reálný systém SCR. Zde dojde k ilustraci potenciálního zlepšení celého systému prostřednictvím navržených geometrických úprav.ObhájenoThis dissertation focuses on the simulation of the piping system preceding the SCR catalyst. The work explores five fundamental geometric modifications of systems designed to enhance the distribution of flue gas entering the catalyst through straightforward geometric adjustments. A key element of SCR technology investigated in this study is AdBlue? injection. Extensive research has led to generally recommended injection locations. Additionally, the thesis briefly touches on simulations of chemical equations describing the catalytic reduction of NOx. In the end of this thesis, all acquired insights are applied to a real SCR system. This illustrates the potential improvement of the entire system through the proposed geometric modifications
Comparison of Parallel Implementation of B Algorithm in Java and C/C++
No full textJedna z používaných technik pro předpověď dopravy je čtyřkrokový model, jehož součástí je i přiřazení dopravy. Přiřazení dopravy přichází poté, co je již určen dopravní tok z každého počátku do každého cíle v dopravní síti ve formě OD matice a obnáší přiřazení tohoto toku jednotlivým silnicím v síti tak, aby jízdy používaly nejlevnější trasy. Algoritmus B řeší statickou variantu přiřazení dopravy, kdy prvky OD matice jsou konstanty a řešení pak reprezentuje průměr přes modelovaný časový úsek. V této práci je Algoritmus B paralelizován a implementován v Javě a C++ a následně jsou porovnány přiřazené toky, čas a paměť. Výsledkem práce je, že C++ je o ~8% rychlejší a potřebuje o ~4% méně paměti. Samotná paralelizace pak dokáže na použitých počítačích urychlit algoritmus až o ~80%.ObhájenoOne of the techniques used for traffic forecasting is the four-step model, part of which is traffic assignment. Traffic assignment comes after determining the traffic flow from each origin to each destination in the traffic network taking the form of OD matrix and it entails assignment of this flow to each link in the network so that trips would use cheapest paths. Algorithm B solves static variant of traffic assignment in which elements of the OD matrix are constants and the result represents an average over considered time frame. In this thesis, Algorithm B is parallelized and implemented in Java and C++. Then, the assigned flows, the computation time and memory consumption of both versions are compared. The result is that C++ is ~8% faster and needs ~4% less memory. The parallelization alone is able to speed up the algoritm by ~80% on used computers

Kromě toho práce podrobně popisuje trénink modelu neuronové sítě orientovaného na společnost Eurosoftware, který je zaměřen na zobecnění architektonických dat z podnikových aplikací společnosti. Zahrnuje vytvoření softwarového nástroje, který pomáhá při přípravě dat potřebných k trénování tohoto modelu, a také samotné trénování a následné vyhodnocení modelu.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis examines the technologies and programming languages used by Eurosoftware. Brain-computer interface system for a therapeutic robot
No full textCílem této práce je navrhnout systém rozhraní mozek-počítač pro terapeutického robota, implementovat jeho vybrané části a otestovat řešení v reálném provozu. Čtenář je seznámen se základními principy v oblasti rozhraní mozek-počítač a s jeho využitím v oblasti neurorehabilitace. Následně jsou popsány systémy dostupné v neuroinformatické laboratoři katedry informatiky a výpočetní techniky Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. S jejich využitím je systém navržen a sestaven. V implementační části byly vytvořeny programy v programovacím jazyce Python pro ukládání a vizualizaci dat naměřených prostřednictvím čelenky Brainlink Lite. Dokončený systém je zdokumentován, otestován v reálném provozu a jsou vyhodnoceny dosažené výsledky.ObhájenoThe aim of this thesis is to design a brain-computer interface system for a therapeutic robot, implement selected parts of it and test the solution in a real application. First, the basic principles in the field of brain computer interface and its application in neurorehabilitation are explained. Then the components available in the neuroinformatics laboratory of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen are described. These components are used to design and build a complete system. In the implementation part, programs in the Python programming language were created to store and visualize the data measured by the Brainlink Lite headband. The completed system is documented, tested in real use and the results obtained are evaluated

No full textKniha je bibliofilií a nese název Oboustranka. Text knihy vytvořila moje maminka, která si po dobu přibližně 10 měsíců psala deník. Kniha je o nemoci, bolesti, naději i beznaději, strachu, lásce, porozumění i optimismu.
Maminka není jen autorkou textu ale také části ilustrací. Vytvářela linoryty. Ilustrace jsem tvořila do písku. Jedná se o doteky ruky. Kresby jsem fotila a dále zpracovávala. V knize jde také o možnosti propojit obyčejného člověka s uměním. Dát mu šanci vyjádřit se a dokázat možnost spolupráce.
Kniha je určena lidem, kteří si procházejí něčím podobným (nemocným, příbuzným, kamarádům).
Knihu volně doprovází litografie a monotypy. Ty navazují na kresby v písku. Propojuje je tedy dotek ruky. Tisky jsou uloženy v deskách, které tyto soubory spojí v jeden celek.ObhájenoThe book is bibliophilia and is called Oboustranka. The text of the book was created by my mother, who wrote a diary for ten months. The book is about illness, pain, hope and hopelessness, fear, love, understanding and optimism.
Mom is not only the author of the text but also author of some of the illustrations. She was creating lynorites. I created the illustrations in the sand. These are the touches of the hand. I photographed the drawings and processed them further. The book is also about the possibilities of connecting ordinary people with art. Give him chances to express himself and prove the possibility of cooperation.
The book is intended for people who are going through something similar (sick people, relatives, friends).
The book is freely accompanied by lithographs and monotypes. These follow the drawings in the sand. So they are connected by the touch of the hand. Prints are stored in boards that combine these files into one

No full textCílem Diplomové práce bylo vytvořit sérii obrazů a digitálních koláží, které by měly poukazovat na to, jak lidé vnímají sebe sama a svůj svět. Jak vlastně funguje lidská mysl, nebo spíš nastínit jistou cestu k takovéto polemice.
Rozhodl jsem se, že přirovnám způsob takového uvažování k povrchnímu vnímání toho, jak lidé vypadají. Postavil jsem proti sobě člověka a grotesku, krásu a ošklivost, dobro a zlo.
Tyto obrazy zobrazují jakési pokoje, které vypadají stejně nebo podobně, a přece je každý jiný. Jsou v nich lidé a grotesky, které rovněž vypadají stejně, a přesto je každý jiný. Je tam tedy smyšlený člověk v nějakém smyšleném pokoji a sleduje svůj odraz, který není jeho odrazem. Všichni se totiž díváme jinak na stejný svět. A také se díváme různě na stejné lidi. Zeptejte se pěti lidí na jednoho člověka. Každý o něm řekne něco jiného. Chtěl jsem tedy na tohle všechno poukázat. Jak lidé překrucují realitu, jak vnímají sebe a své okolí.
Chtěl jsem také patřičně uzavřít kapitolu mého studia. Zohlednit to, čemu jsem se během studia věnoval a zkombinovat to ve své závěrečné práci. Maloval jsem předně obrazy, které by měly řešit polemiku mezi dobrem a zlem. Dále jsem se věnoval tématu palác mysli a kombinování různých médií. Chci v této polemice setrvat a dál vytvářet obrazy, které na tyto věci poukazují.ObhájenoThe aim of the thesis was to create a series of images and digital collages that would show how people perceive themselves and their world. How the human mind actually works, or rather to outline a certain path to such a polemic.
I decided to compare this way of thinking to a superficial perception of how people look. I juxtaposed the human and the grotesque, beauty and ugliness, good and evil.
These images depict a kind of room that looks the same or similar, and yet each is different. There are people and grotesques that also look the same, and yet each is different. So there is a fictional person in some fictional room, watching his reflection, which is not his reflection. Because we all look at the same world differently. And we also look at the same people differently. Ask five people about one person. Each will say something different about him. So I wanted to point all this out. How people distort reality, how they perceive themselves and their surroundings.
I also wanted to close the chapter of my study appropriately. To take what I have studied during my studies and combine it in my final thesis. I was primarily painting images that would address the controversy between good and evil. I also explored the theme of the mind palace and combining different media. I want to stay in this polemic and continue to create paintings that point to these things
