Sociální kapitál a pomáhající profese
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na význam sociálního kapitálu v kontextu sociálních služeb a na pomáhající profese. V teoretické části jsou představeny koncepce sociálního kapitálu a jejich rozlišení. Následně teoretická část vymezuje pomáhající profese, v rámci nichž je představena sociální práce. Prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu si v této práci kladu za cíl prozkoumat vliv sociálního kapitálu mezi sociálními pracovníky pracujícími v sociálních službách. Následně je provedena interpretace získaných dat, analýza stanovených hypotéz a vyhodnocení hlavní výzkumné otázky.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis explores the significance of social capital in the context of social services and helping professions. The theoretical part introduces the concepts of social capital and their distinctions. Subsequently, the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis defines helping professions, within which social work is presented. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá teoretickými prvky existenciální analýzy, psychoterapeutického přístupu hodnotící podmínky života klienta, které mu brání nebo jej naopak vedou k prožitku smysluplnosti života. Tyto prvky v teoretické části práce představuji především na základě Franklova díla, zakladatele existenciální analýzy. Danými klíčovými teoretickými koncepty jsou zejména pojmy jako smysl života, smysl utrpení, hodnoty, svoboda a odpovědnost, které lze také aplikovat v sociální práci s lidmi se zkušeností s psychiatrickým onemocněním. Pro výzkum jsem v praktické části využila polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které jsem realizovala se sociálními pracovníky působícími v dané oblasti sociální práce. Mým záměrem bylo zjistit, zda mají pracovníci povědomí o existenciální analýze, v jaké míře zmiňovaných prvků využívají a v jakém významu je s nimi zacházeno.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis deals with the theoretical elements of existential analysis, a psychotherapeutic approach evaluating the conditions of the client's life, which prevent or lead the client to experience the meaning of life. I present these elements in the theoretical part of the work mainly on the basis of Frankl's work, who´s the founder of existential analysis. The given key theoretical concepts explore the meaning of life, the meaning of suffering, values, freedom and responsibility, which can also be applied in social work with people with experience of psychiatric illness. In the practical part of the research, I used semi-structured interviews, which I conducted with social workers working in the given field of social work. Nutrition and eating habits of the Roma population in the context of Social work
No full textV rámci tohoto tématu se budu zabývat výživou a stravovacími zvyklostmi u romské populace v Plzeňském kraji. Výživa a stravovací zvyklosti u dané populace jsou významným tématem pro zdraví jedince. Cílem studie bylo zmapovat stravovací zvyklosti u romské populace a identifikovat možnosti sociální práce podporující zdravou výživu u této populace v kontextu sekundární prevence. Jako výzkumný přístup jsem zvolila smíšený typ výzkumu, kdy dotazníkové šetření bude předcházet kvalitativním polostrukturovaným rozhovorům. Důvodem je efektivnější zmapování problematiky a identifikování možnosti sociální práce v této oblasti. Do výběru respondentů a respondentek jsou zahrnuti Romové, kteří se označí za Romy sebeidentifikací. Analýza dat ve formě statistické deskripce a kvalitativní tematické analýzy bude vedena výzkumnými otázkami s cílem navrhnout doporučení pro sociální práci v této oblasti.ObhájenoWithin this topic I will deal with the nutrition and eating habits of the Roma population in the Pilsen region. Nutrition and dietary habits of a given population are an important topic for the health of an individual. The aim of the study was to map the dietary habits of the Roma population and to identify the possibilities of social work promoting healthy nutrition in this population in the context of secondary prevention. As a research approach, I chose a mixed-method research design, where a questionnaire survey will precede qualitative semi-structured interviews. The reason for this is to map the issue more effectively and identify opportunities for social work in this area. The selection of respondents includes Roma who self-identify as Roma. Data analysis in the form of statistical descriptions and qualitative thematic analysis will be guided by research questions in order to propose recommendations for social work in this area

No full textTato diplomové práce pojednává o předsednictví ČR v Radě EU v letech 2009 a 2022. Je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části se práce soustřeďuje na předsednictví v roce 2009. Zde se práce nejdříve věnuje prioritám, které si ČR vybrala. Poté šestiměsíčnímu průběhu předsednictví a v poslední řadě jeho hodnocení. V druhé části se práce zabývá druhým předsednictvím ČR v Radě EU, které proběhlo v roce 2022. Zde se práce, stejně jako v první části, věnuje prioritám, průběhu předsednictví a jeho hodnocení. Poslední část je věnována komparaci obou českých předsednictví.ObhájenoThis diploma thesis discusses the presidency of the Czech Republic in the Council of the EU in 2009 and 2022. It is divided into three part. In the first part the thesis focuses on the presidency in 2009. Here, the thesis spend time on the priorities that were chosen by the Czech Republic. In the second part the thesis deals with the second presidency of the Czech republic in the Council of the EU which took place in 2022. No full textTato diplomová práce pojednává o výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v ústavněprávních souvislostech. Za tímto účelem je práce rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část se zaměřuje na výklad pojmů trest odnětí svobody a základní zásady pro jeho ukládání z pohledu ústavnosti. Druhá část diplomové práce se zabývá samotným výkonem trestu odnětí svobody. Je zde kladen důraz na způsoby omezení či zbavení některých práv a svobod v souladu s účelem trestu a požadavkem proporcionality zásahu do těchto ústavně garantovaných práv. Třetí část se zabývá především rozborem práv odsouzených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a možnostmi jejich realizace. Je zde také popsán systém jejich ochrany a analyzována vybraná judikatura a jiná rozhodnutí ve vztahu k této problematice.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with the execution of imprisonment in constitutional law contexts. For this purpose, the thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on the interpretation of the concept of imprisonment and the basic principles for its imposition from a constitutional perspective. The second part of the thesis deals with the actual execution of imprisonment. Emphasis is placed on the manner of restricting or depriving certain rights and freedoms in accordance with the purpose of the punishment and the requirement of proportionality of the intervention into these constitutionally guaranteed rights. The third part primarily addresses the rights of convicts in the execution of imprisonment and the possibilities of their realization. It also describes the system of their protection and analyzes selected case law and other decisions relating to the issues of these rights

No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá dopady veřejnoprávní regulace veřejného užívání pozemních komunikací. Dále se snaží podat analýzu potenciálně sporných případů veřejného užívání pozemních komunikací. Hlavními cíli diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu potenciálně sporných případů veřejného užívání pozemních komunikací a k této problematice vymezit také názor pojišťovny působící v České republice. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na veřejné užívání jako takové. Nejprve se snaží vystihnout podobu veřejného užívání napříč dějinami. Dále vymezuje pojem veřejného užívání a v poslední řadě dostává prostor také jeho předmět společně s jeho právním rámcem. Druhá kapitola diplomové práce se věnuje veřejnému užívání pozemních komunikací. Ve třetí části diplomové práce se autor snaží o vymezení případů, ve kterých dochází ke střetávání
a prolínání veřejného práva s právem soukromým. Čtvrtá kapitola diplomové práce je věnována pohledu pojišťovny na veřejnoprávní regulaci veřejného užívání pozemních komunikací. Pozornosti autora neunikne ani působnost dopravní policie. Nebude opomenut ani názor kanceláře Veřejného ochránce práv a také Policejního prezidia České republiky. V poslední kapitole se autor diplomové práce zaměří na analýzu veřejnoprávní regulace v potenciálně sporných případech veřejného užívání pozemních komunikací.ObhájenoThe main concern of the thesis is the effects of public service regulation of public usage of roads. It also seeks to analyze cases of contentious use of public roads. Main objectives of the thesis were to analyze potentially contentious cases of public use of roads, and to also add the opinion on this issue from an insurance company operating in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter starts with identifying the form of public use throughout history, then it defines the term of public use and lastly, the subject matter is given a legal framework. The second chapter is focusing directly on one of the domains of public use, the public use of roads. The third chapter of the thesis serves to define and analyze cases, where both public and private law both clash and intersect. The fourth chapter of this thesis is focused on the views of insurance company on the public service regulation of public use of roads. The dimension of traffic police also does not escape the author´s attention, neither will the office of Public defender of rights or the Police presidium of Czech Republic. In the last chapter, the author of the diploma thesis focuses on analyzing public service regulation of potentially contentious cases of public use of roads
Protection against public administration inactivity
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nečinnosti veřejné správy, jež považujeme za jeden z negativních jevů, s kterým se lze v oblasti výkonu veřejné správy setkat. Práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu nečinnosti, její základní členění, příčiny vzniku, projevy a souhrnný rozbor právní ochrany a její provázanost napříč právními předpisy ve stavu ke dni 31. března 2024, a to především v rámci zákona č. 500/2004 Sb., správní řád a zákona č. 150/2002 Sb., soudní řád správní. Posuzuje dopady nečinnosti veřejné správy na její adresáty a hodnotí s využitím úvah de lege ferenda, zda je současná právní úprava ochrany před nečinností funkční a poskytuje dostatečné záruky ochrany práv.
V souvislosti s tím není opomenuta ani odpovědnost za škodu či nemajetkovou újmu dle zákona č. 82/1998 Sb., o odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou při výkonu veřejné moci rozhodnutím nebo nesprávným úředním postupem a o změně zákona České národní rady č. 358/1992 Sb., o notářích a jejich činnosti (notářský řád).ObhájenoThe thesis deals with the problem of public administration inactivity. It can be considered as one of the negative phenomena that can be encountered in the field of public administration. The thesis focuses on the definition of the concept of inactivity, its basics typology, the causes of its occurrence, manifestations and summary analysis of legal protection and its interconnection across legal regulations as of 31st of March 2024, primarily within the framework of the Code of Administrative Procedure (Act No. 500/2004 Coll.) and the Code of Administrative Justice (Act. No. 150/2002 Coll.). It examines the effects of public administration inactivity, the functionality and effectivness of the protection tools provided by the legal system and evaluates, also using de lege ferenda considerations, whether the current legislation provides sufficient guarantees of protection against administration inactivity.
There is also a discussion on liability for damage caused by the inacitivity (Act. No. 82/1998 Coll.), which is undoubtedly related to the issue of unlawful inactivity, is also not ommited

No full textCílem bakalářské práce je lokalizace a odborné posouzení reliktů "Norimberské cesty" a "Řezenské cesty" v dosud nezpracovaném úseku mezi Prahou a Plzní. K tomu budou využity především metody nedestruktivního archeologického výzkumu a bude proveden detektorový průzkum vybrané části této cesty. Součástí práce bude odborná mapa definující jasně nejen dochování jednotlivých částí cesty, ale i její celkový průběh. Definována bude spojitost významné komunikace na sídelní, vojenské, hospodářské a další aktivity v jejím bezprostředním okolí v průběhu středověku a raném novověku.ObhájenoThe main objective of this bachelor study is to find and interpret terrain relicts of Regensburg and Nuremberg path in section between Prague and Pilsen, that haven't been archaeologically studied before. For this, the methods of non-destructive archaeological research were mainly used, and a small scale detector survey on the locality "Na Zavírce" was conducted. Part of the work is a professional map clearly defining not only the preservation of individual parts of the path but also its overall course in this section. Výstupem práce je za pomoci odborné literatury stanovení prodejní ceny, navržení nejefektivnějšího využití stroje a vyhodnocení návratnosti investice. V závěru práce jsou výsledky porovnány s aktuálními prodeji nového výrobku a z dostupných dat lze říci, že je projekt v reálném čase úspěšný.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis deals with the implementation of a new equipment within the operations department of the selected company. Specifically, by introducing a new label printer for one-third bottles of Pilsner Urquell beer. The output of the work is, with the help of professional literature, the determination of the selling price, the suggestions for the most efficient use of the machine and the evaluation of the return on investment. At the end of the work, the results are compared with the current sales of the new product, and from the available data it can be said that the project is successful in real time
