No full textDiplomová práce se soustředí na strategickou analýzu bezpečnostní agentury Safeguard Service, a.s. Práce je rozdělená na dvě hlavní částí, teoretickou a praktickou. První část se věnuje rozboru použité literatury a jsou v ní představeny základní pojmy související s tématem. Jsou definované konkrétní nástroje a metody strategického managementu. Druhá část se zaměřuje na aplikaci získaných poznatků do reálného podnikového prostředí. Obsahuje charakteristiku podniku, provedené strategické analýzy, tvorbu strategického plánu, finančního plánu a analýzu rizik. Pro podnik byla zvolená strategie kombinace, konkrétně penetrace trhu v podobě posílení pozice v Karlovarském kraji a rozvoj produktu v podobě zařazení AI systémů do produktového portfolia. Pro tvorbu diplomové práce byly informace získány z odborné literatury, interních dokumentů společnosti a osobní komunikace v podniku.ObhájenoThe master´s thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of the security agency Safeguard Service, a.s. It is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The first part deals with the analysis of the literature used and introduces basic concepts related to the topic. Specific tools and methods of strategic management are defined. The second part focuses on the application of acquired knowledge into a real business environment. It includes the characterization of the company, conducted strategic analyses, the creation of a strategic plan, financial plan, and risk analysis. The chosen strategy for the company involves a combination, specifically market penetration by strengthening its position in the Karlovy Vary region and product development by incorporating AI systems into the product portfolio. Práce zkoumá znovuobnovení tohoto institutu v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník a zaměřuje se na analýzu záměrů zákonodárců a dalších faktorů, které formovaly současnou podobu. V práci je dále věnována pozornost praktickým možnostem a vhodnosti uplatnění privilegovaných závětí v reálné aplikační praxi. Cílem práce je také srovnání nové úpravy s historickým právním rámcem a komparace s vybranými evropskými právními předpisy. Účelem tohoto srovnání je poskytnutý pohled na různé přístupy právních systémů, na základě čehož je možné identifikovat osvědčené postupy a případné nedostatky v české právní úpravě.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with the institution of privileged wills in the current legal system. The thesis examines the re-establishment of this institute in Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and focuses on the analysis of the legislators' intentions and other factors that have shaped the current form. The thesis also pays attention to the practical possibilities and usefulness of the application of privileged testaments in real application practice. The aim of the thesis is also to compare the new regulation with the historical legal framework and to compare it with selected European legislation. The purpose of this comparison is to provide an insight into different approaches of legal systems, on the basis of which it is possible to identify best methods and possible weaknesses in the Czech legislation

No full textBakalářská práce s názvem "Potřeba spánku a odpočinku u pacientů hospitalizovaných na standardním oddělení" je strukturována do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se práce věnuje současnému stavu zkoumané problematiky včetně popisu rešeršních strategií, základních lidských potřeb, definice a fyziologie spánku včetně faktorů ovlivňujících spánek v nemocničním prostředí. Dále jsou zde rozebrány vybrané poruchy spánku, metody léčby a diagnostika. Poslední část teoretické sekce se zabývá rolí sestry v péči o spánek a odpočinek pacientů, kde jsou představeny intervence a strategie pro podporu spánku a odpočinku v nemocničním prostředí. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaké faktory nejvíce ovlivňují spánek a odpočinek hospitalizovaných pacientů. Pro získání dat byl použit nestandardizovaný dotazník. Výzkum vedl k identifikaci hluku jako hlavního rušivého faktoru. Bylo zjištěno, že internet je preferovaným zdrojem informací o spánkové hygieně. Závěrem práce je návrh vytvoření Instagramového účtu, který bude zaměřen na edukaci v oblasti spánku a spánkové hygieny.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis on the topic "The need for sleep and rest in patients hospitalized in a standard unit" is structured into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the thesis discusses the current state of the studied issue, including a description of research strategies, basic human needs, definition and physiology of sleep including factors affecting sleep in the hospital environment. Selected sleep disorders, treatment methods, and diagnostics are also discussed. The last part of the theoretical section deals with the role of the nurse in the care of patients' sleep and rest, presenting interventions and strategies to promote sleep and rest in the hospital setting. The main aim was to identify the factors that most affect sleep and rest in hospitalized patients. A non-standardized questionnaire was used to collect data. The research led to the identification of noise as the main disturbing factor. The internet was found to be the preferred source of information on sleep hygiene. The thesis concludes with a proposal to create an Instagram account that will focus on sleep and sleep hygiene education

Bonding- the baby's first contact with the mother
No full textV této bakalářské práci se věnujeme tématu bonding a prvnímu kontaktu dítěte a matky. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá bonding po porodu císařským řezem. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, v první části jsme se zaměřili na teoretické informace, ve druhé části na praktické znalosti. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o významu slova bonding, jeho historii, pravidlech a přínosu kontaktu pro předčasně narozené. Dále popisujeme rozdíly v kontaktu po spontánním porodu a po porodu císařským řezem. Popisujeme také systém rooming-in a druhy kontaktního rodičovství. Nadále se také zabýváme psychikou muže a ženy po porodu a nakonec zmiňujeme intervence porodní asistentky po porodu. Praktickou část bakalářské práce jsme zpracovali formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Z výzkumu plyne, že ženy a novorozenci, u kterých neproběhla podpora bondingu, mají v poporodním období 2x vyšší výskyt problémů než ženy a novorozenci, kterým byl bonding umožněn. Dle získaných výsledků jsme vypracovali doporučení pro praxi.ObhájenoIn this bachelor thesis we focus on the topic of bonding and the first contact between the child and the mother. The main aim of the thesis is to find out how bonding takes place after a caesarean birth. The thesis consists of two parts, in the first part we focused on theoretical information, in the second part on practical knowledge. The theoretical part contains basic information about the meaning of the term bonding, history, rules and benefits of contact for premature newborns. We also describe the differences in contact after spontaneous delivery and after delivery by caesarean section. We describe the rooming-in system and types of attachment parenting. We describe the psychology of the man and woman after birth and we mention midwife interventions after birth. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis was developed in the form of quantitative research. The research shows that women and newborns who were not supported with bonding have more problems in the postpartum period than women and newborns who were facilitated with bonding. According to the results obtained, we made recommendations for practice

No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat a sepsat možnosti hodnocení kvality života v ošetřovatelství. Práce je pojata formou přehledové studie. Nejprve popisuje, co je to kvalita života a jaká je její definice. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá tím, jak je kvalita života ovlivněna onemocněními, jako jsou např. cévní mozková příhoda, hepatitida C, diabetes mellitus či deprese. V práci je také popsáno, jak je kvalita života ovlivněna věkem. Mapuje se zde, jak je kvalita života ovlivněna prostředím, ve kterém jedinec žije, zde se především zabývá kvalitou života pacientů v paliativní péči. Dále jsou v práci sepsány možnosti hodnocení kvality života i toho, jaké jsou dostupné dotazníky. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je vytvoření přehledu dostupných nástrojů určených k hodnocení kvality života a hodnocení kvality života související se zdravím.ObhájenoThe aim of the bachelor's thesis is to map and describe the possibilities of quality of life assessment in nursing. We have conceived the work in the form of a review study. First, we described what quality of life is and what is its definition. Next, we discussed how quality of life is affected by diseases such as stroke, hepatitis C, diabetes mellitus and depression in the bachelor thesis. In the thesis we also described how quality of life is affected by age. We have mapped how quality of life is affected by the environment in which an individual lives, where we have mainly looked at the quality of life of patients in palliative care. We also wrote down the options for assessing quality of life, and what questionnaires are available. As a result of the bachelor thesis, we have developed an overview of the available tools designed to assess quality of life and health-related quality of life
