Express & Logistics s.r.o., která působí v oblasti expresních logistických služeb. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují její schopnost konkurovat na trhu a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení těchto schopností. V práci byly použity různé analytické nástroje jako Porterův model pěti sil, PEST analýza a benchmarking, aby bylo možné podrobně zhodnotit interní a externí prostředí firmy. Zjištěné informace, kterévychází z provedených analýz jsou zaznamenány do SWOT analýzy, která zahrnuje silné a slabé stránky společnosti a potenciální příležitosti a hrozby. Před závěrem práce jsou navržena doporučení ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the competitive analysis of GO! Express & Logistics s.r.o., which operates in the field of express logistics services. The aim of the thesis was to identify the key factors that affect its ability to compete in the market and to propose measures to improve these capabilities. Various analytical tools such as Porter's five forces analysis, PEST analysis and benchmarking were used in the thesis to provide a detailed assessment of the internal and external environment of the company. The information obtained from the analyses is recorded in a SWOT analysis, which includes the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as potential opportunities and threats. Zjištěné výstupy umožnily pochytit důležité informace o okolí podniku, její silných a slabých stránkách, příležitostech a hrozbách. Praktická část představuje Jellu Haase a její vystupování na sociálních sítích. Tato část také obsahuje rozhovor s PR expertku z PR agentury, která zastupuje Jellu Haase. Cílem rozhovoru bylo získat bližší představu o profesi PR. Analýza obsahu, struktury a stylu těchto děl identifikuje změny mezi oběma verzemi a vývoj literárního vyjádření autorky. První část práce představuje Lenku Reinerovou a kontext, v němž tvořila. Následuje hloubková analýza první verze povídek, která slouží jako východisko pro porovnání s druhou verzí. Tato práce přispívá k pochopení proměn v literárním stylu a přístupu této spisovatelky.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of the first and second versions of the short stories by Lenka Reinerová, namely Die Schiffskarte and Das halbe Gesicht/ Der Mann mit dem ganzen Gesicht. Specifics of communication with a patient after traumatic amputation
No full textCílem práce je získání informací o komunikaci s pacienty po traumatické amputaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na seznámení s problematikou amputací, hlavně tedy těch traumatických, dále na komunikaci obecně a komunikaci ve zdravotnictví. Praktická část se pak věnuje konkrétním pacientům a jejich zkušenostem s komunikací po amputaci.
Informace pro praktickou část byly získávány od pacientů pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovor se skládal ze tří hlavních okruhů otázek. Otázky v rozhovoru byly zaměřené na období hospitalizace, období protézování a návratu do běžného života a na rekapitulaci toho, co respondentům v komunikaci se zdravotnickými pracovníky v těchto dvou obdobích chybělo a co jim naopak velmi vyhovovalo. Informace z rozhovorů byly následně tříděny pomocí kódování.
Za významný výsledek považuji zjištění, že v komunikaci s protetickými pracovníky většina vybraných pacientů neshledává žádné velké nedostatky. Dále ovšem nutno dodat, že značné nedostatky shledávají v informovanosti o průběhu protézování
a vůbec o možnostech dnešní protetiky.ObhájenoThe goal of the thesis is to obtain information about communication with patients after traumatic amputation. The theoretical part is focused on familiarization with the issue of amputations, mainly traumatic amputations, as well as on communication and communication in the healthcare sector. The practical part is then devoted to specific patients and their experiences with communication after amputation.
Information for the practical part was obtained from patients using a structured interview. The interview consisted of three main questions. The questions in the interview were focused on the period of hospitalization, the period of prosthetics and the return to normal life, and on the recapitulation of what the respondents lacked in communication with healthcare workers in these two periods and what, on the contrary, they were very comfortable with. The information from the interviews was then sorted using coding.
I consider the finding that the majority of the selected patients do not find any major deficiencies in communication with the prosthetists to be an important result. Furthermore, it must be added that they find significant deficiencies in information about the course of prosthetics and in general about the possibilities of today's prosthetics

No full textTato bakalářská práce se věnuje nastavení správného konceptu těhotenského cvičení z hlediska fyzioterapie. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické časti se věnuji hlavně fyzickým změnám, které těhotenství způsobuje, jak tyto změny ovlivňují celkové tělesné nastavení budoucí matky a jaké problémy mohou těmito změnami vzniknout. Dále v této části rozebírám také jak těhotenské cvičení může tyto negativní dopady eliminovat či co nejvíce zmírnit a jaké jsou nejvhodnější pohybové aktivity, které žena v těhotenství může provádět. Dále také budu porovnávat styl vedení a použité techniky na různých lekcích těhotenského cvičení v závislosti na tom, zda lekci vede fyzioterapeut, fitness trenér, porodní asistentka či například dula a budu se zaměřovat na to, zda má typ vzdělání vliv na kvalitu lekcí. Nakonec zde bude také dán prostor samotným ženám, které tyto lekce navštěvují a bude zkoumáno, jak na ně cvičení působí, proč se rozhodli se cvičením začít a opět, jestli kvalifikace vedoucího lekcí nějakým způsobem ovlivňuje pocity účastnic těchto lekcí.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis is dedicated to setting the right concept of pregnancy exercise from the point of view of physiotherapy. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I mainly focus on the physical changes that pregnancy causes, how these changes affect the overall physical set-up of the mother-to-be and what problems can arise from these changes. Furthermore, in this part I also discuss how pregnancy exercise can eliminate or mitigate these negative effects as much as possible and what are the most suitable physical activities a woman can do during pregnancy. I will also compare the leadership style and techniques used in different pregnancy exercise classes depending on whether the class is led by a physiotherapist, a fitness trainer, a midwife or a doula for example, and I will focus on whether the type of education has an impact on the quality of the classes. Finally, there will also be given space to the women themselves who attend the sessions and there will be explored how the exercise affects them, why have they decided to start exercising and again whether the qualifications of the session leader in any way influences the feelings of the participants
Dilemata sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí
No full textTato bakalářská práce je věnována etickým dilematům, se kterými se sociální pracovníci setkávají při výkonu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem reflektují problematiku etických dilemat ve své praxi samotní sociální pracovníci. V teoretické části jsem konceptualizovala klíčové pojmy, jako jsou: sociální pracovník, sociálně-právní ochrana dětí, etická dilemata či reflexe, z nichž vychází výzkumná část. V metodologické části práce byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, metoda sběru dat prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se čtyřmi sociálními pracovníky orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a následné zpracování získaných dat metodou otevřeného kódování.
Data získaná z rozhovorů jsou v závěru práce interpretována v pěti hlavních kategoriích. První z nich se zaměřuje na to, jak sociální pracovníci charakterizují klienty, s nimiž přicházejí denně do kontaktu, a to podrobněji, než je tomu v zákoně. Druhá a třetí kategorie se věnují konkrétním etickým dilematům, která sociální pracovníci řeší, a také nástrojům a metodám, které používají k dosažení jejich řešení. Čtvrtá kategorie je věnována sebereflexi pracovníků, především tomu, zda by s odstupem času změnili některá svá řešení nebo způsob, jakým k situaci přistupovali. A poslední pátá kategorie se zaměřuje na dopad etických dilemat na osobní život sociálních pracovníků.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis is dedicated to the ethical dilemmas that social workers confront when performing social-legal protection of children. The aim of this thesis was to find out how social workers themselves reflect on the issue of ethical dilemmas in their practice. In the theoretical part I conceptualized key concepts such as: social worker, social and legal protection of children, ethical dilemmas or reflection, on which the research part is based. In the methodological part of the thesis, a qualitative research strategy was chosen, a method of data collection through semi-structured interviews with four social workers of the social-legal protection of children institution and the subsequent processing of the collected data using the method of open coding.
The data collected from the interviews are interpreted in the conclusion of the thesis in five main categories. The first of these focuses on how social workers characterize the clients they come into contact with on a daily basis in more detail than is provided in the law. The second and third categories are devoted to the specific ethical dilemmas that social workers deal with, as well as the tools and methods they use to reach solutions. The fourth category is devoted to workers' self-reflection, or whether they would change some of their solutions or the way they approached the situation in hindsight. Finally, the fifth category focuses on the impact of ethical dilemmas on the personal lives of social workers

Spojila jsem se se střední školou, která vyučuje obory kategorie E, pro provedení výzkumného šetření na jejich žádost. Hlavním cílem bylo "Zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti či meze uplatnění absolventů ze středních škol s obory E pro osoby s mentálním postižením". Pro získání dat jsem oslovila jsem absolventy této školy z let 2019-2023, kterým byla přidělena podpůrná opatření z důvodu mentálního postižení a následně jsem zvolila dvě výzkumné metody - telefonické dotazovaní a polostrukturované rozhovory formou životních příběhů.ObhájenoThe topic of this bachelor thesis is mapping the life paths of young people with intellectual disabilities during the transition from school to adulthood. I have contacted a secondary school that teaches category E subjects to carry out a research investigation at their request.
