Tax and Accounting Specifics of a Contributory organization
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis daňových a účetních specifik neziskových organizací se zaměřením na příspěvkové organizace. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje neziskový sektor, jednotlivé druhy daní, které jsou typické pro příspěvkové organizace a způsob účtování těchto organizací. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní příspěvkovou organizaci, její daňové povinnosti a způsob vedení účetnictví. Součástí praktické části je stanovení daňové povinnosti organizace, komparace účetních výkazů v průběhu tří let a na základě zjištěných informací jsou formulovány návrhy řešení, které povedou ke zlepšení situace ve zkoumaných oblastech. V oblasti daní je organizaci doporučeno zavedení analytických účtů, které pomůžou k jednoduššímu stanovení daňové povinnosti a také pravidelné sledování platné legislativy. V účetní oblasti by se organizace měla zaměřit na lepší správu nákladů za spotřebovaný materiál a je navrhnuta konkrétní metoda, jejíž zavedení napomůže ke snižování nákladů. Dále je organizaci navrhnuto, aby se snažila dosahovat zlepšeného hospodářského výsledku, díky kterému může financovat další rozvoj činnosti organizace.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis is focused on the description of tax and accounting specifics of non-profit organizations with a focus on contributory organizations. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the non-profit sector, individual types of taxes that are typical for contributory organizations and the way of their accounting. The practical prat is aimed at a certain contributory organization, its tax obligations, and the way of accounting. The practical part includes the determination of the tax duties of the organization, a comparison of the accounting statements over three years and, based on the information found, proposals for solutions are formulated which will lead to an improvement of the situation in the examined areas. In the area of taxation, the organization is recommended to introduce analytical accounts that will help to simplify the determination of tax liability and to regularly monitor the legislation in force. In the area of accounting, the organization should focus on better management of the costs of consumables and specific methods are proposed to help reduce costs. It is also suggested that the organization should strive to achieve an improved economic result which will enable it to finance the further development of the organization's activities

No full textDiplomová práce poskytuje čtenáři ucelený výklad o problematice okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru, jakožto jednoho ze způsobů skončení pracovního poměru. Okamžité zrušení pracovního poměru je poměrně radikální způsob, kterým může zrušit pracovní poměr zaměstnavatel i zaměstnanec, avšak každý z nich z odlišných zákonných důvodů. Právě důvody, které mohou vést k okamžitému zrušení pracovního poměru, jsou v práci rozebrány velmi podrobně s uvedením související judikatury. Autorka vymezuje základní pojmy a přehled ostatních způsobů skončení pracovního poměru s uvedením odlišností od institutu okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru. Dále poskytuje historický exkurz do vývoje okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru, zabývá se formálními a obsahovými náležitostmi okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru, jeho doručováním ve světle novely zákoníku práce provedené zákonem č. 281/2023 Sb., a také neplatností okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis provides the reader with a comprehensive explanation of the issue of immediate termination of employment, as one of the ways to terminate an employment relationship. Immediate termination of employment is a rather radical method by which both the employer and the employee can terminate the employment, each for different legal reasons. The reasons that may lead to immediate termination of employment are thoroughly analyzed in the thesis, with references to related case law. The author defines basic concepts and provides an overview of other ways to terminate employment, highlighting the differences from the institute of immediate termination of employment. Furthermore, the thesis provides a historical overview of the development of immediate termination of employment, addresses the formal and substantive requirements of immediate termination of employment, its delivery in the light of the amendment to the Labor Code implemented by Act No. 281/2023 Coll., and also the invalidity of immediate termination of employment

Dále se práce zabývá praktickým využitím informačních technologií v oblasti BOZP. Tyto kapitoly jsou především zaměřeny na využití virtuální reality, jakožto technologie nejlépe využitelné při BOZP. V následujících kapitole se práce zabývá judikaturou spojenou s informačními technologiemi. Poslední kapitola je věnována návrhům de lege ferenda. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní analýzu využití informačních technologií v pracovním právu a zhodnotit efektivitu těchto technologií.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on the usage of informational technologies in labour law with a focus on OSH. Atomism between Democritus and Epicurus
No full textCílem bakalářské práce je představit a porovnat základní principy atomismu mezi Démokritem a Epikúrem. Práce bude začínat představením eleatské myšlenkové tradice, ze které Démokritův atomismus vychází. Téma bude zahrnovat pojetí atomu, kosmologii, smyslové vnímání a celkové pojetí pohybu u Démokritova atomismu. V dalším kroku práce bude navazovat na Epikúrův pohled na atomismus, ale také přihlédne k jeho etickým myšlenkám. Součástí práce bude i porovnání společných rysů a zároveň i odlišností mezí výše zmíněnými filozofy.ObhájenoThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to present and compare the basic principles of atomism between Democritus and Epicurus. The thesis will begin by introducing the Eleatic tradition of thought from which Democritus' atomism is based. The topic will include the concept of the atom, cosmology, sense perception, and the overall concept of motion in Democritus' atomism. In the next step, the thesis will build on Epicurus' view of atomism, but will also take into account his ethical ideas. The thesis will also include a comparison of commonalities as well as differences between all of the aforementioned philosophers

No full textTato práce se zabývá Schellingovo filosofií středního období. Soustředím se výhradně na umění a přírodu v jeho systému. Zaprvé je důležité ukázat, jak se systém vyvíjí od přírody k umění. To budu dokazovat chronologicky, ale obzvlášť chci poukázat na mnoho myšlenek, které sám Schelling považoval za odlišné od jeho předchozích vlivů, které přebírá od Kanta, Fichteho, Spinozy, etc. Základ této práce je propojen s dalšími tématy, které by mohly potencionálně sloužit pro další budoucí projekty, jako jsou zkoumání svobody, mytologie, náboženství a vědy.
Na mnoha místech mé práce používám komparativní metodu, abych pozvedl téma k širší oblasti zkoumání. Obecně je práce svou povahou vysvětlovací a interpretační v místech, kde se dotýkám umění. Práce je rozdělena do dvou oddílů, které do sebe přecházejí.ObhájenoThis thesis is concerned with Schelling's philosophy in the middle period. I am focusing mainly on the art and nature in his system. First, It is important to show how the system develops from nature to art. This I will construct chronologically but specifically I do want to point out many things that Schelling himself thought were different from his previous influences in Kant, Fichte, Spinoza, etc. The basis of this thesis is connected with many themes that could serve for potential future projects, e.g. inquiries into freedom, mythology, religion and science.
In many places of my thesis I am applying comparative method to enhance the topic in broader sense. Generally the thesis is in its nature mostly explanatory and in some places concerning art is used interpretation of the matter. It does not strictly follow any pattern of deducing. Also I am not bound to be dependent all the time on terms that the system in cases like for example Kant's would require. The thesis is divided into two main chapters that lead to one another

No full textKvalifikační práce nese název Hamás, odpor nebo ofenzíva? Názorová diverzita členů muslimské komunity je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá vznikem, a historií palestinského hnutí Hamás a poskytuje analýzu struktury a organizace hnutí, jeho primárních motivací a náboženského podtextu. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum provedený v rámci muslimské komunity. Prostřednictvím narativních, strukturovaných a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů je zde zkoumáno, jaké postoje zaujímají členové této komunity vůči Hamásu a jaká je jejich rozdílnost. Cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na Hamás a zároveň identifikovat a analyzovat faktory, které ovlivňují jeho vnímání hnutí v muslimské komunitě.ObhájenoThe thesis is titled Hamas, Resistance or Offensive? The diversity of opinions among the members of the Muslim community and is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the origin and history of the Palestinian movement Hamas and provides an analysis of the structure and organization of the movement, its primary motivations and religious subtext. The practical part of the thesis is focused on qualitative research conducted within the Muslim community. Through narrative, structured and semi-structured interviews, it examines the attitudes of members of this community towards Hamas and their differences. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of Hamas and to identify and analyze the factors that influence its perception of the movement in the Muslim community
Evaluation of ERP implementation in a selected business area
No full textCílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat a zhodnotit proces implementace softwarového řešení ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365 v konkrétním podniku ve vybrané podnikové oblasti a navrhnout možná doporučení vedoucí k zefektivnění budoucích implementačních projektů. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány ERP systémy, včetně postupu jejich implementace. Práce podtrhuje důležitost výběru správného ERP dodavatele, přičemž hlavní důraz klade na proces celého implementačního projektu a školení koncových uživatelů systému. Praktická část kvalifikační práce začíná specifikací konkrétního ERP řešení, tedy řešení Microsoft Dynamics 365, v rámci čehož shrnuje nejzásadnější výhody plynoucí z jeho implementace. Praktická část dále sleduje časovou osu celého projektu se zaměřením na implementaci v konkrétních podnikových odděleních, v rámci čehož jsou popsány obtíže, kterým společnost čelila. V rámci této části byla také za využití dotazníkové šetření analyzována jedna z klíčových oblastí implementace, tj. oblast školení. Závěr bakalářské práce tvoří navrhnutá opatření směřující k zefektivnění budoucích projektů, nejen v oblasti implementace informačních systémů.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis aimed to analyze and evaluate the process of implementation of an ERP software solution - Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a specific company in a selected business area and to propose possible recommendations leading to more efficient future implementation projects. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes ERP systems, including the process of their implementation. The thesis underlines the importance of choosing the right ERP vendor, with the main emphasis on the process of the whole implementation project and the training of the end users of the system. The practical part of the qualification work starts with the specification of a specific ERP solution, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365, summarizing the most important advantages of its implementation. The practical part then follows the timeline of the entire project, focusing on the implementation in specific company departments, within which the difficulties faced by the company are described. This part also analyzed one of the key areas of the implementation, the user training area, using a questionnaire survey. The thesis concludes with suggested measures aimed at making future projects more efficient, not only in the area of information systems implementation
Motivation of employees in the chosen company

technologickém podniku Lear Corporation Czech Republic, s.r.o. v Plzni ve vývojovém
centru. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit motivační systém společnosti z pohledu
zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Kapitoly v teoretické
části se zaměřují na základní pojmy související s motivací a pracovní motivací.
V praktické části je představen podnik Lear Corporation Czech Republic s.r.o.,
dále se pak věnuje vývojovému centru v Plzni. Zde je představen současný motivační
systém, který je dále zhodnocen pomocí výzkumného dotazníkového šetření mezi
zaměstnanci. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou vyhodnoceny statistickými ukazateli.
Na závěr byla představena navrhovaná doporučení, která mohou zlepšit současný
motivační systém.ObhájenoThe submitted bachelor thesis deals with the topic of motivation of employees
in the automotive technology company Lear Corporation Czech Republic, s.r.o. in Plzeň
in the development centre. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the motivational system
of the company from the employees' point of view. The work is divided into theoretical
and practical parts. The chapters in the theoretical part focus on the basic concepts related
to motivation and work motivation. The practical part introduces the Lear Corporation
Czech Republic s.r.o., and then focuses on the development centre in Pilsen. Here
the current motivation system is presented, which is further evaluated by means
of a research questionnaire survey among employees. The results of the questionnaire
survey are evaluated by statistical indicators. Finally, proposed recommendations that can
improve the current motivation system are presented

Cílem práce je realizovat projekt, který identifikuje nedostatky zlepšovaného procesu a odstraní je pomocí vhodně navrženého nástroje. Po zhotovení projektu následuje vyhodnocení přínosu práce. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy spojené s plánováním a s výše zmíněnou realizací na zlepšování procesů. V praktické části je čtenář seznámen s podnikem, v němž byla práce vytvářena a s následnou tvorbou plánů. Dále je popsána realizace a vyhodnocení úspěšnosti projektu. Hlavním výstupem práce je nástroj sloužící ke zlepšení procesu a doporučení pro dotčenou společnost stran překážek optimalizace.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on improving the enterprise process through the utilization of enterprise information systems. The goal of this thesis is to implement a project that identifies drawbacks in the improved process and eliminates them using a suitably designed tool. An evaluation of the work's benefits follows after the project completion. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts related to planning and the aforementioned implementation business process improvement project. In the practical part, the reader is introduced to the company in which the tool was created and subsequent to the creation of project plans. Further in the thesis the implementation and evaluation of the project's success are described. The main output of the work is a tool designed to improve the process and recommendations for the concerned company regarding obstacles to efficient optimization
