No full textTato bakalářská práce zpracovává analýzu využití projektového vyučování v MŠ a předkládá náměty pro její zdůvodněné využití.
Práce vychází z teoretické části, která popisuje základní fakta o projektovém vzdělá- vání v mateřských školách a také další témata s tím související. Zabývá se podrobně historií projektové výuky a také současné podoby této vzdělávací metody. Porovnává klasický způsob plánování v mateřských školách s projektovým učením, zobrazuje shodné i odlišné rysy. Popisuje důležitost vztahů mezi školou a rodinou i jejími členy a poukazuje na to, jaká jsou specifika současného předškolního vzdělávání.
Skrze šetření mé bakalářské práce je zde zobrazena analýza zkušeností s projektovou výukou v mateřských školách v Plzeňském kraji, a to v rámci dotazníků, rozhovorů, pozorování a vlastní realizace projektu, která sloužila k ověření zjištěných informací v praxi.ObhájenoThe Bachelor's thesis processes an analysis of the use of project teaching in preschool and presents suggestions for its reasoned use.
My work describes basic facts about project-based kindergarten education, as well as other topics related to it. It deals in detail with the history of project teaching as well as the current form of this educational method. It compares the classical method of planning in nursery schools with project learning, displaying identical and different features. It describes the importance of relationships between the school and the fam- ily and its members and points out what the specifics of current preschool education are.
Through an investigation of my bachelor's thesis, an analysis of the experience with project teaching at kindergartens in the Pilsen region is shown here, within the frame- work of questionnaires, interviews, observations and the actual implementation of the project, which served as a verification of the information found in practice

No full textPředkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vnímání kvality života lidmi s mentálním postižením. Vyhodnocení kvality života uživatelů sociální služby je jednou z možností, jak stanovit kvalitu dané sociální služby. Na kvalitu života bylo nahlíženo z pohledu 5 uživatelů vybraného chráněného bydlení i z pohledu 2 klíčových pracovníků služby. K porovnání pohledů na kvalitu života uživatelů byla využita metoda dotazníkového šetření Škály osobních výsledků (Personal Outcomes Scale; POS). V práci na kvalitu života nahlížíme také pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů vedených metodou životních příběhů (Life Course Interview; LCI), které byly sestavovány z rozhovorů s uživateli a doplněny o informace od klíčových pracovníků. Z výzkumného šetření POS vyplývá, že uživatelé služby hodnotí kvalitu svých životů vyšší než pohled pracovníků. Zmíněné zjištění poukazuje na důležitost subjektivního pohledu uživatelů na kvalitu života. Z životních příběhů respondentů je patrné zlepšení kvality života po transformaci původně ústavního zařízení. Uživatelé v chráněném bydlení se cítí více samostatní a s větším právem a možností rozhodovat o sobě samých.ObhájenoThe presented bachelor thesis deals with the topic of perception of Quality of Life (QoL) of people with mental disabilities. Assessing the QoL of social service users is one of the ways, one can determine the quality of a given social service. The QoL was viewed from the perspective of 5 users of a selected sheltered housing and from the perspective of 2 key workers of the service. The Personal Outcomes Scale (POS) questionnaire survey method was used to compare users´ perspectives on QoL. In the thesis, QoL is also viewed using semi-structured interviews conducted using the Life Course Interview (LCI) method, which were compiled from interviews with service users and supplemented with information from key workers. The POS research shows that service users rate their QoL as higher than the staff. The findings highlight the importance of users' subjective view of QoL. The life stories of the respondents show an improvement in QoL following the transformation of the formerly institutional setting. Users in sheltered housing feel more independent and with more rights and opportunities to make decisions for themselves

No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat kategorii rodu u anglických osobních podstatných jmen a určit, zda u nich proběhla změna ve významu, která ovlivnila jejich kategorii rodu. Dále je náplní této práce výzkum vlivu dnešní genderové problematiky na současnou literaturu, přičemž objektem jsou anglická osobní podstatná jména. Práce sestává ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část začíná vytyčením historického vývoje gramatického rodu, přičemž je následně popsán současný náhled na gramatický rod v anglickém jazyce. V závěru se teoretická část zabývá rodem z pohledu sociolingvistiky. V praktické části je vysvětlena metoda, která byla použita pro analýzu, a také jsou představeny výsledky analýzy osobních podstatných jmen v anglickém jazyce. Každé osobní podstatné jméno je zařazené do jedné z kategorií a je u něj sepsán komentář. Provedená analýza dokazuje, že u některých anglických osobních podstatných jmen skutečně došlo ke změně významu, která rovněž změnila jejich rod. Taktéž bylo zjištěno, že východiskem z dnešní genderové problematiky je používání takových podstatných jmen, které explicitně nevyjadřují rod (v anglickém jazyce se jedná o podstatná jména s 'dual gender'). Analýza odhalila, že taková podstatná jména byla nejvíce užita v textu z 21. století.ObhájenoThe purpose of this bachelor thesis is to investigate gender in English personal nouns and determine whether there has been a change in meaning influencing the gender of these nouns. Additionally, the aim is to explore the influence of current gender issues on contemporary literature, specifically regarding nouns. This work comprises two main parts: a theoretical section and a practical section. The theoretical section begins by examining the historical development and contemporary understanding of gender, followed by an exploration of the sociolinguistic perspective. The practical section outlines the analysis method and presents the results in the form of personal nouns. Each personal noun is categorized, and a brief commentary is provided for each. The analysis demonstrates that some personal nouns have indeed undergone a change in meaning or gender. Moreover, the solution to the current gender issues is found to lie in the usage of dual-gender nouns, which are predominantly found in 21st-century texts

K dokončení této práce bylo nezbytné využití interních zdrojů podniku, konzultace se zaměstnanci a také odborné literatury. Teoretická práce se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů jako je například logistika, logistický řetězec a outsourcing. Dále jsou detailně popsány logistické služby. Praktická část začíná představením firmy MOL Logistics, představením zákazníků firmy a následuje popis poskytovaných logistických služeb ve firmě. V neposlední řadě je popsána cena přepravy a faktory, které cenu ovlivňují. V závěru praktické části práce jsou navržena opatření směřující k získání nových zákazníků, posílení povědomí o firmě prostřednictvím sociálních sítí a minimalizaci negativních dopadů krizových situací.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of logistics services provided by MOL Logistics. In order to complete this thesis it was necessary to use internal company resources, consultation with employees and also literature. The theoretical work focuses on defining terms such as logistics, logistics chain and outsourcing. Furthermore, logistics services are described in detail. The practical part starts with an introduction of MOL Logistics, an introduction of the company's customers, followed by a description of the logistics services provided in the company. Last but not least, the price of transport and the factors that influence the price are described. The practical part of the thesis concludes with measures aimed at attracting new customers, increasing awareness of the company through social networks and minimizing the negative impact of crisis situations
Providing online legal services
No full textPráce se zabývá problematikou poskytování právních služeb online. Tato forma poskytování právních služeb se rapidně celosvětově rozvíjí a tudíž se jedná o téma velmi aktuální. V práci je charakterizováno, co jsou disruptivní technologie, proč mají návaznost na poskytování právních služeb online a jak je konkrétně v právu využít. Dále jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní příklady disruptivních technologií a popsány, jak fungují v praxi. V práci je též charakterizováno poskytování právních služeb online v České republice. K tomuto účelu bylo Českou advokátní komorou vydáno stanovisko, které právě poskytování právních služeb online upravuje. Jsou zde nastíněny praktické problémy, které s sebou poskytování právních služeb online přináší. Uvedené praktické problémy jsou v práci zkoumány za pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výzkum si kladl za cíl zmapovat praktické řešení vyvstávajících problémů v advokátní praxi. Vzhledem k tomu, že jednou z disruptivních technologií je AI v právu, bylo ve výzkumu též zjištěno v jaké míře advokátní kanceláře momentálně AI ve své praxi využívají. Práce si kladla za cíl porovnat právní úpravu dle CCBE a zemí common law. Některé specifické otázky jsou CCBE upraveny více než v České republice, nicméně z generálního hlediska taktéž zůstávají pouze u obecného doporučení. Země common law, konkrétně pak USA a Velká Británie, jsou v právní úpravě poskytování právních služeb online napřed, protože jejich profesní komory stanoví konkrétní praktický postup, jak právní služby online poskytovat a nejedná se o pouhá obecná doporučení.ObhájenoThe thesis deals with the issue of providing legal services online. This form of providing legal services is rapidly developing worldwide and therefore it is a very topical topic. The thesis characterizes what disruptive technologies are, why they are related to the provision of legal services online and how to use them specifically in law. It also provides specific examples of disruptive technologies and describes how they work in practice. The thesis also characterises the provision of online legal services in the Czech Republic. For this purpose, the Czech Bar Association has issued an opinion which regulates the provision of online legal services. It outlines the practical problems that the provision of online legal services entails. These practical problems are examined in the thesis by means of a questionnaire survey. The research aimed to map out practical solutions to emerging problems in legal practice. As one of the disruptive technologies is AI in law, the research also identified the extent to which law firms are currently using AI in their practice. The thesis aimed to compare the legislation under the CCBE and common law countries. Some specific issues are more regulated by the CCBE than in the Czech Republic, however, from a general point of view, they also remain only a general recommendation. The common law countries, namely the USA and the UK, are ahead in the regulation of the provision of legal services online because their professional chambers set out specific practical procedures for the provision of legal services online and these are not mere general recommendations

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na metody kalkulace a postup stanovení ceny ve výrobním podniku, který se specializuje na zakázkovou výrobu. Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnění a zhodnocení systému kalkulací ve vybraném podniku případné navržení doporučení na zlepšení.
Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část této bakalářské práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům týkajících se nákladů, vývoji kalkulačních vzorců, metodám kalkulací, ceně a cenové politice. Všechny podklady pro teoretickou část byly čerpány z odborné literatury. Druhá část se věnuje obecné a ekonomické charakteristice ekonomického subjektu. Následně je provedena detailní deskripce procesů probíhajících ve společnosti a je provedena demonstrace postupů tvorby kalkulace a cen na reálných příkladech. V závěru této části je provedeno zhodnocení a vytvořené doporučení pro zlepšení výrobních procesů. Mezi tato doporučení bylo zahrnuto neustálé zvyšování kvalifikace zaměstnanců, pečlivé vyhodnocování zpětné vazby, možná implementace umělé inteligence do firemního systému a zavedení částečné automatizace ve výrobě.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the costing methods and pricing procedure in a manufacturing company that specializes in custom manufacturing. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to clarify and evaluate the costing system in the selected company and to propose recommendations for improvement.
The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to the theoretical background concerning costs, the development of costing formulas, costing methods, price and pricing policy. All the background for the theoretical part was drawn from the literature. The second part deals with the general and economic characteristics of the economic entity. Subsequently, a detailed description of the processes taking place in the company is made and the procedures of calculation and pricing are demonstrated with real examples. At the end of this section, an evaluation is made and recommendations for improving the production processes are developed. These recommendations included continuous improvement of employee skills, careful evaluation of feedback, possible implementation of artificial intelligence in the company system and introduction of partial automation in production

V teoretické části jsou blíže rozepsané kapitoly týkající se logistiky, skladování, zásob, metodologie Lean a využití informačních technologií ve skladování. Za využití teoretických poznatků je následně provedena analýza skladového hospodářství firmy SUSPA CZ s.r.o. Z analýzy vyplývají nedostatky, na které je poukázáno ve dvou posledních kapitolách, které se zabývají návrhy na zlepšení. Oba návrhy jsou poté zhodnoceny.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with an introduction to the issue of warehouse management. In the theoretical part there are chapters on logistics, warehousing, stock, Lean methodology and the use of information technology in warehousing. Using the theoretical knowledge, an analysis of the warehouse management of SUSPA CZ s.r.o. is then carried out. The analysis shows shortcomings, which are pointed out in the last two chapters, dealing with improvement proposals. Both proposals are then evaluated
Sustainable finance
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma udržitelných financí. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska pro oblasti udržitelného rozvoje a udržitelných financí. Dále jsou představeny finanční nástroje a další možnosti udržitelného financování. V druhé části je provedena analýza udržitelných finančních nástrojů nabízených na českém trhu. Prostřednictvím vybraných finančních společností jsou popsány konkrétní nabízené udržitelné finanční nástroje. Následně jsou vybrané udržitelné finanční nástroje porovnány s jejich konvenčními protějšky a předložena doporučení pro oblast udržitelných finančních nástrojů v ČR. Závěrem je komparován zelený dluhopis se svým konvenčním protějškem. Zdůrazněny jsou mezi těmito dluhovými cennými papíry především nejpodstatnější rozdíly.ObhájenoThe Bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of sustainable finance. The first part presents the theoretical background for the fields of sustainable development and sustainable finance. Then financial instruments and other sustainable finance options are introduced. The second part deals with the analysis of sustainable financial instruments offered in the Czech market. Specific sustainable financial instruments offered through selected financial companies are described. Subsequently, the selected sustainable financial instruments are compared with their conventional counterparts and recommendations for sustainable financial instruments in the Czech Republic are presented. Finally, the green bond is compared with its conventional counterpart. In particular, the most important differences between these debt securities are highlighted

No full textBakalářská práce pojednává o dopadech inflace na státní rozpočty. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část přináší teoretická východiska k problematice státních rozpočtů a inflace. Druhá praktická část je věnována analýze dat z pěti vybraných států během desetiletého období. Analyzovány s ohledem na inflaci a ekonomický vývoj jsou příjmy a výdaje státních rozpočtů a jejich dílčí části a také státní dluh. Všechna zjištění jsou dále porovnána s teoretickými předpoklady. Závěr práce přináší zhodnocení předchozích zjištění a shrnuje problematiku dopadů inflace na státní rozpočty.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis discusses the effects of inflation on government budgets. The work is divided into two parts. The first part brings theoretical basis to the issue of state budgets and inflation. The second practical part is devoted to the analysis of data from five selected states during a ten-year period. Income and expenditure of government budgets and their sub-parts, as well as state debt, are analyzed with regard to inflation and economic development. All findings are further compared with theoretical premises. The conclusion of the thesis provides an evaluation of previous findings and summarizes the issue of the impact of inflation on government budgets

Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci zvoleného podnikatelského subjektu v období let 2017 až 2022. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a každá z částí obsahuje 2 kapitoly. V teoretické části je popsán účel a smysl finanční analýzy, z jakých zdrojů vychází a jaké metody a ukazatele se v rámci finanční analýzy používají. V následující praktické části práce je nejprve představen vybraný podnik, na který je následně aplikována finanční analýza dle teoretických poznatků.
