In the fifth chapter, recommnedations for improving the current state of communication with stakeholders are proposed. The last sixth chapter elaborates a communication plan

Úvod práce je zaměřen na exekuční řízení v obecné rovině, následně je pozornost věnována postavení nezletilých a jejich právům. Stěžejní kapitola se zabývá exekučním řízením, které je vedeno proti nezletilým. V této kapitole je pojednáno o nalézacím řízení, výběru soudního exekutora, způsobech provedení exekuce či prostředkům ochrany nezletilých. Dále je prostor věnován důvodům vzniku dětských dluhů nebo srovnání právní úpravy v České a Slovenské republice. Závěr práce je zacílen na dotazníkové šetření a zkoumání situace v České republice.ObhájenoThe topic of the thesis is enforcement proceedings conducted against minors. This work is structured into an introduction, 6 chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction of the thesis focuses on enforcement proceedings in a general context, followed by attention to the position of minors and their rights. The pivotal chapter deals with enforcement proceedings conducted against minors. This chapter discusses discovery proceedings, selection of a judicial executor, methods of execution, and means of protecting minors. Furthermore, space is dedicated to the reasons for the emergence of children's debts or a comparison of legal regulations in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The conclusion of the thesis is aimed at a questionnaire survey and examination of the situation in the Czech Republic

Závěr této práce je věnován soudnímu smíru de lege ferenda, tedy významu soudního smíru v budoucím vývoji českého právního řádu. Práce přináší ucelený a podrobný pohled na soudní smír jako nástroj efektivního řešení sporů v českém právním prostředí.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on a detailed analysis and description of the conciliation proceeding in the Czech legal system, providing a comprehensive perspective. Druhá kapitola pojednává o historickém vývoji právní úpravy věcných břemen. Třetí kapitola poskytuje obecný pohled na věcná břemena s veřejnoprávním prvkem. Zbylé kapitoly se zabývají jednotlivými sítěmi technických infrastruktur, v nichž se vyskytují věcná břemena s veřejnoprávním prvkem. Cílem této práce je analýza věcných břemen dle občanského zákoníku a následné využití věcných břemen s veřejnoprávním prvkem v energetických odvětvích, elektronických komunikacích a vodovodních a kanalizačních sítí, dle současné právní úpravy.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with easements with public law element. The first chapter deals with rights to the belongings of others according to the Civil code,which includes easements. Second chapter is about the historical evolution of the legal regulation of easements. Third chapter provides a general view of easements with public law element. Remaining chapters are dedicated to individual networks of technical infrastructures in which easements with public law element occurs. The aim of this thesis is analysis of easements according to the Civil code, and also the use of easements with public law element in energetic sectors, electronic communications and water supply and sewerage networks, all according to the current legislation

Popisuje celý postup vedení matričních knih, zápisů do nich samotných a jejich následnou archivaci. Digitalizace, jakožto novodobý posun na úseku matrik poskytla spoustu přínosů. Práce se též opírá o matrikáře a úkony spojené s výkonem jejich činnosti. Právní úprava matrik je v České republice zakotvena zákonem č. zákonem č. 301/2000 Sb., o matrikách, jménu a příjmení. Tento zákon již prošel několika novelizacemi.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of registers from the beginning of their historical development. The thesis introduces registry offices in the Czech Republic, specifically their jurisdiction and activities. Část práce rozebírá seznam nemocí z povolání, jeho jednotlivé kapitoly, podmínky vzniku nemocí z povolání a nedávné aktualizování o onemocnění bederní páteře a o Covid 19. Rozebrána je i problematika rizikových faktorů pracovního prostředí a kategorizace práce. Část práce se věnuje posuzování a uznávání nemocí z povolání, následné odškodnění a druhy náhrad.ObhájenoThis Bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to the topic of occupational diseases. V práci je nejprve provedena rešerše nástrojů vhodných pro manipulaci s multidimenzionálními daty. Na základě zjištěných informací je zvolen vhodný software a jeho možnosti jsou otestovány na příkladu případové studie kampusu Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Případová studie vedla k získání přímých zkušeností s modelováním, editací a manipulací s 3D modely
v GIS. No full textTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kůži novorozenců a kojenců. Je rozdělena na teore-tickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na specifika kůže nedonošeného no-vorozence, donošeného novorozence, kojence, hydrataci pokožky, kožní onemocnění, péči o kůži novorozence, problematiku opruzenin, přípravky na ošetření kůže, výhody a nevý-hody jednorázových plen. Tato část je vypracovaná s pomocí poznatků z odborné literatury a vědeckých článků.
Praktická část je zpracovaná pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu. Cílem praktické části je porovnání funkce dvou odlišných sond. Sondy komerční-Multi Skin Center MC 1000 a nové textilní sondy vytvořené v rámci projektu ve spolupráci FZS a FEL ZČU. Cílem práce je zhodnotit funkčnost nové textilní sondy a porovnat jí se sondou MC 1000. Data byla získávána z opakovaných měření hydratace kůže dospělých jedinců. Závěr práce ukazuje na poznatky získané během výzkumného šetření.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis is focused on the skin of newborns and infants. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the specifics of the skin of a premature newborn, a full-term newborn, an infant, skin hydration, skin diseases, newborn skin care, the issue of stretch marks, skin treatment products, advantages and disadvan-tages of disposable diapers. This part is developed with the help of findings from professi-onal literature and scientific articles.
The practical part is processed using quantitative research. The aim of the practical part is to compare the function of two different probes. Probes commercial-Multi Skin Center MC 1000 and new textile probes created as part of the project in cooperation with FZS and FEL ZČU. The aim of the work is to evaluate the functionality of the new textile probe and compare it with the MC 1000 probe. The data were obtained from repeated measurements of skin hydration of adult individuals. The conclusion of the thesis shows the knowledge gained during the research investigation

No full textBakalářská práce na téma "Kvalita života pacienta s gonartrózou" se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretickou část tvoří dvě kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá problematikou kvality života v obecném pojetí a druhá kapitola jedním z nejčastějších chorob pohybového muskuloskeletálního systému, jímž je degenerativní onemocnění kloubů nazývané gonar-tróza. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum v oblasti kvality života pacientů s diagnózou gonartrózy v pokročilejších stádiích tohoto onemocnění. Hlavním cílem praktické části práce je zjištění toho, do jaké míry je ovlivněna kvalita života pacientů s diagnostikovanou gonartrózou. Cíle je dosaženo prostřednictvím kvantitativní metody, a to technikou standar-dizovaného dotazníku SF-36, jenž je rozdělen do osmi dimenzí, doplněného o položky zjiš-ťující sociodemografické údaje respondentů. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 85 respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu indikují podprůměrné skóre v oblasti kvality života napříč všemi dimenzemi u oslovených respondentů. Naše studie akcentuje zásadní roli včasné dia-gnostiky, adekvátní terapie a edukaci pacientů trpící tímto onemocněním.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis on the topic "Quality of Life of Patients with Gonarthrosis" consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is made up of two chapters. The first chapter deals with the issue of quality of life in a general concept, and the second chapter with one of the most common diseases of the musculoskeletal system, which is a degenera-tive joint disease called gonarthrosis. The practical part is focused on research in the area of quality of life of patients diagnosed with advanced stages of gonarthrosis. The main goal of the practical part of the work is to determine the extent to which the quality of life of patients diagnosed with gonarthrosis is affected. This goal is achieved through a quantitative method, namely the technique of a standardized SF-36 questionnaire, which is divided into eight di-mensions, supplemented by items ascertaining sociodemographic data of the respondents. A total of 85 respondents participated in the research survey. The research results indicate a below-average score in the area of quality of life across all dimensions among the respon-dents surveyed. Our study accentuates the crucial role of early diagnosis, adequate therapy, and education of patients suffering from this disease
