Education in patients with heart failure
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací u pacientů se srdečním selháním, především edukačními metodami a jejich vlivem na podporu adherence k léčbě u pacientů se srdečním selháním. V práci jsme se zaměřili na tři edukační metody, a to metodu zpětného učení, metodu edukace vedenou sestrou a metoda tréninku všímavosti. Dále jsme popsali epidemiologii srdečního selhání, edukaci a adherenci. V praktické části jsou shrnuty údaje vybraných studií týkajících se edukačních metod podporující adherenci k léčbě. Cílem práce je pomocí vyhledaných relevantních dat z licencovaných a volně dostupných elektronických databází poskytnout přehled informací, které se týkají nejnovějších poznatků v oblasti edukace nemocných se srdečním selháním.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with education in patients with heart failure, especially educational methods and their influence on promoting adherence to treatment in patients with heart failure. In this thesis, we focused on three educational methods, namely the teach-back method, nurse-led education method and mindfulness training method. We also described the epidemiology of heart failure, education and adherence. In the practical section, data from selected studies on educational methods to promote adherence to treatment are summarized. The aim of this thesis is to provide an overview of the latest findings in the field of education of patients with heart failure using relevant data from licensed and freely available electronic databases
The role of the nurse in the care of patients after gastrectomy
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolemi sester, které poskytují ošetřovatelskou péči pacientům po gastrektomii, tedy po operaci žaludku, kdy dochází k jeho odstranění. První kapitola je zaměřena na anatomii a fyziologii žaludku. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na gastrektomii jako takovou, jaké typy gastrektomie se provádějí a jaké komplikace gastrektomie přináší. Další dvě kapitoly podrobně rozebírají ošetřovatelskou péči a jednotlivé role sester, které pečují o pacienty po gastrektomii. Vše je zaměřené na pooperační péči. Veškeré informace v teoretické části vychází z odborné literatury.
Praktická část práce je vedena formou kvalitativního výzkumu za pomocí rozhovorů. Rozhovory byly vedeny se sestrami z chirurgického oddělení, které mají zkušenosti s péčí o pacienty po gastrektomii. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu získaných informací z rozhovorů a odhalení hlavních rolí sester a aspektů péče, které sestry vykonávají v pooperačním období u pacientů po gastrektomii. V diskuzi a závěru práce jsou formulovány a shrnuty odpovědi týkající se výzkumných otázek.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the roles of nurses who provide nursing care to pa-tients after gastrectomy, i.e. after gastric surgery when the stomach is removed. The first chapter focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the stomach. The second chapter focuses on gastrectomy itself, what types of gastrectomy are performed and what complications gastrectomy brings. The next two chapters discuss in detail the nursing care and the different roles of nurses who care for patients after gastrectomy. The focus is on postoperative care. All information in the theoretical part is based on the literature.
The practical part of the thesis is conducted in the form of qualitative research using interviews. The interviews were conducted with nurses from the surgical department who have experience in caring for patients after gastrectomy. The practical part of the thesis focuses on analysing the information obtained from the interviews and revealing the main roles of nurses and the aspects of care that nurses perform in the postoperative period for patients after gastrectomy. The discussion and conclusion of the thesis formulate and summarize the deanswers related to the research questions

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem poruch menstruačního cyklu na psycho-sociální potřeby žen. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá fyziologickým menstruačním cyklem, poruchami menstruačního cyklu, psychikou ženy při fyziologickém menstruačním cyklu a psychickými poruchami v souvislosti s menstruačním cyklem.
Praktická část je vypracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, který umožňuje popsat do hloubky pocity, emoce a potřeby žen s poruchou menstruačního cyklu. Výzkumu se účastnily dvě participantky s jinými poruchami menstruačního cyklu. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaký vliv na psycho-sociální potřeby žen mají poruchy menstruačního cyklu.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the impact of menstrual cycle disorders on the psycho-social needs of women. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the physiological menstrual cycle, menstrual cycle disorders, the psychology of women during the physiological menstrual cycle, and psychological disorders related to the menstrual cycle.
The practical part is based on qualitative research, which allows for a deep understanding of the feelings, emotions, and needs of women with menstrual cycle disorders. Two participants with different menstrual cycle disorders took part in the research. No full textTématem diplomové práce je vzestup JAR (Jihoafrická republika) jako regionální mocnosti v Subsaharské Africe. V Subsaharské Africe dochází mezi státy, které mají ambici stát se regionální mocností, k soupeření o celkovou dominanci v regionu. JAR se musela v minulosti vypořádat s koloniální nadvládou a obdobím apartheidu. Počátky demokratického systému lze datovat od roku 1994. V teoretické části jsem představila pojmy, které souvisejí s mocenským postavením JAR, jako je moc, region a regionální mocnost. Dále jsem se zaměřila především na zahraniční politiku, která pomohla JAR získat vlivné postavení v regionu. V poslední části této práce jsem se zabýval vlivem JAR v subsaharské Africe a také dalšími konkurenčními zeměmi, jako je Nigérie nebo Angola, které JAR konkurují.ObhájenoThe topic of the thesis is the rise of South Africa (SA) as a regional power in Sub-Saharan Africa. In Sub-Saharan Africa, there is competition for overall regional dominance among states that have ambitions to become regional powers. South Africa has had to deal with colonial rule and a period of apartheid in the past. The beginnings of the democratic system can be dated back to 1994. In the theoretical part, I introduced concepts that are related to South Africa's power position, such as power, region and regional power. Then I focused mainly on the foreign policy that helped South Africa to gain an influential position in the region. Samostatná časť práce sa zaoberá najznámejšími parnými lokomotívami a ich technickému priblíženiu. Okrem techniky autorka pomocou mikrohistorického prístupu popísala život na železnici v danom období. Za vyzkumnú otázku si autorka položila efektívnosť parnej trakcie.ObhájenoThe thesis focuses on the development of railways and life on the railways in Slovakia between 1945 and 1980. It also provides a brief history of railways in the region. One section of the work discusses the technical aspects of the most famous steam locomotives. In addition to exploring the technology, the author used a microhistorical approach to describe life on the railway during the given period. The author's research question was focused on the efficiency of steam traction
Protinacistický odboj na Písecku
No full textPráce se zabývá paradesantním výsadkem, který byl proveden třemi agenty skupiny INTRANSITIVE, a osudem obyvatel obce Bernartice na Písecku, kteří tragicky zemřeli během tzv. druhého stanného práva na klatovské střelnici ve Spáleném lese v Lubech u Klatov. Autor představí danou situaci (1942) v tehdejším Protektorátu Čechy a Morava; vysvětlí důvod, jaké bylo poslání výsadku a osudu jejich členů; význam klatovského gestapa a popíše tragický závěr života obyvatel Bernartic na Písecku. V neposlední řadě bude věnovat pozornost i svým dvěma členům rodiny, kteří obětavě napomáhali výsadkářům. Na závěr práce autor bude vyhodnocovat, zda byla bojová akce zdařilá či nikoliv. Cílem je zohlednit veškeré důsledky spojované s členy INTRANSITIVU a jakým způsobem se německé orgány vypořádaly s jihočeskými Bernarticemi v roce 1942.ObhájenoThe thesis deals with the paratroop landing, which was carried out by three agents of the INTRANSITIVE group, and the fate of the inhabitants of the village of Bernartice in Písek, who tragically died during the so-called second martial law at the Klatovy shooting range in the Burnt Forest in Luby u Klatov. The author will present the situation (1942) in the then Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia; explain the reason for the paratroopers' mission and the fate of their members; the importance of the Klatovy Gestapo; and describe the tragic end of the lives of the inhabitants of Bernartice na Písecku. Last but not least, he will also pay attention to his two family members who selflessly assisted the paratroopers. At the end of the work, the author will evaluate whether the combat action was successful or not. The aim is to take into account all the consequences associated with the members of the INTRANSITIVE and how the German authorities dealt with the South Bohemian Bernartice in 1942

At the same time, it draws on the current knowledge of digital anthropology, which takes cyberspace as its field of study and applies traditional anthropological methods
