No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá tématem přístupu zaměřeného na klienta a jeho využitím v odborném sociálním poradenství. V první části práce je vymezené teoretické ukotvení. První část má pět hlavních kapitol, které nesou názvy - teorie sociální práce, přístup zaměřený na klienta, aktivní naslouchání, poradenství a občanské poradny. Druhá část práce je rozdělena na metodologii a interpretaci dat. V metodologické části výzkumu autor popisuje postup výzkumu, jako je například výběr vzorku dat, etické hledisko výzkumu, či charakteristika participantů. V kapitole "interpretace dat" autor popisuje odpovědi participantů a porovnává je s teoretickou částí práce.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of client-centred approach and its use in professional social counselling. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou, kde jsou konceptualizovány základní teoretické pojmy, mezi které patří: sociální práce, sociální pracovník, profesionalita a postoje. Praktická část se snaží nalézt odpověď na výzkumnou otázku "Jaké postoje mají sociální pracovníci k vlastní profesionalitě?" V práci jsou uvedeny taktéž současné prameny práva na ochranu osobnosti. Blíže se práce věnuje prostředkům ochrany osobnosti, a to jak prostředkům, které poskytuje právo soukromé, tak i prostředkům z oblasti práva veřejného. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem geografických faktorů na volební podporu koalice SPOLU ve volbách do Poslanecké sněmovny v roce 2021 v České republice. Řeší prostorové rozložení volební podpory a analyzuje ji ve vztahu k různým sociodemografickým faktorům. S využitím kvantitativní metodologie studie využívá Pearsonovy korelační koeficienty ke zkoumání vztahu mezi volební podporou koalice SPOLU a faktory, jako jsou mimo jiné hustota zalidnění, dosažené vzdělání, náboženská příslušnost a míra nezaměstnanosti. Hlavní zjištění ukazují, že vyšší vzdělanostní úroveň a hustota obyvatelstva silně korelují s vyšší podporou SPOLU, zatímco regiony s vyšší nezaměstnaností vykazují nižší podporu. Tyto výsledky podtrhují přitažlivost koalice v městských a vzdělanějších demografických skupinách. Práce přispívá k poznání politické geografie v České republice a naznačuje, že geografický a socioekonomický kontext významně ovlivňuje volební výsledky.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis examines the influence of geographical factors on electoral support for the SPOLU coalition in the 2021 elections to the Chamber of Deputies in the Czech Republic. It addresses the spatial distribution of electoral support and analyses it in relation to various socio-demographic factors. Using a quantitative methodology, the study uses Pearson correlation coefficients to examine the relationship between electoral support for the SPOLU coalition and factors such as population density, educational attainment, religious affiliation and unemployment rates, among others. The main findings show that higher educational attainment and population density are strongly correlated with higher support for SPOLU, while regions with higher unemployment show lower support. These results underscore the coalition's appeal in urban and more educated demographic groups. The paper contributes to the understanding of political geography in the Czech Republic and suggests that geographic and socioeconomic context significantly affects electoral outcomes. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit vybrané personální procesy z pohledu technickohospodářských zaměstnanců společnosti Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o., kteří do společnosti nastoupili v průběhu roku 2023, a formulovat případné návrhy k zefektivnění těchto procesů. Teoretická část práce je zpracována na základě odborné literatury a zaměřuje se na vymezení řízení lidských zdrojů a vybraných personálních procesů, tedy získávání, výběr, přijímání a adaptaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti. V praktické části práce je charakterizována společnost Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. Následně jsou popsány vybrané personální procesy ve společnosti, které byly zvoleny na základě požadavku úseku Personalistika, a jsou zde představeny výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zjištěných skutečností z dotazníkového šetření jsou formulovány návrhy, které by společnosti pomohly optimalizovat vybrané personální procesy.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of selected personnel processes in a selected company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate selected personnel processes from the perspective of technical and economic employees of Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. who joined the company during 2023 and to formulate possible proposals for improving the efficiency of these processes. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the literature and focuses on the definition of human resource management and selected personnel processes, i.e. recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees in the company. The practical part of the thesis characterizes the company Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. Subsequently, the selected personnel processes in the company, which were chosen based on the request of the HR department, are described and the results of the questionnaire survey are presented. Based on the findings of the questionnaire survey, suggestions are formulated that would help the company to optimise the selected personnel processes

Cílem této práce je identifikovat, jakou úroveň znalostí mají o cirkulární ekonomice analyzované minipivovary, jaké postoje ke konceptu zachovávají a jaké cirkulární principy konkrétně ve svých provozech aplikují. Nejprve je v souvislosti s konceptem provedena důkladná literární rešerše zaměřující se zejména na jeho teoretické vymezení, historii, principy a související cirkulární business modely. Následně je pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci podniků a expertem proveden kvalitativní výzkum zaměřující se na zodpovězení výzkumných otázek souvisejících s cíli práce. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou poté formulována obecná doporučení k oblastem, ve kterých ještě dle autora existuje prostor pro zlepšení.ObhájenoThis master's thesis explores the concept of circular economy and its implementation principles within the brewing industry. The aim of this work is to identify the level of knowledge about the circular economy among analyzed microbreweries, their attitudes towards the concept, and the specific circular principles they apply in their operations. Initially, a thorough literature review is conducted focusing on its theoretical definition, history, principles, and related circular business models. Subsequently, qualitative research is carried out through semi-structured interviews with representatives of businesses and an expert, aiming to address the research questions related to the objectives of the study. Based on the findings, general recommendations are then formulated for areas where, according to the author, there is still room for improvement

No full textTato diplomová práce představuje diversity management a jeho vyžití v podnikové praxi u třech vybraných firem. Téma je díky globalizovanému světu a celkové rozmanitosti obyvatelstva velmi aktuální. V teoretické části je popsána základní terminologie daného tématu jako je diverzita, diversity management, jeho výhody a nevýhody nebo možnosti implementace, jednotlivé dimenze či skupiny diverzity a další. V práci je mimo jiné zmiňována inkluze nebo diskriminace. V praktické části jsou porovnány vybrané firmy. Konkrétně pomocí dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s HR. V práci je porovnáván názor zaměstnanců a HR dané firmy, tedy soulad nebo nesoulad této tematiky a dále také implementace, procesy, postupy a celková míra využití jednotlivých firem. Výsledkem je zhodnocení výstupů a předání zpětné vazby zkoumaným firmám. Byly také zodpovězeny dvě stanovené výzkumné otázky. V každé z firem byly zjištěny soulady i nesoulady mezi zaměstnanci a HR. Stejně tak se v jednotlivých firmách liší míra využití diversity managementu.ObhájenoThis master's thesis explores diversity management and its utilisation in corporate practice within three selected companies. The topic is highly relevant due to the globalisation of today's world and the overall diversity of the population. The theoretical part describes the fundamental terminology of the topic, such as diversity, diversity management, its advantages and disadvantages, implementation possibilities, individual dimensions, or groups of diversity, among others. The thesis also addresses inclusion or discrimination. In the practical part, the selected companies are compared. Specifically, through questionnaire surveys with employees and semi-structured interviews with HR representatives. The thesis compares the opinions of employees and HR within each company, examining the alignment or misalignment on this topic, as well as the implementation processes, procedures, and overall extent of utilization by each company. The result is and evaluation of the findings and the provision of feedback to the researched companies. Additionally, two research questions were addressed. Consistencies and inconsistencies of opinions between employees and HR were identified in each company. Similarly, the extent of diversity management utilisation varies among the different companies
