No full textPředložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhotovení reálného projektu, který probíhal v roce 2023 a částečně 2024. Cílem práce je představení společnosti, zhodnocení projektu a porovnání jeho plánů s realitou. Text je rozdělen do kapitol, které prolínají teoretické poznatky s praktickými příklady z daného projektu, kdy je napřed vymezen pojem a následuje jeho praktická demonstrace na popisovaném projektu.
V úvodní kapitole je představena společnost, která projekt realizovala. Následuje detailní popis projektu dřevozpracujícího areálu a jeho plánů, včetně hierarchické struktury činností (WBS). Dále se práce zabývá plánem rizik a možnostmi jejich eliminace. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá porovnáním plánu a skutečnosti, návratností investice a také obsahuje doporučení pro daný projekt.ObhájenoThe presented bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of a real project that took place in 2023 and partly in 2024. The aim of the thesis is to rebuild, evaluate the project and compare its plans with reality. The text is divided into chapters that interweave theoretical knowledge with practical examples from the project, where the concept is first defined and followed by its practical demonstration on the project described.
The introductory chapter introduces the company that implemented the project. This is followed by a detailed description of the project and its plans, including identification of stakeholders, timeline and cost budget. Next, the thesis focuses on the risk plan and the options for eliminating them. The final chapter summarizes the comparison of planned and actual project results and analyzes the return on investment

No full textTématem této bakalářské práce je "Využití metod projektového řízení ve vybraném podniku". Cílem této práce je zhodnotit stav projektového řízení ve společnosti CIE Industry s.r.o. s následným doporučením na zavedení nových nástrojů a metod pro zlepšení projektového managementu. Teoretická část obsahuje základní terminologii projektového řízení a popis nástrojů, které lze při řízení projektů použít. Tyto nástroje jsou následně aplikovány na projekt spolupracující společnosti. Praktická část začíná představením společnosti CIE Industry s.r.o. a projektu "Analýza skladových zásob a nákupu", kterému je tato bakalářská práce věnována. Dále se hodnotí stav projektového řízení ve společnosti a vyhodnocují se nástroje, které projektový tým používá. Následně jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení projektového managementu, a to pomocí nástrojů z teoretické části. V závěru praktické části se projekt vyhodnotí a posoudí se, do jaké míry bylo dosaženo stanovených cílů. Po vyhodnocení je vysvětleno a zdůvodněno, jak může firma zlepšit své projektové řízení.ObhájenoThe theme of this bachelor thesis is "Utilization of project management methods in selected company". The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the state of project management in CIE Industry Ltd. with subsequent recommendations for the implementation of new tools and methods to improve project management. The theoretical part contains basic terminology of project management and description of tools that can be used in project management. These tools are then applied to a project of a cooperating company. The practical part starts with the introduction of CIE Industry Ltd. and the project "Inventory and Purchasing Analysis", which is the focus of this bachelor thesis. Next, the state of project management in the company is assessed and the tools used by the project team are evaluated. Subsequently, suggestions for improving project management are given, using the tools from the theoretical part. At the end of the practical part, the project is evaluated and the extent to which the objectives have been achieved is assessed. After the evaluation, an explanation and justification of how the company can improve its project management is given

Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na řízení projektových týmů a pracovních skupin a zhodnotit vliv různých řídicích stylů na výkon a spokojenost týmů. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem využití myšlenkových map v podnikatelské praxi a zaměřuje se na jejich používání ve firmách v České republice. Myšlenkové mapy jsou vnímány jako kreativní technika rozvíjení nápadů a efektivní nástroj pro práci s informacemi. Nejprve je nastíněna historie jejich vzniku, která je úzce provázána s osobou Tonyho Buzana. Je představen princip fungování myšlenkových map a základní postup jejich tvorby. Důležitou částí práce je popis typických situací, pro které je využití myšlenkových map vhodné, a to nejen v pracovním, ale také v osobním životě nebo při studiu. Následně se práce věnuje stěžejnímu cíli, zjistit, jak jsou myšlenkové mapy v prostředí českých firem využívány a pokud ne, z jakého důvodu. Za tímto účelem bylo vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření zaměřující se na respondenty využívající i nevyužívající myšlenkové mapy při práci. V druhé polovině výzkumu jsou zpracovány čtyři rozhovory s uživateli myšlenkových map pro získání konkrétních příkladů z praxe.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the use of mind maps in business practice and focuses on their use in companies in the Czech Republic. Mind maps are seen as a creative technique for developing ideas and an effective tool for working with information. First, the history of their creation is outlined, which is closely linked to the person of Tony Buzan. The uses of mind maps and the basic processes of their creation are presented. An important part of the work is the description of typical situations for which the use of mind maps is suitable, not only in work, but also in personal life or study. Afterwards, the thesis focuses on the main objective, to find out how much mind maps are used in the Czech companies and if not, for what reason. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was designed focusing on respondents using and not using mind maps at work. In the second half of the research, four interviews conducted with users of mind maps are summarized to illustrate concrete examples from practice
Grenze geschlossen. A forgotten novel by Lenka Reinerová
No full textTématem této bakalářské práce je rané, autobiografické dílo Lenky Reinerové Grenze geschlossen, které pojednává o autorčině útěku do exilu před národním socialismem, přesněji do Mexika. Dále se zabývá jejím následným návratem do tehdejší Jugoslávie po skončení druhé světové války a později i do Československa. Dílo začíná jejím pobytem v Paříži na začátku druhé světové války, kde je autorka jakožto hlavní protagonistka díla zatčena, vyslýchána a nakonec přesunuta do věznice La Petite Roquette, odkud je později internovaná do tábora Rieucros na jihu Francie. Po svém propuštění z tábora se autorka vydává na cestu do mexického města Veracruz přes severní Afriku. Po cestě je v Maroku internovaná do dvou táborů, Oued Zem a Sidi-el-Aychi. Do Mexika se Reinerová dostane koncem roku 1941, kde pobývá až do konce války. Poté se přes USA a Kanadu vrací se svým manželem Theodorem Balkem do Jugoslávie a následně do Prahy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá životem autorky a podrobněji zkoumá její činnost před vypuknutím druhé světové války a její působení v mexickém exilu.
Pozornost je věnována také migraci ve 30. a 40. letech 20. století, která autorku výrazně ovlivnila. První kapitola praktické části se zabývá rozborem děje díla, přičemž je zde nastíněn i tehdejší kulturně-historický kontext. Náplní druhé kapitoly praktické části je žánrové zařazení textu a zkoumání okolností, za jakých dílo s prvky socialistické propagandy vzniklo. V této kapitole je rovněž nastíněno, jak se v textu odráží životní optimismus spisovatelky. Na závěr se autor práce snaží shrnout důvody, které vysvětluji skutečnost, že toho dílo, narozdíl od pozdějších děl Lenky Reinerové, upadlo v zapomnění.ObhájenoThe thesis focuses on Lenka Reinerová's early autobiographical work Grenze geschlossen, which deals with the author's escape to exile from National Socialism to Mexico and her subsequent return to the former Yugoslavia after the end of the Second World War and later to Czechoslovakia. The story begins with her stay in Paris at the beginning of the Second World War, where the author, as the protagonist of the work, is arrested, interrogated and finally transferred to La Petite Roquete prison, from where she is later interned in the Rieucros camp in the south of France. After her release from the camp, the author embarks on a journey to the Mexican city of Veracruz via North Africa. Along the way, she is interned in two camps in Morocco, Oued Zem and Sidi-el-Aychi. Reinerová reaches Mexico in late 1941, where she stays until the end of the war. She then returns to Yugoslavia via the USA and Canada with her husband, Theodor Balk, and then to Prague.
The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the author's life and examines in detail her activities before the outbreak of the Second World War and her work in the Mexican exile. Consideration is also given to migration in the 1930s and 1940s, which greatly influenced the author. The first chapter of the practical part deals with the analysis of the plot of the work, taking into account the cultural and historical context of the time. The second chapter of the practical part is concerned with the classification of the work, together with an examination of the circumstances under which the work, with its elements of socialist propaganda, was produced and how it was influenced by the author's reflection, together with the socialist regime of the time. Finally, the author of the thesis tries to summarize the reasons that explain the fact that this work, unlike Lenka Reinerová's later works, has fallen into oblivio

Teoretická část se zaměřuje na seznámení s 3D tiskem, jeho druhy, historií, výhodami a nevýhodami a vlivem na společnost. Praktická část je realizována formou rešerše. V té je rozebíráno v 8 zahraničních studií a hodnotí se, zda je užití technologie v protetice vhodné z hlediska nosnosti a funkčnosti zhotovené pomůcky, vlivu na životní prostředí a finanční náročnosti. Výsledy jsou zhodnoceny a diskutovány.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the applicability of 3D printing in prosthetics. The theoretical part focuses on the introduction of 3D printing, its types, history, advantages and disadvantages and its impact on society. The practical part is implemented in the form of a research. In it, 8 foreign studies are analysed and it is evaluated whether the use of the technology in prosthetics is suitable in terms of the load-bearing capacity and functionality of the manufactured device, the environmental impact and financial requirements. Cílem je zjistit a podrobně zmapovat specifika u vybavování protetickými pomůckami, které nám vznikají u dětské protetiky horních končetin, a popsat výrobu a zmapování možností protetiky horních končetin. Práce je teoreticko-praktická. V teoretické části je zmapován vývoj horních končetin a vybavování horních končetin dle typu protetického vybavení a úrovně amputace. Je zde rovněž popsána historie protetiky horních končetin a pozornost je také věnována druhům protetického vybavení horní končetiny s ohledem na popis vývoje horních končetin v dětském věku. V neposlední řadě je zde popisován i historický vývoj protéz horních končetin od nejstarších protetických nálezů až po dnešní nejmodernější protézy. Praktická část obsahuje dokumentaci samotné výroby transradiální protézy, a to od sbírání měrných podkladů až po finalizaci pomůcky, je zde popisován odběr měrných podkladů pro výrobu transradiální protézy u dětského klienta a následná úprava sádrového negativu až po samotnou výrobu pomůcky a její finalizaci.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the technology of manufacturing upper limb pro-stheses in pediatric patients. The aim is to find out and to map in detail the specifics of the prosthetic equipment that we encounter in pediatric upper limb prosthetics. The aim is to describe the manufacturing and mapping of upper limb prosthetics options. The work is theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the development of upper limbs and the equipping of upper limbs according to the type of prosthetic equipment and the level of amputation is mapped. The history of upper limb prosthetics is described. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the types of upper limb prosthetic equipment and describes the development of the upper limb in childhood. The historical development of upper limb prostheses from the earliest prosthetic findings to today's state-of-the-art prostheses is also described. In the practical part, the fabrication of a transradial prosthesis is produced and documented from the collection of the gauge material to the finalization of the device, the collection of the gauge material for the fabrication of a transradial pro-sthesis in a pediatric client and the subsequent modification of the plaster negative to the actual fabrication of the device and its finalization is described
The role of hippotherapy in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou hipoterapie v rehabilitaci dětských pacientů s diagnostikovanou dětskou mozkovou obrnou a možnostmi využití hipoterapie ve fyzioterapii v tomto odvětví. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit význam a výsledky po absolvování hipoterapie ve fyzioterapii u dětských pacientů s dětskou mozkovou obrnou v rámci okamžitého účinku ihned po terapii. Dále seznamuje s historií hiporehabilitace, podmínkami, které musí splňovat hiporehabilitační kůň a samotná hiporehabilitační jednotka. Dále seznamuje s diagnózou dětské mozkové obrny. Do této studie byli zařazeni respondenti s diagnostikovanou dětskou mozkovou obrnou ve věku od 8 do 12 let (průměrný věk 10 let, medián 10 let) se spastickou formou nemoci. Celkový počet oslovených pacientů čítal 12, výzkumu se však zúčastnilo pouze 10 pacientů, jejichž zákonní zástupci podepsali in-formovaný souhlas. Všichni zúčastnění pacienti podstoupili hipoterapii již v dřívějších letech. Výzkumné měření zahrnovalo Modifikovanou Ashworthovu škálu na svalovou skupinu adduktorů, měření úhlu do abdukce v obou kyčelních kloubech pomocí goniometru dle standardizované goniometrie, Reach test / Modifikovaný Reach test, Knee to wall test. Veškeré testování probíhalo v dopoledních hodinách v tělocvičně v Centru pobytových a terénních sociálních služeb Zbůch. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce bylo zlepšení výsledků pacientů po absolvování hipoterapie v rámci veškerého měření a testování, tudíž potvrzení vhodnosti hipoterapie jakožto doplňkové terapie pro děti s dětskou mozkovou obrnou.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis deals with the role of hippotherapy in the rehabilitation of pediatric patients with diagnosed cerebral palsy and the possibilities of using hippotherapy in physiotherapy in this industry. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the meaning and results after completion of the hippotherapy in physiotherapy for pediatric patients with cerebral palsy within immediate effect immediately after therapy. It also introduces the history of hyporehabilitation, conditions, which must be met by the hyporehabilitation horse and the hyporehabilitation unit itself. Moreover introduces the diagnosis of cerebral palsy. Respondents included in this study diagnosed with cerebral palsy were between the ages of 8 and 12 (average age 10, median 10 years) with a spastic form of the disease. The total number of patients approached was 12, however, only 10 patients, whose legal representatives signed the informed consent participated in the research. All participating patients had undergone hippotherapy in earlier years. Research measurement included the Modified Ashworth scale for the adductor muscle group, angle measurement into abduction in both hip joints using a goniometer according to standardized goniometry, Reach test / Modified Reach test, Knee to wall test. All testing was conducted in the morning in the gym at the Center for Residential and Outreach Social Services Zbůch. The result of this bachelor's thesis was an improvement in patient outcomes after completing hippotherapy as part of all measurement and testing, therefore confirming the suitability of hippotherapy as an adjunctive therapy for children with cerebral palsy
Monitoring of grip force in the context of postural difficulty
No full textÚchopová síla je důležitým faktorem ovlivňujícím schopnost člověka vykonávat každodenní činnosti. Její hodnota je ovlivňována řadou faktorů, včetně posturální pozice. Cílem této práce bylo kvantifikovat vliv náročnosti posturálních pozic na úchopovou sílu.
V teoretické části tato bakalářská práce popisuje posturu a její stabilitu, úchopovou sílu, způsob jejího testování a uvádí již známé faktory které ovlivňují její velikost. Praktická část obsahuje metodiku výzkumu, která zahrnovala testování úchopové síly u čtyř různých sku-pin populace. Každý účastník byl testován v devíti posturálních pozicích. K tomuto účelu bylo vybráno 60 zdravých dospělých jedinců. Na soubor testovaných jedinců byla využita metoda sestavení a testování. Pomoci digitálního hydraulického dynamometru Baseline byla změřena maximální síla úchopu. Výsledky byly následně odborně analyzovány, zpra-covány a vyobrazeny formou grafů a tabulek.
Výsledky ukázaly, že úchopová síla nemá tendenci klesat s rostoucí náročností posturální pozice. Nejnižší hodnoty úchopové síly byly zaznamenány v pozici vleže na břiše a nejvyšší ve stoji na obou nohách. Byl také prokázán vliv věku a pohlaví na maximální naměřenou sílu úchopu.ObhájenoGrip strength is an important factor affecting a person's ability to perform everyday acti-vities. Its value is influenced by a number of factors, including postural position. The aim of this study was to quantify the effect of the difficulty of postural positions on grip stren-gth.
In the theoretical part, this bachelor thesis describes postural stability, grip strength, testing options, and lists of the already known factors that influence its magnitude. The practical part contains the research methodology, which included testing grip strength in four diffe-rent population groups. Each participant was tested in nine postural positions. Sixty healthy adult subjects were selected for this purpose. The build and test method were applied to the set of individuals tested. Maximum grip strength was measured using a Baseline digital hydraulic dynamometer. The results were professionally analyzed, processed and displayed in the form of graphs and tables.
The results showed that the grip strength does not tend to decrease with increasing postural demand. The lowest values of grip strength were recorded in the supine position and the highest in the standing position on both legs. The effect of age and gender on the ma-ximum measured grip strength was also demonstrated
The influence of the family environment on the development of drug addiction
No full textBakalářská práce pojednává o vlivu rodinného prostředí na vznik drogové závislosti. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je možné o drogové závislosti uvažovat ve spojitosti s dysfunkční rodinou, popsání projevů této dysfunkce a zároveň navrhnout případná možná řešení. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické ukotvení drog, drogové závislosti, funkční a dysfunkční rodiny, informace o drogách a jejich rozdělení. V druhé části práce jsem v rámci výzkumu využila kvalitativní tematickou analýzu, metodu vytváření trsů a polostrukturované rozhovory. Provedený výzkum poukázal na několik faktorů vycházejících z nefunkčních rodiny, které ovlivňují jedince při prvotních zkušenostech s drogou a tím i postupně možný vznik drogové závislosti.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis discusses the influence of the family environment on the emergence of drug addiction. The main goal of my work was to find out whether it is possible to think about drug addiction in connection with a dysfunctional family, to describe the manifestations of this dysfunction, and at the same time to propose possible solutions. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical understanding of drugs, drug addiction, functional and dysfunctional families, information about drugs, and their split. In the second part of the thesis, I used qualitative thematic analysis, the method of creating clusters, and semi-structured interviews as my methodological approach. The research carried out pointed to several factors originating from dysfunctional families that influence individuals during their initial experiences with drugs and thus gradually the possible emergence of drug addiction
