No full textDiplomová práce nesoucí název "Vzájemný vztah exekučního a insolvenčního řízení" je rozdělena celkem na sedm kapitol, přičemž dvě kapitoly po úvodu následující se věnují obecnému výkladu o insolvenčním a exekučním řízení. Opomenut není ani historický exkurz do obou typů řízení. Ve čtvrté, stěžejní kapitole je pozornost věnována samotnému vzájemnému vztahu insolvenčního a exekučního řízení, jsou porovnány jejich základní zásady, procesní subjekty a dále je rozebrán jejich možný souběh. Pátá kapitola upravuje postavení soudního exekutora a insolvenčního správce, současně jsou tyto profese vzájemně z několika hledisek porovnány. Diplomovou práci zakončuje výklad o dopadech těchto řízení na osobu dlužníka a věřitele. Následný závěr celou práci rekapituluje, hodnotí a uzavírá.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis, entitled "The Mutual Relationship of Execution and Insolvency Proceedings", is divided into seven chapters, with two chapters following the introduction devoted to a general explanation of insolvency and enforcement proceedings. A historical excursus into both types of proceedings is not omitted. In the fourth and central chapter, attention is paid to the relationship between insolvency and execution proceedings, comparing their basic principles, procedural subjects and discussing their possible concurrence. The fifth chapter regulates the position of the judicial officer and the insolvency trustee, at the same time these professions are compared from several points of view. The thesis concludes with an explanation of the impact of these proceedings on the debtor, and the creditor. The subsequent conclusion recapitulates, evaluates and concludes the whole thesis

No full textUdržitelnost je v posledních letech velmi využívaným pojmem ve veřejné diskusi. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat ekonomickou udržitelnost v Portugalsku a zhodnotit jednotlivé kroky k dosažení udržitelnosti portugalských veřejných financí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na představení teoretických hledisek ekonomické udržitelnosti včetně veřejných financí, veřejného dluhu, Fiscal Governance a měření udržitelnosti. Tyto aspekty jsou zkoumány prostřednictvím literární rešerše. Praktická část využívá ke zkoumání data mezinárodních a národních institucí. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu ekonomické udržitelnosti v souvislosti s historickým kontextem a fiskálními nástroji, které podporují a přispívají k udržitelnosti veřejných financí. Další část praktické části analyzuje období krizí, především pandemické krize COVID-19, a jejich vliv na vývoj veřejných financí v Portugalsku. Ekonomická udržitelnost v Portugalsku je z dlouhodobého hlediska následně porovnána s ekonomickou udržitelností v Česku. Výsledky analýzy ukázaly, že Portugalsko je z hlediska dlouhodobé fiskální udržitelnosti v dobré fiskální pozici s nízkou mírou fiskálních rizik. Naopak Česko se z dlouhodobého hlediska nachází v pozici blízkosti vysokých fiskálních rizik. Budoucí výhled udržitelnosti veřejných financí naznačuje příznivý vývoj, ten však bude záležet na hospodářském a demografickém vývoji. Pro udržení stabilního ekonomického vývoje je nezbytné, aby vláda prováděla aktivní fiskální politiku a adekvátně a včas reagovala na ekonomický vývoj s ohledem na budoucí generace a efektivně navazovala spolupráci s Portugalskou radou pro veřejné finance.ObhájenoIn recent years, sustainability has been a much used term in public debate. This bachelor thesis aims to analyse economic sustainability in Portugal and to evaluate the individual steps to achieve sustainability of Portuguese public finances. The theoretical part focuses on introducing the theoretical aspects of economic sustainability including public finance, public debt, Fiscal Governance and sustainability measurement. These aspects are explored through a literature search. The practical part uses data from international and national institutions. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of economic sustainability in relation to the historical context and the fiscal instruments that support and contribute to the sustainability of public finances. The next part of the practical part analyses the period of crises, especially the pandemic crisis COVID-19, and their impact on the evolution of public finances in Portugal. Economic sustainability in Portugal is then compared with economic sustainability in the Czech Republic from a long-term perspective. The results of the analysis show that Portugal is in a good fiscal position in terms of long-term fiscal sustainability, with a low level of fiscal risks. In contrast, Czechia is in a position close to high fiscal risks in the long run. The future outlook for the sustainability of public finances suggests a positive development, but this will depend on economic and demographic developments. In order to maintain stable economic developments, it is essential that the government pursues an active fiscal policy and responds adequately and in a timely manner to economic developments with a view to future generations and engages effectively with the Portuguese Public Finance Council

Zkoumán je také dopad pandemie COVID-19 na zvolený podnik. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé finanční ukazatele. V praktické části jsou tyto ukazatele aplikovány na vybranou společnost a výsledky jsou dále porovnávány s konkurenční společností a hodnotami odvětvového průměru. V praktické části jsou na modelovém příkladu posouzeny účetní a daňové aspekty společně s výhodami a nevýhodami těchto forem financování pro fiktivní společnost. Na závěr je pro tuto fiktivní společnost navržen nejvýhodnější způsob pořízení dlouhodobého hmotného majetku na základě provedené komparace.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis compares the method of financing fixed assets by financial leasing and credit from the accounting and tax point of view and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these two forms of financing. The theoretical part focuses on stating the current state of the issue using applicable legislation, professional literature and other reliable sources. In the practical part, the accounting and tax aspects are assessed using a model example, together with the advantages and disadvantages of these forms of financing for a fictitious company. Finally, the most advantageous way of acquiring tangible fixed assets for this fictitious company is proposed on the basis of the comparison made

Rešeršní část se zabývá především využitím ERP systémů, dále jsou stanovena čtyři kritéria pro výběr účetního softwaru a také je provedena analýza nejvyužívanějších účetních softwarů v malých a středních podnicích. Praktická část bakalářské práce je soustředěna na dotazníkové šetření s cílem zjistit, jaká kritéria pro výběr účetního softwaru jsou pro malé a střední podniky v České republice důležitá. Dále se dotazník zabývá spokojeností podniků se současně využívaným účetním softwarem, a také je zaměřen na důležitost digitalizace v oblasti účetnictví. Po celkovém zhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsou formulované parametry, které jsou pro podniky důležité. Za kritéria pro výběr účetního softwaru lze považovat uživatelskou přívětivost, bezpečnost systému, podporu systému, digitalizaci, integraci softwaru s jinými používanými programy a elektronické zasílání faktur odběratelům.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of accounting software in small and medium-sized enterprises. The research part deals mainly with the use of ERP systems, four criteria for the selection of accounting software are also determined, and an analysis of the most used accounting software in small and medium-sized enterprises is also carried out. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on a questionnaire survey with the aim of finding out which criteria for choosing accounting software are important for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the questionnaire deals with the satisfaction of companies with the currently used accounting software, and is also focused on the importance of digitization in the field of accounting. After the overall evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey, the parameters that are important for companies are formulated. User-friendliness, system security, system support, digitization, software integration with other used programs and electronic sending of invoices to customers can be considered criteria for choosing accounting software

V praktické části je charakterizován zvolený klub TJ Svatobor Hrádek. Dále se autor věnuje analýze financování organizace, jsou zde uvedeny dotace, příjmy a výdaje klubu. Následně jsou znázorněny účetní výkazy, kterými jsou rozvaha a výkaz zisku a ztráty. V závěru práce autor navrhuje možnosti na zvýšení prosperity fotbalového klubu.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the business support of a sports organization. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financing of the football club TJ Svatobor Hrádek and then to propose measures to improve the financial management of the club. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the definition of basic concepts of sports organizations, sport and its management, sponsorship and then the issue of financing sports clubs. In the practical part the chosen club TJ Svatobor Hrádek is characterized. Furthermore, the author analyses the financing of the organisation and presents the subsidies, income and expenses of the club. Subsequently, the financial statements, which are the balance sheet and profit and loss statement, are presented. At the end of the thesis, the author suggests ways to increase the prosperity of the football club
