No full textŠikana představuje závažný fenomén ovlivňující životy dětí a adolescentů nejen v České republice, ale také po celém světě. Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo identifikovat faktory ovlivňující výskyt šikany na pěti zkoumaných středních školách, zaměřujíc se na typ vzdělávacího zařízení, gender a formy šikany. Má práce je založena na kvantitativním výzkumném šetření provedeném pomocí anonymního dotazníku. Mezi hlavní zjištění patří objevení souvislosti mezi genderem a výskytem šikany, přičemž dívky mají vyšší pravděpodobnost stát se oběťmi šikany než chlapci. Kromě toho výzkum zjistil, že typ školy ani forma šikany nevykazují statistickou významnost při předpovídání šikanujícího chování. Tato zjištění zdůrazňují význam genderově citlivého přístupu k šikaně.ObhájenoBullying is a serious phenomenon affecting the lives of children and adolescents not only in the Czech Republic but also worldwide. My bachelor's thesis aimed to identify factors influencing the occurrence of bullying at five secondary schools, focusing on the type of educational institution, gender, and forms of bullying. My thesis is based on quantitative research conducted using an anonymous questionnaire. The main findings include the discovery of an association between gender and the prevalence of bullying, with girls being more likely to be victims of bullying than boys. In addition, the research found that neither the type of school nor the form of bullying showed statistical significance in predicting bullying behaviour. These findings highlight the importance of a gender-sensitive approach to bullying
Public use of the landscape
No full textDiplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu veřejného užívání krajiny dle platné právní úpravy. Cílem bylo v první řadě představit jednotlivé teoretické pojmy a poté se zabývat jejich analýzou a případně se zamyslet nad novou úpravou de lege ferenda. Práce je členěna do tří kapitol, přičemž první dvě jsou spíše teoretické. Třetí a nejrozsáhlejší kapitola je pak krom veřejného užívání krajiny zaměřena také na limitaci v podobě zvláště chráněných území. Na samém konci práce je pro blízkou podobnost s veřejným užíváním krajiny představeno také veřejné užívání lesa.ObhájenoThis diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the public use of the landscape according to the applicable legislation. The main goal was, first of all, to present the individual theoretical concepts and then deal with their analysis and possibly think about a new adjustment of de lege ferenda. The work is divided into three chapters, while the first two are rather theoretical. In addition to the public use of the landscape, the third and most extensive chapter is also focused on limitation in the form of specially protected areas. At the very end of the work, the public use of the forest is also compared with the public use of the landscape due to its close similarity

Nejvíce je však práce zaměřena na popis vývoje, popularity hry a národnostního složení v rámci jednotlivých eSportových lig hry League of Legends. V menším měřítku se poté práce zaměřuje na evropský region a evropskou nejvyšší ligu hry League of Legends s názvem LEC. Hlavním cílem práce je vysvětlit vliv ekonomických podmínek na vývoj, popularitu a národnosti profesionálních hráčů League of Legends v rámci světa ale i jednotlivých regionů. Vzhledem k malému počtu prací k tématu geografie eSportu byla v práci použita Wallersteinova teorie světového systému. Dle této teorie byl rozřazen svět na jádrové, semiperiferní a periferní oblasti.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis deals with a geographical view of the topic of eSports using the example of the game League of Legends. However, the work focuses on the description of development, popularity of the game and the national composition within the individual eSports leagues of League of Legends. On a smaller scale, the work then focuses on the European region and the European top league of League of Legends called LEC. The main goal of the thesis is to explain the influence of economic conditions on the development, popularity, and nationality of professional League of Legends players within the world as well as individual regions. Due to the small number of works on the topic of geography of eSports, Wallerstein's theory of the world system was used in the work. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá regionální socioekonomickou diferenciací v župě Nógrád za monitorované období mezi lety 2005 až 2019. Výzkumná část práce čerpá ze skalárních a vektorových ukazatelů, v rámci, nichž byla provedena analýza území. Následně byla provedena syntéza, která ztvárnila jednotlivé kategorie a typy specifických území. Hlavním cílem práce je především určit a objasnit socioekonomickou situaci v župě Nógrád a popsat důvody regionálních rozdílů. Závěrečné výsledky popisují tvorbu polarizace a zároveň popisují příčiny, které vedly k socioekonomické diferenciace v župě Nógrád.ObhájenoThis Bachelor's thesis examines regional socio-economic differentiation in Nógrád County for the monitoring period between 2005 and 2019. The research part of the thesis draws on scalar and vector indicators, within which an analysis of the territory was carried out. Subsequently, a synthesis was carried out to portray the different categories and types of specific territories. The main objective of the thesis is mainly to identify and clarify the socio-economic situation in Nógrád County and to describe the reasons for regional differences. The final results describe the formation of polarization and also describe the causes that led to socio-economic differentiation in Nógrád County
The development of tourism in South Korea
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem cestovního ruchu v Jižní Koreji. Cílem práce je deskripce rozvoje cestovního ruchu na vybraném území, a následně analýza lokalizačních a realizačních předpokladů pro tamější cestovní ruch. Na základě získaných dat a informací je poté popsán současný stav, diskutovány možné budoucí trajektorie a komparovány rozdíly japonského a korejského cestovního ruchu. První část práce se věnuje vymezení pojmů spojených s korejským cestovním ruchem. Tato část je nadále provázána s výzkumy cestovního ruchu v Jižní Koreji. V analytické části je poté vymezeno území, které je nadále sledováno, lokalizovány atraktivity a popsán současný stav a vývoj korejského turismu. Závěr práce je poté založen na SWOT analýze a vyhodnocení možných budoucích trajektoriích. Na základě těchto skutečností bylo zjištěno, že korejský cestovní ruch se začal rozvíjet až po konci Korejské války, a jeho význam každým rokem stoupá.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis deals with the development of tourism in South Korea. The aim of the work is a description of the development of tourism in the selected area, followed by an analysis of the localization and implementation assumptions for tourism there. Based on the obtained data and information, the current state is then described, possible future trajectories are discussed and the differences between Japanese and Korean tourism are compared. The first part of the work is devoted to the definition of terms associated with Korean tourism. This part continues to be linked with research on tourism in South Korea. In the analytical part, the territory that continues to be monitored is defined, attractions are located and the current state and development of Korean tourism is described. The conclusion of the work is then based on a SWOT analysis and evaluation of possible future trajectories. Based on these facts, it was found that Korean tourism started to
develop only after the end of the Korean War, and its importance is increasing every year
Evaluation of the impact of industrial zones on the regional development of the Rokycany district.
No full textPráce se zabývá hodnocením dopadů průmyslových zón na regionální rozvoj Rokycanska. Cílem bylo identifikovat a charakterizovat průmyslové zóny v regionu a zhodnotit jejich vliv na různé aspekty regionálního rozvoje.
Byly analyzovány průmyslové podniky a území s průmyslovou aktivitou na Rokycansku. Dále byly vymezeny regionálně významné průmyslové zóny, které byly kategorizovány a hodnoceny na základě vybraných faktorů regionálního rozvoje.
Výsledky ukázaly, že průmyslové zóny v Rokycansku mají převážně pozitivní dopad na regionální rozvoj. Zaměstnávají značnou část obyvatelstva, generují kapitál a vytvářejí vhodné podnikatelské prostředí. Nicméně, byly zjištěny i negativní vlivy, jako je zátěž infrastruktury a odliv kapitálu z regionu.
Práce zdůrazňuje potřebu opakovat výzkum v budoucnu a dále zkoumat dopady průmyslových zón v i kontextu změny struktury obyvatelstva a kvalifikace pracovní síly.ObhájenoThis thesis evaluates the impact of industrial zones on regional development in the Rokycany District. The aim was to identify and characterize industrial zones in the region and assess their influence on various aspects of regional development.
Businesses and territories with industrial activity in the Rokycany District were analyzed. Subsequently, regionally significant industrial zones were defined, categorized, and evaluated based on selected factors of regional development.
The results showed that industrial zones in the Rokycany District have a predominantly positive impact on regional development. They employ a significant part of the population, generate capital, and create a favorable business environment. However, negative impacts were also identified, such as infrastructure strain and capital outflow from the region.
The thesis emphasizes the need to repeat the research in the future and to further investigate the impacts of industrial zones in the context of changes in population structure and labor force qualifications

No full textHlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení kvality života seniorů ve městě Úterý. Vedlejšími cíli je zhodnocení zásobování města Úterý a zhodnocení mobility seniorů žijících ve městě Úterý. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny pojmy zásobování, mobilita, kvalita života a senioři. Pro dosažení výsledků byla v praktické části použita metoda dotazníkového šetření a metoda rozhovoru. Na základě splněných cílů, byly představeny možná řešení, které by seniorům města Úterý zlepšily kvalitu života.ObhájenoThe main objective of the work is to evaluate the quality of life of seniors in the town of Úterý. Secondary objectives include assessing the supply chain in the town of Úterý and evaluating the mobility of seniors living in the town of Úterý. The theoretical part of the work introduce concepts such as supply, mobility, quality of life, and seniors. To achieve the results, the practical part used the method of questionnaire surveys and interviews. Based on the fulfilled objectives, possible solutions were presented that would improve the quality of life for seniors in the town of Úterý

této práce je formulace finanční strategie pro společnosti HERBONA, s. r. o., která se zabývá výkupem, nákupem a zpracování bylin a koření. Na základě výsledků strategické analýzy budou navrženy možné varianty budoucího směřování společnosti včetně jejich zhodnocení. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky z oblasti strategického managementu, které dále slouží jako podklad pro zpracování praktické části. Druhá část práce je složena z představení vybraného podniku, analýzy externího a interního prostředí, SWOT analýzy a generování strategických variant. Z výsledků strategické analýzy byly navrženy a pomocí matice SAFe vyhodnoceny celkem tři možné strategické varianty budoucího vývoje, z nichž nejvhodnější byla prezentována majiteli společnosti.ObhájenoThis Master Thesis deals with the topic of strategic analysis of the selected company. The goal of this thesis is the formulation of a financial strategy for the company HERBONA, s. r. o., which deals with the purchase and processing of herbs and spices. Based on the results of the strategic analysis, possible variants of the future direction of the company will be proposed, including their evaluation. The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge from the field of strategic management, which further serves as a basis for processing the practical part. The second part of the Master´s Thesis consists of the introduction of the selected company, analysis of the external and internal environment, SWOT analysis and generation of strategic variants. Based on the results of the strategic analysis, a total of three possible strategic options for future development
