V práci také navrhuji jiné možnosti které se matce nabízí, pokud se o své dítě nechce či nemůže starat. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na platnou právní úpravu. Jejím cílem je zejména poukázat na nedostatečnou právní úpravu v České republice a porušování práv dítěte, ke kterým jejich odložením dochází.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with the issue of anonymous child abandonment. It focuses primarily on the placement of children in baby boxes, which are widely established in the Czech Republic. In the thesis, I also suggest other options that are offered to mothers if they do not want or cannot take care of their children. The thesis focuses on the current legislation. Its aim is mainly to point out the poor legal regulation in the Czech Republic and the violation of children's rights that occurs by their abandonment

Diplomová práce obsahuje vývoj této problematiky od historických změn až po současnou právní úpravu, s důrazem na klíčové právní instituty a jejich vliv. První kapitola definuje klíčové pojmy a jejich význam pro koncentraci řízení, zatímco druhá kapitola mapuje historický vývoj českého soudnictví. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na specifická ustanovení a právní instituty související s koncentrací řízení. Čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje důsledky koncentrace řízení, zdůrazňuje vztah mezi koncentrací řízení, procesní spravedlností a efektivitou rozhodování. Závěrečná kapitola shrnuje klíčové poznatky a formuluje závěrečné úvahy v kontextu českého civilního práva.ObhájenoThe thesis focuses on the issue of concentration of proceeding in the Czech civil procedure. The thesis contains the development of this issue from historical changes to the current legal regulation, with emphasis on the key legal institutes and their influence. The first chapter defines the key concepts and their meaning for the concept of concentration of proceeding, while the second chapter maps the historical development of the Czech judiciary. The third chapter focuses on specific provisions and legal institutes related to concentration of proceedings. The fourth chapter analyses the consequences of concentration of proceedings, emphasising the relationship between concentration of proceedings, procedural fairness and efficiency of decision-making. The final chapter summarizes the key findings and formulates final considerations in the context of Czech civil law
Determination and denial of paternity
No full textDiplomová práce pojednává o určení a popření otcovství. Cílem práce je vymezení pozitivně právní úpravy otcovství v České republice doplněnou o judikaturu českých soudů a pohledu Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Hlavním obsahem práce je popis tří právních domněnek otcovství, na základě kterých lze určit otcovství k dítěti. Součástí práce je dále vylíčení možnosti soudu prominout zmeškání popěrné lhůty, jestliže uplynula lhůta pro podání návrhu na popření otcovství a vyžaduje-li to zájem dítěte a veřejný pořádek. Práce rozebírá i úvahy de lege ferenda, kde je nastíněno, jaké nedostatky současná právní úprava obsahuje, a které jsou potřeba do budoucna zakotvit do českého právního řádu. Závěr práce je věnován komparatistické studii, kde porovnává českou právní úpravu otcovství se Slovenskem a Německem.ObhájenoThe thesis deals with the determination and denial of paternity. The aim of the thesis is to define the positive legal regulation of paternity in the Czech Republic supplemented by the case law of the Czech courts and the view of the European Court of Human Rights. The main content of the thesis is a description of three legal presumptions of paternity on the basis of which paternity of a child can be determined. The work also includes a description of the possibility for the court to waive the delay of the denial period if the time limit for filing a petition for denial of paternity has expired and if the child's interest and public order so require. The thesis also discusses de lege ferenda considerations, outlining what shortcomings the current legislation contains and which need to be incorporated into the Czech legal system in the future. The thesis concludes with a comparative study, comparing the Czech legislation on paternity with Slovakia and Germany

Práce poskytuje teoretický souhrn pojmů souvisejících s kárnou odpovědností advokátů, následný popis kárné odpovědnosti advokátů a jejích specifik. Součástí práce je i přehled historických milníků advokacie, a to od jejího prvopočátku až do současnosti. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na praktické hodnocení příkladů kárných řízení, kdy ukazuje reálnost popsaných teoretických aspektů. V neposlední řadě tato diplomová práce porovnává legislativní specifika kárných řízení v několika zemích.ObhájenoThe aim of this diploma thesis is to examine the nature and extent of disciplinary liability of lawyers, to analyze its legal framework. The work provides a theoretical summary of terms related to the disciplinary liability of lawyers, followed by a description of the disciplinary liability of lawyers and its specifics. Part of the work is also an overview of the historical milestones of advocacy, from its beginnings to the present. The main part of the work is focused on the practical evaluation of examples of disciplinary proceedings, which shows the reality of the described theoretical aspects. No full textDiplomová práce je rozdělena do zásadních kapitol, kdy v první části se věnuje, co to je obecně exekuce a vysvětluje celé řízení a nejdůležitější instituty pro celé exekuční řízení. V druhé části se diplomová práce věnuje samotným způsobům provedení exekuce, jelikož v rámci souběhu exekucí dochází jsou tyto způsoby stěžejní a v případný souběh nastává právě mezi těmito způsoby. Samotný souběh exekucí upravuje kapitola třetí, přičemž tato přesně vysvětluje postup u jednotlivých způsobů provedení exekuce, jak se bude v rámci střetu vícero exekucí postupovat a která pohledávka má přednost před ostatníma. Závěrečná část shrnuje konkrétně souběh více exekučních řízení v rámci exekuce podle exekučního řádu, kterou vede jeden soudní exekutor anebo naopak vícero soudních exekutorů, a to v obou případech proti stejnému povinnému.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis is divided into essential chapters, where the first part deals with what is the execution in general and explains the whole procedure and the most important institutes for the whole execution procedure. In the second part, the thesis deals with the actual methods of execution, as these methods are crucial in the context of concurrent execution and it is between these methods that any concurrence occurs. The actual concurrence of executions is regulated in chapter three, which explains exactly the procedure for each method of execution, how it will be handled in the context of a clash of several executions and which claim takes precedence over the others. The final part summarises specifically the concurrence of several enforcement proceedings within the framework of an enforcement procedure under the Enforcement Code, which is conducted by one bailiff or, on the contrary, by several bailiffs, in both cases against the same debtor
Tracking changes of objects in the Spatio-temporal database of the territory
No full textČasoprostorová databáze území představuje digitální model území, který integruje digitální datové sady zpracované z mapových podkladů z různých časových období, a to výhradně ve vektorové podobě. Hlavním účelem databáze je umožnění analýz území s ohledem na jeho časový vývoj. V současné podobě Časoprostorová databáze území umožňuje provádění analýz na základě jednotlivých tematických vrstev (budovy, doprava, půdní kryt) pouze na úrovni celých katastrálních území (nejmenší územní celek rozlišitelný v databázi). Cílem této diplomové práce je rozšíření možností databáze o analýzy jednotlivých objektů zaznamenaných v datových sadách. Pojmem objekt označujeme reálný objekt, jenž se vyskytuje (popřípadě vyskytoval) v daném území, například konkrétní budovu, komunikaci či vodní tok a jenž je zanesen jako prvek mapy v některé datové sadě. Pro umožnění popsaných analýz je nutné vytvořit relace mezi reprezentanty objektů obsaženými v jednotlivých datových sadách. Relace jsou vytvářeny na základě tematické a prostorové podobnosti reprezentantů. Diplomová práce popisuje tvorbu funkcí pro detekci objektů obsažených v Časoprostorové databázi území, úpravu schématu databáze pro uložení relací mezi reprezentanty a vybrané analýzy ověřující korektnost nového přístupu.ObhájenoThe Spatio-temporal database of territory combines digital data sets processed on the basis of map documents from different time periods exclusively in vector form. The primary purpose of the database is to enable analyses of the territory with regard to its time evolution. Currently, the Spatio-temporal database of territory enables analyses based on individual thematic layers (buildings, transport, land cover) only at the level of entire cadastral territories (the smallest territorial unit distinguishable in the database). The goal of this thesis is to expand the possibilities of the database by analysing individual objects recorded in the data sets. The term object refers to a real object that occurs (or occurred) in a given area, e. g., a specific building, road or forest. To enable the described analyses, it is necessary to create relationships between object representations contained in individual data sets. Relationships are created on the basis of thematic and spatial similarity of representatives. The diploma thesis describes models for the detection of objects contained in the Spatio-temporal database of territory, modification of the database scheme enabling recording of relations between representatives and selected analyses verifying the correctness of the new approach
The role of the nurse in the care of a child with atopic dermatitis in primary care
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí sestry v ordinaci praktického lékaře pro děti a dorost při ošetřování dětí s atopickou dermatitidou. Práce je zaměřena na zkušenosti a názory rodičů dětských pacientů. V teoretické části se stručně věnuje anatomii kůže a imunitnímu systému. Dále shrnuje etiopatogenezi, formy a léčbu atopické dermatitidy a v poslední části se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči a edukaci. Praktická část práce je realizována kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením. K výzkumu jsou využity polostrukturované rozhovory s rodiči dětských pacientů. Takto získaná data byla podrobena analýze pomocí otevřeného kódování.
Výsledkem výzkumného šetření je identifikace rolí sestry v ordinaci praktického lékaře z pohledu rodičů. Hlavním zjištěním je nízká obsahovost a efektivita edukací, velký význam sestry v roli koordinátorky, asistenty, mediátorky a psychické opory rodičů. Výzkum také vedl k otázce souvislosti chování sestry s adherencí rodičů k léčbě. Na základě zjištěných informací byl vytvořen leták určený sestrám v ordinacích praktických lékařů. Tento leták by mohl být sestrám významnou pomůckou při edukaci rodičů dětí s atopickou dermatitidou.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis deals with the role of the nurse in the practician's office for children and adolescents in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis. It is focused on the experiences and opinions of parents of child patients. In the theoretical part, it briefly covers the anatomy of the skin and the immune system. It also summarizes the etiopathogenesis, forms and treatment of atopic dermatitis, and the last part deals with nursing care and education. The practical part of the work is realized through a qualitative research. Semistructured interviews with parents of child patients are used for the research. The data obtained in this way were subjected to analysis using open coding. The result of the research is the identification of the roles of the nurse in the practician's office from the perspective of the parents. The main finding is the low effectiveness of education, the great importance of the nurse in the role of coordinator, assistant, mediator and psychological support for parents. The research also led to the question of the relationship between the nurse's behavior and the parents' adherence to treatment. Based on the information found, a handout was created for nurses in practicians' offices. This handout could be a significant aid to nurses in educating parents of children with atopic dermatitis

Dále je v práci představena kvalita života související se zdravím, která je popisována ve vztahu k ošetřovatelství. Výsledky práce shrnují získané informace z vybraných studií vztahujících se na ošetřovatelské intervence a na poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péči ve vztahu ke kvalitě života související se zdravím.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on health-related quality of life from a nursing perspective. Midwife's care of a woman during cesarean birth
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na informovanost žen o porodu císařským řezem před, během porodu a po něm a jaké podpůrné intervence jsou jim poskytnuty zdravotníky. Díky dotazníkovému šetření jsme zjistili, že péče porodních asistentek o ženu při porodu císařským řezem je hodnocena často negativně z pohledu žen. Vyplynulo, že ženy nedostaly dostatečnou péči porodní asistentky. Ženám chyběla empatie a porozumění, informovanost při výkonech spojených s císařským řezem, psychická podpora, edukace v péči o jizvu, o kojení a psychice.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis focuses on women's awareness of cesarean delivery before, during and after delivery and what supportive interventions are provided by health
professionals. Through a questionnaire survey, we found that midwives' care of women during caesarean delivery is often evaluated negatively from the women's perspective. It was found that women did not receive sufficient care from midwives. Women lacked em-pathy and understanding, information during caesarean section procedures, psychological support, education on scar care, breastfeeding and psyche
