No full textTato diplomová práce obsahuje výzkum mikrostruktury a mechanických vlastností vysoko-entropických materiálů vytvořených pomocí 3D tisku metodou přímé laserové depozice. Byly nalezeny optimální podmínky pro depozici slitin s vysokou entropií na bázi Cr-Nb-Ti-Zr, které byly následně podrobeny zkoušce tahem s využitím miniaturních vzorků. Pomocí vzorků s gradientem chemického složení bylo nalezeno složení vykazující slibné vlastnosti.ObhájenoThis thesis contains research on microstructure and mechanical properties of high entropy materials manufactured using 3D printing directed energy deposition method. Optimal deposition conditions have been found for deposition of high entropy alloys based on the Cr-Nb-Ti-Zr system. Promising chemical composition has been found using compositionally graded specimens and tensile testing using miniaturized specimens

Teoretická část této práce popisuje princip laserového navařování a korozní problematiku kovových materiálů. V experimentální části jsou laserové návary analyzovány z hlediska korozní odolnosti, chemického složení, přítomnosti vnitřních vad. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení procesních parametrů a dalších vlivů na korozní chování vybraných přídavných materiálů.ObhájenoThe presented diploma thesis deals with the technology of laser cladding and the corrosion properties of laser welding. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the principle of laser cladding and the corrosion problem of metal materials. In the experimental part, laser deposits are analyzed in terms of corrosion resistance, chemical composition, and the presence of internal defects. The output of the work is the evaluation of process parameters and other influences on the corrosion behavior of specific additive materials

Cílem práce je podrobně popsat preference žáků na základě zvolených kritérií za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. V části teoretických východisek nalezneme rozbor tématu kolektivních sportů v řadě kontextů za pomoci odborné literatury. Patří mezi ně vzdělávání, fyziologie, sociologie, psychologie, nebo současné trendy mládeže. V metodologii práce nalezneme specifikaci zkoumaného souboru, představení postupu užitého při sběru dat, použité metody ke zpracování získaných dat a jejich podrobný popis. Praktická část nabízí samotné zpracování získaných dat za pomoci vybraných statistických nástrojů.ObhájenoThe thesis deals with analyzing the popularity of team sports in primary schools. The aim of the thesis is to describe in detail the preferences of pupils based on selected criteria with the help of a questionnaire survey. In the theoretical background section we find an analysis of the topic of team sports in a number of contexts with the help of the literature. These include education, physiology, sociology, psychology, or current youth trends. In the methodology section of the thesis we find a specification of the population under study, an introduction to the procedure used to collect data, the methods used to process the data and a detailed description of these methods. The practical part offers the actual processing of the obtained data using selected statistical tools

No full textCílem práce je sestavení souboru čítající přibližně 20 činností zaměřených na tematické bloky moderní gymnastiky v hodinách tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni základní školy. Praktická část je koncipována do 2 hlavních bloků. V prvním bloku se zaměřím na základní pohyby moderní gymnastiky a na elementární techniku s náčiním. K moderní gymnastice neodmyslitelně patří hudební doprovod, kterému se budu věnovat právě ve druhém bloku činností. Naučené pohyby logicky seskládáme tak, abychom vytvořili zkrácenou gymnastickou sestavu.
Dílčím cílem práce je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření pojednávající o zkušenosti učitelů v této oblasti a zjištění, zda se moderní gymnastika v hodinách tělesné výchovy využívá.ObhájenoThe paper aims to compile a set of approximately 20 activities which focus on thematic blocks of modern gymnastics in physical education classes at the first level of primary school. The practical part is designed in 2 main blocks. In the first block we focus on the basic movements of modern gymnastics and on the elementary technique with the apparatus. Modern gymnastics inherently includes musical support, on which we focus on in the second block of activities. We will logically put the movements we have learned together to create an abbreviated gymnastic routine.
A partial aim of the thesis is to evaluate a questionnaire survey dealing with teachers' experiences in this area and to find out whether modern gymnastics and its components are used in physical education classes

No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá pozitivními účinky pohybové aktivity a zdravotního cvičení na celkový vývoj dětí s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS). Cílem práce bylo sestavit metodický zásobník zdravotně orientovaných kompenzačních cvičení pro rozvoj motorických kompetencí a fyzických schopností u dětí s PAS. V teoretické části práce je na základě rešerše odborné literatury zpracován komplexní pohled na problematiku PAS v souvislosti s vlivem zdravotních kompenzačních cvičení a dalších pohybových aktivit na bio-psycho-sociální vývoj dětí s touto jinakostí. Teoretická část slouží jako odborný podklad pro sestavený metodický zásobník cviků. Praktickou část tvoří metodický zásobník, který obsahuje soubor zdravotně orientovaných kompenzačních cviků a dalších aktivit vhodných pro děti s PAS.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis deals with the positive effects of physical activity and health exercises on the overall development of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The aim of the work was to compile a methodological stack of health-oriented compensatory exercises for the development of motor competences and physical abilities in children with ASD. In the theoretical part of the work, a comprehensive view of the issue of ASD in connection with the influence of health compensatory exercises and other physical activities on the bio-psycho-social development of children with this otherness is elaborated based on a search of professional literature. The theoretical part serves as a professional basis for the compiled methodological stack of exercises. The practical part consists of a methodological stack, which contains a set of health-oriented compensatory exercises and other activities suitable for children with ASD

bylo sestavit soubor cvičení, která pomohou začínajícím jezdcům urychlit proces učení
základních dovedností a jezdcům zkušeným zvyšovat jejich sportovní výkonnost.
Teoretická východiska obsahují základní kineziologickou analýzu pohybu jezdce a koně
a popisují fyziologická zatížení jezdců parkuru. Dále práce obsahuje charakteristiku
motoricko-funkční přípravy, popis a rozdělení pohybových schopností. Ke každé
z pohybových schopností, které by měl jezdec rozvíjet, je uvedeno několik cviků a cvičení.
Cvičení jsou doplněna fotografiemi a odkazy na demonstrační videa.ObhájenoThe thesis is focused on the motor-functional training of parkur riders. The aim of the thesis
was to create a set of exercises that will help beginner riders to speed up the process of
learning basic skills and experienced riders to increase their sports performance.
The theoretical part contains a basic kinesiological analysis of rider and horse movement
and it describes the physiological loads of parkur riders. The thesis also contains the
characteristics of motor-functional preparation and the description and distribution of
movement abilities. Every movement ability that the rider should develop, includes
exercises. These exercises are supplied by photos and links to demonstration videos

V teoretické části práce vychází z dostupné odborné literatury, objasňuje pojem kyberšikana, její typy, stadia, možnosti primární prevence a odlišnost od klasické šikany. V praktické části výzkumnou metodou zjišťuje výskyt kyberšikany u žáků 5. tříd základních škol, zkušenosti pedagogů 1. stupně základních škol s primární prevencí kyberšikany a případovou studií přibližuje průběh šikany jedné z obětí.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis Cyberbullying at Primary School deals with the issue of cyberbullying from a theoretical and practical perspective. This phenomenon is now prevalent among primary school students as young as first graders likely due to the widespread integration of social networks into daily life. The theoretical section of the thesis describes the concept of cyberbullying, its various types and stages, primary prevention options and how it differs from traditional bullying. The practical part involves the use of a research method to determine the prevalence of cyberbullying among 5th-grade primary school pupils. It also explores the experience of first-grade primary school teachers with primary prevention of cyberbullying. No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vzdělávání žáků s OMJ na 1. stupni základní školy. Hlavním cílem je odhalit, jak začínající učitelé a učitelé s delší dobou praxe vnímají přítomnost žáka s OMJ a je-li v jejich vnímání patrný rozdíl. Pro sběr výzkumných dat byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor a sběr dat. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, jaké příležitosti a úskalí spatřují učitelé ve vzdělávání, odhalit výukové strategie a zjistit, jaké didaktické pomůcky používají ve výuce a porozumět jejich povaze z hlediska účelu a očekávaných výsledků. Zjištění naznačují, že začínající učitelky projevují počáteční obavy, které se však postupně mění v pozitivní přístup. Postoj zkušených učitelek je ovlivněn okolnostmi příchodu žáka a přístupem rodičů. Úskalím pro všechny učitelky jsou jazykové bariéry a nedostatek času ve výuce, zatímco příležitostí pro začínající učitelky jsou nové pedagogické zkušenosti. Závěry naznačují, že učitelé používají různé výukové strategie a didaktické pomůcky, zaměřené na rozvoj českého jazyka a gramatiky.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on the issue of education of pupils with DMT in the first stage of primary
school. Its main aim is to reveal how beginning teachers and teachers with longer experience
perceive the presence of a pupil with DMT and whether there is a noticeable difference in
their perception. The research methods we have chosen to collect research data are semistructured interview and data collection. The research aim is to find out what opportunities
and challenges teachers see in educating, to discover the teaching strategies, to discover what
didactic tools teachers use and to understand their nature in terms of purpose and expected
outcomes. The findings suggest that beginning teachers show initial apprehension, but this
gradually changes into a positive attitude. The attitude of experienced teachers is influenced
by the circumstances of the pupil's arrival and the attitude of the parents. Language barriers
and lack of teaching time are challenges for all teachers, while new teaching experiences are
opportunities for beginning teachers. The findings suggest that teachers use a variety of
teaching strategies and didactic tools aimed at developing Czech language and grammar

Apart from a general overview of private tutoring, approaches to this issue within foreign countries and the Czech Republic are described. Furthermore, the work focuses on factors influencing the academic success of pupils-foreigners, forms of tutoring, the integration of foreigners into Czech society, and possibilities for their tutoring in Pilsen.
