No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu potenciálu rozvoje cestovního ruchu v Jihomoravském kraji, který se vyznačuje produkcí vinné révy společně s bohatým kulturním a přírodním dědictví. Společně s předpoklady pro cestovní ruch jsou v práci zkoumané klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují rozvoj cestovního ruchu a doporučené budoucí strategie. Výzkum zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na turisty společně s vizualizací výsledků pro motivační faktory, pozitivní a negativní dopady společně s důrazem na budoucí trajektorie rozvoje regionu.ObhájenoThe thesis focuses on the analysis of the potential for tourism development in the South Moravian Region, which is characterized by the production of grapevine together with a rich cultural and natural heritage. Together with the prerequisites for tourism, the thesis examines the key factors influencing tourism development and recommends future strategies. The research includes a tourist-focused questionnaire survey along with visualization of the results for motivating factors, positive and negative impacts along with a focus on future development trajectories for the region
Circular economy in family enterprises in the Czech Republic
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem cirkulární ekonomiky v rodinných podnicích v ČR. Hlavním cílem práce je ve vybraných podnicích zhodnotit úroveň implementace principů cirkulární ekonomiky. Teoretická část práce vymezuje cirkulární ekonomiku z hlediska definic, vývoje, principů, a klíčových prvků. Dále jsou zde popsány cirkulární business modely, přínosy, bariéry, indikátory a organizace zabývající se cirkulární ekonomikou. V závěru teoretické části jsou nastíněny také pojmy jako udržitelný rozvoj nebo odpady, které s cirkulární ekonomikou úzce souvisí. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou implementace cirkulárních principů u sedmi vybraných rodinných podniků. Výzkum probíhal na základě rozhovorů, jejichž analýza následně slouží pro zhodnocení úrovně implementace cirkulárních principů. Autorka práce hodnotí ve vybraných podnicích oblasti týkající se cirkulární ekonomiky z hlediska jejího chápání, úrovně aplikovaných principů, přínosů a bariér. Zhodnocen je také smysl cirkulární ekonomiky v rodinném podnikání. Závěrem jsou navržena vlastní doporučení a opatření pro rozvoj cirkulární ekonomiky v ČR.ObhájenoThe master's thesis deals with the topic of circular economy in family enterprises in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the level of implementation of circular economy principles in selected enterprises. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the circular economy in terms of definitions, development, principles and key elements. It also describes circular business models, benefits, barriers, indicators and organisations involved in the circular economy. The theoretical part concludes with an overview of concepts such as sustainable development and waste, which are closely related to the circular economy. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the implementation of circular principles in seven selected family enterprises. The research was conducted on the basis of interviews, the analysis of which was then used to assess the level of implementation of circular principles. The author of the thesis evaluates the areas related to circular economy in the selected enterprises in terms of its understanding, level of applied principles, benefits and barriers. The meaning of circular economy in family enterprises is also evaluated. In conclusion, the thesis proposes its own recommendations and measures for the development of the circular economy in the Czech Republic

Další část práce pojednává o určování otcovství. Otcovství je možné určit na základě některé z vyvratitelných právních domněnek. The thesis analyzes the determination of maternity, including issues related to anonymous and undisclosed childbirth, as well as surrogate motherhood. Additionally, it explores assisted reproduction and the issue of baby boxes. Another part of the thesis discusses the determination of paternity. Paternity can be determined based on one of several rebuttable legal presumptions. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the denial of paternity

První kapitola pojednává o omezování a odnímání vlastnického práva Židům na území Protektorátu Čechy a Morava v letech 1939-1945. Druhá kapitola je zacílena na samotné vlastnické právo a jeho obsah. Třetí kapitola obecně shrnuje pojem omezení vlastnického práva. Čtvrtá kapitola je zacílena přímo na jednotlivé soukromoprávní způsoby omezování vlastnického práva obsažené v občanském zákoníku a poslední kapitola pak na způsoby veřejnoprávní a vyvlastnění. Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na danou problematiku a zhodnotit její právní úpravu.ObhájenoThe thesis focuses on the right of ownership and the ways of its limitation, including expropriation. Its content is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter deals with the restriction and deprivation of the right of property of Jews in the territory of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia during the years 1939-1945. The second chapter is aimed at the right of property itself and its content. The third chapter summarizes the concept of restriction of the right of property in general terms. The fourth chapter is aimed directly at the individual private law methods of limiting the right of ownership within the Civil Code and the last chapter deals with public law methods and expropriation. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the issue and to evaluate its legal regulation

No full textV této bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na financování a hospodaření příspěvkových organizací. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na objasnění neziskového sektoru a jeho financování a hospodaření. Druhá kapitola se již zabývá příspěvkovými organizacemi, kde se soustředím na jejich objasnění, rozdělení, právní upravení, hospodaření a financování. Ve třetí kapitole jsem se zaměřil na vybrané problémy v příspěvkových organizacích a výhody a nevýhody příspěvkových organizací. Čtvrtá kapitola je samostatně zaměřena na průběh kontroly v příspěvkových organizacích, jejich postupy a metody. V další kapitole, již v pořadí páté se zabývám otázkou, jestli mají příspěvkové organizace v dnešní době stále smysl, jaký je jejich důvod a přínos pro veřejnost. V poslední šesté kapitole se zaměřuji na porovnání dvou odlišných příspěvkových organizacích, a to ve formě průzkumu dostupných zdrojů ve formě výročních zpráv za daný rok. Celkově jsem objasnil fungování příspěvkových organizací, jejich samotný vznik, řízení, hospodaření a financování a tak dále.ObhájenoIn this bachelor thesis I focus on the financing and management of contributory organisations. The bachelor thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter focuses on explaining the non-profit sector and its financing and management. The second chapter already deals with the contributory organizations, where I focus on their clarification, division, legal regulation, management and financing. In the third chapter, I focus on selected issues in contributory organizations and the advantages and disadvantages of contributory organizations. The fourth chapter separately focuses on the course of control in contributory organisations, their procedures and methods. In the next chapter, the fifth in the series, I address the question of whether contributory organizations still make sense today and what is their rationale and benefit to the public. In the last chapter, chapter six, I focus on a comparison of two different contributory organizations, in the form of a survey of available resources in the form of annual reports for the year. Overall, I have explained the functioning of the contributory organisations, their actual formation, management, management and funding and so on

The fair remuneration in labor relations
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá spravedlivým odměňováním v pracovněprávních vztazích. Zaměřuje se na objasnění pojmu "spravedlivé odměňování" jako takového, s přihlédnutím k různým odměnám za výkon práce a jejich problematice. V práci jsou rovněž rozvinuty zásady, které se týkají spravedlivého odměňování, neboť tvoří určité limity a předběžnou ochranu při jejím uplatňování. Na to navazují konkrétní právní prostředky ochrany, jež mohou být využity v případě nespravedlivého odměňování, včetně posouzení jejich výhod a nevýhod. V samotném závěru práce je kriticky zhodnocen významný rozsudek Nejvyššího soudu ČR, dotýkající se problému nespravedlivé odměny. V něm je poukázáno na nelogičnost a mezery právní úpravy, přičemž jsou nabídnuty úvahy možného řešení.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with fair remuneration in labor relations. It focuses on the clarification of the concept of "fair remuneration" as such, taking into account the different types of remuneration for the performance of work and their issues. The thesis also develops the principles relating to fair remuneration, as they constitute certain limits and preliminary protection in its application. This is followed by specific legal remedies that may be used in the event of unfair remuneration, including an assessment of their advantages and disadvantages. At the very end of the thesis, an important judgment of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic touching upon the issue of unfair remuneration is critically evaluated. It points out the illogicality and loopholes of the legislation, while offering considerations for a possible solution
Validation of a traffic model of a selected area created in TraMod software
No full textHlavním cílem této závěrečné práce je vytvoření dopravního modelu v softwaru TraMod a jeho následná validace. Text práce se teoretické části zaměřuje na problematiku dopravního modelování a dopravních modelů jako takových, včetně představení tradičních přístupů k tvorbě makroskopických dopravních modelů. Na základě těchto přístupů je aplikována tvorba dopravního modelu zájmového území za využití principů čtyřstupňového dopravního modelování. Tvorba modelu je provázena detailním popisem vstupních dat a jejich zpracování s následným využití software TraMod, kterým bylo vytvoření dopravního modelu docíleno. Po dokončení dopravního modelu bylo přistoupeno k provedení kalibrace následované validací pomocí GEH statistiky. Výsledky jsou prezentovány v podobě mapových a tabulkových výstupů. V neposlední řadě došlo na základě validačních výsledků k porovnání vytvořeného dopravního modelu v software TraMod vůči dopravnímu modelu EDIP. Na závěr byla diskutována omezení vytvořeného dopravního modelu včetně návrhů na vylepšení.ObhájenoThe main objective of this thesis is to create a traffic model in TraMod software and its subsequent validation. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issues of traffic modelling and traffic models as such, including the introduction of traditional approaches to the creation of macroscopic traffic models. Based on these approaches, the development of a traffic model of the area of interest is applied using the principles of four-step traffic modelling. The creation of the model is accompanied by a detailed description of the input data and its processing, followed by the use of TraMod software, which was used to achieve the creation of the traffic model. Once the traffic model was completed, calibration followed by validation using GEH statistics was undertaken. The results are presented in the form of map and table outputs. The validation results were used to compare the traffic model created in TraMod software against the EDIP traffic model. Finally, the limitations of the developed traffic model were discussed including suggestions for improvements
