No full textBakalářská práce s názvem "Režimová opatření u pacientů s farmakorezistentní epilepsií" se zabývá subjektivním vnímáním pacientů s farmakorezistentní epilepsií. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována teoretických východiskům a popisu rešeršní strategie, dále je zmíněna definice, incidence, diagnostika, léčba epilepsie i farmakorezistentní epilepsie. Ve druhé polovině teoretické části jsou popsány režimová opatření, ošetřovatelská péče a samotná edukace. Hlavním cílem realizovaného výzkumu v praktické části bylo zmapovat, jaká je zkušenost pacientů s farmakorezistentní epilepsií s režimovými opatřeními využívanými při léčbě epilepsie. Po analýze všech rozhovorů s participanty byly zjištěny hlavní subjektivní zkušenosti a pocity, které se týkají farmakorezistentní epilepsie a režimových opatření u daných pacientů.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis "Regime measures in patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy" deals with the subjective perception of patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the theoretical starting points and a description of the research strategy. The definition, incidence, diagnosis, treatment of epilepsy and pharmacoresistant epilepsy is also mentioned in the theoretical part. The regime measures, nursing care and education itself are described in the second part of the theoretical part. The aim of the research in the practical part is to find out what patients' experience is like with pharmacoresistant epilepsy with regime measures used in the treatment of epilepsy. After analyzing all the interviews with the participants, the main subjective experiences and feelings, that relate to selected patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy and regime measures, were identified

Pro tuto práci byly v několika databázích vyhledány a následně sumarizovány poznatky z odborných zdrojů. Jedná se o teoretickou práci, která poskytuje přehled informací v této problematice. V práci jsou analyzovány studie zabývající se intervencemi v oblasti výživy a pohybu, které by mohly mít pozitivní vliv na prevenci a případnou léčbu geriatrické křehkosti. Výsledkem této analýzy a práce je, že zavedená opatření mohou kladně podpořit prevenci či zmírnění symptomů syndromu geriatrické křehkosti a ovlivnit celkový zdravotní stav seniorů.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis focuses on current findings in the field of nursing care for patients with geriatric frailty syndrome. No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá chronickým onemocněním žen, které se nazývá endometrióza. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak endometrióza ovlivňuje kvalitu života ženy. Teoretická část se skládá ze 3 kapitol, kde jsou shrnuty základní informace o endometrióze a vybrané formy léčby tohoto onemocnění, možné příčiny sterility u žen s endometriózou a kooperativu porodní asistentky se ženou sužovanou endometriózou. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkumné šetření provedené na základě rozhovoru se ženou trpící endometriózou. Důraz byl především kladen na její prožívání jednotlivých fázích života, ať už se jednalo o diagnostikování endometriózy či léčbu neplodnosti. Z výsledků vyplývá, že onemocnění endometriózy značně ovlivňuje kvalitu ženského života a také jejího okolí. Pokládáme za důležité, aby se edukovaly a informovaly již mladistvé dívky o klinických příznacích, diagnostice a léčbě tohoto onemocnění.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis focuses on a chronic disease of women called endometriosis. The main aim of this thesis was to find out how endometriosis affects a woman's life quality. The theoretical part consists of 3 chapters, which summarise general information about endometriosis and selected forms of treatment of this disease, possible causes of sterility among women with endometriosis and the midwife's cooperation with a woman affected by endometriosis. The practical part involves a research investigation based on an interview with a woman suffering from endometriosis. The main focus was on her experience during each stage of her life, whether it was the diagnosis of endometriosis or the treatment of infertility. The results show that endometriosis significantly affects the quality of a woman's life as well as her social environment. We consider it important to educate and inform adolescent girls about the clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of this disease

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá duševními onemocněními matek v období po porodu. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje šestinedělí a jeho fyziologické aspekty. Dále se věnuje popisu psychických poruch rozvíjejících se po porodu, rizikových faktorů pro jejich rozvoj, popisuje diagnostiku a následnou léčbu duševních obtíží a roli porodní asistentky v duševních onemocněních po porodu. Praktická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem ve formě dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl zaměřen na mapování pocitů žen po porodu. Jeho cílem bylo zjistit, jaké množství zúčastněných žen trpělo poporodní depresí či úzkostí. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že poporodní deprese a úzkosti jsou rozsáhlé. Dále se v několika otázkách objevuje nedostatečná informovanost žen a vel-mi nízké procento žen, které vyhledaly odbornou pomoc po porodu. To dokazuje, že toto důležité téma je stále ještě opomíjeno a není na něj kladen velký důraz v edukaci ženy.ObhájenoThis batchelor thesis deals with maternal mental illness in the postpartum period. It is divi-ded into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the six-week period and its physiological aspects. It goes on to describe mental disorders developing after childbirth, the risk fctors for their development, describes the diagnosis and subsequent treatment of mental disorders and what role the midwife plays in mental illness after childbirth. The practical part consis of quantitative research in the form of questionnare survey. The questionnaire was aimed at mapping women's feelings after childbirth. It ai-med to find out what amount of the participanting women suffered from postpartum de-pression or anxiety. As a result of the work, it is found that postpartum depression or anxie-ty are extesive. Further, a few questions present lack of awareness amonný women and very low percentage of women who sought professional help after childbirth. This shows that this important topic is still neglected and not so much emphasis is given to it in educa-ting women

No full textTato bakalářská práce zjišťuje intervence sester v chebské nemocnici k překonání jazykové bariéry během poskytování ošetřovatelské péče cizojazyčnému pacientovi. Teoretická část se člení na tři kapitoly. V první kapitole jsou uvedena teoretická východiska ozřejmující problematiku výskytu jazykové bariéry v Západních Čechách. Druhá kapitola podává teoretické informace o komunikaci a nepostradatelnosti komunikace v ošetřovatelské péči. Třetí kapitola se zabývá samotnou jazykovou bariérou a jednotlivými kompenzačními způsoby k jejímu překonávání. Praktická část za pomoci nestandardizovaných dotazníků mapuje postupy sester při kontaktu s cizojazyčným pacientem. Nejzásadnějším zjištěním jsou jazykové znalosti sester, ochota studovat cizí jazyky u poloviny respondentů, nedostatečná časová dotace k péči o cizojazyčného pacienta a většinová nespokojenost sester s překladatelskou politikou chebské nemocnice.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis investigates the interventions of nurses in the Cheb hospital while caring for patients speaking a different native language. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the issue of the language barrier in West Bohemia. The second chapter provides theoretical information about communication and the indispensability of communication in nursing care. The third chapter addresses the language barrier itself and individual ways to overcome it. The practical part, with the help of nonstandardised questionaries, maps the procedures of nurses in contact with patients with a different native language. The most fundamental findings are the nurses' language skills, the willingness to study the foreign languages, insufficient time allowance for caring for patients speaking a different native language and dissatisfaction with the Cheb hospital's translation policy by majority of the nurses

Dále jsou v práci po- drobně popsány standardizované dotazníky, které byly užity k hodnocení kvality spánku u všeobecných sester. Praktická část bakalářské práce shrnuje údaje získané z vybraných stu- dií, ve kterých byly užity standardizované dotazníky a výsledky jsou následně interpretovány v tabulkách, ze kterých je patrné, že kvalita spánku u všeobecných sester je zhoršena vlivem směnného provozu a má negativní dopad na výkon sester.ObhájenoThis bachelors's thesis deals with sleep deprivation in general nurses. The theoretical part of the work provides knowledge about sleep, its disorders and factors that influence it, and about the distribution and severity of sleep deprivation among general nurses. Further- mone, the work describes in detail the standardized questionnaires that were used to assess the quality of sleep in general nurses. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis summarizes the data obtained from selected studies in which standardized questionnaires were used and the results are then interpreted in tables, from which i tis evident that the sleep quality of general nurses is worsened by the effect of shift work and has a negative impact on the performance of nurses

No full textPodstatou této diplomové práce bylo zjistit to, jakým způsobem si Mongolsko zajišťuje vlastní bezpečnost a přežití v mezinárodním systému ve zkoumaném období od konce studené války po současnost. K odpovědím na výzkumné otázky jsem se dopracoval analýzou mongolských strategických dokumentů, v nichž jsem postupně identifikoval prvky jednotlivých bezpečnostních strategií, které státům v obdobné situaci, jako Mongolsko, nabízí odborná literatura. Výsledkem předkládané práce je zjištění, že Mongolsko si ve zkoumaném období skutečně zajišťovalo či stále zajišťuje vlastní bezpečnost skrze některé z literaturou doporučovaných strategií. Dále v práci zjišťuji, že z nabízených strategií Mongolsko řadu z nich využívá pouze částečně. V neposlední řadě z provedené analýzy vyplývá, že ve mnou zkoumaném případě lze identifikovat unikátní varianty zajištění bezpečnosti, které jsou specifické de facto pouze pro Mongolsko.ObhájenoThe main goal of this diploma thesis was to find out how Mongolia has ensured its security and independence since the end of the Cold War. I did so by comparing selected basic strategies that scholars offer to small landlocked countries like Mongolia that are trying to ensure their security and independence with the content of Mongolian strategic security and policy documents. By doing so, I found out that Mongolia had pursued and is still pursuing some of the strategies offered by scholars. On the other hand, I found out that Mongolia can't use some of those strategies, or it can't use them to their full capacity. On top of that, I found out that because of a very specific geographical, historical, and other context, Mongolia has been using some strategies that are pretty much unique just for its case
