Career choice and gender stereotypes
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá volbou povolání a genderovými stereotypy. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem pohlaví, gender, genderové stereotypy, genderové stereotypy na trhu práce a ve vzdělávacím systému. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli se genderové stereotypy promítají do volby středních škol. Výsledků této bakalářské práce bylo dosaženo pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo určené žákům a žákyním středních škol. Výsledky ukazují nejen, že genderové stereotypy mají vliv na volbu střední školy a s tím spojené volby budoucího povolání ale že žáci rozlišují pohlaví na pohlaví typicky mužská a ženská a že pohlaví má vliv na to, jak se respondenti ke genderovým stereotypům staví.ObhájenoThe Bachelor thesis deals with career choice and gender stereotypes. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of sex, gender, gender stereotypes, gender stereotypes in the labor market and in the education system are defined. The aim of the work is to find out if gender stereotypes are reflected in the choice of secondary schools. The results of this bachelor thesis were achieved using a questionnaire survey which was intended for high school students. The results show not only that gender stereotypes have an influence on the choice of a secondary school and, with it, the choice of a future profession that they distinguish between genders, typically male and female, and that gender has an influence on how the respondents feel about gender stereotypes
The influence of church organization on young people

Práce analyzuje, jak tato organizace ovlivňuje postoj mladých k víře, jejich hodnotový systém a jaké benefity může přinášet jejím členům. Výzkum zahrnuje polostrukturované rozhovory s konverzačními partnery, kteří mají zkušenost s touto církevní organizací. Výsledky naznačují, že členství v církevní organizaci má pozitivní vliv na postoj mladých k víře a hodnotám, s pozorovanými rozdíly mezi věřícími
a nevěřícími.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the influence of a specific church organization that functions as a leisure activity for young believers and non-believers. The thesis analyzes how this organisation affects young people's attitudes towards faith, their value systém, and what benefits it can bring to its members. The research includes semi-structured interviews with conversational partners who have experience with this church organzation. The results suggest that membership in a church organization has a positive impact on young people's attitudes towards faith and values. Differences could be observed between believers and non-belivers

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá sociálně vyloučenými lokalitami a sociálními potřebami jejich obyvatel (bydlení, nezaměstnanost, vzdělání a zadlužením). Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje především sociální exkluzi, její historii, příčinám a dále se věnuje situaci v České republice a základním sociálním potřebám. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní formu výzkumu, kde byly použity polostrukturované rozhovory jak s obyvateli sociálně vyloučených lokalit, tak se sociálními pracovnicemi ve vybraném městě v Ústeckém kraji.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with socially excluded localities and the social needs of their inhabitants (housing, unemployment, education and debt). The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses mainly on social exclusion, its history, causes and the situation in the Czech Republic and basic social needs. The practical part focuses on a qualitative form of research, where semi-structured interviews were used with both residents of socially excluded localities and social workers in a selected town in the Ústí nad Labem region

No full textTato bakalářská práce se věnuje aktérské konceptualizaci domova ženami bez přístřeší. Klade si za cíl zjistit, jak ženy bez přístřeší na území města Plzně vnímají domov a jakým způsobem sociální služby reagují na potřeby spjaté s absencí domova. V práci představuji problematiku bezdomovectví, konkrétněji pak specifika ženského bezdomovectví. Následně práce vymezuje různá pojetí nazírání na koncept domova. Dále práce krátce představuje vybrané přístupy sociální práce s ženami bez přístřeší. Pro zasazení do kontextu města Plzně jsou uvedeny vybrané sociální služby, které jsou poskytovány (nejen) osobám bez přístřeší. Pro objasnění výzkumných otázek práce využívá kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně metodu kvalitativní obsahové analýzy.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the actor conceptualization of home by women living rough. Its aim is to explore how women living rough in the city of Pilsen perceive home and how social services respond to the needs associated with houselessness. The thesis introduces the issue of houselessness, specifically focusing on the specifics of women's houselessness. Subsequently, it delineates various perspectives on the concept of home. Furthermore, the thesis briefly introduces selected approaches of social work with homeless women. To contextualize within the city of Pilsen, the thesis also presents selected social services provided to (not only) homeless individuals. To clarify the research questions, the thesis employs qualitative research, specifically the method of qualitative content analysis
Comparison of the attitudes of established and new users of fitness centers
No full textV dnešní době je fitness velmi rozšířeným fenoménem, který je úzce spjatý s vizuálním vzhledem člověka, ale i jeho psychickou stránkou či zdravým životním stylem. Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace zavedených a nových uživatelů v oblastni fitness a jejich motivací a postojů. Ke komparaci jsem využil získáné data z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů od šesti respondentů. Díky tomu jsem dosáhl zjištění, že podstatnou částí je vnitřní motivace, která se postupně objevuje u většiny uživatelů.ObhájenoIn today's world fitness is a widespread phenomenon closely associated with both the visual appearance of individuals and their mental well-being or healthy lifestyle. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to compare established and new users in the field of fitness and their motivations and attitudes. For comparison I utilized data obtained from semi-structured interviews with six respondents. As a result I found that a significant portion of motivation is intrinsic, gradually emerging in the majority of users
Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU in relation to chosen countries
No full textDiplomová práce pojednává o Společné zahraniční a bezpečnostní politice Evropské unie. Nejprve se práce zaměřuje na historický kontext evropského integračního procesu, kde se zabývá historií zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky ve vztahu k původním Evropským společenstvím, k nejvýznamnějším smlouvám přijatých v historii integrace a k rozšiřování EU. Následně se soustředí na popis zákonných pravomocí klíčových institucí SZBP jako jsou Evropská rada, Rada Evropské unie, Vysoký představitel Unie pro zahraniční věci a bezpečnostní politiku a další. V další části je popsána SZBP a SBOP a jejich právní nástroje realizace jejich činnosti. V závěru jsou zmíněny faktické příklady nástrojů užívaných ve vztahu k vybraným státům a specifickým situacím. Země byly vybrány hlavně pro různorodost a odlišnost praktických případů.
Diplomová práce přináší komplexní přehled informací o SZBP a výklad právní úpravy dle Smlouvy o Evropské unii a Smlouvy o fungování Evropské unie.ObhájenoThe thesis concerns the Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union. First of all, the thesis focuses on the historical context of the European integration process, reviewing the history of foreign and security policy in relation to the original European Communities, the most significant treaties adopted in the history of integration and the enlargement of the EU. Subsequently, it proceeds to describe the legal powers of key CFSP institutions such as the European Council, the Council of the European Union, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and others. The following section describes the CFSP and CSDP and their legal instruments for the practical implementation of their activities. Finally, it provides specific examples of the instruments used in connection with selected countries and specific situations. Countries have been chosen mainly because of the diversity and difference in practical cases.
The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of information on the CFSP and an interpretation of the legislation under the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union

No full textTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu pohřebnictví v České republice. Hlavním zdrojem je zákon č. 256/2001 Sb., o pohřebnictví a o změně některých zákonů. Dále je vycházeno z platných právních předpisů, soudních rozhodnutí, odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů. Vlastní text práce se skládá z úvodu, osmi kapitol a závěru. První kapitola se věnuje zacházení s lidskými pozůstatky a ostatky a základními pojmy jako je "mrtvé lidské tělo", "jiné lidské pozůstatky" a "lidské ostatky". V druhé kapitole se čtenář seznámí s pravidly, která musí být dodržena při ukládání lidských pozůstatků do hrobu. Následující kapitola je věnována úpravě pohřebišť, jejich zřízením, provozováním a zrušením. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje problematika týkající se nájemců hrobových míst, jejich právům a povinnostem při užívání hrobového místa. Šestá a sedmá kapitola se věnuje dozoru a přestupkům v pohřebnictví. A poslední kapitola představuje exkurz do právní úpravy Spolkové republiky Německo, kde se čtenář seznámí s odlišnostmi od naší české právní úpravy.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on the legal regulation of the funeral industry in the Czech Republic. The main source is Act No. 256/2001 Coll., on Funeral Industry and on Amendments to Certain Acts. It is also based on valid legislation, court decisions, specialist literature and other sources. The text of the thesis consists of an introduction, eight chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter deals with the treatment of human remains and remains and basic concepts such as 'dead human body', 'other human remains' and 'human remains'. The second chapter introduces the reader to the rules that must be followed when placing human remains in the grave. The following chapter is devoted to the regulation of burial grounds, their establishment, operation and cancellation. This chapter is followed by issues relating to the tenants of grave sites, their rights and obligations in the use of the grave site. The sixth and seventh chapters deal with supervision and offences in the burial industry. And the last chapter is an excursion into the legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany, where the reader will get acquainted with the differences from our Czech legislation

No full textV rámci decentralizace výkonu veřejné moci je část pravomocí svěřeno subjektům, které jsou odlišné od státu. Důsledkem tohoto procesu vznikají právnické osoby veřejného práva, které jsou tématem této práce a představují samostatnou skupinu právnických osob. Diplomová práce na téma Právnické osoby veřejného práva je členěna na tři části. První kapitoly jsou věnovány definici právnické osoby a jejímu postavení v našem právním řádu. Tyto kapitoly slouží jako úvod do problematiky a staví právnickou osobu do protikladu k osobě fyzické. Součástí první části je i shrnutí základních teorií právnických osob, které se tuto problematiku snažily vystihnout v 19. a 20. století. U právnických osob se také nabízí otázka jejich soukromoprávní a veřejnoprávní subjektivity. Těmto otázkám se budou věnovat navazující kapitoly, jejichž úkolem bude objasnit, co se pod těmito pojmy skrývá, s důrazem zejména na veřejnoprávní subjektivitu. Druhá část práce je již věnována problematice právnických osob veřejného práva. Na samotnou definici navazuje krátký exkurz do právních řádů jiných států, které tuto problematiku zakotvují. Autorkou práce byly vybrány státy Německo, Itálie a Švýcarsko. Navazující kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na jednotlivé formy právnických osob veřejného práva - veřejné korporace, veřejné ústavy a veřejné podniky. V souvislosti s pojem veřejnoprávní korporace byl v rámci práce dán prostor pro problematiku postavení státu v okamžiku, kdy vystupuje jako právnická osoba. Kapitolu věnovanou veřejným ústavům budou uzavírat podkapitoly věnované problematice příspěvkových organizací a veřejných výzkumných institucí. V rámci samostatných kapitol byla rozebrána otázka postavení církve a veřejných vysokých škol, které nemají zcela jednoznačnou právní povahu.Obhájenon the decentralisation of the exercise of public power, some powers are entrusted to entities that are separate from the state. This process creates legal entities of public law, which are the subject of this thesis and represent a separate group of legal entities. This diploma thesis on Legal Persons of Public Law is divided into three parts. The first chapters provide a definition of legal entities and their position in our legal system. These chapters introduce the issue and provide a comparision of legal entities and natural persons. The first part also summarizes the basic theories of legal entities that tried to describe this issue in the 19th and 20th centuries. With legal entities, the question of their private law and public law subjectivity also arises. These questions are addressed in subsequent chapters, the task of which will be to clarify the meaning of these terms, with emphasis on subjectivity in public law. The second part of the thesis addresses the issue of legal entities of public law. The definition itself is followed by a short excursion into the legal systems of other countries in which this issue is enshrined. The author chose the countries Germany, Italy and Switzerland. Subsequent chapters focus on the different forms of legal entities of public law - public corporations, public institutions and public enterprises. In association with the concept of a public corporation, the thesis reserved room for the issue of the position of the state when it acts as a legal entity. The chapter dedicated to public institutions is concluded by subchapters dealing with the issue of funded organizations and public research institutions. Each chapter discusses the position of the church and public universities, the legal nature of which is not completely clear
Population development of small cities in the Czech Republic and its conditions
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou demografického vývoje malých měst v České
republice a jeho podmíněnostmi. Vývoj je sledován zejména v období Českého
postsocialismu, tedy mezi lety 1989-2021. Primární data užita k analýza populačního
vývoje vychází z databáze demografických údajů za obce ČR v sledující období 1971
2022 a dostupné na ČSÚ. Pro zmapování demografického vývoje malých měst byla užita
dvoustupňová analýza. První stupeň sleduje změny v počtu obyvatel v jednotlivých
letech. Druhá analýza sleduje konkrétní malá města na základě typologie prostoru. Tato hloubková analýza má včetně sledování populačního vývoje přiblížit také vzdělanostní strukturu, případně jiné lokálně významné faktory a hlubší nahlédnutí do děje v městech. Pro potřeby druhého stupně analýzy jsou využita data regionálního informačního systému a projektových plánů obcí. Výsledek této dvoustupňové analýzy napomáhá predikci budoucího vývoje malých měst v České republice.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the demographic development of small cities in the Czech Republic and its conditions. The development is monitored mainly in the period of Czech post-socialism, i.e. between the years 1989-2021. The primary data used for the analysis of population development is based on the database of demographic data for the municipalities of the Czech Republic in the monitoring period 1971-2022 and available at the CZSO. A two-stage analysis was used to map the demographic development of small cities. The first level monitors changes in the number of inhabitants in individual years. The second analysis follows specific small towns based on the typology of space. This in-depth analysis, including the monitoring of population development, is also intended to provide a closer look at the educational structure, possibly other locally significant factors, and a deeper insight into what is happening in the cities. For the needs of the second level of analysis, data from the regional information system and project plans of municipalities are used. The result of this two-stage analysis helps predict the future development of small towns in the Czech Republic
Evaluation of residential functions of inner blocks in the western part of the center of Pilsen
No full textBakalářská práce je zaměřena vývoj zástavby vnitrobloků, hodnocení pobytových funkcí a využití ploch vnitrobloků v zájmovém území v Plzni. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat vývoj zastavění vnitrobloků v tomto území, hodnotit pobytové funkce těchto vnitrobloků, zhodnotit využití jejich ploch a přijít s adekvátním návrhem na zkvalitnění pobytových funkcí. Z výzkumu byla zjištěna různorodá vývojová linka zástavby vnitrobloků a také průměrná až podprůměrná kvalita pobytových funkcí této oblasti. Současně bylo zjištěno a porovnáno využití ploch vnitrobloků se zaměřením na zeleň. V závěru jsou diskutovány výsledky empirické části bakalářské práce, uvedení limitů a silných stran práce a možnosti provedení dalších výzkumu v problematice pobytových funkcí vnitrobloků ve velkých městech Česka nebo zahraničí.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis is focused on the development of courtyard blocks, the evaluation of residential functions and the use of courtyard blocks in the area of interest in Pilsen. The aim of the work was to analyze the development of the construction of courtyard blocks in this area, to evaluate the residential functions of these courtyard blocks, to evaluate the use of their areas and to come up with an adequate proposal for improving the quality of residential functions. The research revealed a diverse line of development of the courtyard blocks as well as an average to below-average quality of residential functions in this area. At the same time, the use of the areas of the inner blocks with a focus on greenery was determined and compared. In the conclusion, the results of the empirical part of the bachelor's thesis are discussed, the limits and strengths of the work are presented, and the possibility of conducting further research into the issue of residential functions of courtyards in large cities in the Czech Republic or abroad
