No full textBakalářská práce je zaměřena na interpersonální vztahy na pracovišti a vliv pracovního prostředí na ně. V první části jsou nejprve rozebrány mezilidské vztahy obecně a poté ve vztahu k práci, kde je dále rozebrána i komunikace v pracovním prostředí. Druhá část této práce je zaměřena na konkrétní nežádoucí jevy, které se mohou objevit na pracovišti, jsou to konflikty, mobbing, bossing a staffing a diskriminace. Třetí část obsahuje rozbor pracovního prostředí, které se zde člení na uspořádání pracoviště a pracovního místa, fyzikální aspekty (osvětlení, barvy v pracovním prostředí, hluk, mikroklimatické a biologické podmínky), sociálně - psychologické faktory (firemní kultura, stres, motivace), organizační podmínky podniku a bezpečnostní faktory. Ve čtvrté části je představen úsek firmy XY s.r.o. a metoda sběru dat pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Následně je zde pak obsažen výzkum provedený na zmíněném pracovišti a jeho zhodnocení. V závěru čtvrté části je pak napsáno doporučení, které vyplynulo z provedeného výzkumu, firmě XY s.r.o.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis focuses on interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the influence of the work environment on them. In the first part, interpersonal relationships in general are first discussed and then in relation to work, where communication in the work environment is further discussed. The second part of this thesis focuses on specific undesirable phenomena that can occur in the workplace, these are conflict, mobbing, bossing and staffing and discrimination. The third part contains an analysis of the work environment, which is divided here into workplace and workplace layout, physical aspects (lighting, colours in the work environment, noise, microclimatic and biological conditions), social-psychological factors (company culture, stress, motivation), organizational conditions of the company and safety factors. In the fourth part, the section of the company XY Ltd. and the method of data collection by questionnaire survey are presented. Subsequently, the research carried out at the mentioned department and its evaluation is included. The fourth part concludes with a recommendation to XY s.r.o. resulting from the research carried out

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a interpretaci role žen v pozici vedoucích projektových týmů. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se projektového managementu, leadershipu a genderové diverzity. Dále je vysvětlena problematika genderové diskriminace a bariér, kterým ženy v těchto rolích čelí. Praktická část práce je věnována empirickému šetření prostřednictvím dotazníkového průzkumu, který byl proveden ve Společnosti XY. Analýza dat odhaluje, jaké jsou hlavní rozdíly v percepci mužů a žen v leadershipu a jak tyto rozdíly ovlivňují týmovou dynamiku a efektivitu projektů. Na základě zjištěných výsledků práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení podnikové praxe, s důrazem na využití potenciálu žen ve vedoucích pozicích a na zvyšování genderové diverzity v projektových týmech. Cílem práce je přispět k lepšímu pochopení a efektivnějšímu využívání ženského leadershipu v praxi.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and interpretation of the role of women in leading project teams. Syntactic description of German advertising slogans on online platforms
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntaktickým popisem německých reklamních sloganů na online platformách. Stěžejní částí analýzy je sestavení korpusu reklamních sloganů na základě stanovených jazykových kritérií. Následuje syntaktický popis sloganů, které byly vybrány z korpusu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny hlavní aspekty reklamy, jazyka reklamy a specifika online platforem; v souladu s názvem práce je důraz kladen především na online reklamu. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis reklamních sloganů. Z celkového korpusu 90 sloganů je detailněji popsáno 12. Výchozí myšlenky jsou uvedeny v tabulkách pod jednotlivými slogany. Dále je uveden popis možných záměrů a cílů reklamních sdělení spolu s rozborem jejich syntaktických vlastností. Jelikož téma této práce je integrativní, uvádí autorka doplňkově i popis vlastností sloganů z hlediska stylistiky, morfologie nebo například lexikologie. Na závěr jsou nejdůležitější poznatky z popisu sloganů shrnuty do sedmi hlavních závěrů.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the syntactic description of German advertising slogans on online platforms. The key part of the analysis is the construction of a corpus of advertising slogans based on established linguistic criteria. This is followed by a syntactic description of the slogans that were selected from the corpus. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the main aspects of advertising, the language of advertising and the specifics of online platforms are explained; in line with the title of the thesis, the focus is mainly on online advertising. The practical part focuses on the description of advertising slogans. Out of a total corpus of 90 slogans, 12 are described in more detail. The initial ideas are listed in the tables below each slogan. Furthermore, a description of the possible intentions and goals of the advertising messages is given along with an analysis of their syntactic features. Since the topic of this thesis is integrative, the author additionally provides a description of the features of the slogans in the aspect of stylistics, morphology or, for example, lexicology. Finally, the most important findings from the description of slogans are summarized in seven main ideas

Treatment of myofascial chains using physical therapy
No full textCílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit efektivitu jednorázové aplikace ultrazvuku na oblast pektorální fascie. Praktická část práce se soustředí na použití ultrazvukové terapie jako formy fyzikální terapie pro ošetření pektorální fascie na straně dominantní horní končetiny. K získání dat byl použit dvouramenný mechanický goniometr, který byl použit pro měření pasivního rozsahu pohybu do flexe, extenze a abdukce před terapií a bezprostředně po jejím ukončení u každého probanda. Výsledky byly systematicky analyzovány a zaznamenány v tabulkách. Měření bylo provedeno během čtyř dnů v listopadu 2023 v REHAMEDIC s.r.o. v Prachaticích. V praktické části jsou diskutovány získané výsledky. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje informace o myofasciálních řetězcích, včetně popisu jednotlivých linií, ultrazvukové terapii a jejích účincích, a anatomii ramenního pletence. Získané výsledky byly pozitivně vyhodnoceny vzhledem k výzkumným otázkám, ale žádná z hypotéz nebyla potvrzena.ObhájenoThe aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of a single application of ultrasound on the pectoral fascia. The practiacal part of the thesis focuses on the use of ultrasound therapy as a form of physical therapy for the treatment of the pectoral fascia on the dominant upper limb. To obtain data, a two-arm mechanical goniometer was used to measure the passive range of motion into flexion, extension, and abduction before and immediately after the therapy for each subject. The results were systematically analyzed and recorded into tables. Measurements were conducted over four days in November 2023 at REHAMEDIC s.r.o. in Prachatice. The practical part discusses the obtained results. The theoretical part of the thesis includes information on myofascial chains, including describtion of individual lines, ultrasound therapy and its effects, and the anatomy of the shoulder girdle. The obtained results were positively evaluated with respect to the research questions, but none of the hypotheses were confirmed
Screening of children's foot soles of preschool and school age
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá screeningem nohou u předškolních a školních dětí.
V teoretické části je vysvětlen vývoj nohy, typologie a kineziologie nohy. Jsou představeny nejčastější vady, deformity a možnosti jejich terapie.
V praktické části je popsána metodika sběru dat, charakteristika probandů, jsou stanoveny výzkumné problémy a uvedeny výsledky. Výzkumu se účastnilo 176 dětských respondentů ve věku od 3 do 15 let. Všichni to byli žáci předškolních a školních tříd.
Získané výsledky potvrzují největší výskyt egyptského typu nohy. Mezi nejčastější vadu nohy patří podélně plochá noha, u níž četnost s přibývajícím věkem respondentů klesala. Velmi častou vadu byla také vysoká noha, která má tendenci naopak s věkem stoupat. Pokud se jedná o změny tvarů plantogramů v závislosti na změně pozice, ke změnám u menšího počtu jedinců docházelo a vždy s přibývajícím věkem se jednalo o pozitivní reakci nohy na zátěž.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis deals with foot screening in preschool and school children. The theoretical part explains the development of the leg, typology and kinesiology of the foot. The most common defects, deformities and possibilities for their therapy are presented.
The practical part describes the methodology of data collection, the characteristics of probands, research problems are identified and results reported. The research involved 176 child respondents between the ages of 3 and 15. They were all preschool and school pupils.
The results obtained confirm the highest incidence of the Egyptian foot type. The most common foot defect is the lengthwise flat foot, in which the frequency decreased as the respondents aged. A very common defect was also the high leg, which tends to rise with age. When it comes to changes in plantogram shapes depending on the change in position, changes in a smaller number of individuals have occurred and have always been a positive foot response to strain as we age
