Disciplinary offences of judges
No full textTato bakalářská práce pojednává o kárných proviněních soudců. Obsahuje obecný přehled soudních systémů i informace o soudcích, jak se stát soudcem a jaké jsou jeho povinnosti. Jádrem této práce je problematika kárného provinění, samotný pojem, jeho právní úprava a také rozbor velmi důležitého a diskutovaného tématu týkajícího se kárného provinění soudců, které má upravit dlouho očekávaná novela. Dále jsou popsána všechna kárná provinění. Dále upravuje problematiku odpovědnosti soudce za škodu, jak probíhá kárné řízení se soudci, jak se ukončuje a jaká kárná opatření se ukládají. Jako předposlední téma je řešen konkrétní případ Grosam vs Česká republika, kterým se zabýval ESLP. V samotném závěru práce je uveden výzkum autorky, který prochází 367 kárnými rozhodnutími, rozsudky a usneseními ohledně kárného provinění soudců. Kde jsou všechna kárná provinění, uložená kárná opatření a kolik řízení bylo zastaveno kvůli rezignaci soudce. Vše je pak shrnuto v závěru práce.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis discusses the disciplinary offenses of judges. It contains a general overview of court systems as well as information about judges, how to become a judge and what his duties are. At the heart of this work is the issue of disciplinary misconduct, the concept itself, its legal regulation, as well as an analysis of a very important and discussed topic concerning disciplinary misconduct of judges, which is to be regulated by the long-awaited amendment. Further, all disciplinary offenses are described, always with the addition of important or interesting cases from practice. It also regulates the issue of the judge's responsibility for damage, how disciplinary proceedings with judges are conducted, how they are terminated and what disciplinary measures are imposed. As the penultimate topic, the specific case of Grosam vs the Czech Republic, which was dealt with by the ECtHR, is dealt with. At the very end of the work, the author's research is presented, which goes through 367 disciplinary decisions, judgments and resolutions regarding the disciplinary misconduct of judges. Where are all disciplinary offences, disciplinary measures imposed and how many proceedings were stopped due to the resignation of a judge. Everything is then summarized in the conclusion of the work
Election campaign in court jurisprudence in the Czech Republic
No full textBakalářská práce "Volební kampaň v soudní judikatuře v ČR" pojednává o problematice volební kampaně v rámci politické soutěže na území České republiky. Představuje základní pojmy spojené s tímto tématem a popisuje možnosti volební kampaně. Dále se věnuje legislativním úpravám, zejména pak ukotvení volební kampaně v Ústavě ČR, Listině základním práv a svobod, volebních zákonech a dalších ustanoveních. Významná část práce popisuje principy financování a hospodaření politických stran a jimi vedených volebních kampaní. V závěrečné části jsou pak rozebírány mnou vybrané kritické body současné právní úpravy volební kampaně a návrhy řešení této problematiky. Konečně pak představuji novou legislativu spojenou s volební kampaní, která bude uplatněna v rámci dalšího volebního období. Celá práce je doplněna o soudní nálezy, judikáty y a příklady z praxe, které podkládají teoretické poznatky.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis "Election campaign in judicial jurisprudence in the Czech Republic" discusses the issue of the election campaign within the framework of political competition in the territory of the Czech Republic. It presents the basic terms associated with this topic and describes the possibilities of the election campaign. He also deals with legislative amendments, in particular the anchoring of the election campaign in the Constitution of the Czech Republic, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, election laws and other provisions. A significant part of the work describes the principles of financing and management of political parties and their election campaigns. In the final part, the critical points selected by me in the current legal regulation of the election campaign and proposed solutions to this issue are analyzed. Finally, I present the new legislation associated with the election campaign, which will be implemented within the next election period. The entire work is supplemented by court findings, case law and examples from practice, which support the theoretical knowledge

Burnout syndrome in elemetary school teachers
No full textSyndrom vyhoření, fenomén dnešní doby, hrozba současných učitelů. I přesto, že byl tento syndrom objeven v minulém století, stále se nedaří stanovit přesnou a jednotnou definici. Nicméně Světová zdravotnická organizace syndrom vyhoření popisuje jako důsledek chronického stresu na pracovišti, který nebyl úspěšně zvládnut. I když se projevy mohou u každého člověka mírně lišit, můžeme vyhoření charakterizovat ve třech oblastech - pocity vyčerpání energie, zvýšený mentální odstup od zaměstnání nebo pocity negativismu či cynismu vůči zaměstnání, pocity snížené pracovní efektivity a nedostatku úspěchu.
Diplomová práce mapuje základní charakteristiky syndromu vyhoření, popisuje jeho projevy, a to v oblasti fyzického i duševního zdraví, vymezuje příčiny syndromu vyhoření s důrazem na stres jakožto hlavní spouštěč dlouhodobé psychické zátěže vedoucí k vyhoření. Diplomová práce také vysvětluje důležitost prevence syndromu vyhoření jako efektivní způsob řešení tohoto problému, a to na úrovni osobní, vztahové i organizační. Zmiňuje různé techniky zaměřené na prevenci, které si mohou učitelé vyzkoušet.
Ve výzkumné části je představeno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na hodnocení pracovních schopností učitelů a klima učitelského sboru. Dotazníkové šetření je sestaveno ze standardizovaných dotazníků, jejichž výsledky interpretují aktuální situaci v zapojených základních školách a individuální pracovní schopnosti českých učitelů, kteří byli ochotní se do výzkumu zapojit. Výzkum představuje maximum získaných výsledků, které se z odpovědí respondentů daly získat, například i to, jaké je průměrné hodnocení pracovních schopností jednotlivými respondenty, jaké oblasti pracovních schopností hodnotili respondenti nejlépe a které nejhůře, v jakých oblastech klimatu učitelského sboru si zapojené školy vedly lépe než vzorek škol nebo zda na hodnocení pracovních schopností a klimatu učitelského sboru mají vliv věk s délkou praxe. Na závěr výzkumné části byly provedeny korelace, které měly odhalit případné vzájemné vlivy jednotlivých faktorů dotazníků.ObhájenoBurnout syndrome, a phenomenon of today's time, a threat to today's teachers. Despite the fact that this syndrome was discovered in the last century, it is still not possible to establish a precise and uniform definition. However, the World Health Organization describes burnout as the result of chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. Although the manifestations may differ slightly for each person, we can characterize burnout in three areas - feelings of energy depletion, increased mental distance from work or feelings of negativism or cynicism towards work, feelings of reduced work efficiency and lack of success.
The diploma thesis maps the basic characteristics of the burnout syndrome, describes its manifestations, both in the field of physical and mental health, defines the causes of the burnout syndrome with an emphasis on stress as the main trigger of long-term psychological stress leading to burnout. The diploma thesis also explains the importance of preventing burnout syndrome as an effective way to solve this problem, on a personal, relational and organizational level. It mentions various prevention techniques that teachers can try.
In the research part, a questionnaire survey focused on the evaluation of teachers' working abilities and the climate of the teaching staff is presented. The questionnaire survey is made up of standardized questionnaires, the results of which interpret the current situation in the participating elementary schools and the individual work skills of the Czech teachers who were willing to participate in the research. The research represents the maximum obtained results that could be obtained from the respondents' answers, for example, what is the average assessment of work abilities by individual respondents, which areas of work abilities were rated best and worst by the respondents, in which areas of the climate of the teaching staff did the participating schools perform better than the sample of schools or whether age and length of experience have an effect on the evaluation of the working abilities and climate of the teaching staff. At the end of the research part, correlations were carried out to reveal possible mutual influences of individual factors of the questionnaires

Design of a system for creating a computer model of a real object suitable for subsequent 3D printing
No full textTato práce se zabývá návrhem systému na tvorbu počítačového modelu skutečného objektu vhodného pro následný 3D tisk. Cílem práce je seznámit se se základními principy 3D skenování a tvorbou 3D modelu z naměřených dat až po jeho úpravu pro 3D tisk. Následně je dle prostudované literatury navržen vlastní systém pro tvorbu počítačového modelu. Pro pořízení dat je použita hloubková kamera Intel RealSense D435i a data jsou zpracována na notebooku. Dosažené výsledky jsou prezentovány na vytisknutém modelu.ObhájenoThis work deals with the design of a system for creating a computer model of a real object suitable for subsequent 3D printing. The aim of this thesis is to get acquainted with the basic principles of 3D scanning and 3D model creation, from measured data to its modification for 3D printing. Subsequently, according to the studied literature, an own system for creating a computer model is designed. Muscle interaction in the context of muscle deformation modelling by a Position Based Dynamics method
No full textThis thesis focuses on modelling intermuscular interactions in the context of muscle deformation using the Position Based Dynamics (PBD) method. The deformation method was extended to improve its consistency during simulation. Passive intermuscular interaction was introduced and implemented through a general deformable collision handling system. Additionally, a system for active muscle interaction was developed for the model, enabling physiologically accurate, motion-based, and synchronous muscle contractions during arbitrary movements. The results were rigorously verified against a similar method and evaluated for physiological accuracy, preservation of shape and volume, and muscle collision avoidance. No full textCílem této práce je vytvořit nový komunikační systém pro podporu komunity, který umožňuje správu uživatelů, skupinový chat, sdílení akcí v kalendáři, sdílení videí a sdílení geografické polohy. Tento systém je tvořen klienty pro mobilní zařízení Android a serverem na zvolené platformě. Dále je bezpečný a použitelný pro technicky méně schopné uživatele. V první části práce analyzuji již existující komunikační aplikace a porovnávám jejich vlastnosti. Dále provedu návrh komunikačního systému a vyberu vhodné technologie. Následující část práce se zabývá implementací navrženého systému za pomocí vybraných technologií. Poslední část obsahuje otestování systému a další možná rozšíření.ObhájenoThe goal of this work is to create a new communication system for community support that allows user management, group chat, calendar event sharing, video sharing and geo-location sharing. This system consists of clients for Android mobile devices and a server on the chosen platform. It is also secure and usable for less technically capable users. In the first part of the thesis, I analyze existing communication applications and compare their features. Next, I perform the design of the communication system and select the appropriate technologies. The following part of the thesis deals with the implementation of the designed system using the selected technologies. The last part contains the testing of the system and other possible extensions

an operation that is carried out following the situational awareness of individual elements and their configurations. The work is focused on individual operations associated with editing interfaces and VLAN management on the network. The parameters for performing the operations are entered into input files that describe the desired target state. Several types of operations were implemented and preparation for further expansion, a set of scripts was created for testing secureness of network deployment, automation of data preparation, conversion, uploading, preparation of structures for binding preservation, component binding analyzer and extensions TTP templating engine for more templates. The result is a fully functional application tested on a virtualized test environment using GNS3
