No full textTématem naší práce je adherence dialyzovaných pacientů k pitnému režimu. Teoretickými východisky pro nás byly odborné publikace věnované chronickému onemocnění ledvin. Dále jsme vycházeli ze studií zaměřených na režimové opatření dialyzovaných pacientů. V kontextu výzkumného záměru bylo zvoleno kvalitativní šetření, nástrojem sběru dat byly polostrukturované rozhovory, výběr participantů byl záměrný a zahrnoval dialyzované pacienty na hemodialyzačním středisku v Sokolově. Naše zjištěné výsledky definují, jaké faktory jsou dle vyjádření participantů podporující a motivující k dodržování omezeného pitného režimu.ObhájenoThe topic of our work is the adherence of dialysis patients to the drinking regime. The theoretical starting points for us were professional publications devoted to chronic kidney disease. Furthermore, we were based on studies focused on regimen measures of dialysis patients. In the context of the research project, a qualitative investigation was chosen, the data collection tool was semi-structured interviews, the selection of participants was intentional and included dialysis patients at the hemodialysis center in Sokolov. Our obtained results define which factors, according to the participants, are supporting and motivating to adhere to a limited drinking regime
Causes of general nurses turnover
No full textV této bakalářské práci jsou zkoumány příčiny fluktuace všeobecných sester. Jedná se o teoretickou práci, která se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu fluktuace, nejčastějšími příčinami fluktuace všeobecných sester z relevantních dostupných zdrojů a zároveň informuje o tom, jak fluktuaci předcházet a o způsobech motivace k setrvání na pracovišti. Bylo zjištěno, že mezi nejčastější příčiny fluktuace sester patří pracovní prostředí, stres, mzda, psychická a fyzická zátěž, nedostatek podmínek pro povýšení a syndrom vyhoření. V předkládané kvalifikační práci bylo analyzováno 5 studií, které se věnovaly příčinám fluktuace všeobecných sester. Výsledky a přínosy analýzy publikovaných dat jsou pak shrnuty jednak v diskuzi, zde jsou současně komparovány s výstupy jiných prací na totožné téma, a následně i v závěru práce.ObhájenoIn this bachelor thesis are investigated the causes of general nurses turnover. It's a theoretical thesis that discusses the explanation of the concept of turnover, the most common causes of turnover from several available sources and also provides information on how to prevent turnover and ways to motivate people to stay in the workplace. It was found that the most common causes of nurse turnover include work environment, stress, pay, psychological and physical strain, lack of conditions for promotion and burnout syndrome. In the submitted qualification thesis, 5 studies were analyzed that dealt with the causes of general nurses turnover. The results and contributions of the analysis of the published data are then summarized in the discussion, here they are simultaneously compared with the results of other studies on the same topic, and then in the conclusion of the thesis

Ve druhé kapitole přiblíží příchod US Army do regionu a přiblíží dobytí Chebu. Třetí analytická kapitola se pokusí zrekonstruovat samotný střet u Těšova ve světle písemných a archeologických pramenů při zvážení dobových taktických bojových strategií a výzbroje. V závěru se dotkne i obrazu události v poválečném období až do současnosti.ObhájenoIn the opening part, the author briefly discusses the historical development of the locality and moves to the broader context of the development of Cheb after 1938. In the second chapter, he describes the arrival of the US Army in the region and the conquest of Cheb. The third analytical chapter will attempt to reconstruct the firefight at Těšov itself in the light of written and archaeological sources while considering the period's tactical combat strategies and armaments. In the end, he touches on the image of the event in the post-war period up to the present

Cílem práce je analyzovat způsob, jakým dabingoví překladatelé zpracovávali jednotlivé repliky, jaké překladatelské postupy používali a jak se vypořádávali s kulturními reáliemi. První kapitola se zaměřuje na typy audiovizuálního překladu a jejich využití v praxi. Druhá kapitola se zabývá překladatelskými postupy, jejich klasifikací a případným použitím. Třetí kapitola popisuje seriál Přátelé, jeho vznik, hlavní postavy a děj. Závěrečná kapitola analyzuje pátou sérii seriálu Přátelé, ukazuje příklady použitých překladatelských postupů a odhaluje některé překladatelské chyby.ObhájenoThis bachelor´s thesis focuses on the translation of the original version of the series Friends into Czech and into French. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the way in which the dubbing translators handled the various lines, the translation processes they used and the way in which they dealt with cultural realities. The first chapter focuses on the types of audiovisual translation and their use in practice. The second chapter deals with translation processes, how they are classified and when they are applied. The third chapter describes the series Friends, its origins, main characters and plot. The final chapter analyses the fifth season of Friends, showing examples of the translation processes used and revealing some translation errors

No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na praktické fungování subjektů podléhajících zákonu č. 253/2008 Sb., známého jako zákon proti praní peněz, v České republice. Cílem této práce je přiblížení historie a vývoje AML zákona a další legislativy v této oblasti. Dalším cílem je analýza a zhodnocení efektivity implementace AML zákona ve finančních institucích. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy a legislativní rámec AML, včetně jeho vývoje a současného stavu na mezinárodní, evropské a národní úrovni. Dále práce popisuje role klíčových institucí, jako je Finanční analytický úřad a Česká národní banka. Praktická část se zaměřuje na to, jak povinné subjekty, zejména finanční instituce, splňují požadavky zákona AML. Také je v rámci praktické části zkoumána implementace procesů, jako je proces "Poznej svého klienta", procesy identifikace a ověřování klientů a hodnocení rizik. Pozornost je věnována také analýze konkrétního případu nesplnění povinností AML a jeho dopadu na dotčenou instituci. V neposlední řadě obsahuje praktická část průzkum mezi zaměstnanci finanční instituce, který mapuje jejich zkušenosti a názory na legislativu AML a její praktickou implementaci. Nakonec jsou analyzovány a diskutovány hodnotící zprávy Finančního analytického úřadu a MONEYVAL, které poskytují hlubší pohled na efektivitu a dopady zákona AML. Tato práce nabízí komplexní pohled na to, jak legislativa AML funguje v praxi a s jakými výzvami se finanční instituce při její implementaci potýkají. Také zkoumá, jak se postupy a postavení finančních institucí vyvíjejí s neustálým rozvojem regulací AML. Závěry přispívají k lepšímu pochopení současného stavu a efektivity boje proti praní peněz a financování terorismu v České republice.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on the practical functioning of entities subjected to the Act No. 253/2008 Coll., known as the Anti-Money Laundering Act, in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to look at the history and development of the AML Act and further legislation in this area. Another goal is to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the AML Act's implementation in financial institutions. The work is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines basic terms and the legislative framework of AML, including its development and current status at the international, European, and national levels. Furthermore, the work describes the roles of key institutions, such as the Financial Analytical Office and the Czech National Bank. The practical part focuses on how obligated entities, particularly financial institutions, fulfill the requirements of the AML Act. It also examines the implementation of processes, such as the "Know Your Customer" process, client identification and verification processes, and risk assessments. Attention is also given to the analysis of a specific case of AML obligation non-compliance and its impact on the concerned institution. Last but not least, the practical part contains a survey among financial institution employees, mapping their experiences and opinions on AML legislation and its practical implementation. Finally, evaluative reports from the Financial Analytical Office and MONEYVAL are analysed and discussed, providing a deeper insight into the effectiveness and impacts of the AML Act. This work offers a comprehensive view of how AML legislation functions in practice and the challenges financial institutions face in its implementation. It also explores how procedures and the positions of financial institutions evolve with the continuous development of AML regulations. The conclusions contribute to a better understanding of the current state and effectiveness of the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing in the Czech Republic
Biodiversity of mollusc fauna in the area between Zvíkovec and Slabce (Křivoklát area)
No full textPráce je zaměřená na inventarizační výzkum suchozemských a vodních měkkýšů v údolí Javornice a okolí Slabeckého a Modřejovického potoka. Zkoumané území se nachází na Křivoklátsku a leží mezi obcemi Zvíkovec a Slabci. Terénní výzkum se uskutečnil od července do října roku 2023 a to na 46 lokalitách. Celkem bylo zjištěno 2118 jedinců patřících 36 druhům, 33 druhů plžům a 3 druhy mlžům. Mezi početné suchozemské druhy patří Urticicola umbrosus, Succinea putris, Aegopinella pura a Fruticicola fruticum. Z vodních druhů byl nejvíce zastoupen druh Bithynia tentaculata. K cennějším nálezům řadím druhy Vertigo pusilla, Macrogastra ventricosa, Vitrea diaphana a Perforatella bidentata. Přínosem této práce je zmapování druhového zastoupení měkkýšů na dalším území Křivoklátska.ObhájenoThe work is focused on inventory research of terrestrial and aquatic molluscs in the Javornice valley and in the valley Slabecký and Modřejovický rivulet. The investigated area is located in Křivoklát region and lies between the villages of Zvíkovec and Slabce. The field research was carried out from July to October 2023 at 46 locations. A total of 2118 individuals belonging to 36 species were detected, 33 species of gastropods and 3 species of bivalve molluscs. Numerous terrestrial species include Urticicola umbrosus, Succinea putris, Aegopinella pura and Fruticicola fruticum. Of the aquatic species, Bithynia tentaculata was the most represented species. The most valuable species in my research include Vertigo pusilla, Macrogastra ventricosa, Vitrea diaphana and Perforatella bidentata. The benefit of this work is the mapping of the species representation of molluscs in other areas of Křivoklát

No full textDiplomová práce s názvem "Pavouci přírodní rezervace Diana" se zaměřuje na inventarizační průzkum pavouků na šesti vybraných stanovištích v rámci přírodní rezervace Diana, který probíhal v letech 2022-2023. Práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku zkoumaného území, popisuje řád pavouků (Araneae) a uvádí metody použité ke sběru a determinaci pavouků. Dále se zabývá hodnocením výsledků z kvalitativního hlediska, přičemž analyzuje rozmanitost druhů s využitím základních indexů diverzity, a z kvantitativního hlediska, kde se zaměřuje na počty jedinců na jednotlivých stanovištích.ObhájenoThis Master thesis entitled "Spiders of the Diana Nature Reserve" focuses on an inventory survey of spiders at six selected habitats within the Nature Reserve Diana, which took place in 2022-2023. This thesis contains a brief description of the investigated area, describes the order of spiders (Araneae) and presents the methods used to collect and determine spiders. It also deals with the evaluation of the results from a qualitative point of view, while analyzing the diversity of species using fundamental indices, and from a quantitative point of view, where it focuses on the number of individuals in individual habitats
Moths of the refaunated localities in Pilsen Region
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá faunistickým průzkumem nočních motýlů refaunovaných lokalit v Plzeňském kraji. Výzkum byl realizován na lokalitách přírodní rezervace Janovský mokřad u Nýřan, přírodní památka Šlovický vrch u Dobřan a Vojenské cvičiště u Rokycan. Lov nočních motýlů byl prováděn od května do září roku 2023 pomocí přenosných světelných lapačů. Ke zhodnocení vlivu pastevního managementu byla na jednotlivých lokalitách vymezena stanoviště pasená divokými zvířaty a stanoviště kontrolní, nepasená. Tyto plochy byly porovnávány z hlediska druhové početnosti a druhové rozmanitosti za použití základních indexů diverzity.ObhájenoThis Master thesis deals with a faunistic survey of the macromoths at the refaunated sites in the Pilsen region. The research took place at the Janovský Mokřad u Nýřan, Šlovický vrch u Dobřan and Vojenské cvičiště u Rokycan. Moth trapping was conducted during one vegetation season in 2023 using portable light traps with UV-light strips. To evaluate the impact of grazing management, both grazed and ungrazed sites were defined at each location. These areas were compared in terms of species abundance and diversity using fundamental diversity indices
