No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou zastavování exekucí. Nejprve vysvětluje nejzásadnější pojmy a právní zakotvení. Dále se zaměřuje na zastavování exekucí z obecných důvodů. Následně rozebírá nejnovější zvláštní důvody zastavení exekuce. V neposlední řadě obsahuje právní úpravu návrhu na zastavení exekuce jako prostředku obrany povinného proti vedení nepřípustné exekuce.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with the legal regulation of the discontinuation of executions. It first explains the most fundamental concepts and legal framework. Furthermore, it focuses on the discontinuation of executions for general reasons. Subsequently, it analyzes the latest specific reasons discontinuing executions. Lastly, it includes the legal regulation of a motion to discontinue execution as a means of defense for the obligor against conducting impermissible execution

Cílem této práce zmapování institutu pozemkových služebností, poukázání na výkladové nejasnosti a snaha přinést návrhy de lege ferenda. Za tímto účelem je nejprve provedena historická analýza uvedeného institutu ve vazbě na aktuální úpravu zakotvenou v občanském zákoníku. Práce je systematicky členěna celkem do šesti částí. Úvodní část má za cíl čtenáři nastínit samotnou podstatu služebností a jejich kategorizaci a systematičnost zařazení do Hlavy II. občanského zákoníku. Stěžejním jádrem diplomové práce jsou kapitoly, které analyzují pozemkové služebnosti ve světle aktuálního občanského zákoníku, výkladových hledisek komentářové literatury a současné judikatury. Pojednáno je zejména o tom, jakým způsobem může dojít k jejich vzniku, o obsahu, jejich druzích a jak může dojít k zániku a jejich zrušení.ObhájenoThe thesis deals with the issue of land servitudes. The aim of this thesis is to map out the institute of land servitudes, to point out the interpretative ambiguities and to try to make de lege ferenda proposals. For this purpose, the thesis begins with a historical analysis of the mentioned institute in relation to the current regulation in the Civil Code. The thesis is divided into six parts. The introduction aims to outline the very essence of servitudes, their categorization and systematic inclusion in Title II of the Civil Code. The core chapters then analyze land servitudes of the current Civil Code, interpretations of the commentary literature and current judicature. In particular, the chapters discuss how the current law could be created, also about the structure and content, list of them and how could be cancelled and terminated

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak současně probíhá aplikace této oblasti pracovního práva v praxi očima běžných zaměstnanců a vedoucích zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je nejprve přiblíženo, co pojem home office znamená a jsou zde popsány aspekty, které s prací z domova bezprostředně souvisí. Aplikační část je pak založena na nabytých poznatcích z teoretické části. Průzkum pomocí dvou dotazníků zjišťuje odpověď na cíl celé práce. Výsledky jsou následně vyhodnoceny a analyzovány. Na základě pohledu dvou skupin respondentů lze splnit cíl práce a zodpovědět všechny dílčí otázky.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the home office. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to find out how this area of working law is applied in practice through the eyes of ordinary employees and managers. In the theoretical part it is firstly introduced what the term home office means and the aspects that are directly related to working from home are described. The application part is then based on the knowledge gained from the theoretical part. A survey using two questionnaires determines the answer to the aim of the whole thesis. The results are then evaluated and analysed. Based on the perspective of the two groups of respondents, the aim of the thesis can be fulfilled and all sub-questions can be answered

Zkoumá konflikt rolí mezi soukromým a pracovním životem všeobecných sester jako neformálních pečujících, kterému nevyhnutelně čelí. Teoretická část je věnována neformální péči, souběžné dvojí péči a konfliktu sester mezi osobním a pracovním životem. V empirické části byla zvolená metodologie kvalitativního výzkumu. Poskytuje informace o zkušenostech, pocitech a strategii zvládání konfliktu rolí participantů. V závěru kvalifikační práce bylo shrnutí zmapované problematiky všeobecných sester jako neformálních pečujících.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of nurses in the role of informal carers. It explores the role conflict between the personal and professional lives of general nurses as informal carers that they inevitably face. The theoretical part is devoted to informal caregiving, dual caregiving and the conflict between nurses' personal and professional lives. In the empirical part, a qualitative research methodology was chosen. It provides information about the experiences, feelings, and coping strategies of the participants' role conflict. At the end of the qualification thesis was a summary of the mapped issues of general nurses as informal carers

Následně se zaměřuje na specifika spánku v novorozeneckém a kojeneckém období, rozebírá syndromem náhlého úmrtí kojence a doporučení pro bezpečnost spánku. Práce rovněž popisuje společný spánek, jeho zásady, přínosy a rizika. V závěru se krátce věnuje spánkovému tréninku a popisuje některé jeho metody. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na získání informací o spánku novorozenců a kojenců v českých domácnostech. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak a v jakém prostředí novorozenci a kojenci spí a také zhodnotit informovanost matek v oblasti bezpečnosti spánku. Praktická část přináší konkrétní poznatky o situaci v České republice.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the sleep of newborns and infants. The thesis also describes co-sleeping, its principles, benefits, and risks. Finally, it briefly discusses sleep training and describes some of its methods. The practical part of the thesis focuses on obtaining information about the sleep of newborns and infants in Czech households. The research aims to determine how newborns and infants sleep and in what environment and evaluate mothers' awareness of sleep safety. The practical part provides specific insight into the situation in the Czech Republic

No full textTato práce se zabývá sexuální výchovou mládeže. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda je mládež informovaná v oblasti sexuální výchovy. Součástí teoretické části je obecné shrnutí obsahu a cílů edukace na téma sexuální výchovy. Jedna z kapitol teoretické části se přímo zaměřuje na roli porodní asistentky. Jako součást praktické části proběhlo výzkumné šetření v 8. a 9. třídách základních škol za pomoci anonymního ne-standardizovaného dotazníku. Během dotazníku byly respondentům pokládány otázky týkající se obecných znalostí ze sexuální výchovy, ale i doplňující otázky s cílem zjistit současný stav výuky na školách. Z dosažených výsledků vyplývá fakt, že úroveň erudovanosti žáků v tématu sexuální výchovy nedosahuje nejvyšších možných výsledků. Zvláště pak je tomu v oblasti výuky tématu menstruace u chlapců. Proto je naším doporučením další podrobné zkoumání této problematiky a zlepšení sexuální výchovy na školách, zvláště pak zlepšení edukace mužů v oblasti menstruace.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with youth sex education. The main aim of the thesis was to find out whether the youth is informed in the field of sex education. The theoretical part inc-ludes a general summary of the content and objectives of sex education. One of the chapters of the theoretical part focuses directly on the role of the midwife. As part of the practical part, a research survey was conducted in 8th and 9th grade primary schools using an anonymous nonstandardized questionnaire. During the questionnaire, respon-dents were asked questions related to general knowledge from sex education, as well as additional questions to determine the current state of teaching in schools. The results obtained show that the level of erudition of pupils on the topic of sex education is not at the highest possible level. This is especially the case in the area of teaching the topic of menstruation to boys. Therefore, our recommendation is to further investigate this issue in detail and to improve sex education in schools, especially to improve the education of men about menstruation

Praktickou část práce tvoří kvantitativní výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaký vliv má alternativní výživa na ženu i novorozence po dobu těhotenství a kojení. V závěru práce jsou přiblížené výsledky výzkumného šetření, ze kterých nelze prohlásit, že by alternativní výživa zásadním způsobem ovlivňovala tato dvě období, ženu ani dítě.ObhájenoThis banchelor thesis focuses on alternative nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with ordinary nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and alternative nutrition. The practical part of the thesis consists of quantitative research, the aim of which was to find out what effect alternative nutrition has on women and newborns during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the research are presented, from which it cannot be stated that alternative nutrition would fundamentally affect these two periods, the woman or the child
