No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá žalobou na ochranu před nezákonným zásahem, pokynem nebo donucením správního orgánu. Nejprve je vymezen pojem nezákonného zásahu a to z pohledu soudního řádu správního, forem správních činností a rozhodovací praxe správních soudů. Následně se diplomová práce věnuje řízení o ochraně před nezákonným zásahem, pokynem nebo donucením správního orgánu. Zde je charakterizováno správní soudnictví, jeho účel, základní žalobní typy a dále následují jednotlivé aspekty zásahové žaloby, respektive řízení o ní. Těmito aspekty jsou účastníci řízení, lhůta pro podání žaloby, její náležitosti, nepřípustnost, postup soudu, jeho rozhodnutí a opravné prostředky. Poté je nastíněn nezákonný zásah v daňové oblasti, konkrétně v rámci daňové kontroly.ObhájenoThe thesis deals with an action for protection against unlawful interference, instruction or coercion by an administrative authority. First, the concept of unlawful interference is defined in terms of the Administrative Procedure Code, forms of administrative acts and the decision-making practice of administrative courts. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the procedure for protection against unlawful interference, instruction or coercion of an administrative authority. Here, the administrative justice system, its purpose, the basic types of actions are characterised, followed by the various aspects of an interference action or its proceedings. These aspects are the parties to the proceedings, the time-limit for bringing an action, its particulars, its inadmissibility, the procedure of the court, its decision and the remedies. The unlawful interference in the field of taxation, specifically in the context of a tax audit, is then outlined

Většina práce se zabývá vysvětlením jak výběrové řízení probíhá, a to od jeho oznámení přes výběr až po vydání rozhodnutí. Zaměřuje se na jednotlivé kroky výběrového řízení a vysvětluje různé pojmy, se kterými se státní služba pojí. Část práce se zaměřuje i na téma diskriminace, rovné zacházení a prostředky právní ochrany. Ta může být vlivem světelného znečištění významnou zejména pro aktivity související s astronomickým cestovním ruchem, a to hlavně díky její poloze v porovnání s ostatními oblastmi tmavé oblohy na území České republiky. Proto byl sledován její současný význam z hlediska zapojených aktérů pomocí dotazníkových šetření a vyhodnocen její současný význam na lokální a regionální rozvoj v zájmové oblasti v souvislosti s teoretickými předpoklady včetně vnitřní prostorové diferenciace jejího významu.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the importance of the dark sky area for local and regional development on the example of the Manětín Dark Sky Area (MOTO). Due to light pollution, it may be particularly important for activities related to astronomical tourism, mainly due to its location compared to other dark sky areas in the Czech Republic. External migration in Central Europe from 2010 up 2020: characteristics, causes and consequences
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřila na analýzu hlavních faktorů vedoucích k migraci,
jako jsou ekonomické, politické a environmentální příčiny. V práci jsou uvedeny
migrační trasy směřující do Evropy, včetně mořských cest přes Středozemní moře
a pozemní Balkánská trasa. V rámci střední Evropy je hlavní cílovou zemi pro migraci
Německo. K podrobné analýze imigrace a emigrace ve vybraných zemích, a pro zjištění
migračního salda a objemu migrace byla využita statistická data z různých zdrojů.
Většina zemí vykázala ve sledovaném období kladné migrační saldo.
Dále byla posouzena struktura imigrantů a emigrantů podle pohlaví, přičemž počet mužů
mírně převažoval nad počtem žen. Identifikovány byly různé důsledky migrace,
které se odrazily například v reakcích Evropské unie a jednotlivých členských států
na migrační politiku. Což se projevilo v různorodých postojích k tématu migrace.ObhájenoThe thesis focused on analyzing the main factors leading to migration, such as economic,
political, and environmental causes. The study presents migration routes heading
to Europe, including sea routes across the Mediterranean and the terrestrial Balkan route.
Within Central Europe, Germany is the main target country for migration.
Detailed analysis of immigration and emigration in selected countries, and the
determination of migration balance and volume, was conducted using statistical data
from various sources. Most countries exhibited a positive migration balance during the
observed period. The structure of immigrants and emigrants was also assessed by gender,
with the number of men slightly exceeding the number of women. Various consequences
of migration were identified, which were reflected, for example, in the reactions
of the European Union and individual member states to migration policy.

No full textPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, který je pro každou společnost klíčový, neboť žádná organizace by nemohla efektivně fungovat bez osvědčených zaměstnanců. Nejprve byla definována teoretická východiska tématu. Dále následuje charakteristika zvolené společnosti Dopravní podnik hl. m. Prahy, a. s, její historie a organizační struktura. Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Dopravní podnik hl. m. Prahy, a. s. a zhodnotit jeho účinnost. Pro výzkumnou část byla použita metoda rozhovoru s pracovnicí náborového oddělení a dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci podniku. Výstupem analýzy bylo zjištění, že výběrový proces ve zkoumané společnosti je poměrně efektivní s drobnými nedostatky. Z toho důvodu bylo v práci navrhnuto několik návrhů a doporučení, které by mohly tento proces ve společnosti více zefektivnit.ObhájenoThe submitted diploma thesis deals with the process of recruiting and selecting employees, which is crucial for every company, as no organization could effectively function without competent employees. Firstly, theoretical foundations of the topic were defined. This is followed by a characterization of the chosen company, its history, and organizational structure. The main aim of the thesis was to analyze the process of recruiting and selecting employees in the company Dopravní podnik hl. m. Prahy, a. s. and evaluate its effectiveness. For the research part were used a method of interview with an employee of the recruitment department and a questionnaire survey among the company's employees. The analysis revealed that the selection process in the examined company is relatively effective with minor deficiencies. Therefore, several proposals and recommendations were suggested in the thesis to further streamline this process within the company

Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout teoretické poznatky o strategickém řízení neziskových organizací a vypracovat konkrétní plán strategického řízení pro neziskovou organizaci. Práce je strukturována způsobem, kdy se kombinují teoretické poznatky s praktickými aplikacemi. Nejprve je představeno teoretické pojetí neziskových organizací. Následně je představena vybraná nezisková organizace. Jako další je analyzováno strategické okolí organizace a jsou identifikované jednotlivé komponenty SWOT analýzy. Dále jsou navrhnuty strategické cíle na základě provedené analýzy prostředí. Na strategické cíle navazuje střednědobí finanční plán. Poté jsou identifikována rizika organizace a současně jsou zobrazeny ve scénářích. Na závěr je vytvořen koncept implementačního plánu.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with strategic management in a non-profit organization. The aim of the thesis is to provide theoretical knowledge about strategic management in non-profit organizations and to develop a specific strategic management plan for a non-profit organization. Subsequently, a selected nonprofit organization is introduced. Next, the strategic environment of the organization is analyzed and the individual components of the SWOT analysis are identified. Next, strategic objectives are proposed based on the environmental analysis. The strategic objectives are followed by a medium-term financial plan. After that, the risks of the organization are identified and at the same time they are depicted in scenarios. Finally, a draft implementation plan is developed

Na základě těchto analýz jsou formulovány strategie, díky kterým by společnost měla dosáhnout stanovených cílů. Jako vhodnými strategiemi se jeví strategie penetrace trhu a rozvoje produktů. Následně je navržen plán implementace, který detailně popisuje jednotlivé strategie a kroky, včetně analýzy potenciálních rizik. Mezi tyto pojmy, jež byly v teoretické části charakterizovány patří digitalizace, umělá inteligence, podnikové procesy a zároveň samotná robotická automatizace procesů. Praktická část je převážně zaměřena na návrh a sestrojení RPA systému. Návrh vyplývá z analýzy výzkumné části této diplomové práce.
