Skládá se ze čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola seznámí čtenáře s dokazováním v trestním řízení. Kapitola druhá pojednává o oboru soudní lékařství, jeho vývoji, významu, náplni a vztahu k trestnímu právu. Třetí kapitola rozebírá úlohu soudního lékaře v trestním řízení, jeho úkony a lékaře na pozici svědka. Poslední kapitola se věnuje osobě znalce, jeho činnosti, dále soudnímu lékaři jako znalci a právní úpravě znalectví v Rakousku, včetně komparace s právní úpravou v ČR.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with the role of forensic medicine in criminal procedure evidence. The aim of the thesis was to clarify the affinities between criminal law, criminalistics and forensic medicine. It is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter introduces the reader to evidence in criminal proceedings. Chapter two discusses the field of forensic medicine, its development, importance, content and relation to criminal law. The third chapter discusses the role of the forensic doctor in criminal proceedings, his actions, and the forensic doctor as a witness. The last chapter deals with the forensic expert, his activities, the forensic doctor as a forensic expert and the legal regulation of forensic experts in Austria, including a comparison with the legal regulation in the Czech Republic

No full textStudent zpracuje diplomovou práci na téma Mezinárodní politika ve vztahu k finsko-sovětskému konfliktu 1939-1944. Zimní válka, která probíhala v letech 1939-1940, vyvolala ve světě, zmítaném evropskou válkou, značné znepokojení a velmoci projevily ohromnou míru solidarity vůči Finsku, která by mohla být přirovnána k solidaritě dnešní Ukrajině. Hlavním cílem práce bude analyzovat jednotlivé postoje států vůči Finsku v Zimní válce a následné tzv. Pokračovací válce a zhodnotit jak solidární, tak materiální pomoc. Autor do své práce zahrne stručný vývoj Finska od získání samostatnosti, zanalyzuje příčiny konfliktu, jeho následný průběh a důsledky, které zajistily Finsku udržení nezávislosti. Autor se také zaměří na vývoj Finska v Pokračovací válce ve vztahu k Německu a Sovětskému svazu. Na závěr práce autor přiblíží finské poválečné postavení Finska. Práce bude zpracována především ze zahraničních knih a článků.ObhájenoThe student will prepare a thesis on International Politics in relation to the Finnish-Soviet conflict 1939-1944. The Winter War, which took place in 1939-1940, caused considerable anxiety in a world torn by European war, and the great powers showed a tremendous degree of solidarity towards Finland that could be compared to that of Ukraine today. The main aim of this thesis will be to analyse the different attitudes of states towards Finland in the Winter War and the subsequent so-called Continuation War and to assess both solidarity and material aid. The author will include in his work a brief development of Finland since independence, analyse the causes of the conflict, its subsequent course and the consequences that ensured Finland's independence. The author will also focus on Finland's development in the Continuation War in relation to Germany and the Soviet Union. Finally, the author will conclude the thesis with an overview of Finland's post-war position. The thesis will be compiled mainly from foreign books and articles

Kromě samotné teorie vztahu centra a periferie práce také aplikuje určité koncepty Rokkanovy konceptuální mapy Evropy na čínský prostor. Z toho důvodu byla zahrnuta i analýza čínských dějin, respektive nejstěžejnějších událostí, které jsou významné z politicko-geografického hlediska. Analýza zahrnuje jak horizontální, tak vertikální rozměr periferiality.ObhájenoThis Bachelor thesis discusses the relationship between the centre and the periphery in contemporary China, according to the theory of political scientist Stein Rokkan. In addition to the theory of the centre-periphery relationship itself, the thesis also applies certain concepts from Rokkan's conceptual map of Europe to Chinese space. For this reason, an analysis of Chinese history, or rather the most central events that are significant from a political-geographical point of view, has also been included. The analysis includes both horizontal and vertical dimensions of peripherality

No full textTato práce pojednává a protiteroristických strategiích USA na Blízkém východě. Konkrétně o protiteroristických strategiích USA v Iráku a Sýrii mezi lety 2014-2017. Cílem této práce je zmapovat protiteroristické strategie USA proti teroristické organizaci Islámský stát. Ten v tomto období kontroloval na území Iráku a Sýrie obrovské území. Práce je koncipována jako komparativní případová studie, kdy jsou vybrány tři hlavní protiteroristické strategie, jejichž aplikace je sledována v obou vybraných státech. Jejich aplikace je porovnána a na základě výsledku komparace je poté zodpovězena výzkumná otázka. Práce se dále věnuje zejména fenoménu terorismu a counter-terrorismu a administrativám prezidentů G.W. Bushe a Baracka Obamy.ObhájenoThis thesis discusses US counterterrorism strategies in the Middle East. Specifically, it discusses US counterterrorism strategies in Iraq and Syria between 2014-2017. The aim of this thesis is to map US counterterrorism strategies against the Islamic State terrorist organization. The latter controlled a vast territory in Iraq and Syria during this period. The thesis is designed as a comparative case study, where three main counter-terrorism strategies are selected and their application is observed in the two selected states. Their application is compared and then the research question is answered based on the result of the comparison. The thesis further examines in particular the phenomenon of terrorism and counter-terrorism and the administrations of Presidents G.W. Bush and Barack Obama

Nejprve se práce zaměřuje na historii oborů celnictví a stráže hranic, v níž lze spatřit práci předchůdců finanční stráže, která také spočívala v obraně celní hranice před pašeráky a podloudníky. Dále prozkoumává její působnost, služební podmínky či konkrétní výkon funkce. Nakonec přibližuje právní úpravu finanční stráže v období druhé Československé republiky, v průběhu druhé světové války a v poválečném období, kdy byla finanční stráž zrušena.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on the legal status and regulation of the Financial Guard in the first Czechoslovak Republic. Firstly, the thesis focuses on the history of the field of customs and border guards, in which we can see the work of the predecessors of the financial guards, which also consisted of defending the customs border against smugglers. Praktická část práce uvádí analýzu trhu, marketingový mix společnosti a aktuálně využívané nástroje marketingové komunikace vybrané společnosti. V závěru jsou stanoveny návrhy a doporučení pro firmy, které chtějí začít využívat influencer marketing na sociální síti TikTok.ObhájenoThe topic of the bachelor's thesis is influencer marketing on the TikTok social network, where the goal is to evaluate the influence that TikTok influencers have on its users in their purchasing decisions. In the theoretical part, concepts related to the topic are explained, i.e. what are social media, the characteristics of the TikTok network and the concept of influencer marketing. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is made, thanks to which it is possible to answer research questions and hypotheses and thereby fulfill the goal of the work. In the end, suggestions and recommendations are provided for companies that want to start using influencer marketing on the TikTok social network

Kapitola 4 se zaměřuje na představení vybraných společností a kapitoly 5 a 6 popisují marketingovou komunikaci těchto společností.
