No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem internetové obsahové kampaně pro firmu BOMBA energy s.r.o., která se zaměřuje na distribuci energetických nápojů. Cílem kampaně je zaujmout studenty vyšších ročníků středních škol a studenty vysokých škol a zvýšit jejich povědomí o značce a zájem o produkty firmy. Práce analyzuje situaci na trhu s energetickými nápoji v České republice a cílovou skupinu studentů. Na základě analýz je navržena obsahová kampaň, která se zaměřuje na tvorbu poutavého obsahu ve formě článků na blogu firmy a příspěvků na sociálních sítích. Kampaň se soustředí na budování image značky BOMBA energy jako energetického nápoje pro studenty, kteří potřebují doplnit energii při studiu. Na základě získaných poznatků byl uspořádán výzkum formou sérií skupinových rozhovorů, při kterých bylo zkoumáno, jak cílová skupina vnímá kampaň. Nakonec byla formulována doporučení.ObhájenoThe bachelor's thesis deals with the design of an internet content campaign for the company BOMBA energy s.r.o., which focuses on the distribution of energy drinks. The aim of the campaign is to attract high school students and university students and increase their brand awareness and interest in the company's products. The thesis analyzes the situation on the energy drinks market in the Czech Republic and the target group of students. Based on the analyses, a content campaign is designed, which focuses on the creation of engaging content in the form of articles on the company's blog and posts on social networks. The campaign focuses on building the image of the BOMBA energy brand as an energy drink for students who need to replenish their energy while studying. Based on the findings, research was organized in the form of a series of group interviews, during which it was investigated how the target group perceives the campaign. No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní aspekty elektronického obchodování s důrazem na Českou republiku, která je v současné době jednou z předních zemí v počtu e-shopů na obyvatele. Cílem práce je analýza a vysvětlení klíčových právních problematik spojených s podnikáním na internetu. Struktura práce se skládá z pěti částí. První část se zabývá pojmem internetu z právního a technického hlediska a nastiňuje základní principy této sítě. Druhá část zkoumá pojmy elektronického obchodu a popisuje různé formy a modely obchodování. Třetí část se věnuje spotřebitelským smlouvám a ochraně spotřebitelů v právním rámci České republiky a Evropské unie. Další část se zabývá různými způsoby placení na internetu. Celkový rámec práce uzavírá problematika odpovědnosti ze závazků. Závěrečná část se zaměřuje na analýzu vykonatelnosti právní úpravy a zkoumá, zda extrémní míra ochrany spotřebitelů při podnikání na internetu má praktické opodstatnění. Snaží se odpovědět na otázku, zda plně svéprávný spotřebitel neměl by nést větší zodpovědnost za své jednání online a zda je současný přístup k ochraně spotřebitelů optimální. Tato práce je podpořena případovou studií na společnosti SHEIN, která prakticky analyzuje otázku účinnosti ochrany spotřebitelů na internetu.ObhájenoThis thesis is focuses on the legal aspects of e-commerce with an emphasis on the Czech Republic, which is currently one of the leading countries in the number of e-shops per capita. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and explain the key legal issues related to doing business on the Internet. The structure of the thesis consists of five parts. The first part deals with the concept of the Internet from a legal and technical point of view and outlines the basic principles of this network. The second part explores the concepts of e-commerce and describes the various forms and models of commerce. The third part deals with consumer contracts and consumer protection in the legal framework of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The next part deals with different ways of payment on the Internet. The overall framework of the work is concluded by the issue of liability for obligations. The final part focuses on the analysis of the enforceability of the legislation and examines whether the extreme level of consumer protection when doing business on the Internet has a practical justification. It seeks to answer the question of whether the fully autonomous consumer should bear greater responsibility for his or her online actions and whether the current approach to consumer protection is optimal. This work is supported by a case study on SHEIN, which practically analyses the question of the effectiveness of consumer protection on the Internet

Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy jako jsou nezisková organizace a příspěvková organizace a jejich bližší popsání. Dále bylo definováno účetnictví a daně, jejich právní úprava na území České republiky a způsoby vedení účetnictví a daní. Praktická část se zaměřila na Základní školu Josefa Hlávky Přeštice. Blíže byl popsán způsob financování a hospodaření organizace. Na základě interních výkazů byl zanalyzován způsob vedení účetnictví. Dále byla popsána daň z příjmů a její bližší specifika. V neposlední řadě byl vyhodnocen aktuální stav organizace.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on accounting and tax specifics arising from the activities of a funded organization. The theoretical part explains the terms such as non-profit organization and funded organization and their detailed description. It also defines accounting and taxes, their legal regulation in the Czech Republic and the methods of accounting and taxes management. The practical part focuses on the Josef Hlávka Primary School in Přeštice. The method of financing and management of the organisation was described in more detail. The method of bookkeeping based on internal reports was analysed. Furthermore, income tax and its specifics were discussed. At the end, the current state of the organisation was evaluated
Redistributive Function of the State and its Implementation

V teoretické části je rozebrán veřejný sektor a jeho funkce, redistribuce včetně nástrojů využívaných k měření nerovností a přístupů ke spravedlivému rozdělování. Dále se zde objevuje sociální stát a jeho typologie s důrazem na typologii G. Esping-Andersena a nástroje redistribuce obsahující daňovou soustavu a sociální zabezpečení. V praktické části je vybráno pět států z představené studie, kterými jsou Belgie, Bulharsko, Česká republika, Portugalsko a Lucembursko. U těchto států jsou pomocí analýzy ukazatelů a zkoumání závislosti mezi nimi testovány vztahy ukazatelů. Ze zjištěných poznatků je formulováno shrnutí a zařazení sledových států do modelů sociálního státu.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of wealth redistribution and the welfare state. In the theoretical part the public sector and its functions, redistribution including tools for measuring inequality and approaches to fair distribution are discussed. Furthermore, the welfare state and its typologies are examined, with an emphasis on the typology by G. Esping-Andersen, along with redistribution tools such as the tax system and social security. In the practical part, five states are selected from the presented study: Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Portugal, and Luxembourg. The relations between indicators for these states are tested through the analysis of indicators and examination of their interdependence. Based on the findings, a summary of the observations and the categorization of the observed states into groups of welfare states is formulated

No full textTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku nelegální práce, zejména na definici pojmu závislé práce a nelegální práce, druhy nelegální práce, kontrolní činnost a právní postih. Cílem této práce je přiblížit problematiku nelegální práce, která ve společnosti představuje stále aktuální fenomén. Klíčovým ustanovením, které představuje zákonnou definici nelegální práci, je § 5 písm. e) Zákona o zaměstnanosti. V rámci pojednání, jež je založeno na tomto ustanovení, je problematika nelegální práce představena, přičemž se text práce zabývá i další právní úpravou, která je s touto problematikou spjata. Nedílnou součástí této práce je také průběh kontrolní činnosti v oblasti nelegální práce, kterou vykonávají příslušné kontrolní orgány. Diplomovou práci uzavírá kapitola věnovaná postihům hrozícím v rámci této problematiky, a to z hlediska trestního práva a správního práva.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on the issue of illegal work, in particular on the definition of dependent work and illegal work, types of illegal work, control activities and legal sanctions. The aim of this thesis is to present the issue of illegal work, which is an increasingly topical phenomenon in the society. The key provision that constitutes the legal definition of illegal work is Section § 5 letter e) of the Employment Act. The provided discussion based on this provision introduces the issue of illegal work, while the text of the thesis also deals with other legislation related to this issue. An integral part of this thesis is also the course of control activities in the field of illegal work carried out by the competent control bodies. The thesis concludes with a chapter devoted to the penalties threatened in the context of this issue, from the point of view of criminal law and administrative law

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelnosti v módním průmyslu, jakožto žhavým tématem dnešní doby, vzhledem k enormním negativním sociálním, environmentálním a ekonomickým dopadům tohoto odvětví. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizována základní teoretická východiska z oblasti udržitelnosti, s důrazem na její roli v kontextu módního průmyslu. Praktická část je věnována analýze přístupu k udržitelnosti české módní značky LAFORMELA. Nejprve je firma stručně představena, následně jsou analyzovány její aktuální konkrétní iniciativy v oblasti udržitelného rozvoje. V rámci analýzy jsou zkoumány aspekty udržitelnosti z hlediska produktů a provozu showroomu a e-shopu. Výsledky analýzy jsou dále zhodnoceny a na jejich základě jsou formulována doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj přístupu k udržitelnosti vybrané firmy. Tato kvalifikační práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na implementaci udržitelnosti v módním průmyslu a může sloužit jako inspirace pro další podniky působící v tomto odvětví.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis addresses the issue of sustainability in the fashion industry as a hot topic in today's world, given the significant negative social, environmental and economic impacts of this industry. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the basic theoretical principles of sustainability, emphasizing on its role in the context of the fashion industry. The practical part is devoted to analysing the approach to sustainability of the Czech fashion brand LAFORMELA. Initially, the company is briefly introduced, followed by an analysis of its current specific initiatives in sustainable development. Within the analysis, aspects of sustainability are examined from the perspective of product and store operations, including the website of the brand. The results of the analysis are further evaluated, and based on them, recommendations for the future development of the approach to sustainability of this company are formulated. This thesis provides a comprehensive view of sustainability implementation in the fashion industry and can serve as inspiration for other businesses operating in this sector

základní pojmy z projektového řízení. Je zde zmíněna covidová pandemie a její dopady
na projektový management. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním dvou společností ze
strojírenského průmyslu a popisuje jaký měl covid dopad na řízení jejich projektů a jaká
ponaučení si odnesly. V této práci je uveden předpoklad, která ze společností se s dopady
covid-19 vyrovná lépe. V praktické části je dále zhodnocen postoj těchto společností
k dané situaci a hlavní rozdíly v jejich přístupu. Zjištění z výzkumného šetření jsou
podkladem pro návrhy ke zlepšení. V práci jsou uvedeny přínosy jednotlivých doporučení
a u virtuální reality je také uvedena kalkulace nákladů pro její zavedení. Na základě
výpovědí je firmám doporučeno šest návrhů pro zlepšení.ObhájenoThe thesis examines the impact of COVID-19 on project management. The theoretical

a comparison of two companies from the engineering industry, detailing how COVID-19
affected their project management and the lessons learned. An assumption regarding
which company will better cope with the impacts of COVID-19 is provided. Furthermore,
the practical section evaluates the attitude of these companies towards the situation and
highlights the main differences in their approaches. Findings from the research survey
serve as a basis for improvement proposals. The thesis outlines the benefits of individual
recommendations, including a cost calculation for the implementation of virtual reality.
