The Impact of Company Characteristics Behavior (Size, Profile and Institutional Ownership) On Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility
The term Corporate social responsibility (CSR) defined as corporate social responsibility, which is an issue of corporate environmental management and is value-added for many multinational companies, including companies located in Indonesia. Corporate awareness in maintaining the environment around the company is much demanded by community social institutions (NGO-environment), to maintain the natural and social balance of the community. Therefore, the implementation and disclosure of CSR for the company is expected to be able to add value to the sustainability of the company itself. Company awareness in establishing good relations with the community, stakeholders, and government can be done for the existence of the company through CSR disclosure, disclosure of financial performance, and the institutional structure of corporate ownership. The company orientation, which originally only a shareholder orientation with the economic orientation paradigm being a stakeholder orientation, will have social and environmental impacts on the company\u27s operations. This study conducted to determine the effect of corporate characteristics behavior (size, profile, institutional ownership) on disclosure of corporate social responsibility. CSR disclosure uses the Corporate Social Responsibility Index (GRI G4). The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample of 150 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2019. The data used are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the official websites of all related companies. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (OLS). The results of hypothesis testing conclude that the company profile and institutional ownership structure significantly influence the disclosure of social responsibility; Meanwhile, the size of the company does not significantly affect the disclosure of social responsibility

Moderating Role of Perceived Social Support on the Relationship Between Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Intention
Globally, the need for entrepreneurial activities for young graduates has become an important area of concern for researchers and policy makers. However, one of the main concerns that warrants this research to be undertaken is the low number of graduates going into entrepreneurship. Therefore, we aim to address this concern by investigating the effects of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions, while appreciating the role of perceived social support as a moderating variable. We strive to achieve the objective of this work by employing cross sectional research design. Our data were collected through the use of self-completed questionnaire that was distributed to 398 undergraduate students of the largest University in sub-Saharan Africa. The data collected were further analysed using SmartPLS software for Partial Least Squares modelling. The findings showed that entrepreneurship education has insignificant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Most importantly, the findings show that the interaction between Perception of Social Support and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intention was significant. The result demonstrated in this work provides important implications for policy makers responsible for entrepreneurship development. In particular, an understanding of the factors that could lead to the formation of entrepreneurial intentions prove to be important for managers responsible for promoting and facilitating entrepreneurship programmes

Assessment of plant species diversity and abundance using line-transect method at Pantai Sabak, Kelantan
Coastal areas are environmentally sensitive areas filled with various local inhabitants focusing on the tree species ecosystem continuing to develop according to its environment. Pantai Sabak is one of the well-known eroded beaches in Kelantan due to the natural phenomenon, tidal wave erosion. This study aimed to identify the species availability and determine the species abundance, density, frequency, and diversity found in Pantai Sabak, Kelantan. Certain native species and common tree species at the coastline area are still available, such as Nypa fruticans and Ipomoea pes-caprae. Shocking results are achieved whereby the shoreline area has been degraded by the tidal wave and shoving away some species such as Cocos nucifera. Due to the situation, the coastal area has reached the mangrove area resulted in the species along the transect line is mangrove species namely Excoecaria agallocha. Another species achieved were shrubs and it showed Pantai Sabak has been severely damaged. A total of 1,350 individuals of 30 species from 30 genera belong to 22 families were recorded along two kilometres transect line. By using the diversity index which is Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index (H’) value is 2.99, Shannon-Wiener Maximum Index (H’max) is 3.40 while Shannon Evenness (EH) is 0.88. These results showed the area of the study is still diverse in species hence dominated by shrubs such Lantana camara. Hence, this study only focuses on the species diversity ecosystem, not the causes of the occurrence that occurred

Intercultural Communication among Non-Chinese in National-Type Chinese Schools: Parents Perspectives
Chinese education has been rooted in Malaysia as early as 1849. This paper explores the non-Chinese parents’ perspectives on intercultural communication among their children who were enrolled in National-Type Chinese Schools in Kelantan. A group of non-Chinese parents whom their children attended the schools, were interviewed. The data were analysed thematically. Results indicated that non-Chinese parents believed that the non-Chinese students were involved actively in communicating and interacting interculturally. The non-Chinese students’ intercultural communication was apparent from their activities and comments from parents. This paper suggested fine-tuning the quality of teaching and learning behaviour or ethical standards that helps both educators and students to gain more in a multicultural educational setting. Nevertheless, future work should extend beyond the current scope of merely understanding parents’ narratives of intercultural communication. It is recommended that future study includes the observations of the students’ multicultural life outside of classroom setting
