    No full text
This research aims to clarify the important aspects related to family dialogue, and what men and women should know that would provide them with information that contributes to knowledge of family dialogue. Thus, it is easier for them to implement the ideal dialogue required to be used in marital relations and in confronting family problems. This research came to provide a clear picture of the concept of family dialogue as stated in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah and the importance of its application in marital cohabitation, and to explain those controls and benefits related to family dialogue and their relationship to marital cohabitation, and at the same time confirm that the guidance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, includes all aspects of life. That is, he, peace be upon him, did not leave anything good without pointing us to it, and nothing evil without warning us about it. This research presents these controls and benefits, adopting two approaches: analytical and deductive. To follow the texts, analyse them, and extract from them the relevant controls and benefits. Using the sayings and opinions of scholars and researchers, while explaining the positive contributions that these controls and benefits add to the process of family life and marital cohabitation, citing the Sunnah of the Prophet and strengthening them with the Holy Qur’an, then clarifying this in the form of several points for fear of prolongation. The research touched on five topics, the first: defining family dialogue, the second: controls on family dialogue, the third: how to manage family dialogue, the fourth: ideal models in family dialogue, and the fifth: the benefits of family dialogue; He reached results indicating that the Islamic family system is distinct from others, and that there are many family dialogues contained in the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah. It contains useful information on how to manage family dialogue and overcome family problems through ideal dialogue

The Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and the in-depth interviews were conducted to collect data of the study. The results show that there are some challenges and opportunities in curriculum, teaching methods, assessments, technologies related to media education. The  opportunities in media education are indroducing several special degree programmes in mass communication/media studies by the newly established media/communication departments, covering a wide range of areas in communication discipline in the curriculum, introducing some resources and infrastructural facilities to facilitate the undergraduates etc. On the other hand, limited expansion of the discipline of mass communication/ mass media within the university system, limited post graduate studies, most of the courses in Sinhala and Tamil, heavily concentrated on theoretical aspects in the curriculum and assessments, non-availability of the text books, media instruments and tools, teachers without professional practice, training and research, non- availability of opportunities in the media industry etc. are the main challenges in the media education in Sri Lanka. Therefore, the state universities should take necessary actions to address the challenges in media education specially to cater to the requirements and needs of the media industry in Sri Lanka

For many students, COVID-19 has created new barriers to obtaining a degree while also making existing restrictions more difficult to overcome. COVID-19 has had a financial, academic, and emotional toll on individuals who are already seeking a degree. However, preliminary research suggests that these effects differ for students who had the greatest barriers to joining and remaining in institutions prior to the pandemic, particularly those from historically impoverished and marginalised populations. This study investigates the financial management practices among technical students in Malaysia’s Higher Institution of during COVID-19 pandemic. 610 students were given a survey questionnaire by way of basic random sample techniques covering TVET public university, polytechnics, and community college. The tools encompass the knowledge, literacy, and attitude components of the financial management construct. The results demonstrate that technical students average highly in financial understanding. The two concepts of planning and financial management are closely related. Students should manage their funds effectively and learn how to spend money sensibly if they want to succeed in the hard world that lies ahead.

Internet accessibility (IA) and Teaching (T) were discovered to share a moderate amount of variance. Flexibility (F) and Discipline (DP) share a small degree of variance. In contrast, University Facilities Performance (UFP) has a high degree of common variant

GI parasites screening were carried out and a total of 28 animals with high parasites infection (EPG > 1000) were selected and divided into two groups (n= 14, Control vs Treatment). The Treatment group were administered with Fenbendazole (0.1ml/kg body weight) while Control group were leave untreated. Mean percentage reduction of FEC (95% upper and lower confidence limits) for the Treatment group are 32.75 (100 and -83) indicating resistant towards Fenbendazole treatment.
