Determinants of Intention to Pay ZISWAF Trought BSI Mobile in Indonesia
Get PDFCustomer intention in paying ZISWAF through BSI mobile is important to investigate because ZISWAF are important instruments to reduce the level of poverty in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to determine the factors influencing customers' interest in making ZISWAF payments through BSI mobile. This research employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, incorporating two additional internal variables, namely trust and security. A quantitative approach is used to examine the relationship between dependent and independent variables, utilizing primary data obtained directly from Indonesian Sharia Bank customers through the distribution of 220 questionnaires. Subsequently, the data is processed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach. The results indicate that perceived usefulness and security variables have a positive impact on the interest in paying ZISWAF, perceived ease of use and trust variables do not affect the interest in making zakat and waqf payments through BSI mobile in Indonesia

This article discusses the experience of religious moderation practices in Solo with a focus on handling young people in campus mosques. By using the approach of involving campus stake holders and collaborating with campus mosque activists among young people, this study has conclusions and recommendations. namely, the mosque as the centre of community religious activities is a strategic land to become the basis for religious moderation activities, so that mosque managers / mosque takmir must promote religious moderation values such as tolerance and mutual respect between religious communities starting from the discussion of themes that are carried out to the selection of preachers in their respective mosques. In addition, the experience of interaction with the mosque by each takmir board needs to be documented or recorded as an inspiration for other mosques throughout Indonesi

Get PDFPerkembangan teknologi digital menuntut masyarakat untuk menguasai literasi digital, karena maraknya penyebaran konten negatif dan ancaman kejahatan siber tidak dapat dihindari. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, kampanye literasi digital intensif dan edukasi sejak dini menjadi kunci untuk membentuk masyarakat yang cerdas dan bijak dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Akun Instagram @oyusep aktif mengkampanyekan literasi digital dan menjadi rujukan bagi banyak orang. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja akun Instagram @oyusep dalam mengedukasi literasi digital dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisa sains data yang melibatkan pemrograman Python. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akun ini berhasil membangun komunitas yang cukup besar dan aktif. Konten yang dibagikan pun relevan dan menarik perhatian, namun tingkat keterlibatan pengikut masih rendah. Dengan demikian, akun Instagram @oyusep memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi sumber informasi terpercaya tentang literasi digital, tetapi perlu adanya perbaikan dan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas edukasi literasi digital
An Exhaustive Examination of the Integration of Literature into Teaching/Learning Strategies for Advancing English Reading Comprehension: A Systematic Literature Review
Get PDFThis study aims to provide an extensive literature review of previous studies conducted to demonstrate and investigate the effectiveness of using literature in teaching and learning reading comprehension at the middle education level. Consequently, this literature review was conducted using a systematic approach, involving searches across multiple academic databases on the addressed topic, which resulted in highlighting twenty articles conducted between 2010 and 2021. The systematic review method included identifying relevant studies, evaluating their quality, and synthesizing their findings. Furthermore, the researchers divided the main findings into two groups: the first one focused on using short stories, and the second group included all other literary genres. Both groups showed the positive effect of using short stories, comic stories, or novels as an efficacious method in developing, teaching, and learning reading comprehension skills, especially for adolescents and children. Therefore, this study suggests using different literary genres such as children’s short stories, fiction, and plays in middle education classrooms and employing new reading techniques and strategies to further motivate students. In addition, it recommends using a larger population and random assignment when selecting samples for future studies
PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN LITERASI DI PAUD AISYIYAH BUSTANUL ATHFAL KAJEN MARGOYOSO PATI TAHUN AJARAN 2022-2023
Get PDFKepala sekolah berperan sebagai pemimpin sekolah untuk mencapai tujuan keberhasilan program yang telah di rencanakan. Dalam mengembangkan kegiatan di sekolah kepala sekolah berperan secara langsung dan sebagai penentu kebijakan di sekolah. Kepala sekolah harus melaksanakan tugas dan perannya secara maksimal dan mampu mengarahkan pendidikan yang bijak untuk sekolah supaya bisa mencapai tujuan sekolah dengan maksimal.
Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi eknik dan triangulasi waktu. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan atau verifikasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama : ada beberapa peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan literasi di PAUD Aisiyah Bustanul Athfal Kejen : 1) peran kepala sekolah sebagai leader, 2) peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator, 3) peran kepala sekolah sebagai innovator, 4) peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator. Kedua : Beberapa problem yang perlu di cari solusinya agar program pengembangan literasi di PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kajen dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal adalah : 1) kemampuan para pendidik masih terbatas terkait dengan Teknik pengajaran literasi usia dini. 2) fasilitas dan sumber daya belajar yang masih terbatas. 3) kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam pengembangan literasi di rumah, karena masih banyak orang tua yang belum memahami tentang literasi dasar bagi anak-anak dan arti penting peran orang tua dalam mendukung literasi. 4) kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran literasi dini yang inovatif dan interaktif. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merkomendasikan perlu adanya langkah-langkah inovatif dan kolaboratif dalam bentuk program terkait dengan pelatihan metode pembelajaran literasi bagi tenaga pendidik, fasilitas pendukung literasi, konektivitas semua pihak dengan orang tua siswa dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara optimal. Financial management of Harvard university: A common size analysis and implications for Indonesian higher education institutions
Get PDFThis study aims to (1) determine Harvard University’s financial management strategy using the common size analysis approach in Harvard University’s balance sheet report for the fiscal year 2020-2022; and (2) examine its implications for Indonesian higher education institutions. The analysis is described from 3 perspectives: the perspective of assets, liabilities, and net assets. The research design uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The primary data source is the Annual Financial Report for Years 2020-2022. The analysis technique used is the analysis of common size. The results of this study indicate that from an asset perspective, attention is paid to managing liquidity, investment, and fixed assets. The importance of debt management, deferred income management, and long-term debt monitoring is highlighted from a liability perspective. From a net asset perspective, the strategy includes allocating operational resources, an endowment fund, and project management of profit-sharing agreements. This analysis provides valuable insights for Indonesian higher education institutions in developing financial management strategies. The limitation of this research is the limited focus on the analysis of balance sheet reports from the perspective of assets, liabilities, and net assets of Harvard University. This study does not consider external factors or other variables that may affect the University’s financial management strategy more comprehensively
Developing worksheet-based 7E learning cycle to foster elementary school students’ critical and creative thinking skills
Get PDFEnhancing students' critical and creative thinking skills is a crucial objective in education. Numerous studies have explored effective teaching methods to foster these skills, with models such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), the STEM-5E Learning Cycle, and the 7E Learning Cycle showing significant promise. This study aims to develop and validate a worksheet designed to enhance critical and creative thinking in elementary school students using the 7E Learning Cycle, following the ADDIE instructional design model. The study was conducted with fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Pasir Gintung, Lampung province of Indonesia, with two classes serving as the sample: Class IV A as the experimental group and Class IV B as the control group. Product validation indicated a high level of effectiveness, with a material average score of 0.833, a language component score of 0.693, and a media aspect score of 0.917. The test tool, validated as part of the research product, achieved an average score of 0.733. Instructor feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with a 98% approval rate, while student feedback indicated a 94% satisfaction rate, both underscoring the product's practical value. Post-test results from the experimental group demonstrated a significant improvement in critical and creative thinking skills, with an average score of 89.49, markedly higher than the control group. These findings provide empirical evidence supporting the effectiveness of the 7E Learning Cycle in enhancing critical and creative thinking through the use of the developed worksheet in educational settings

This opportunity requires a precise response from both established motorbike rental businesses and entrepreneurs looking to enter the motorbike rental industry. One appropriate response is the development of a well-thought-out business model to effectively capitalize on this opportunity. The use of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a tool for formulating the business model proves highly beneficial in crafting such a plan. This model is not only designed to maximize profits but also serves as a framework for internalizing Sharia values. Through qualitative methods, the research findings indicate that by internalizing Sharia values within the BMC, the Rental Motor 35 Bandung Company can create a sustainable and ethical business model that provides positive benefits not only to customers but also to the community and the environment. This alignment supports a business vision in line with Islamic ethical values
THE DYNAMICS OF ISLAMIC MICROFINANCE AWARENESS AND FINANCIAL LITERACY

Small enterprises have been targeted as a sample of Lahore city, Pakistan's second-largest city in terms of population and economic significance. The data is gathered through questionnaires and 256 responses collected from employees across diverse organizations, reinforcing the study's credibility. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) used to achieve research goals. The study's results align with all the specified hypotheses, confirming the proposed relationships and shedding light on the interconnected dynamics between Islamic Microfinance Awareness, Financial Literacy, Trust in Financial Institutions, and Customer Access to Islamic Microfinance Products. This study investigates the lesser-known aspect of Islamic Microfinance Awareness, providing insights into its influence on consumer access and trust. The practical implications are outlined, proposing that policymakers and financial institutions implement targeted awareness campaigns and financial education initiatives. The research culminates in valuable recommendations for relevant parties, emphasizing the significance of establishing the confidence to promote increased consumer involvement with Islamic Microfinance offerings
