This research examines the psychological aspects in the short story "The Lame Angel". This research is a qualitative descriptive study using Kurt Lewin's literary psychology approach. The data collection techniques used in this research were library techniques, reading and note-taking. In this research, he began to use Kurt Lewin's theory to identify interactions that occurred between the main character and other characters which led to conflict. The results of this research show that the author mentions internal conflict in the short story "The Lame Angel" by Mona Marchoud. By using Kurt Lewin's psychological studies, two things can be concluded. First, getting closer indicates a form of internal conflict, happiness, and anxiety. Approach-distancing conflict takes the form of disappointment, fear and anger, while Approach-distancing conflict takes the form of disappointment, annoyance and anxiety. Second: The response to resolving internal conflict in the short story is divided into three parts, namely 1) anxiety, 2) bargaining, 3) choice/rejection. These three actions carried out by the main character occur until the main character understands himself and is able to accept the current situation
Transformational leadership and the development of professional learning communities in elementary schools
Transformational leadership has become increasingly vital in education for fostering school improvement, innovation, and teacher collaboration. This study aimed to describe how transformational leadership is implemented by elementary school principals and how it contributes to the development of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Conducted at SDN 019 Pabaki Bandung, West Java province of Indonesia, this study employed a qualitative case study design. Data were gathered through purposive sampling from three participants: a principal, a vice principal, and a teacher. Methods included interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. Triangulation and inductive analysis were used to ensure data validity and depth. The findings reveal that the principal's transformational leadership significantly improved teacher collaboration, instructional quality, and administrative efficiency. The development of PLCs was evident through continuous, collaborative learning practices supported by the principal's guidance, encouragement of innovation, and cultivation of a supportive school culture. These practices fostered a harmonious and innovative environment conducive to ongoing professional growth. This study underscores the importance of transformational leadership in empowering educators and sustaining PLCs. The findings highlight the role of school leaders in promoting continuous learning and collaboration, ultimately contributing to improved educational quality. The implications suggest that adopting transformational leadership can serve as a catalyst for meaningful school reform and long-term professional development
DIGITAL DA'WAH AND THE RECONSTRUCTION OF ISLAMIC AUTHORITY
This study addresses the research gap regarding how Islamic authority is contested and reconstructed in the era of digital media, where social media dynamics disrupt traditional hierarchies. It aims to analyze how online Islamic preaching is transformed by social media logics, aesthetic strategies, and audience engagement, emphasizing the participatory and dialogical nature of comment sections. This research adopts a qualitative design using a netnographic approach, observing and analyzing social media content produced by prominent Indonesian Islamic figures, including Hanan Attaki, Abdul Somad, and Habib Husein Ja’far. The dataset comprises YouTube sermons, Instagram posts, TikTok videos, and user interactions, including comments and shares. Findings reveal the emergence of "religious influencers" who blend piety with branding, the commodification of Islamic preaching, and the evolution of comment sections into semi-public arenas of theological debate and negotiation. These interactions show how authority is no longer solely institutional but co-produced with audiences in real time. This study demonstrates that digital da’wah democratizes access to religious discourse while raising concerns about theological integrity, commercialization, and regulation challenges. It argues that understanding these dynamics is essential for developing critical digital religious literacy and fostering more inclusive, reflective, and ethically grounded online Islamic communication
Asset Tracking by Religious Court Judges: Ensuring Post-Divorce Child Support
Divorce often causes problems related to the fulfillment of child support, especially when the husband fails to meet his financial obligations. This study aims to analyze the ability of judges to track their husband's assets to ensure child support for divorce victims. The research method used is normative juridical with legislative, case, and conceptual approaches. The results show that although child support is legally guaranteed through the KHI, the Marriage Law, and the Child Protection Law, the implementation of asset tracking still faces technical obstacles, such as the lack of centralized data on the husband's wealth and limited resources of law enforcement. The findings also reveal that judges often rely on the wife’s initiative in submitting evidence of asset ownership, while the mechanism for executing the alimony judgments remains weak. It is important to formulate legal policies regarding the judge's authority to trace the husband's assets as a guarantee of child support. The principle of the best interests of the child must remain the primary consideration in divorce cases. The contribution of this research lies in policy recommendations to revise the Marriage Law and the Issue Supreme Court Regulations concerning the tracking of husbands’ assets in divorce cases
Identification and Risk Mitigation of Zakat Fund Management Based On COSO ERM at LAZ Yakesma East Java
This study aims to identify and mitigate risks in zakat fund management at LAZ Yakesma East Java using the COSO Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, which represents a novel application in the context of Islamic philanthropy. A descriptive-qualitative method was employed through interviews, institutional documents, and secondary reports to explore how zakat governance can be strengthened. Findings reveal three major risks: first, the presence of anonymous muzakki, which account for nearly half of total donors and create obstacles in reporting, auditing, and compliance; second, competition with more established zakat institutions, such as Dompet Dhuafa and Rumah Zakat, that affects public trust and donor loyalty; and third, limited fundraising capacity, which reduces program scope and innovation. To address these challenges, Yakesma has initiated mitigation strategies, including digital donation platforms with identity verification, financial transparency through online reporting, and diversification of fundraising methods. The application of the COSO ERM framework demonstrates its relevance in systematically identifying, assessing, and managing risks while ensuring sharia compliance and accountability. This study contributes to the literature by showing how risk management tools can be adapted to strengthen governance, enhance donor trust, and optimize the socio-economic impact of zakat

The Rohingya, a Muslim minority group in Myanmar, have long suffered systematic discrimination, persecution, and violence that has culminated since 2017. The Myanmar government refuses to grant citizenship to the Rohingya, considering them illegal immigrants from Bangladesh, even though they have lived in Myanmar for generations. To highlight the complex relationship between media, geopolitics, and public opinion formation, this research seeks to analyze potential biases and contrasting narratives between Western, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian media opinions on Rohingya Muslims. To examine the portrayal of the Rohingya as “refugees”, “victims of violence”, and “rejects”, this study used NVIVO 14 by analyzing 120 news stories, consisting of 40 stories from Western media (CNN and BBC News), 40 from Middle Eastern media (Al Jazeera and Alarabiya News), and 40 from Southeast Asian media (Kompas and The Star). The results showed that Western media tended to frame the Rohingya as victims of violence, Middle Eastern media highlighted the plight of refugees in some countries, while Southeast Asian media highlighted the theme of resistance to their arrival.
