The Legal Consequences of Constitutional Court Decision 18/PUU-XVII/2019 on Fiduciary Execution in Sharia Financing
This study examines how Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 reinterprets the legal norms governing the execution of fiduciary guarantees, and how its implications affect the authority of Religious Courts in enforcing the execution of collateral in Sharia-based financing. Employing a statute-based approach, the author conducts a comparative analytical interpretation of relevant laws and regulations on fiduciary guarantee execution and contrasts them with the reinterpretations introduced by the Constitutional Court. The findings indicate that the Decision affirms the equal importance of the principles of freedom of contract, consensualism, and due process of law alongside the principle of legal certainty in contractual arrangements. Consequently, Sharia financing institutions (creditors) may execute collateral objects without the involvement of Religious Courts (parate execution) only under two cumulative conditions: (a) the creditor and debtor have mutually agreed upon clear criteria for default, and (b) the debtor voluntarily surrenders the fiduciary object. In the absence of these conditions, execution must be carried out through the Religious Court. The study concludes that, to enable the Religious Courts to perform executions more effectively and efficiently, immediate updates to procedural law and execution mechanisms are needed through regulations and policies issued by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia
SHOUTING FROM THE COMMENTS: MORPHOLOGICAL PATTERNS IN INDONESIAN FOOTBALL FAN JARGON
This study explores the morphological patterns in football fan jargon in the comment sections of the Timnas Indonesia official YouTube channel. Adopting a descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis as the data-collection technique, the research investigates how Indonesian football fans creatively construct football-related terms through various morphological processes. The data consist of 46 jargon items, which were analyzed and classified into morphological categories. Results revealed six morphological processes, including borrowing, compounding, abbreviation, clipping, and blending. The findings show that borrowing is the most frequently used process, reflecting the influence of English as a global language of football. Nevertheless, fans also employ localized and culturally embedded processes such as compounding and coinage to express identity, creativity, and solidarity. The study concludes that football fan jargon in Indonesian digital spaces reflects not only linguistic economy but also sociocultural values and shared community knowledge. This research contributes to the growing body of sociolinguistic studies on digital language use and fan discourse in multilingual contexts.

The Values of Pancasila Student Profiles in Kartini's Novels and Their Relevance to Indonesian Language Learning in Elementary Schools
This study examines the values of the Pancasila Student Profile contained in the novel Kartini by Wiwid Prasetyo and their relevance to Indonesian language learning in elementary schools. The research aims to describe (1) the Pancasila Student Profile values presented in the novel and (2) their relevance to elementary Indonesian language teaching materials. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method. The data consist of quotations, phrases, and declarative sentences obtained from the novel and Character Education documents issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Data were collected through library research, document analysis, and note-taking, with purposive sampling used. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation, while data were analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Kartini novel contains six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile: faith in God Almighty, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, creativity, and critical reasoning. These values are relevant to Indonesian language learning materials in elementary schools, particularly in fostering character values such as faith, diversity, cooperation, responsibility, leadership, and social care. The findings imply that novels can serve as effective learning media for integrating character education and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile in elementary education

Community Empowerment through Lemongrass Mosquito Repellent Production for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Prevention in Bendungan VII, Godean, Yogyakarta
The success of DHF management is greatly influenced by community engagement in the form of social media, behavioral attitudes, knowledge expansion, and community empowerment. Lemongrass spray is one method of DHF management. Using natural components like lemongrass extract, anti-mosquito lemongrass sheets are an innovative way to offer additional protection against moquito bites. Lemongrass works well as a natural repellent since mosquitoes are known to dislike its scent. Lemongrass extract is sprayed on the skin or in the air to create this spray. This spray’s primary benefit is that it repels mosquitoes without the use of dangerous chemicals, making it safer to use. The initiative to use lemongrass as a base material for mosquito repellent spray becomes a great example of the application of academic knowledge to solve practical problems in the community. In addition to providing direct benefits, in terms of protection from mosquitoes, this project also raises awareness of the potential of herbal plants and teaches how to make environmentally friendly products. By continuing to involve and empower residents, efforts like this contribute to better community health and well-being
Students' Creativity and Engagement in Ecoprint-Based Art Learning Through the Project-Based Learning Model
This paper explores in depth the creativity and engagement of students in art learning with ecoprint techniques through a project-based learning model in elementary school. This research was conducted in a rural elementary school in Malang using a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the interactive analytical model proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which encompasses three stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Data trustworthiness was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the application of the Project-Based Learning model in arts instruction, using the ecoprint technique, significantly enhances students’ creativity and engagement in learning. The instructional process followed a systematic sequence that began with essential questions, designing a project plan, creating an activity schedule, supervising the project work, assessing the resulting product, and conducting an evaluation. This pedagogical practice successfully provided learners with a more contextual and experiential learning environment. Further research is recommended to implement this model in schools or grade levels with different typological characteristics, enabling more rigorous testing of its effectiveness across various educational contexts

Analyzing The Nexus Between Digital Financial Inclusion, Economic Growth, and Environmental Sustainability Impact in ASEAN Region
Purpose: This study aims to examine the impact of digital financial inclusion—proxied by debit card usage and ATM availability—on both economic growth and environmental sustainability across 11 ASEAN member countries during the period from 2010 to 2023.
Method: Using panel data regression analysis, the study employs the Feasible Generalized Least Squares (FGLS) estimation method to analyze the relationship between financial inclusion, economic growth, and carbon emissions.
Results: The analysis reveals a positive and significant relationship between debit card penetration and economic growth, suggesting that greater digital financial access contributes to economic performance. Conversely, the relationship between ATM availability and economic growth appears inconsistent.
Implication: These findings underscore the need for policymakers, financial regulators, and development agencies to design financial systems that not only promote growth but also incorporate environmental safeguards.
Originality: This research contributes to the literature by integrating digital financial inclusion metrics within an EKC framework to simultaneously evaluate economic and environmental outcomes in developing economies
A Literature Review of Employee Theft
Employee theft is a common and significant problem in many businesses, especially in the hospitality sector where workers are frequently exposed to cash transactions, fixed assets, material presents, and consumable food and beverage items. Because it deters investors and local businesses from operating in a particular area due to the possibility of their goods being stolen, this impacts local economic activity. This research provides a theoretical contribution to matters relating to employee theft, which can be used as a basis for further study. This research uses theoretical literature assessment, and a conceptual framework for further investigation is provided. Based on the conceptual research, the authors conclude that employee theft affects brand image and is affected by inconsistent auditing
