INSULT KELIB CHIQISHIDA KORTIZOL, ADRENALIN VA NOADRENALINNING AHAMIYATI
Insult (miyadagi qon tomirlarining buzilishi natijasida yuzaga keladigan serebrovaskulyar hodisa) paytida tananing gormonal, neyroendokrin javob tahlil qilinadi. dastlabki bosqichda adrenalin va noradrenalin tezkor faollik bilan chiqariladi, bu neyrovaskulyar reaktivlik va gemodinamikaning oshishiga olib keladi. Keyinchalik kortizol miqdori ortishi stress javobini tezlashtiradi. Adrenalin yurak urish tezligi, qon bosimi va qon oqimini kuchaytiradi, noradrenalin esa asab tizimining ogohlantiruv funksiyasini ta’minlaydi. Kortizol esa metabolik energiya resurslarini faollashtiradi, immunitetni bostiradi. Bu gormonlar insultning birlamchi reperfuziya bosqichida muvozanatni saqlashda muhim, ammo ortiqcha chiqarilishi miya shikastlanishini kuchaytirishi mumkin. Uzluksiz giperkortizolizm gipoksiya, neyroinflamatsiya va oksidlovchi stressni orttiradi. Bu jarayonlarda neyroprotektiv va neyrodegenerativ mexanizmlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ta’sirlar aniqlanadi. Uzoq izlanishlar shuni ko‘rsatiki, bu gormonlarning insult rivojlanishida ahamiyati juda katta. Shu jumladan O‘zbekistonda ham bir qancha eksperimental va klinik tatqiqotlar olib borilmoqda

Understanding these aspects is essential for improving diagnosis and management of hypertensive heart disease
THE THERAPEUTIC EFFICACY OF A PREPARATION DERIVED FROM THE KOVUL MEDICINAL PLANT IN THE TREATMENT OF ODONTOGENIC PURULENT INFLAMMATION WITHIN THE MAXILLOFACIAL REGION
The medicinal plant Kovul is found in the mountainous regions of Uzbekistan, particularly in areas such as the Tian Shan and Pamir-Alay mountain ranges. These mountain ranges are located in the eastern and southern parts of the country, where the rugged terrain and diverse climate foster rich biodiversity. The flora in these areas is adapted to the high altitudes and harsh conditions, contributing to the unique medicinal properties of plants like Kovul. The Tian Shan mountains, in particular, are known for their ecological richness and have long been a source of herbal remedies and traditional medicinal plants used by local communities.
The Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery at BRMCC treated 127 patients with odontogenic purulent inflammation, ranging in age from 28 to 43. 60 patients (30 males and 30 females) made up the control group, while 67 patients (30 males and 37 females) made up the experimental group. Each group included patients with different diagnoses: 35 patients had retromolar purulent periostitis in the right lower jaw, 40 patients had purulent periostitis of the upper jaw, 25 patients had purulent phlegmon of the left lower jaw, and 25 patients had purulent phlegmon of the upper jaw
