    Meva va sabzavotlar ozuqaviy qiymati va sog'liq uchun foydalari tufayli inson ratsionining muhim tarkibiy qismidir. Biroq, ular tez buziladigan tovarlar bo'lib, hosildan keyingi yo'qotishlar ularning tovar miqdori va sifatini sezilarli darajada pasaytiradi.     Digital Agriculture and Smart Farming in Uzbekistan: Opportunities for Efficiency and Sustainable Growth

    Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector faces the dual challenge of increasing productivity while ensuring environmental sustainability. Traditional farming practices, such as water-intensive irrigation and monoculture cropping, have contributed to soil degradation, water scarcity, and reduced biodiversity. Digital agriculture, including precision farming, remote sensing, and data-driven decision-making, offers a pathway to overcome these challenges. This paper examines the potential of smart farming technologies in Uzbekistan, highlighting their ability to optimize resource use, improve yields, and reduce environmental impact. Barriers such as limited rural internet connectivity, low digital literacy among smallholders, and insufficient access to modern technology are also discussed. Policy recommendations, capacity-building initiatives, and public-private partnerships are emphasized as essential elements for scaling digital agriculture. Quantitative indicators, including adoption rates, irrigation efficiency, and potential yield improvements, are analyzed to provide a data-driven understanding of the sector’s transformation. The findings suggest that Uzbekistan can achieve a more sustainable, resilient, and profitable agroeconomic through strategic investment in digital farming technologies

    ADVANCES IN LASER-BASED DERMATOLOGY IN IRAQ FROM HAIR REMOVAL TO SKIN REJUVENATION

    Laser dermatology has transformed the way world cares for its skin, presenting a variety of modern solutions for body hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and scar reduction therapy discriminately. Its use in Iraq, however, has been limited as a result of technological, educational and regulatory barriers. This research examines the effectiveness of two specific procedures, i.e., Alexandrite laser for hair removal and non-ablative 1550-nm fractional laser in skin rejuvenation, regarding their safety, efficiency and patient satisfaction among 100 Iraqi patients of various ages and skin types. The authors reported a low rate of side effects and good tolerability. Reduction after the procedure was permanent in most cases, and antiaging results were successful for wrinkles and pigmentation. Already described secondary effects!!! such as redness, blistering and hypopigmentation were slight, moderate, transient and controllable. The findings confirm that results vary depending on hair and skin types, and the type of equipment used. Compared to int’l standards, Iraq struggles behind rather than accesses advanced tools of modern world and experienced professionals and effective legislative regime. Despite these challenges, patient satisfaction was remarkably high with 92% of patients reporting they were at least satisfied. It is concluded that the potential for laser dermatology in Iraq is promising, with consistent upgrading in infrastructure as well as technical and public education

    Salmonella is a major foodborne pathogen responsible for significant morbidity and mortality in both humans and animals. It comprises over 2,600 identified serovars and is known for its high pathogenic potential. Transmission to humans primarily occurs along the farm-to-fork continuum, mainly through consumption of contaminated animal-derived products such as poultry, beef, pork, and fish, though fruits and vegetables can also serve as sources. Poultry and poultry products remain the predominant vehicles for human infection. While antibiotic therapy remains the cornerstone of salmonellosis treatment, the growing prevalence of antibiotic resistance and multidrug-resistant (MDR) Salmonella strains has underscored the urgent need for alternative control strategies. Effective management of salmonellosis requires a thorough understanding of its epidemiology, transmission dynamics, and pathogenic mechanisms. This review provides an overview of the epidemiology, infection sources, risk factors, and host range of major Salmonella serotypes. It also summarizes the clinical features of infection in humans and animals, discusses antimicrobial resistance and pathogenesis, and highlights emerging antibiotic-alternative strategies for prevention and control

    В настоящее время отсутствуют точные данные о распространенности неревматических кардитов в популяции. Обусловлено это несформированным единым подходом к диагностике данного заболевания. Вместе с тем, неревматические кардиты отмечаются среди всех возрастных групп, однако заболеванием чаще страдают мальчики первых лет жизни [4]. Известно, что среди всех умерших детей на первом году жизни, признаки кардита отмечаются в 9% случаев [4]

    ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ПРОГНОЗИРОВАНИЯ ГЛОБАЛЬНОЙ ПРОДОЛЬНОЙ ДЕФОРМАЦИИ НА ОСНОВЕ ФРАКЦИИ ВЫБРОСА ЛЕВОГО ЖЕЛУДОЧКА

    Предикторная ценность глобальной продольной деформации (ГПД) левого желудочка (ЛЖ) для прогнозирования исходов у пациентов с различной фракцией выброса левого желудочка (ФВЛЖ) изучена недостаточно. Целью нашей работы было оценить роль ГПД ЛЖ в прогнозировании исходов у пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью (СН) по ФВЛЖ. Методы. В рамках многоцентрового исследования по имплантации автоматического дефибриллятора (MADIT-CRT) мы обследовали 1077 пациентов (59%) с доступными данными двумерного спекл-трекинга, 437 пациентов с ФВ ЛЖ > 30% и 640 пациентов с ФВ ЛЖ ≤ 30%. Исходный уровень ГЛЖ был стратифицирован по терцилям в обеих подгруппах ФВ ЛЖ. Первичной конечной точкой была желудочковая тахикардия/фибрилляция. (VT/VF) или смерть; вторичной конечной точкой была сердечная недостаточность (HF) или смерть. Результаты У пациентов с LVEF ≤ 30% более высокий терциль GLS (T3, меньшая сократимость) был связан с более высокой частотой VT/VF/смерти (P < 0,001), с аналогичной ассоциацией у пациентов с LVEF > 30% (P = 0,057). У пациентов с LVEF ≤ 30% более высокий терциль GLS также был связан с более высокой частотой HF/смерти. В многофакторных моделях LV GLS предсказывал VT/VF или смерть в подгруппе LVEF ≤ 30% [T1 против T2/3 HR = 1,67 (1,16–2,38), P = 0,005], но не у пациентов с LVEF > 30% [T1 против T2,3 HR = 1,32 (0,86–2,04), P = 0,21]. LV GLS предсказывал СН/смерть в подгруппе с ФВ ЛЖ ≤ 30% [T1 против T2/3 HR = 2,00 (1,30–3,13), P = 0,002], но не у пациентов с ФВ ЛЖ > 30%. Выводы. В этом подисследовании MADIT-CRT LV GLS выявлял пациентов с более высоким риском ЖТ/ФЖ, СН/смерти независимо от общепринятых клинических параметров у пациентов с ФВ ЛЖ ≤ 30%, но не у пациентов с ФВ ЛЖ > 30%
