Совмещённые Посевы Для Повышения Производительности И Доходов Фермерских Хозяйств
No full textв статье даны результаты исследований совмещённых посевов местных сортов маша «Маржон», «Зилола» и хлопчатника «Султон». Использование зернобобовых культур имеет большое значение для сохранения плодородия почв и получения высоких урожаев на одном гектаре, в одно время. По полученным результатам исследований была дана оценка коэффициенту земельного эквивалента. Исследования проведены в почвенно клематических условиях Кибрайского района Ташкентской области. Были изучены моно и совмещённые посевы хлопчатника и маша, с различными нормами удобрений в сочетании с различными режимами орошения. При возделывании маша, как моно культура урожайность у маша сорта «Маржон» и «Зилола» в среднем составила 25,5 ц/га. у хлопчатника сорта «Султон» 30,9 ц/га. При совмещённых посевах этот показатель у сортов маша «Маржон», по различным нормам удобрений, составил от 8,95 до 13,09 ц/га, у сорта «Зилола» от 15,6 до 19,7 ц/га. у хлопчатника сорта «Султон» этот показатель урожайности был равен от 37,6 в совмещённом посеве с машем сорта «Маржон» и с машем сорта «Зилола» - от 36,75 до 36,87 ц/га. Коэффициент земельного эквивалента в совмещённом посеве с хлопчатником сорта Султон у маша сорта «Маржон» варьировал от 0,35098 до 0,513333, у сорта «Зилола» от 0,611765 до 0,772549. Показатель коэффициента земельного эквивалента у хлопчатника сорта Султон в совмещённом посеве с машем сорта «Маржон» варьировал от 1,567809 до 1,706537и с сортом «Зилола» от 1,801085 до 1,965753. Полученные результаты анализов доказывают эффективность технологий совмещённых посевов хлопчатника и маша в условиях Узбекистана

Automated Blood Cancer Diagnosis with Microscopy and Cell Counting of ALL, AML, CLL, and CML Cells
No full textWhite blood cell (WBC) cancer, often known as leukaemia, can cause irreparable harm to the body's blood and bone marrow. If not caught early enough, it can be fatal. Manual diagnosis of malignant neoplastic disease cells is typically performed using complete blood count (CBC) or morphological image analysis. These approaches are labor-intensive and can result in less-than-perfect mounting. In this research, we propose an automatic method for the analysis of microscopic blood images for the diagnosis of leukemias such as acute lymphocytic leukaemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), and chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). White blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets are initially separated from the image using this method. Lymphocytes are then isolated from the rest of the white blood cells. Next, an SVM classifier is fed information about the lymphocytes' shape and colour to determine if they are conventional or blast cells. After that, the white blood cell count is taken to ensure a proper diagnosis. This automated approach for the detection of malignant neoplasms was superior to traditional methods of diagnosis in terms of convenience, speed, and accuracy
