ESMVCC: AN ENHANCED SECURE REAL-TIME MULTIVERSION CONCURRENCY CONTROL ALGORITHM
In addition to ensuring database integrity, secure concurrency control techniques must be free of covert channels emerging from data conflicts between transactions. Transactions with higher access classes are mistreated by current secure concurrency control techniques. Because it solves the priority inversion problem more effectively. This paper introduces and evaluates a novel secure multiversion concurrency control technique. These experiments show that when comparing the proposed concurrency control algorithm to the SMVCC concurrency control protocol, the proposed algorithm outperforms the SMVCC protocol in terms of total average response time. ESMVCC has the lowest overall average transaction response time and the highest level of fairness among secure concurrency control protocols.
 
IMPLEMENTING AI APPLICATIONS IN RADIOLOGY: HINDERING AND FACILITATING FACTORS OF CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORKS (CNNS) AND VARIATIONAL AUTOENCODERS (VAES)
Radiology is changing as a result of artificial intelligence (AI), which improves diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. In particular, CNNs and VAEs (variational autoencoders) are making a significant impact. In addition to helping radiologists by managing the increasing complexity and volume of imaging data, CNNs are excellent at automating image processing and recognizing abnormal states like tumors. VAEs are less prevalent, but they have a special benefit: they may create artificial medical images for data augmentation and privacy protection, which is important when there is a lack of data. The requirement for sizable annotated datasets, model interpretability, and ethical issues including data privacy and bias in AI-driven diagnoses all pose obstacles to the mainstream implementation of AI in radiology, despite its potential. In order to overcome these obstacles, AI must be integrated into the current healthcare systems while taking ethical and technical concerns into consideration. With ongoing developments anticipated to improve its applicability in clinical operations and eventually improve patient outcomes, artificial intelligence in radiology has a bright future

ASSESSMENT OF CLAMETIC CONDITION IN CHANDRAPUR, VIDARBHA REGION, CENTRAL INDIA
Climatic condition of the earth is changing day-by-day due to lifestyle of human beings and for the balancing of lifestyle the industrialization can be growing simultaneously. Chandrapur also facing the impact of industrialization factor and due to that the climatic condition of Chandrapur is not so good. The present investigation was evaluated climatic condition of Chandrapur in Vidarbha region.The online radar and meteorological applications ware used for collection of data. The data were collected for calculation of temperature, precipitation, humidity, rain, wind form (direction) and wind speed. The temperature ware fluctuating (9-340C) as per winter season, in the month of February precipitation was occurring in study area due to suddenly change in climatic condition. Humidity was suddenly increase due to precipitation; wind speed was increased up to 14.8. Wind direction was flowing mostly on north east direction. The climatic condition in Chandrapur was shown slightly suitable for the area because as per winter season the temperature and humidity factor was normal but the precipitation, rain, wind speed and wind direction was changing the winter pattern climatic condition due to indirect impact of Asani cyclone in study area
STORAGE AND SECURITY ISSUES OF MEDICAL IMAGES USING CLOUD PLATFORM
In this current era of technology people are interested more in online medical facilities for more faster and comfortable life. Because of huge demand, health care field is growing rapidly. The data in the form of x-rays, diagnosis reports, MRI images, videos is generated. Such form of data consumes large amount of storage space and processing power, therefore nowadays alternate solutions such as cloud storage are used to store such huge data. As the medical data in the form of images or videos is very important and confidential it is very crucial to concentrate on the issues like storage and security. The proposed work discuss about the image security techniques like watermarking using different types combined with data encryption techniques during transmission so as to ensure better security along with reduction in cost for storage with the use of cloud environment. In this study, we offer a deeper insight into the challenges hindering the adoption of this technology. Then we analyze and compare these findings of the cloud based medical image process implementation with security necessities.
 
A Survey of Controlled Experiments in Software Engineering
The classical method for identifying cause-effect relationships is to conduct controlled experiments. This paper reports upon the present state of how controlled experiments in software engineering are conducted and the extent to which relevant information is reported. Among the 5,453 scientific articles published in 12 leading software engineering journals and conferences inthe decade from 1993 to 2002, 103 articles (1.9 percent) reported controlled experiments in which individuals or teams performed one or more software engineering tasks. This survey quantitatively characterizes the topics of the experiments and their subjects (number of subjects, students versus professionals, recruitment, and rewards for participation), tasks (type of task, duration, and type and size of application) and environments (location, development tools). Furthermore, the survey reports on how internal and external validity is addressed and the extent to which experiments are replicated. The gathered data reflects the relevance of software engineering experiments to industrial practice and the scientific maturity of software engineering research.

Synthesis of Polyhydroquinoline Catalyzed by Cu nps/ Stilbite Zeolite
In the present research article, a new method to synthesize polyhydroquinoline derivative is discussed. Polyhydroquinoline derivative synthesized using catalyst Cu nps/stilbite zeolite. The catalyst shows excellent catalytic activity in synthesis of polyhydroquinolines using aromatic aldehyde, dimedone, ethylaceto acetate and ammonium acetate in ethanol medium. Diagonal Feature Extraction Based Handwritten Character System Using Neural Network
A handwritten character recognition system using multilayer Feed forward neural network is proposed in this paper. The character data set suitable for recognizing postal addresses contains 38 elements which include 26 alphabets, 10 numerals and 2 symbols. Fifteen different handwritten data sets were used for training the neural network for classification and recognition of the characters. Three different orientations, namely, horizontal, vertical and diagonal directions are used for extracting 54 features from each character. The trained neural recognition system is tested for various inputs and found to perform well. The diagonal orientation for feature extraction is identified to be the most suitable method as it yields higher recognition accuracy. The proposed system will aid applications for postal/parcel address recognition and conversion of any hand written document into structural text form.

Countries around the world are in need ofelectronic medical record (EMR) systems that meet their specific needs. The developing countries need such systems. This paper describes briefly the benefits of EMRs in developing countries. It focuses on the basic EMR information, including types of EMRs, components of EMRs, and already existing EMRs, in order to establish which EMR systems would befeasible and effective for specific situations.
