    Static RAM architecture is an important part in the digital data processing devices like DSP’s Micro Processors and Embedded systems for general purpose or specific purpose applications. Demand of manufacturing compact devices are increasing day by day, to make the compact devices the design of internal circuits area also should be reduced. This will in turn reduces the overall size of the device. In this paper two 128 bytes SRAM architectures are implemented with conventional six transistors SRAM cell and single ended three transistor SRAM cell from the scratch to layout level. The designs are compared in terms of power consumption, area, and speed with 45nm technology. The implemented design area is reduced by 57.14% with 92.37% reduced power consumption and with 89.98% improved performance. &nbsp

    DESIGN &ANALYSIS OF MICRO INVERTER FOR PV PLANTS

    Renewable energy sources are obviously accepted as clean energy sources of future. The solar energy is the most popular among other renewable energy sources in all over the world. Many studies are performed on photovoltaic (PVs) and solar energy systems. Inverter is the most important power converter section of photovoltaic systems in terms of efficiency in changing weather conditions. This study presents the design and analysis of a micro inverter for PV systems. The proposed micro inverter is designed by using MATLAB Simulink software, and the control algorithms are implemented according to Incremental Conductance method. It consists of isolated boost converter with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) and H-bridge inverter with PI controller. The reaction of system has been observed under changing irradiation conditions. The implemented micro inverter has compensated the irradiation changes at boost converter stage, and dc-ac conversion process is performed regarding to the designed PI controller. The dc bus voltage is increased to around 300V, and the HF transformer is used to increase inverter input voltage to 420V. The output of inverter is generated with the support of PI controller to track 220Vrms line voltage. The THD rates for both voltage and current are measured at 0.51% in FFT spectrum, and the overall power of the micro inverter is supplied around 315W

    Vatarakta is a disease explained in Ayurveda involving Vata Dosha imbalance affecting Rakta Dhatu, where the Vayu gets aggravated due to long distance rides on animals like elephants, camels, horses, and on the other hand Rakta or blood gets vitiated by the consumption of Lavana, Amla, Katu, Kshara etc The Vata, whose passages are blocked by Rakta further undergoes vitiation and further contaminates the Rakta or blood. The blood vitiated by Vayu later burns the whole blood in the body and later gravitates towards the foot. This vicious amalgamation of vitiated Vata and Rakta is called Vatarakta. Vatarakta can even be correlated to Gout on the basis of etiopathology. Vrana Basti is the unique external method of drug administration for the treatment of wounds which are deep seated with a small opening. This procedure is explained by Acharya Sushruta and Sharangadhara. A 65 years old male patient approached the OPD with the chief complaints of ulcer in right ankle joint associated with discoloration and burning sensation since 6 months. The patient was given completely Panchakarma therapies for 8 days, and later was shifted on only Ayurvedic medicines on discharge and the results were remarkably seen. Hence this study was taken to prove that management through ayurveda has remarkable results in gambheera Vatarakta. Observation and results were drawn on the basis of assessment criteria.     Clonality of Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in Hospital and Community Samples in Nsukka, Nigeria.

    Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a human pathogen that has emerged as a serious public health problem both in hospital and community settings. This study was aimed to determine the clonal variations of MRSA from healthcare and community environments. S. aureus was isolated and identified from hospital and community samples using standard laboratory procedures and MRSA strains were identified using Kirby Bauer disk diffusion method. Out of 505 S. aureus isolates recovered in this study, 295 (58.4%) were oxacillin resistant and were therefore considered to be methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains. The prevalence of MRSA in the hospital environment was 34.8% and 28.7% in the community environment. Out of 21 selected MRSA isolates examined for mecA gene by PCR, only six (53, 69, 74, 84, 88 and 89) showed positive amplification for mecA. Of these six, one was a hospital isolate, while the other five were community isolates. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect both the Staphylococcus specific 16s rRNA and mecA genes with amplicon sizes of 750 bp and 310 bp, All oxacillin resistant isolates possessed the S. aureus specific sequence gene, but not all possessed the mecA gene. Genetic relatedness of the isolates was determined using protein profile from SDS-PAGE and restriction patterns from restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). The protein profiles and restriction patterns revealed heterogeneity among the isolates. Phylogenetic analyses were done on the protein profiles and restriction patterns using bioinformatics software (UPGMA). The results revealed four different patterns suggesting that there are about four MRSA clones among the samples as well as genetic relatedness between hospital and community isolates

    Ligands tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine with nitrile group in - substituted and the corresponding FeCl2 complexes: a diversity preceding a possible using of dioxygen in soft conditions

    We have synthesized the mono, bis and tris nitrile at the position ligands in the tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (TPA) series, respectively CNTPA, (CN)2TPA and (CN)3TPA. Nitrile at the position of these nitrogen- containing tripods shifts the oxidation potential of the ligand by comparison with the TPA ligand, it is observed that the oxidation potentials of the ligands increase regularly with the number of nitrile groups. For each group added, the oxidation potential is increased by an average of 110mV / ECS. This reflects the strong electron- withdrawing effect of the nitrile groups.. The crystal structure analysis of the dichloroferrous complexes with CNTPA and (CN)2TPA reveals that the iron lies in a distorted octahedral geometry comparable to that already found in TPAFeCl2. All spectroscopic data indicate that the geometry is retained in solution. These three isostructural complexes all react with molecular dioxygen to yield µ-oxo diferric complexes as stable compounds. Upon reduction, all µ-oxo diferric complexes convert back into the starting ferrous species. The oxygenation reaction parallels the well known formation of µ-oxo derivatives from dioxygen in chemistry of porphyrins reported almost three decades ago. The crystal structure analysis is reported for each of these three µ-oxo compounds. With TPA, a symmetrical structure is obtained for a dicationic compound, the tripod coordinating in the (4-N) coordination mode. With CNTPA, the compound is a neutral µ-oxo di-ferric complex. When oxygenation is carried out on the (CN)2TPA complex, a neutral asymmetrical compound is obtained. The striking point within the series of ferrous precursors is the effect of the ligand on the kinetics of oxygenation of the complexes. Whereas the parent complex undergo full oxygenation over 14 hours, the mono nitrile ligand provides a complex that has fully reacted over 14 hours, the reaction time being only 2 hours for the complex with the dinitriles ligand,and for trinitriles ligand it will tack 30min. Thus electron-deficiency ( Lewis acidity at the metal centre) seems to govern the kinetics of oxygenation. This strongly suggests coordination of the dioxygen as an initial step in the process leading to formation of µ-oxo diferric compounds, by contrast with un unlikely outer sphere reduction of dioxygen, that generally occurs at very negative potentials. Finally, we report that cyclohexane is catalytically converted into cyclohexanone when reacted with dioxygen in the presence of zinc amalgam, and that the conversion rate also parallels the Lewis acidity at the metal center, with the best rate obtained for with (CN)2TPAFeCl2.     &nbsp

    The term "quality of service" refers to how well a company meets its customers' needs. Increasing the number of people who own cars requires careful evaluation and enhancement of the quality of bus service. Since customer happiness is directly tied to service quality, studying its components is crucial. According to previous research, the following six factors are prioritized by citizens: journey time, convenience, accessibility, pricing, comfort, information, and safety. Indicators of service quality in the Zanjan, Iran, bus system were modeled for this study. The most crucial elements of consumer satisfaction were thus determined by these metrics. Empirical study was conducted by surveying actual travelers, with the resulting data analyzed with Smart PLS. It's important to remember that in the end, a model was created to ascertain consumer satisfaction with the aforementioned characteristics (quality indicators), with the largest weights going to security, comfort, speed, and ease of use. In addition, 59% of users were pleased with this system

    A Framework for Evaluating the Usability of Mobile Learning Applications in Universities

    As the use of mobile devices overwhelmingly outpace that laptops and desktop computers today, high levels of usability of these mobile devices are a major supporting factor. The trend extends deeply into teaching and learning as mobile learning (a new form of electronic learning) takes shape, introducing an eminent aspect of mobility. Usability defines the aspects of quality in use of the software products; hence usability testing is a major concern in developing organizations for the success of product implementation and use. Most existing usability evaluation models were developed for desktop software development. Consequently, currently available models are not about mobile learning in particular, which also presents a gap that we attempted to fill. The researcher in this study developed a model that estimates usability as a function of aggregated usability influencing factors. The developed model combines important factors from other available models and encompasses most that support mobile learning to come up with a more comprehensive model. To evaluate the effectiveness of the developed model, a mobile learning prototype application was developed, tested and implemented alongside a task list for an objective study and survey questionnaire for a subjective study. The feedback from the experiment and survey was then used to assess and validate the prototype application in terms of high, average or low levels of usability using an advanced statistical tool. The results could be used as guidelines to developing organizations to produce more appropriate applications for mobile learning with high levels of usability

Earlier work defines a set of methods that the research community uses when a new technology is developed. This chapter presents a discussion of the set of methods that industrial organizations use before adopting a new technology. First there is a brief definition of the earlier research methods and then a definition of the set of industrial methods.
