A New Simple Validated RP-HPLC-PDA Analytical Method for Estimation of Aceclofenec in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Bulk Drug Form Used as Anti-Anti-Inflammatory Drug
A simple, economical, user-friendly, precise, accurate, robust, rugged and linear analytical method developed and validated for estimation (Assay) of Aceclofenac in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients or bulk drug form.Isocratic HPLC method developed, flow rate is 1.5 ml/min, and column used Hemochrom C18 Intsil (150mm X 4.6 mm X 5 µm), Column temperature used is 25ºC. Mobile phase used is made from 50 volume of buffer consist of 0.1 % orthophosphoric acid and 50 volumes of organic phase consist of 90% Acetonitrile. The UV detection wavelength is 275 nm. Linearity of the method was observed 50 µg/ml to 150 µg/ml. The retention time of Aceclofenac is ≈ 6.0 minute. This method was validated as per ICH guideline. (1) This method is very user-friendly and can be used for estimation of Aceclofenac in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Bulk drug form because Analytical method validation of this method is successfully achieved in present study
Propagation modelling for indoor wireless communication
This paper presents an overview on recent development of wireless sensor technologies and standards for wireless communications as applied to wireless sensors. Examples of wireless sensors and sensor networks applied in agriculture and food production for environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, M2M-based machine and process control, building and facility automation and RFID-based traceability systems are given. The paper also discusses advantages of wireless sensors and obstacles that prevent their fast adoption. Finally, based on an analysis of market growth, the paper discusses future trend of wireless sensor technology development in agriculture and food industry.

A study on Dual-Layer Flavor system for Dietary Supplement: Concepts, Technologies and Applications
Dual-layer flavor systems have emerged as a promising approach to improve the sensory appeal and functional performance of dietary supplements. Many vitamins, minerals, and probiotics exhibit bitter or undesirable tastes that can reduce consumer compliance and limit product effectiveness. By encapsulating bioactive ingredients in a core layer and applying an outer coating, dual-layer systems enable controlled flavor release, protection against environmental stressors, and enhanced stability during storage and gastrointestinal transit. This review explores the concepts, design principles, materials, and technologies used in dual-layer flavor systems, including conventional methods such as spray drying and freeze-drying, as well as advanced techniques like electrospinning, nanoemulsions, and layer-by-layer assembly. Applications in functional foods and nutraceuticals are discussed, along with the challenges of scalability, industrial feasibility, and long-term stability. The study highlights current research gaps and provides insights into future directions for the development of consumer-friendly, effective, and commercially viable dietary supplements

Workload Balancing in Cloud Computing: An Empirical Study on Particle Swarm Optimization, Neural Networks, and Petri Net Models
Workload balancing in cloud computing plays a critical role in ensuring efficient task scheduling,resource allocation, and execution management. This study explores the effectiveness of ParticleSwarm Optimization (PSO), Neural Networks (NNs), and Petri Net Models (PNMs) for optimizingworkload distribution in dynamic cloud environments. The research involves a comparative analysis of these methods, evaluating their computational efficiency, adaptability, and scalability.Mathematical models are developed to formalize their operational principles, and simulations areconducted to measure performance. The findings indicate that a hybrid approach combining PSO,NNs, and PNMs enhances system stability and overall cloud performance, making it a promisingsolution for intelligent workload balancing
Phytochemical, Antibacterial, Metal Content and Spectral Studies of Morinda Tinctoria
Plants have been one of the important sources of medicines, since the beginning of human civilization. Plant based medicines, food supplements, health products, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals are in the great demand these days. Nuni is the commercial name for Morinda tinctoria (L), which belongs to the family Rubiaceae. It is used in the treatment of various diseases. Different parts of Morinda tinctoria (L) such as roots, fruits and leaves are used as an astringent, deobstruent in the treatment of illness such as cancer, gout, arthritis, heart diseases and gastric ulcer, etc. The ashes of Morinda tinctoria (L) leaves act as biosorbents which controls ammonia pollution in waste waters. This study was carried out to evaluate the phytochemical and potential antimicrobial activity against five bacterial strains namely Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhimurium, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and B. megaterium by agar cup assay method. The acetone leaf extracts of Morinda tinctoria was proved to be highly antibacterial activity as compared to other extract. Due to rich source of primary and secondary metabolites Morinda tinctoria exhibiting the antimicrobial activity. Morinda tinctoria evaluated for nickel, copper, cobalt and iron content. It shows 20.0 ppm of nickel, 82.6 ppm of copper, 4.1 ppm of cobalt and 8154.9 ppm of iron. Also, UV-Visible and FTIR of this different extract has been done

Herbal plants are potent in curing various diseases form common cold to dreaded diseases like variety at cancers as they have comparatively lesser side effects than synthetic drugs. Corona-virus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has identified and experimented many drugs in its management and these agents included both new and old drugs. MitragranaParvifolia (Roxb.) korthpopularily known as kaim, is a deciduous traditional medicinal plant belongs to genus Rubiaceae. It is a true kadamba. Mitragynaparvifolia is one of the medicinal plants considered for repurposing in the management of covid-19 because it is crucially significant as it contains rich fraction of alkaloids. Mitragynaparvifolia is crucially significant as it has largest number of phytohemicals (such as alkaloids, flavanoids, tannins, glycosides, carbohydrates, phenols, aldehydes, ketones, phytosterols, triterpenes, triterpenoids, saponins, indole alkaloids etc.) and Secondary metabolites (viz.quinolic acid, quinovic acid, β-sitosterol, methyl acetate, pyroligenous acid, scopoletine, therophylline, daucosterol, cadambagenic acid, cadamine, cadambine, isocadambine, isodihydrocadamabine etc.) In Ayuveda medicinal effect of kadamba is described in different sunhitas like Charak Samhita, Sushrutasamhita, Ashtanga hridya, Haritsamhita, Chakardatta etc. Kadamba is used as antihepatotoxic, antibacterial, antimalarial, antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antioxidant wound healing activities, diuretic and laxative.
