Optimising Mobile Multimedia Health Record Management: Performance Analysis of Personal Cloud Storage with CDN Integration and Hybrid Cloud Solutions
Background
The rapid progress of mobile technology and cloud computing has had a huge impact onhealthcare. Mobile multimedia data management is critical, but it presents issues such asstorage, retrieval, security, and scalability. This study looks into enhancing health recordsystems with personal cloud storage, CDN integration, and hybrid cloud solutions.MethodsTo improve the storage and retrieval of mobile multimedia health records, a hybrid cloudarchitecture with CDN was built. In real-world healthcare scenarios, performance indicatorsaimed at reducing latency, managing bandwidth, and improving security were evaluated
How the Sun’s Core Changes the Direction of the Sun’s Magnetic Axes and Maintains the Sun’s Equilibrium, similarly to the Function of the Earth’s Core
The Sun’s magnetic field shifts every eleven years, from north to south and vice versa. In my view, this occurs due to the movement of the Sun’s core from north to south and vice versa, in order to maintain the Sun’s equilibrium as it revolves around its axis from west to east. In principle, something similar occurs on Earth, as it revolves around its axis from west to east and its core moves alternately north or south, which allows the Earth to maintain its equilibrium, with its magnetic field shifting from north to south and vice versa. The essential difference between the Earth and the Sun in this regard is that the Sun is composed of gaseous material, while the Earth is composed of solid plastic and fluid material. The Sun’s gaseous mass moves and changes rapidly, so the Sun’s core is required to move rapidly in turn and change direction every eleven years in order to maintain the Sun’s equilibrium. Just as the changes that occur on the Earth, such as the movement of the continents or the creation of mountains, are relatively slow, in accordance so too the movement of the Earth’s core is slow and it shifts direction at intervals of from thousands to millions of years, with the time periods between changes being inconsistent
Antimicrobial Resistance Profile of Different Clinical Isolates against Third-Generation Cephalosporins
death because they increase the likelihood of harmful treatment. Antimicrobial resistance statistics
therefore aid in determining optimal patient care. Consequently, the purpose of this research was to
examine the antimicrobial resistance pattern of third-generation cephalosporin medications at Jimma
University Specialized Teaching Hospital. Methods. From April to August 2016, researchers at Jimma
University Specialized Hospital (JUSH) performed a prospective cross-sectional study in a hospital
setting. Patients in hospitals had their urine, sputum, wound swabs, and feces collected for clinical
purposes
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence within Power BI to Improve Business Intelligence Reporting
This study investigates Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation on Power BI in order to improve business intelligence reporting. Using secondary qualitative analysis, two key themes are the transformative impact of AI features on data analytics and the organisational or user-centric barriers to adoption. The findings of the research reveal that AI enhances reporting accuracy and efficiency, but challenges like digital literacy and resistance to change are still present. The study concludes that strategic alignment and user empowerment are essential for effective AI adoption
Utilizing AI-Driven DevOps for Predictive Maintenance and Anomaly Detection in Smart Grids.
The research presents an analysis of the enhancement process of AI-driven DevOps in grid management by modifyinganomaly detection, predictive maintenance and entire system effectiveness. It involves an AI driven continuousfeedback loop between these two areas, to get the best delivery and upgrades of the AI models. This collaborationhelps improve system reliability as well as speed up the deployment of needed updates, requiring the smart grid to runas close to optimal as possible
Adaptive Robot-Assisted Telerehabilitation System Using Model Predictive Control and Digital Twin for Personalized Upper Limb Therapy
Smart rehabilitation systems have revolutionized the delivery of upper limb therapy, with treatments that aremore accurate, adaptive, and patient-focused. An advanced rehabilitation system integrating Model PredictiveControl (MPC), Digital Twin visualization, and Augmented Reality (AR) interfaces ensures personalized andadaptive therapy. Real-time data are processed by the system with low latency of 10 ms, reducing X, Y, and Zaxes trajectory tracking errors. The system changes treatment from 80 units to 79.85 units according to thepatient's level of fatigue (0.5) and enhances comfort and rehabilitation results
Contractual Agreement Aspect of Third-party Risk Management in Information Security
Third-party risks are those faced by an organization when incorporating external entities intotheir ecosystem, infrastructure, or supply chains. These external parties may take the form ofvendors, suppliers, partners, contractors, or service providers, all of whom are granted access tointernal data concerning systems, processes, intellectual property, customer information, orinternal communication. Organizations are reliant on outsourcing, subcontracting, and offshoringto support their business, this has amplified the need for effective Third-Party Risk Management(TPRM) frameworks. Although these practices offer operational efficiency, they introduceinherent risks, necessitating a careful approach to information security (IS). This article exploresthe pivotal role of contractual agreements in TPRM, addressing key questions about contractdeficiencies, adaptability to evolving risks, regulatory impacts, and strategies for incentivizingthird-party risk management. Thorough due diligence, collaborative approaches, andsupplementary risk management strategies have been emphasized in the existing literature. Theconceptual framework underscores the detrimental impact of weak contracts, advocatingdynamic risk assessments, adaptable security standards, and communication and collaborationchannels. Addressing variations in laws and regulations is crucial and requires a clear contractualprovisions and language. The study concludes by providing insights into incentivizing thirdparties to adapt risk management practices and off-the-shelf tools and services handling, therebycontributing a comprehensive guide for organizations to manage third-party relationships in thedomain of information security
Malware Detection using the concept of Random Forest Algorithm
Malicious software is abundant in a world of innumerable computer users, who are constantly faced with these threats fromvarious sources like the internet, local networks and portable drives. Malware is potentially low to high risk and can causesystems to function incorrectly, steal data and even crash. Malware may be executable or system library files in the form ofviruses, worms, Trojans, all aimed at breaching the security of the system and compromising user privacy. In this study, theproposed machine learning algorithm is RF algorithm which use Gini index CART algorithm to create multiple decision treewith majority of the outputs from each decision trees. Here, total 1,38,047 data is collected which contain 96,724 malware and41,323 legit. RF algorithm achieved 99.54% accuracy during malware detection followed by 99.13% precision, 99.35% recalland 99.24% f1 score respectively during testing

About current trendsand future development, it discusses ways in which the Metaverse might be useful for the realization of new, effectiveretail strategies
Insights into Structural Analysis via Crystallographic and X ray Diffraction Techniques
The arrangement of molecules inside a solid directly affects its properties. Therefore, understanding the three-dimensional structure of matter is necessary for establishing relationships between arrangement and qualities as well as for developing useful materials. X-ray crystallography has been the preferred method for precisely characterizing molecule structure at the atomic level for the last century. Crystallography is a fundamental analytical method that is often helpful in the development of novel medications. Atom size, length, electron density, atom mean location, and other attributes are among its attributes. The method is accurate for analyzing and determining the molecule and molecular configuration of crystals. X-ray diffraction (XRD) is the process by which an x-ray beam disperses or scatters into many directions and takes on unique patterns or shapes due to the presence of crystalline particles. Numerous industries, including the pharmaceutical sector, nanotechnology, geology, electronics, mineralogy, geosciences, materials science, and medicine, benefit from the use of X-ray diffraction and the crystallography method. Because of the structural knowledge gained from crystallographic research, these and other areas have developed quickly
