Perancangan Aplikasi Penukaran Mata Uang Pada Dolarindo Money Changer
Money Changer is a business that operates in the foreign exchange market. Where one type of trade or transaction is buying and selling foreign currency. There are several problems with Dolarindo Money Changer, namely the currency exchange transaction system is still done manually so it takes quite a long time for Tellers or customers to find out information on the amount of foreign currency available, and also to find out the latest information about selling prices and buying prices for foreign currency. Customers and Tellers need media that can provide the information they need quickly and accurately. Data management that is still manual also results in a lot of data being lost and takes quite a long time to create reports. The aim of this research is to design a website-based money changer application that is able to meet company and customer needs. The currency exchange application on Dolarindo Money Changer is expected to be able to meet needs and be a solution to existing problems. This application was designed using the waterfall method by carrying out the stages in the waterfall method, namely design and analysis, system and program design, implementation, integration and testing, and finally maintenance. The application that has been designed can record and check foreign currency or foreign exchange stocks quickly and accurately. The existence of this website-based currency exchange application makes it easier and improves Teller performance in managing customer data, managing foreign exchange data, managing foreign exchange request data, and also creating foreign exchange reports.Money Changer merupakan bisnis yang bergerak dalam pasar valuta asing. Dimana salah satu jenis perdagangan atau transaksinya adalah jual beli mata uang asing. Ada beberapa masalah yang terdapat di Dolarindo Money Changer, yaitu sistem transaksi penukaran mata uang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk Teller ataupun customer mengetahui informasi jumlah ketersediaan valas, dan juga untuk mengetahui informasi terbaru tentang harga jual dan harga beli valas. Customer dan Teller membutuhkan media yang bisa menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan cepat dan akurat. Pengelolaan data yang masih manual juga mengakibatkan banyaknya data yang hilang dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pembuatan laporan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancangan aplikasi money changer berbasis website yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan dan customer. Aplikasi penukaran mata uang pada Dolarindo Money Changer ini diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan menjalankan tahapan-tahapan dalam metode waterfall yaitu perancangan dan analisis, desain sistem dan program, implementasi, integrasi dan testing, dan terakhir adalah maintenance. Dari aplikasi yang sudah dirancang dapat mencatat dan mengecek stok mata uang asing atau valas dengan cepat dan akurat. Adanya aplikasi penukaran mata uang berbasis website ini, memudahkan dan meningkatkan kinerja Teller dalam mengelola data customer, mengelola data valas, mengelola data permintaan penukaran valas, dan juga pembuatan laporan penukaran valas
Analisis Kesuksesan Aplikasi Mobile CRM Menggunakan Metode DeLone and McLean: Studi Kasus
The CRM mobile application at PT XYZ is designed as an application that can make it easier for users to monitor their heavy equipment in order to obtain information and assist customer business operations. The purpose of this study is to determine the success rate of mobile applications and which variables most influence user satisfaction. This study empirically examines the success of mobile applications using the DeLone and McLean information system success model by analyzing information system success consisting of elements of information quality, system quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Data collection is carried out by providing questionnaires via Google Form to customers who use mobile applications. This research method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least squares (PLS) approach and SmartPLS 4.0 software to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that of the 8 hypotheses, there are 4 proven acceptable, namely the variable information quality on user satisfaction, system quality on usage, service quality on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction on net benefits.Aplikasi CRM mobile pada PT XYZ dirancang sebagai aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah penggunanya dalam melakukan pemantauan alat berat miliknya agar dapat memperoleh informasi dan membantu operasi bisnis pelanggan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan aplikasi mobile dan variabel mana yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menguji secara empiris atas kesuksesan aplikasi mobile dengan menggunakan model kesusksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean dengan menganalisis kesuksesan sistem informasi yang terdiri dari elemen kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan angket kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada pelanggan pengguna aplikasi mobile. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menganalisa data. PENGEMBANGAN KAPASITAS KELOMPOK TANI HUTAN KIBUK DALAM TATA KELOLA PERHUTANAN SOSIAL YANG BAIK (GOOD FOREST GOVERNANCE) DI KOTA PAGARALAM
The Kibuk forest farmer group has been managing Kibuk social forestry for seven years. Capacity building initiatives implemented by the Dempo Region X Forest Management Unit and Hutan Kita Institute have not yet fully enhanced the efficacy of the individual and institutional capacity of the Kibuk forest farmer group, thereby impeding the capacity of the forest farmer group to fulfill its role and function in social forestry governance. This research employs a qualitative verification methodology with a case study strategy. The informants were comprised of individuals engaged in capacity building initiatives and the communities that benefited from these efforts. The findings of this study indicate that the capacity-building initiatives for the Kibuk forest farmer group have not yet fully improved the individual capacity of farmers. While there has been an increase in expertise in non-agricultural fields, knowledge of good social forestry governance and resources, and an improvement in the group's ability to engage in social forestry activities, there are still significant challenges in terms of institutional capacity. These include the lack of a complete social forestry business group structure and a lack of ideas regarding the development of social forestry areas. Members of the Kibuk forest farmer group have not yet been able to assume their own responsibilities. The Kibuk forest farmer group has not yet mastered management and has not yet been able to realize transparency and accountability. The institutional capacity development process of the Kibuk forest farmer group still ignores actual needs assessment, not all action plans and strategies can be implemented, program implementation is limited, monitoring and evaluation are not carried out credibly. The pattern of capacity building remains constrained to the subordinate union of partnership and passive participation of members, and has not yet encompassed a comprehensive and integrated approach. It is necessary to develop an institutional capacity-building model that can enhance the role and function of the Kibuk forest farmer group in implementing social forestry governance principles in an effective manner.Kelompok tani hutan Kibuk telah mengelola perhutanan sosial Kibuk selama tujuh tahun. Pengembangan kapasitas yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Kesatuan Pengelola Hutan Wilayah X Dempo dan Hutan Kita Institute, dinilai belum sepenuhnya meningkatkan efektivitas kapasitas individu dan kelembagaan kelompok tani hutan Kibuk, sehingga memengaruhi peran dan fungsi kelompok tani hutan dalam tata kelola perhutanan sosial secara baik. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif verifikatif dengan strategi studi kasus. Informan terdiri dari pelaksana pengembangan kapasitas dan masyarakat petani sebagai penerima manfaat. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kapasitas terhadap kelompok tani hutan Kibuk yang telah dilaksanakan dinilai belum sepenuhnya meningkatkan kapasitas individu petani seperti meningkatnya keahlian di bidang non pertanian, pengetahuan tentang tata kelola perhutanan sosial yang baik dan sumber daya, sedangkan kapasitas kelembagaan masih menghadapi permasalahan seperti belum terbentuknya kelengkapan struktur kelompok usaha perhutanan sosial dan masih minimnya gagasan mengenai pembangunan kawasan perhutanan sosial. Anggota kelompok tani hutan Kibuk belum dapat memikul tanggung jawabnya sendiri. Kelompok tani hutan Kibuk belum menguasai manajemen sehingga belum mampu mewujudkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Proses pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan kelompok tani hutan Kibuk masih mengabaikan penilaian kebutuhan aktual, tidak semua rencana dan strategi aksi dapat dilaksanakan, pelaksanaan program yang terbatas, monitoring dan evaluasi tidak dilaksanakan secara kredibel. Pola pengembangan kapasitas pun masih sangat terbatas pada kemitraan subordinate union of partnership dan partisipasi pasif anggota, serta belum menyentuh kepada pola yang menyeluruh dan terintegrasi. Dibutuhkan desain model pengembangan kapasitas kelembagaan yang mampu meningkatkan peran dan fungsi kelompok tani hutan Kibuk dalam menjalankan prinsip tata kelola perhutanan sosial secara baik.
KEUNGGULAN MEKANISME KELAS KERJA SAMA PERGURUAN TINGGI DAN MITRAS DUDI (STUDI KASUS: POLITEKNIK NEGERI JAKARTA)
Universities are required to produce quality graduates according to the constant developments. To get quality graduates, universities must adjust the curriculum according to what is needed so that workforce absorption is in line with market demand. Collaboration mechanism becomes a way to collaborate with other parties to develop and increase the competitiveness of higher education, strengthen the image and quality of higher education. One way for Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) to keep up with the change in of business and industry sector is to collaborate with industry, and in this case is with Mitras DUDI. The research used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This research aimed to present the phenomenon of the superiority of the cooperative class mechanism from the perspective of students, universities, and users (industry), as well as to see the absorption of cooperative class graduates by using data triangulation to ensure the quality and completeness of the data. Based on the results of data processing obtained from interview methods, participant observation, and document record analysis, an explanation regarding the phenomenon of the superiority of the cooperative class mechanism was obtained from the perspective of students, universities, and users (industry) through the cooperative class program. One of the advantages is that there is a greater opportunity for the cooperative class graduates to compete and work in the industrial and business sectors.Perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas sesuai perkembangan zaman. Untuk mendapatkan lulusan yang berkualitas, perguruan tinggi harus menyesuaikan kurikulum sesuai dengan kebutuhan agar penyerapan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan market demand. Kerja sama merupakan cara untuk berkolaborasi dengan pihak lain untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan daya saing perguruan tinggi, menguatkan citra, dan mutu perguruan tinggi. Salah satu cara Politeknik Negeri Jakarta untuk mengikuti perkembangan dunia usaha dan industri adalah melakukan kolaborasi dengan industri, dan dalam konteks ini bersama dengan Mitras DUDI (Kemitraan dan Penyelarasan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan fenomena keunggulan mekanisme kelas kerja sama dari sudut pandang mahasiswa, perguruan tinggi, dan pengguna (pihak industri), serta melihat keterserapan lulusan kelas kerja sama dengan menggunakan triangulasi data untuk menjamin kualitas dan kelengkapan data. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang didapatkan dari metode wawancara, participant observation, dan analisis dokumen (document record) didapatkan penjelasan terhadap fenomena keunggulan mekanisme kelas kerja sama dari sudut pandang mahasiswa, perguruan tinggi, dan pengguna (pihak industri) melalui program kelas kerja sama. Salah satu keunggulannya yaitu terdapat peluang yang lebih besar bagi lulusan kelas kerja sama untuk bersaing dan bekerja di dunia industri dan usaha
INTEREST AND IMPLEMENTATION: PROBING THE AUDIO-VISUAL MEDIA INTEGRATION OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ENGLISH TEACHERS
Audio-visual media are among the most common media teachers use in English instructional process. Audio-visual media are tools used to deliver information with both audio and visual components. As it possesses both characteristics, this type of media has much potential. The purposes of this study were to (1) identify the level of senior high school (SHS) English teachers’ interest in using audio-visual media to teach the English language and (2) explore the implementation of audio-visual media by SHS English teachers. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach adopting the survey design. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The respondents of this study were English senior high school teachers in one region of Central Java, Indonesia. A total of 65 teachers participated in this study, consisting of 24 (36.9%) male teachers and 41 (63.1%) female teachers. The results of this study showed that the teachers taught using audio-visual media. The result found that the SHS teachers had a “high interest” towards the use of audio-visual media to teach the English language, with a mean score of 3.38 of the total indicators of 4.00 and a standard deviation of .31. In addition, the use of audio-visual media in teaching the English language by SHS teachers is responded “meet expectation” with a mean score of 3.06 of the total indicators 4.00 and standard deviation .28. Through the calculation of EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis), this study discovered three components regarding the implementation of audio-visual media, namely delivery, teacher role, and development. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING DUOLINGO TO MASTERY STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY IN ENGLISH TEACHING
Vocabulary is a crucial component that supports four important English language skills. Vocabulary mastery is more important than grammar. Vocabulary is an important component in the study of languages, and it is invaluable and students must master vocabulary. Mastering a helpful vocabulary facilitates more effective interaction though lacking for perfect grammatical structure. Traditional vocabulary techniques for learning, that usually involve rote learning, are sometimes boring and depressing for students. The effectiveness and motivation of the learning process are both enhanced by the use of relevant media in a learning environment. Effective use of media will enhance student learning outcomes and build innovation. The use of technology in the classroom, particularly using applications such as Duolingo, provides a modern solution for vocabulary mastery. Its fun and interactive way to study vocabulary is offered by the free online language learning tool Duolingo. Students found the platform appealing because of its game-like functions, like rankings and competitions. Furthermore, Duolingo has an element called "Duolingo for Schools" that enables teachers to monitor and interact with students' progress. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the way students will master English vocabulary with the use of the Duolingo application. Using the utilization of Duolingo's practicality, convenience, and comprehensiveness, students can effectively and fun to master their vocabulary. Proses Penjualan dan Sistem Kerja Tenant pada Event Picnic Festival oleh PergiKuliner
A culinary festival is an event that presents various types of food and drinks from various sellers, from street vendors to restaurants in one place over a certain period of time. Research on this culinary festival focuses on understanding the flow of booth sales in an effort to achieve booth targets at the Picnic Festival event and identifying the work system of tenants at the Picnic Festival event. To achieve a comprehensive understanding regarding sales flow and tenant work systems, research was carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this research show that at the Picnic Festival event, the booth sales flow in an effort to achieve the target begins with the approaching stage, filling in the form, and admin payment. Meanwhile, the tenant work system during the Picnic Festival event uses a revenue sharing system and ordering sponsored products.Festival kuliner adalah acara yang menyajikan beragam jenis makanan dan minuman dari berbagai penjual, baik dari kaki lima hingga restoran di satu tempat selama periode waktu tertentu. Penelitian pada festival kuliner ini berfokus pada pemahaman alur penjualan booth dalam upaya mencapai target booth pada event Picnic Festival dan mengidentifikasi sistem kerja tenant pada event Picnic Festival. Untuk mencapai pemahaman yang komprehensif terkait alur penjualan dan sistem kerja tenant dilakukan penelitian dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa pada event Picnic Festival, alur penjualan booth dalam upaya mencapai target dimulai dengan tahap approaching, pengisian formulir, dan pembayaran admin. Aplikasi Gate Portable Sebagai Efisiensi Proses Pendataan Kendaraan Pada Terminal Peti Kemas Pelabuhan Batu Ampar
Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengatasi beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh staf di Terminal Peti Kemas Pelabuhan Batu Ampar, PT Persero Batam, khususnya yang terkait dengan waktu yang lama dan potensi kesalahan yang tinggi dalam pencatatan data peti kemas secara manual. Ketidakakuratan tersebut dapat menghambat efisiensi operasional pelabuhan, yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam proses penerimaan dan pelepasan peti kemas. Menanggapi masalah yang ada ini, aplikasi Gate Portable berbasis seluler dikembangkan untuk mengotomatiskan proses verifikasi dan pencatatan data. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart dan kerangka kerja Flutter, dan terintegrasi dengan sistem BCTOS melalui REST API, yang memungkinkan pengambilan data secara real-time melalui pemindaian kode QR di lokasi. Proses pengembangan menggunakan metodologi pembuatan prototipe, yang mendorong keterlibatan pengguna dan pemilik sistem secara berkelanjutan di seluruh tahapan pengembangan. Pendekatan ini memastikan bahwa aplikasi tetap selaras dengan persyaratan pengguna sambil memungkinkan penyesuaian yang diperlukan berdasarkan evaluasi yang sedang berlangsung. Tahap pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Gate Portable secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Secara khusus, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pengumpulan data berkurang dari rata-rata sepuluh menit menjadi lima menit untuk setiap transaksi nya. Selain itu, keakuratan pencatatan data pun meningkat pesat, sehingga alur kerja operasional berjalan lebih lancar dan risiko kesalahan di lapangan pun dapat diminimalkan.Pengembangan aplikasi Gate Portable berbasis mobile untuk memudahkan Staff dalam proses penerimaan dan pengeluaran peti kemas di Terminal Peti Kemas Pelabuhan Batu Ampar PT Persero Batam. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu dan mempermudah proses verifikasi dan pencatatan data peti kemas secara otomatis di lokasi kerja pada kegiatan gate in dan gate out pada saat receiving dan delivery yang dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart dan framework Flutter, serta mengintegrasikan REST API dari sistem BCTOS. Dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis mobile, petugas lapangan dapat melakukan verifikasi data peti kemas dengan cara memindai QR code melalui kamera dan merekam data aktivitas secara langsung di lokasi kerja dengan menggunakan perangkat mobile. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototyping yang melibatkan pengguna dan pemilik sistem dalam proses pengembangan dan evaluasi aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur aplikasi dapat berjalan sebagaimana fungsinya. Dan proses yang dilakukan untuk pendataan turun dari rata-rata membutuhkan waktu hingga sepuluh menit menjadi rata-rata membutuhkan waktu hingga lima menit dalam melakukan prosesnya

Dalam upaya pembuatan peringatan indikasi adanya asap rokok maka dibuat smoker alarm system yang dapat memberikan peringatan kepada pengawas pesantren apabila ada indikasi keberadaan asap rokok pada suatu bilik toilet. Untuk data yang telah diambil dari sensor selanjutnya akan dikirim menuju database firestore menggunakan protocol MQTT dan menggunakan Node-RED sebagai pemrograman. Sistem ini dapat melakukan pengiriman data sampai radius 180 meter dengan kondisi NLOS. Pada pengujian sensor CO dan CO2 dihasilkan perbedaan nilai konsentrasi gas ketika sensor tidak dipengaruhi adanya asap dengan sensor ketika diberikan pengaruh adanya asap. Node Transmitter dengan menggunakan fungsi deep sleep mendapatkan penambahan waktu operasional sebesar 79,8 %
PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN KONSTRUKSI (SMKK) TERHADAP PERILAKU PEKERJA
Unsafe behavior can pose significant risks to construction activities, leading to work accidents. In relation to the potential risk of occupational hazards during construction, knowledge of construction safety in construction projects has become a fundamental need. The safety aspect of construction will not be able to run as it should without intervention from management in the form of a planned effort to manage it called the Construction Safety Management System. The implementation of SMKK, according to Permen PUPR No. 10 of 2021, consists of five SMKK elements that become standards of security, safety, health, and sustainability. Based on this, the researcher of this study aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of SMKK on worker behavior and determine the effect of SMKK implementation on worker behavior. This research is in Apartment Project X, West Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis to process the data from the questionnaire with the help of SPSS. The results of the application of SMKK in project X were obtained by means of questionnaires and interviews. It was found that using the five elements of SMKK has a positive and significant effect on how the project workers behave. This was shown by simultaneous hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, it shows that the Construction Safety Operation element has the highest regression coefficient and has a significant effect. The implementation of SMKK on project X has been implemented well but not maximally. There are still many workers who behave unsafely (unsafe action), this happens due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of workers regarding the risk of danger. Therefore, the application of construction safety operation elements must be maximally improved
