THE DYNAMICS OF SUSTAINABLE CREATIVE CITY OF PEKALONGAN IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE REGIME
This study explores the dynamics of Pekalongan’s sustainability as a UNESCO Creative City through the lens of the Collaborative Governance Regime (CGR). The research addresses the complexity of governance arising from government dominance and the weak integration among the quadruple helix actors: academia, business, community, and government (ABCG). Using a qualitative interpretive approach with in-depth interviews involving 14 key informants, this study aims to analyze the driving elements that influence collaborative dynamics and to design an adaptive CGR model for creative city sustainability. The findings reveal that the sustainability of the creative city depends on the interaction between cultural capital, shared motivation, and principled engagement among stakeholders. Pekalongan’s creative ecosystem still faces fragmented collaboration and limited institutional capacity. However, enabling factors such as local cultural values and leadership commitment strengthen the collaborative process. The proposed CGR-based model emphasizes the importance of integrative and dynamic governance practices to enhance city resilience, inclusivity, and creative survivability. Monitoring dan Pengisian Air Galon Otomatis Menggunakan RFID Berbasis Internet of Things
Layanan pengisian air galon konvensional masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti ketidaktepatan volume pengisian, kesalahan transaksi, serta keterbatasan pencatatan histori layanan secara waktu nyata. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem pengisian air galon otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mengintegrasikan autentikasi pengguna menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), pengukuran volume secara presisi, dan pencatatan transaksi real-time. Sistem dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor infrared E18-D80NK untuk deteksi keberadaan galon, sensor flowmeter YF-S201 untuk pengukuran volume air, serta modul RFID MFRC522 untuk verifikasi pengguna dan pemotongan saldo otomatis. Data volume dan transaksi disimpan pada server lokal dan dapat dipantau melalui antarmuka web secara waktu nyata. Pengujian dilakukan pada kapasitas 5 liter sebanyak 30 kali pengulangan dengan rentang debit 1–3 L/menit. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan deviasi pengukuran volume sebesar ±0,47%, akurasi deteksi galon mencapai 100%, dan validitas transaksi RFID sebesar 100%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keandalan proses pengisian air galon serta mendukung penerapan konsep Internet of Things dalam digitalisasi layanan publik secara berkelanjutan.Layanan isi ulang air galon konvensional masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti terbatasnya jam operasional, ketergantungan pada operator, potensi kesalahan transaksi, serta inkonsistensi volume pengisian. Proses pengisian secara manual juga memiliki kelemahan dari segi efisiensi, terutama saat menangani banyak konsumen secara bersamaan. Selain itu, kurangnya akurasi dalam mengukur volume air dan ketergantungan pada intervensi manusia dapat menyebabkan pemborosan dan ketidakefisienan layanan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dirancang dan diimplementasikan sebuah prototype sistem pengisian air galon otomatis berbasis ESP32 yang dilengkapi dengan sensor infrared E18-D80NK untuk mendeteksi keberadaan galon, sensor flowmeter YF-S201 untuk mengukur volume air secara real-time, serta modul RFID MFRC522 untuk transaksi non-tunai. Sistem dirancang untuk meningkatkan keamanan, keakuratan, dan efisiensi layanan depot air isi ulang dengan kemampuan memvalidasi UID kartu RFID, memotong saldo otomatis, serta mencatat histori transaksi ke server lokal yang ditampilkan melalui website admin. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu menghentikan aliran air secara otomatis saat mencapai target 5 liter dengan rata-rata deviasi ±0,47%, mendeteksi galon dengan akurasi 100%, dan memproses transaksi RFID secara valid. Website admin juga berhasil mengelola data member dan menampilkan histori transaksi secara real-time. Sistem ini mendukung digitalisasi layanan publik dengan konsep Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih modern, presisi, dan transparan
Sistem Pemantauan Kualitas Udara Portable Menggunakan GPS Berbasis Internet of Things
As a natural resource, air plays a vital role in sustaining life. Clean air provides significant benefits to living things, while polluted air can disrupt the balance of the ecosystem. Sources of air pollution include motor vehicle exhaust, fossil fuel-based industrial activities, and forest fires. Maintaining clean air quality requires an air quality monitoring device. With the development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, this study designed a portable IoT-based air quality monitoring device using a GPS module, MQ-2, MQ-135, MQ-136 sensors, and an LTE module. This device is designed to be easily carried to various locations. The GPS module is used to obtain precise location data, while the integrated air quality sensor will measure parameters such as particulate concentration, toxic gases, and air humidity. The data displayed on the air quality monitoring device are CO, CO2, SO2 values, and location coordinates. The received air quality data complies with the ISPU (Air Pollution Standards Index) standard. Test results show that the sensor can read measurement values with air quality categories of "Good," "Moderate," and "Unhealthy." The Android application can also display test data sent from the Firebase real-time database to the Android application for CO, CO2, SO2, Longitude, Latitude, time, and date.Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah memungkinkan integrasi yang lebih efektif antara perangkat bergerak dan jaringan komunikasi. Dalam konteks ini, alat pemantauan kualitas udara portable menjadi semakin penting untuk mendukung upaya pemantauan lingkungan. Dalam penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah alat pemantauan kualitas udara berbasis IoT yang menggunakan modul GPS, Sensor MQ-2, MQ-135, MQ-136 dan Modul LTE. Alat ini dirancang agar mudah dibawa ke berbagai tempat. Modul GPS digunakan untuk memperoleh data lokasi yang tepat, sementara sensor kualitas udara yang terintegrasi akan mengukur parameter-parameter seperti konsentrasi partikulat, gas beracun, dan kelembaban udara. Data yang ditampilkan pada alat pemantauan kualitas udara yaitu nilai CO, CO2, SO2 dan koordinat lokasi. Nilai CO dan CO2 pada rentang 0 – 400 ppm mendapatkan kualitas udara Baik. Sedangkan nilai SO2 pada rentang 0 – 20 ppm mendapatkan kuliatas udara Baik. Data kuliatas udara yang diterima sudah sesuai dengan standar ISPU (Indeks Standar Pencemaran Udara). Data yang terkumpul akan dikirimkan secara nirkabel melalui jaringan IoT untuk dianalisis dan divisualisasikan secara real-time. Alat ini dapat membantu pemantauan kualitas udara di berbagai lokasi dengan cepat dan efisien, serta memberikan informasi yang relevan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait lingkungan
CONCRETE QUALITY IN SEAWATER USING GGBFS AS A CEMENT SUBSTITUTE
Indonesia, as a maritime country, has many structures located in coastal and marine areas, which require the use of concrete with high resistance to aggressive environments. Seawater contains chloride and sulfate ions that can damage concrete structures, reduce strength, and accelerate the weathering process. On the other hand, the cement industry contributes significantly to global carbon emissions. One solution to enhance concrete durability while reducing carbon emissions is to use Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) as a partial substitute for Portland cement. This study aims to analyze the quality of fresh concrete, including slump value, fresh concrete density, and initial setting time, as well as hardened concrete, including compressive strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and tensile stress, with concrete curing using seawater as the curing medium. The study was conducted by preparing concrete cylinder specimens with a water-cement ratio of 0.38. The specimens were prepared with four variations: 0%, 20%, 40%, and 60% of the cement weight. The study used Jalupang sand and Superplasticizer Nexplast N 6035 Admixture type F by PT. Nexco Indonesia. The results showed that the addition of GGBFS reduced the workability of fresh concrete but significantly increased compressive strength and elastic modulus at certain levels. The optimal composition was found at 40% GGBFS, which produced the best mechanical performance of concrete according to SNI standards. These findings indicate that GGBFS can be an effective environmentally friendly alternative material for improving concrete performance in seawater environments
Proses Komunikasi Jurnalis Dengan Narasumber Dalam Menjaga Keakuratan Pemberitaan Di Berita.Depok.Go.Id
Komunikasi antara jurnalis dan narasumber merupakan hal yang penting untuk prosespengumpulan informasi dalam praktik jurnalistik. Jika komunikasi tidak efektif, informasi yangditerima dapat menjadi salah, tidak lengkap, tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan, atau bahkan salahkutip. Oleh karena itu, akurasi berita terganggu, dan kredibilitas media pun diragukan. Akurasiberita yang terganggu akibat komunikasi yang buruk antara jurnalis dan narasumber akanmenurunkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap media. Padahal, dalam dunia jurnalistik, akurasi,kejelasan, dan kejujuran merupakan prinsip- prinsip dasar yang harus dijaga. Dalamberita.depok.go.id, yang merupakan media internal resmi milik Pemerintah Kota Depok, isukomunikasi antara jurnalis dan narasumber menjadi hal yang krusial. Communication between journalists and sources is crucial for the information gathering process in journalistic practice. If communication is not effective, the information received can be incorrect, incomplete, not aligned with reality, or even misquoted. Therefore, the accuracy of the news is compromised, and the credibility of the media is also questioned. The accuracy of news that is compromised due to poor communication between journalists and sources will erode public trust in the media. In fact, in the world of journalism, accuracy, clarity, and honesty are fundamental principles that must be upheld. In berita.depok.go.id, which is the official internal media of the Depok City Government, the issue of communication between journalists and sources is crucial. As a medium specifically tasked with conveying various government policy, program, and activity information to the general public, berita.depok.go.id has a high moral and professional responsibility to maintain the accuracy and objectivity of its news content. Not only does this media serve as an information provider, but it also represents the image and credibility of the Depok City Government in the eyes of the public. This research aims to identify the communication process in supporting the suitability of information for public publication and to evaluate how the communication process between Berita.Depok.go.id journalists and news sources affects the accuracy and suitability of the reporting. The results of this research from the communication process perspective are that Berita.Depok.go.id journalists identify sources during editorial meetings, and build and maintain good relationships with sources because journalists play an important role in maintaining ethical long-term relationships with sources. From the perspective of reporting accuracy, Berita.Depok.go.id has prioritized the value of accuracy in its reporting practices.
 
Eksistensi Homeless Media di Era Digital: Analisis Konten pada Akun Makassar Info
This study aims to examine the existence of homeless media in the digital era as reflected through the content shared by the Instagram account Makassar Info. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a content analysis method. Theoretical frameworks used include content analysis theory to examine message characteristics and citizen journalism theory to understand the role of public participation in shaping media existence. The findings reveal that Makassar Info demonstrates a strong existence as a homeless media, despite not having a formal editorial structure. The account performs mass media functions through informative, educational, and participatory content. The content analysis indicates that the messages posted by Makassar Info represent the values and social functions of alternative media that contribute to local public communication. Therefore, the presence of Makassar Info illustrates a new form of citizen journalism in the digital space and proves that non-formal media can still function effectively within the modern communication system.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana eksistensi homeless media di era digital ditunjukkan melalui konten yang diunggah oleh akun Makassar Info di Instagram. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Teori yang digunakan meliputi teori analisis isi untuk mengkaji karakter pesan dan teori jurnalisme warga untuk memahami peran partisipasi masyarakat dalam membentuk eksistensi media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Makassar Info memiliki eksistensi yang kuat sebagai homeless media meskipun tidak memiliki struktur redaksi formal. Akun ini menjalankan fungsi media massa melalui penyajian konten yang informatif, edukatif, serta partisipatif. Analisis isi menunjukkan bahwa karakter pesan dalam unggahan Makassar Info merepresentasikan nilai dan fungsi sosial media alternatif yang berperan dalam komunikasi publik lokal. Dengan demikian, keberadaan Makassar Info mencerminkan bentuk baru jurnalisme warga di ruang digital dan membuktikan bahwa media non formal tetap dapat berfungsi efektif dalam sistem komunikasi masyarakat modern
EVALUATION OF AI MEDICAL INTERPRETATION
AI has been the core of many studies from pure human studies to scientific experiments. The use of AI in translating medical documents has been going on for over a decade with solid results; however, the effectiveness of AI in interpreting in clinical settings is controversial due to several reasons including the language pairs tested, the expected accuracy, the dialect issues, and the satisfaction of both clinicians and patients. This study aims at studying the effectiveness and accuracy of three AI platforms interpreting between an English doctor and a Yemeni patient from Sana’a. The same dialogue was interpreted by a human person. The comparison shows that Arabic is a low resource language, let alone the Yemeni dialect. The intervention of a human interpreter is vital to maintain a high level of accuracy. Further studies should evaluate other Yemeni dialects and more complicated medical situations
TRANSLATION SHIFTS AND ACCEPTABILITY ON HONOR OF KINGS EVENT PAGE TEXTS
This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to describe the shift in sentence structure that occurs on the in-game event page of Honor of Kings, along with an assessment of translation quality (acceptability). The data collection techniques used were content analysis and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). In this study, 80 data points were collected. Sentences were also categorized based on their communicative functions: imperative, declarative, interrogative, and exclamatory. The dominant shifts found were structure shift (29.02%), intra-system shift (28.13%), and unit shift (24.55%). A single sentence may contain multiple translation shifts, with structure shift being the most frequently occurring type, followed by unit shift and intra-system shift, reflecting the translator's need to reorganize sentence structure, adjust grammatical units, and navigate system differences to achieve a natural and accurate target-language expression. Overall, the translation result for Honor of Kings' in-game event page sentences produces an acceptable value of 2.58

This research examines the content creation process on Instagram @horti.kementan, serving as a publication medium at the Directorate General of Horticulture, Ministry of Agriculture. The rapid advancement of internet and social media technologies, particularly Instagram, has transformed communication and information dissemination. Instagram has become a potent platform for public agencies to engage with audiences, build trust, and promote programs effectively. The Directorate General of Horticulture utilizes Instagram to share up-to-date information and publicize its activities, fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and building public trust through transparent performance and strategic communication. This study aims to explain the content creation process, describe the publication outcomes, and identify the obstacles encountered and solutions implemented. The findings provide insights into effective digital content strategies for government public relations and highlight the importance of visual communication in conveying agricultural information to a broad audience, including younger generations
Presepsi Manajemen Risiko dan Tingkat Maturitas Badan Layanan Umum Politeknik Negeri Jakarta
Dalam penilaian maturitas BLU, terdapat indikator penilaian manajemen risiko pada aspek tata kelola dan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui presepsi pimpinan dan pegawai atas penerapan manajemen risiko dan maturitas BLU PNJ dan mengetahui efektivitas manajemen risiko dalam peningkatan maturitas BLU PNJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan tiga kategori: presepsi atas prinsip manajemen risiko, kerangka menajemen risiko, dan maturitas BLU. Kuesioner telah disebar kepada 87 orang responden yang merupakan pimpinan dan pegawai BLU PNJ. Hasil survei menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara presepsi atas manajemen risiko dan maturitas BLU PNJ. Hal tersebut menunjukan semakin baik presepsi pimpinan dan pegawai atas prinsip dan kerangka manajemen risiko maka berpengaruh terhadap semakin baiknya tingkat maturitas BLU PNJ. Penerapan manajemen risiko yang efektif akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan nilai maturitas BLU PNJ. Peningkatan maturitas BLU PNJ melalui pemenuhan kriteria penilaian manajemen risiko yang meliputi aktivitas, panduan baku, konsistensi, terpusat, pengelolaan, sosialisasi, tindak lanjut, sistem informasi, dan inovasi. Dalam mewujudkan penerapan manajemen risiko BLU PNJ yang efektif, dimulai dengan membangun budaya sadar risiko bagi seluruh unsur meliputi pimpinan dan pegawai melalui strategi dan upaya yang tepat untuk mengatasi tantangan dan kendala terkait.
