    Profit Quality on LQ 45 Stock Index: Study of the Effect of Investment Opportunity Set, Corporate Governance, Liquidity, and Leverage on Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

    A company's financial reports are a basic need for its users, one of which is information about company profits. Profits are said to be of high quality if the reported profits can be used by users of financial statements to make the best decisions and meet the qualitative characteristics of relevant and reliable financial reports. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Investment Opportunity Set, Corporate Governance, Liquidity, and Leverage on Earnings Quality in companies with LQ 45. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, using secondary data. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The observations in this research amounted to 182 data from 26 companies on the LQ 45 stock index listed on the BEI for 2020 - 2023. The results of the research partially show that Investment Opportunity Set and Liquidity have a significant and influential effect on Earnings Quality. Meanwhile, Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership and Leverage partially show no significant effect on Earnings Quality

    The Systematic Land Registration Program (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap/PTSL) was initiated by the Indonesian government to ensure legal certainty and protection of land ownership for all citizens. This study investigates the implementation of the PTSL program at the Land Office of Bengkulu City, highlighting its effectiveness, challenges, and impact on public administrative services. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis, guided by the theoretical framework of Edward III which emphasizes four key variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.The findings reveal that the implementation of the PTSL program in Bengkulu City is generally effective, supported by sufficient human and financial resources, clear communication strategies, and well-structured bureaucratic mechanisms. However, challenges such as complex administrative processes and public misconceptions about land registration procedures still persist. The research also documents the use of digital applications such as Sentuh Tanahku and Loketku, which have improved public access to land information and services. This study contributes to the field of public administration by providing empirical evidence on the role of systematic land registration in improving governance and legal certainty. It offers policy recommendations for optimizing land service delivery, particularly in urban areas with growing population pressures. The results are expected to inform future improvements in the national land certification strategy, especially in enhancing accessibility, transparency, and administrative efficienc

    The development of the Indonesian economy cannot be separated from the role of MSMEs in national economic development, apart from playing a role in economic growth and employment. Integrated Business Service Center – MSMEs is a program organized by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs to provide integrated and comprehensive services for developing cooperative and SME businesses. This research aims to determine the role of Integrated Business Service Center in consulting and assisting MSMEs actors in the Jember Regency. The data type used is primary data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data comes from field notes, archives, and documents. Determining informants uses purposive sampling, namely collecting data from competent subjects or informants who are determined deliberately. The technique for testing data wetness is using triangulation techniques and data analysis using interactive models. The results of this research are the role of consultation and mentoring for MSMEs actors in the Integrated Business Service Center Jember Regency. The conclusion of this research is that Integrated Business Service Center plays a role in implementing program assistance through business consultant services in 5 areas, namely*: institutional, human resources, production, financing, and marketing. Although Uzbekistan benefits from a climate conducive to grape production, research on how domestic winemakers compete amid global trade dynamics is sparse. The research employs economic analysis, comparative methods, and statistical data from 2016 to 2022 to evaluate major industry players. Results show a substantial increase in wine production and exports, accompanied by intense competition among local enterprises. These findings underscore the need for improved marketing strategies and policy reforms to enhance international competitiveness.     Optimizing The Role of The Ombudsman of The Republic of Indonesia, Bengkulu Representative Office: A Study on The Supervision of Public Services in The Local Government of Bengkulu City

    This study explores the optimization of the role and function of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, specifically the Bengkulu Representative Office, in supervising the implementation of public services by the local government of Bengkulu City. The research is grounded in a qualitative approach, employing interviews, observation, and document analysis to examine how the Ombudsman addresses cases of maladministration and enforces the principles of good governance and public service accountability. The theoretical framework incorporates concepts from public policy, administrative oversight, and welfare state governance. Findings indicate that the Bengkulu Ombudsman plays a critical role in receiving, investigating, and resolving public complaints related to delayed services, abuse of power, lack of professionalism, and procedural violations. Data show that most reported cases stem from the education, health, and administrative sectors. The Ombudsman’s interventions often result in institutional reforms, improved public satisfaction, and enhanced transparency in government procedures. However, challenges persist in the form of limited enforcement power, bureaucratic resistance, and public awareness gaps. Despite these constraints, the institution’s capacity for providing legal certainty and administrative fairness remains significant. The research highlights the necessity for stronger institutional collaboration and the reinforcement of regulatory mechanisms to support the Ombudsman’s mandate. The paper discussed some current issuesto be addressed in the various tertiary institutions in Nigeria in order to keep themeffective. The theoretical framework adopted for this paper was the General SystemTheory that was developed by David Easton in 1953. The paper used secondarydata. The secondary data were collected from print materials and online publications.The paper identified the following pressing issues that is militating againsteffective operation of tertiary institutions in Nigeria to include; poor funding andfaulty funding model, inadequate academic staff, infrastructure facilities deficit, politicalinfluence, proliferation of tertiary institutions, brain-drain, autonomy, poorremuneration and weak industry-academia collaboration. Based on the issues identified,the paper recommended the following; reform in the funding model of tertiaryinstitutions, employment of adequate academic staff, provision of more infrastructurefacilities, establishment of department in federal ministry of education tohandle issues of tertiary institutions establishment by drawing of a national planfor tertiary institutions establishment across Nigeria, increment in the salaries ofacademic staff and grant of autonomy to tertiary institutions

    The Role of Women in Helping the Economy of Fisherman Families in Huangobotu Village, Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango District

    Bone Bolango Regency is one of the regencies that are located in Gorontalo Province which has a very diverse fisheries potential, especially in terms of capture fisheries and the process of it. This research was conducted from February to August 2023 in Huangobotu Village, Kabila Bone Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of women in helping the economy of fishery's families in Huangobotu Village, Kabila Bone Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. In addition, the research methods used are descriptive qualitative methods with observation and interview techniques. The results showed that the profile and economy of fishery's families in Huangobotu Village include age, education and family dependents. Moreover, most fishermen's wives are around in the age of 41-50 which are considered productive, their education was dominated by elementary school graduates as many as 21 respondents while most family dependents have 1-6 dependents in the family. Hence, the role of fishermen's wives in overcoming the economy of fishermen's families, including domestic roles; cooking, cleaning and tidying the house, taking care of children and helping husbands, social roles by being active in social gathering activities (women's recitation) as well as participating in PKK, and the productive role of fishermen's wives, some of whom work as fish traders and open food stalls and small shops
