An Approach Based on Machine Learning for Conducting Sentiment Analysis on Twitter Data

    Get PDF
Using Twitter's primary goals as a guide, we built a real-time sentiment analysis system that labels tweets according to the emotions they convey. One more way Twitter facilitates social networking is through microblogging, which allows users to record brief status updates. The analysis of the emotions conveyed at intervals between tweets allows us to get a reflection of public attitude, which is made possible by this massive amount of usage. The goal is to find the most accurate way to examine the information by primarily applying approaches based on machine learning. Data validation, cleaning, and preparation for visual representation will be performed on the entire provided dataset after the controlled AI technique (SMLT) has been used to capture various pieces of information, such as variable ID, amount and factual strategy, missing worth medicines, and univariate examination. Through the discovery of the optimal exactness computation, our inquiry provides a comprehensive guide to sensitivity analysis of model parameters in relation to performance in sentiment analysis prediction. All of the algorithms' performance metrics, including exactness recall, f1score, sensitivity, and specificity, are also computed and compared

The study is library-based, therefore it focused mainly on the review of the key concepts under the following sub-headings: information, information systems, education, information management, and management information systems (MIS). The study also examined the components and resources of the information system and functions of management information systems in education, the role of management information systems in the process of education, and the requirements of management information systems in education. Furthermore, the study looked at the challenges of MIS in education, criteria for effective education management information systems, and the importance of management in the process of education. It also looked at information systems and the issue of manual versus computer-based MIS. The study concluded that MIS is the lifeblood of any educational institution because it’s a process of information sorting, acceptance, storage, utilisation management, and retrieval for the purpose of successful educational administration in any society. Therefore, it was recommended that both public and private schools should be encouraged to be committed to seeking organised information before taking decisions with regards to teaching, learning, and administration. Today’s educational managers should adopt a management information system in education to prevent being outdated with only marginally relevant facts rather than being presented with concrete and absolutely useful information. Finally, all the schools should adopt the computer-based management information system for a more competent academic outcome and to be in line with the world's best educational practices with regards to ICT

This article describes the method of testing the hardness and wear resistance of hardened and released steel samples and machine parts in laboratory and field conditions. Samples with wear-resistant carbide coating obtained by casting according to expanded polystyrene gasified models are presented. The compositions, properties and abrasive wear resistance of cast steel samples before and after heat treatment with double phase recrystallization were studied. It is shown that heat treatment with double phase recrystallization increases the hardness and wear resistance of cast samples and parts by 2-3 times higher than serial ones
