No full textThis article focuses to analyze of figurative language in the song albums of Adele and Taylor Swift’s.. The writers propose two statements of problem those are; what are figurative languages in Adele and Taylor Swift’s song, and what is the dominant form of figurative language used by Adele and Taylor Swift. The writer uses qualitative method in this research. Finally, the writer found 23 figurative languages from Adele’s song and 22 figurative languages from Taylor Swift song. They are metaphor, personification, simile, hyperbole, paradox, irony, symbol and synecdoche. The dominant form of figurative language by Adele and Taylor Swift is Personification that belongs to comparative figurative language
Snakes And Ladders Game For Enhancing Young Learners’ Vocabulary
No full textVocabulary is one of pivotal elements in language. It is true that vocabulary mastery gives big contribution to the success of language proficiency. Dealing with classroom activities, variation of teaching is needed since it can give exposure to the students. Thus, this study aims to find out whether there is an effect of using snakes and ladders game in teaching vocabulary. An elementary school level was selected as the young learners based on the determined appropriate characteristics. In this study, the fifth graders were finally considered suitable for the sample. The quantitative method with true-experimental design was implemented. To test the hypothesis, there were two groups involved, experimental and control classes. The researchers used snakes and ladders board as a medium then implemented it in a set of game rule and instruction during teaching vocabulary about names of occupation for experimental class. The result reveals that using snakes and ladders game is effective for enhancing vocabulary. The more modification in the medium and instruction might be possible inspiration for the next research

Android college management system is an android application which is helpful for students as well as the colleges. In the existing system all the activities are done manually. It is very costly and time consuming .In our proposed system students can view results using Android phones. The data will view stored in the college server. The faculty can login into their college account through the app itself and update the academic result, in this system, student have easy access for viewing the marks.

Smart Garbage Monitoring System
No full textInternet of Things (IoT) based smart devices are the core elements for any smart environment. The sensors and actuators make the life easier when they are connected to one another and to the Internet. The Smart city and ‘Swach Bharath Abhiyan’ projects introduced by the Government of India tried to promote clean and hygienic Environment. The constant growth of population, industrialization and urbanization increase the unorganized manner of dumping the solid waste in landfills. Smart waste management is the must in all countries due to the voluminous generation of solid waste. In this paper, a methodology for monitoring the dustbins in smart cities, household or organization is proposed. The dustbins are monitored very often to check the garbage level. Whenever the dustbins reach maximum level, alert will be sent to the corresponding authorities with the bin details to dispose the waste. Additionally, the gas sensors in the dustbins detect the bad smell and alert when it reaches the threshold level though the garbage level will not reach the dustbin’s maximum capacity. The areas which require emptying the dustbins very often area also identified. Large-scale implementation of the system will promote a clean and hygienic environment.

This project suggests a new technology to protect women. This project focuses on a security for women so that they will never feel helpless. The system consists of various modules such as GSM, GPS, memory card, shock circuit, buzzer, camera, Raspberry pi-3 module.
Today there is many cases which are happening about women. It was high time where we women needed a change. This project is based on women security where women feel protected. This paper describes about safety electronic system for women, built in public transport vehicles such as cars, buses and auto-rickshaws as nowadays women are being molested, kidnapped and harassed by the drivers. In each field there is a special impact of women like sports, dance, education, business, in politics also. Women are leading in each field. Are the girls in India are really safe? Always we get the answer No. Hence implemented electronic system is fitted in the jacket which has GPS, GSM, Camera, Shock circuit, Buzzer, memory card which are interfaced with Raspberry pi -3 boards to control all of the above

There are no occasions for wastewater treatment, and most plants work 24 hours each day of the week. Wastewater treatment plants take a shot at basic purpose of the water cycle, helping nature shields water from the intemperate contamination. But the abundant amount of undesirables in the waste water such as solid wastes and other form of materials that do not form the waste water treatment can overwhelm the system at times due to rainfall and natural forces. In order to remove a certain amount of solid waste and undesirables from the waste water we use the automatic gutter cleaning machine which is intended to as a check point at various focus points where the waste get accumulated. Thus it reduces the work done by the treatment plan and facilitates smooth flow of waste water system
