The Influence of Perceived Quality, Brand Equity, Brand Image and Brand Trust on Customer Brand Loyalty (Study at Sulutgo Bank in Manado City)
The phenomena or problems that exist so that this research is raised are due to the rise of skimming banking crimes or acts of theft of information or breaking into accounts by illegally copying data contained on the magnetic stripe of credit or debit cards. This was experienced by a customer from SulutGo bank some time ago.This can have an impact on the condition of SulutGo Bank because when customers do not feel comfortable and safe, customers are no longer loyal. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality, brand equity, brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the hypothesis test found that simultaneously perceived quality, brand equity, brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty, but partially perceived quality has no effect on brand loyalty. The result of the correlation coefficient or R is 0.560, this indicates that the influence between perceived quality (X1), brand equity (X2), brand image (X3) and brand trust (X4) to brand loyalty (Y) for Bank Sulutgo customers, the main branch in Manado City, has a moderate relationship of 56%. It can also be seen that the results of the coefficient of determination or R square (r2) is 0.612 which indicates that 61.2% of brand loyalty (Y) is influenced by perceived quality (X1), brand equity (X2), brand image (X3) and brand trust (X4). ) while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Government Spending, Public Debt and Economic Growth in Kenya
Kenya economic growth has been declining despite the huge government spending and appetite for borrowing. Recently, the ratio of Kenya’s debt to GDP was 63.0% in December 2022, 13.0% more than the IMF’s suggested level of 50.0% for a middle level income economy. This paper highlighted how these two variables have influenced economic growth. Results indicate a negative impact and Kenyan government need to be extra cautious on borrowing because a debt crisis can result in significant losses for domestic and foreign banks, potentially jeopardizing the viability of financial systems both in the crisis-hit nation and beyond. This may hinder economic expansion and wreak havoc on international financial markets. The paper recommends that the proceeds from the borrowed money be used to finance government spending that will benefit the economy of the nation

Corporate Governance and Financial Statement Fraud in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Sector
The study examined corporate governance characteristics and financial statement fraud in Nigerian oil and gas corporations has been explored in this study. In order to emphasize the conflicting results in the literature, the empirical review examines earlier research works on corporate governance and financial statement fraud. The study uses secondary data extracted from the annual reports of nine (9) oil and gas companies listed on the Nigeria exchange group from 2012 to 2021. To determine the possibility of financial statement fraud, the technique uses panel least squares analysis while the Beneish M-score model was used to measure financial statement fraud. The results demonstrate that board gender diversity and board audit committee do not significantly affect financial statement fraud, whereas board financial expertise and audit committee do. The study recommends the importance of corporate governance in preventing financial statement fraud as well as suggestions for putting into place effective governance mechanisms, coordinating incentives, enhancing transparency, and promoting an ethical workplace culture
Tax Planning and Firms’ Value in Nigeria
The connection between tax preparation and firm’s value matters. Thus, this study examined tax planning proxy with income effective tax and cash effective tax influence on firm value proxy with Tobins Q in Nigeria. The researchers sampled forty-four non-financial firms listed on the Nigeria Exchange Group over the period 2011 to 2020. The variables data extracted from sampled firm’s annual report and account were subjected to panel multiple regressions analysis after rigorous data exploration. The study finds that income effective tax and cash effective tax has insignificant adverse impact on firm value for the period examined. The study recommends that, management should examine their tax savings activities to enable them to improve their firm’s value
