The Influence of Leri Water Supplementation on the Growth and Production of White Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus Ostreatus)
This study aimed to investigate the influence of leri water supplementation on mycelium growth, primordial appearance, fruiting body count, fruit body diameter, and wet weight, as well as the production of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus). The research employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments: A0 (control without leri water), A1 (20 ml of leri water), A2 (40 ml of leri water), and A3 (60 ml of leri water), with a 95% confidence level F-test. The results revealed that leri water supplementation significantly affected all observed variables. The treatment with 40 ml of leri water (A2) produced the highest mycelium growth with an average weight of 10.45 kg, the earliest primordial appearance, the highest fruiting body count (15.67), and the highest wet weight (372 kg). Meanwhile, the treatment with 60 ml of leri water (A3) resulted in the largest fruit body diameter (17 cm). Among the treatments, A2 with a 40% leri water nutrient supplement in the growing medium outperformed others, as it provided the necessary nutrients for mycelium growth and overall mushroom development

oai:ojs2.journal.multitechpublisher.com:article/266Pneumonia is very dependent on the daily behavior of the mother in taking action to prevent her toddler from contracting a dangerous disease. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between mother\u27s behavior and the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers in Pajar Bulan. From the Chi Square test results obtained p value (0.000) knowledge variable <α (0.05), attitude variable p value (0.000) <α (0.05), mother\u27s action variable p value (0.181) <α (0, 05). These results can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes and actions of mothers regarding the incidence of pneumonia in the working area of the Pajar Bulan Health Center, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency

Navigating the Complexities of Qualitative Research in Built Environmental Studies: Methodologies, Philosophies, and Credibility
Qualitative research is renowned for its ability to investigate intricate scenarios and produce in-depth insights, and it is especially well-suited when human subjects are involved. Consequently, it has experienced a surge in popularity within the field of built environmental research. Researchers may encounter inherent complexities when employing qualitative research techniques. In response to these challenges, this working paper seeks to comprehensively examine the matter by delving into relevant issues, including the distinctive characteristics of research, research methodologies encompassing research philosophies, the rationale behind research decisions, and data treatment at the fundamental level. The final segment of this discourse revisits the critical issue of ensuring the credibility of research findings. The objective of this working paper\u27s discussion is to serve as a source of inspiration for students and researchers considering the adoption of qualitative methods in their research endeavors or who are currently utilizing them. It is intended to equip them with a robust understanding of these pertinent aspects, enabling them to leverage the insights presented here for the successful execution of their research projects.
