    Get PDF
The use of classroom debate as an instructional technique is prevalent, particularly in secondary and higher education. There have been several studies examining the effects of classroom discussion in areas such as second language acquisition, philosophical thinking, psychology, and pure science, there is a lack of particular research in the subject of administrative science. Multidisciplinary fields that focus on critical and analytical examination of administrative ideas, management principles, and methods. The review papers covered organisational and leadership theories. Therefore, the study aims is to provide a thorough examination of how classroom debate affects students\u27 academic performance in higher education, in various academic settings, and across all departments and disciplines of study. The research findings indicate classroom debates are beneficial and relevant to many academic subjects because they allow students to think more critically and express creative ideas, which improve their academic performance. A theoretical framework shows a clear connection between student academic success and the advantages of conversation in the classroom

A Review of the Implementation of an Online Registration System to Support Waiting Time Efficiency at RSUD Bandung Kiwari

    Get PDF
A Hospital is an institution that organizes health services in full including outpatient services. This study aims to review the implementation of an online registration system to overcome the problem of waiting time for outpatients at Bandung Kiwari Hospital. The research method used was descriptive quantitative analysis with 22 respondents aged 20-45 years. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from direct observation. The results showed that 85.2% of respondents agreed with online registration as part of the digitalization of hospital services. Observation revealed an average service time of 3,590 minutes, equivalent to 2 hours and 4 minutes. The main problems found were patients who had made online reservations did not come as scheduled and the lack of patient understanding of the online registration flow. In addition, management elements also play a role in patient service. It can be concluded that the implementation of the online registration system is quite effective in overcoming the problem of waiting time, but requires improvement in socialization and coordination with patients

Hadith In Historical Review : Cross-flow Perspective

    Get PDF
The writing of hadith in this cross-stream perspective historical review is the result of literature research, which is a method obtained by collecting data and information sourced from literature. The process involves a series of procedures for collecting data from library sources which are then processed from various stages of analysis, and ultimately produce research findings. The characteristics of the Hadith of the Prophet\u27s period of Revelation revealed by Allah were explained by the Prophet through his words, deeds, and taqrir. Characteristics of the Hadith period Muslim companions can directly obtain hadith from the Prophet as a source of hadith. The characteristics of hadiths from the tabi period were collected and discarded through talaqqi with the companions then they recorded what was gained from the meeting. Characteristics of Hadith period Tabi\u27 at-Tabi\u27in Group existing hadiths according to the field of discussion. Three elements must be met in order to be called a hadith narrative. The three elements are (1) the activity of receiving hadith (al-tahammul), (2) the re-delivery of hadith, and (al-ada\u27) (3) the mention of a series of narrators at the time of the hadith (al-isnad). The history of the development of hadith is a period or period that has been passed by hadith since the moment of its birth and grew in the introduction, appreciation, and practice of the ummah from generation to generation

Indonesian Agricultural Industry Innovation to Create World Food Storage in 2045

    Get PDF
The issue of food safety and food security has become an international concern, given the increasing global food demand due to the food crisis caused by the Covid 19 pandemic. Indonesia is trying to become a global food supplier through the Indonesian government\u27s vision of "World Food Barn 2045". This article uses the approach of the theoretical debate between Ester Boserup, Mark Nathan Cohen, Michael Lipton, Parker G. Marden, and Warren C. Robinson which states that there is a relationship between variables of food availability, changes in agricultural technology, and population growth in the world. The results of the author\u27s research in this article assume that in handling the issue of the global food crisis it is necessary for each country to sustain the event, Indonesia seeks to sustain the global food crisis through the implementation of an "Integrated Agriculture System" that integrates the agricultural sector and the livestock sector

    Get PDF
This research aims to increase the economic value of chicken meat by diversifying processed products, such as burgers. The study focuses on finding the right concentration ratio between white glutinous rice flour and chitosan to produce high-quality chicken meat burgers. The research used factorial RAL and analyzed parameters such as pH, WHC, color, water content, protein content, fat content, micro-element content (calcium and phosphor), and reducing sugar. Results showed that the moisture content of chicken burgers using white sticky rice was lower, while chitosan had a lower water content. The color of burgers using white sticky rice was reddish and greenish, while chitosan had a lower reduction sugar. Ca content was also lower, while phosphorus levels were higher in chitosan burgers. The WHC ranged from 18.869 - 48.7573 for chitosan burgers and 25.023 - 41, 2855 for chitosan burgers

Effects of Psychological Training on Competitive Fencing Outcomes

    Get PDF
This study assesses how psychological training affects Fencing competition results, with a particular emphasis on improving cognitive skills and overall performance. Psychological techniques like stress reduction, mindfulness, and visualization have been shown to help with decision-making, focus, and emotional regulation in a variety of sports, including Fencing. Twenty fencers, ages 17 to 20, participated in the study and completed a six-month psychological training course. The findings show that psychological training greatly improves competitive performance as measured by improved response times, win/loss ratios, and psychological evaluations. These results support earlier studies and imply that regular athletic preparation can greatly benefit from the inclusion of psychological training. The brief training period and small sample size are limitations that call for additional research on long-term effects and a variety of participant groups
