Melawan Tradisi Strategi Konvensional: Analisis Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Fikih dengan Strategi True or False
Student learning outcomes often experience a decline, one of which is due to the lack of varied learning strategies. in this regard, this study aims to analyze the learning process carried out by the teacher and also student participation in the application of true or false learning strategies in Jurisprudence subjects in class VIII C MTs. Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu Utara. The research method used is Classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The main data source is the fiqh teacher in class VIII C MTs. Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu Utara and also students of class VIII C. Data collection techniques use observation sheets, tests, and documentation. The results revealed that learning fiqh using the True or False learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning can be seen from Cycle II which is the result of the application of this true or false learning strategy, which is 81.46% of the 48% percentage of the final result. So it can be said that this strategy provides an increase in student learning outcomes. This strategy is also responded well by students because it gives a pleasant impression. The implication of this research is a reference for fiqh teachers or Islamic religious education subject teachers in improving student learning outcomes
Implementasi Model Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam: Analisis Skema, Capaian dan Hambatan
Determining the right leadership model by the principal will lead the school to the development of quality and service. The purpose of this study was to review the practice of the situational leadership model of the principal at SMP Daarul Quran Surakarta. The research method used is phenomenology-based qualitative with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data exposure and conclusions. The results of the study explain that the situational leadership model of the principal is applied with four schemes, namely: 1) telling, namely the establishment of one-way contact carried out by a superior, namely the principal to his subordinates / partners regarding notification of the details of the division of tasks; 2) selling, namely the existence of two-way contact carried out by a superior, namely the principal to his subordinates / partners regarding the division of tasks; 3) participating, namely the principal includes subordinates / partners in making decrees; 4) Delegating, namely the principal delegates authority to subordinates who have sufficient competence to complete certain tasks. The applied situational leadership is successful in improving the quality of education, although there are some obstacles, namely the motivation of subordinates to follow orders is still low, understanding of leadership is still not optimal
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Times Games Tournament untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam
One of the mistakes in activating student learning is due to an error in choosing a learning model. The purpose of this research is to see the average difference in increasing student learning activity through the use of cooperative learning models of the type of Teams Games Tournament. This study uses quasy experiment researchers. Techniques or data collection carried out in this study were pre- test and post- test, in taking the sample using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was the normality test using the Shapirowilk test, the hypothesis testing using the Mann- Whitney test and the n- gain test. The results in this study indicate that the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model can significantly increase student learning activity, this is evident from the results of the n- gain test which obtained a mean value of 0.8913 or 0.90 for the experimental class, while the control class obtained a mean value 0.4921 or rounded to 0.50 which is smaller than the experimental class so that based on the interpretation of the effectiveness of the n- gain value if it is greater than the value of 0.76 it can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning models of the type of Teams Games Tournament can increase student learning activity
Penerapan Metode Giving Question and Getting Answer untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam
Mistakes in choosing learning methods have an impact on learning outcomes. So in that case the teacher must be able to determine the appropriate learning method. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject by applying the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning method. The focus of this research is on two things, namely improving post-action learning outcomes and student learning activities. This research was conducted on class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah, Laboratory of UIN Sumatra Utara Medan. This study used the Classroom Action Research method, which was carried out in three cycles. Collecting data using observation, tests, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of students in cycle I got an average score of 76.34 in the calculation of 27 people who had completed and 3 people who had not completed the KKM score that had been determined, cycle II with an average score of 86.66 in the calculation of 28 people has been completed and 2 people have not completed the specified KKM value, cycle III with an average value of 95.12 in the calculation of 29 people has been completed and 1 person has not completed the specified KKM value. This research succeeded in proving the allegation that the giving question and getting answar methods can help improve learning outcomes
Optimalisasi Edupreneurship di Pondok Pesantren untuk Membentuk Santripreneur Berdaya Saing dan Mandiri di Era Milenial
The millennial era requires the younger generation to have skills such as self-confidence, sociability, openness to change, and creativity. Generations that do not have these skills will gradually be eroded and ostracized. Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions are expected to be able to produce graduates who are experts in the field of religion as well as skilled and creative in entrepreneurship. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the optimization of edupreneurship carried out by Islamic boarding schools in producing competitive and independent santripreneurs. This research was conducted at the Padangsidimpuan Islamic boarding school. The research method used is qualitative based on descriptive studies. The data sources in this study were the heads of Islamic boarding schools, extracurricular teachers, and students. Data collection uses observation and interviews. The results showed that optimization was carried out in several ways, namely integrated edupreneurship in all subjects, integrated in the form of extracurricular activities, self-development programs, integrated into teaching materials, through Islamic boarding school culture, integration through local content
Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Evaluasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Transdisipliner
Learning success is one of the factors determined by teaching materials, but teaching materials compiled by lecturers are often not in accordance with university policies. In this regard, this study aims to produce learning evaluation teaching materials based on transdisciplinary. The focus of the study is on three things, namely feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of transdisciplinary based learning evaluation courses. The research method uses research and development with reference to the theory of the Gall, Gall and Borg model which recommends the model developed by Dick, Carey and Carey. The results showed: (1) the transdisciplinary based learning evaluation course was developed starting from needs analysis, design, trial and revision. The developed learning is equipped with lecturer manuals, student manuals, and teaching books, (2) transdisciplinary based evaluation learning has been validated for its feasibility by learning design experts and material experts, with the results showing the learning product is feasible to use, (3) transdisciplinary based evaluation learning developed, has a practicality level with a score of 3.28 in the practical category, (4) transdisciplinary based evaluation learning is proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, with an N-Gain Score of 0.38 in the medium effectiveness category
Implementasi Evaluasi Program Pendidikan Islam: Analisis Peran, Bentuk dan Kendala Kepala Sekolah
Evaluation of the Islamic education program is the responsibility of the school principal, it aims to achieve the aspired educational goals. However, school principals often do not understand the role and forms of evaluation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational program evaluation at SD 92 Muara Kibul, focusing on three things, namely the role and constraints of school principals, as well as the form of program evaluation. The research method used is qualitative, with a narrative approach. Data collection used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the role of school principals in evaluating education programs is to design program evaluations, collect information from various sources, assess evaluation results, make improvements based on evaluation findings, involve teachers, students, and parents, build a positive attitude towards evaluation as a tool for improvement. The form of program assessment is divided into two, namely assessment according to standards and assessment based on Islamic programs. The obstacles faced are limited resources, time, lack of cooperation with external parties
Performances Analysis in an Islamic Boarding School: Insights From Indonesia
Employee performance is an important factor in determining organizational success. Previous studies on employee performance are dominated by the business sector. Whereas the performance of non-business organizations such as Islamic boarding schools also requires administrators to provide high performance as business organizations. Along with modern developments, Islamic boarding schools are required to adapt to a new environment that allows pressure on the management. The demands of adaptive Islamic boarding schools also allow administrators to feel like or dislike their work. This study aims to analyze the performance in Islamic boarding schools influenced by the variables of stress and job satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 administrators of Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Malang, Indonesia, using the census method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that job stress had a significant effect on the performance of Miftahul Ulum Islamic boarding school administrators. However, job satisfaction has no significant effect on the performance of Miftahul Ulum Islamic boarding school administrators. The results of this study have positive implications for the leadership of Islamic boarding schools to improve performance through human resource management
Konsep Akhlak dalam Kitab Adabul ‘Alim Wal Muta’allim dan Implementasinya pada Pembinaan Akhlak Santri
The study aimed to analyze the concept of morality in the book Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim and its implementation in fostering the morals of the students of the Roudlotut Tholibin Metro Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a narrative study approach. Primary data sources consist of library sources, namely the book Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim written by K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and research informants, namely kiai and santri. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses data reduction flow, data presentation, and drawing conclusions The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'aliim in fostering the morals of students is realized by: (1) enactment of rules and regulations that require students to participate in all non-formal activities in the form of reciting books at madrasah diniyah and formal education at schools ; (2) the independence of the santri in managing all daily activities starting from waking up, performing ablutions, praying in congregation, eating, bathing, washing clothes, maintaining cleanliness; (3) the habit of speaking politely to teachers and elders; (4) helping the kiai carry out the work and meet the daily needs of the santri
Pembentukan Karakter Berbasis Pendidikan Pesantren: Studi tentang Ragam Nilai dan Metode Pembelajaran
Education at the Miftahul Istiqomah Sungai Asam Islamic boarding school until now still tends to use traditional educational methods in its learning, this is maintained in order to continue to use the procedures taught by its predecessors. Apart from using traditional educational methods, this Islamic boarding school still carries out learning also at night, in contrast to learning that is implemented by schools in general during the day. On the basis of these problems, the purpose of this study is to analyze the variety of values and traditional learning methods used in the Miftahul Istiqomah Sungai Asam Islamic boarding school. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques namely observation, wawancaras and documentation. The results of this study explain that the character values of the students developed through Islamic boarding school education, namely the character values in relation to God, the character values in relation to oneself, and the character values in relation to the environment. Then the traditional learning methods that are always used by educators for their students, namely the halaqah method, the sorogan method, the habituation method and the exemplary method
