    Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan Islam di Madrasah: Analisis Tentang Model dan Implementasinya

    Management of Islamic educational institutions has an important role in shaping the quality of education in line with Islamic principles. The management model of Islamic educational institutions can become the essence and complexity of the management of Islamic educational institutions, illustrating how elements of professionalism, religious values, and dimensions of leadership combine to create a holistic educational environment. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the model and implementation of the management of Islamic educational institutions in madrasas. This research was conducted at MTs. Pendidikan Agama Islam. the research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of research at MTs. Pendidikan Agama Islam namely, the management of Islamic educational institutions demands more than conventional managerial skills. In addition to competence in planning, organizing, supervising and controlling, religious aspects play a central role in decision making and carrying out administrative tasks. The concept of sacred intention is the main driving force, inspiring action with the aim of carrying out education as a religious deed that follows the teachings of Islam.     This research aims to analyze the dilemmas faced by Islamic educational institutions that implement the independent curriculum. The focus of the research is on implementation, and obstacles to maintaining Islamic characteristics in the latest curriculum. The research method used is qualitative, based on literature study. The data source used is the results of relevant research related to the topic, which is tracked using the publish or ferish application with a total of fifty relevant texts. Data analysis using systematic literature review. The results revealed that the Implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Education Institutions involves the process of adapting Islamic principles in curriculum development which focuses on religious values, morals, and Islamic science. This involves preparing learning materials, teaching methods, and evaluations that are in accordance with Islamic values as well as the needs and context of the Islamic education institution. The constraints of implementing an independent curriculum in Islamic education institutions include limited resources, institutional conservatism, incompatibility with local needs, teacher and staff readiness, community and parent reactions, and performance evaluation and monitoring

    Islamic character education is the most important and urgent thing to be applied at various levels of education, both in primary, secondary and tertiary education, one of which is through local wisdom. With regard to that, this research aims to analyze the existence of Islamic character education based on local wisdom at UMN Al-Washliyah Medan. This research uses a qualitative description analysis method, by first collecting facts and data accurately and then tabulating them so that conclusions will be obtained. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study explain that, namely 1) UMN Al-Washliyah Medan is one of the PTU campuses that implements Islamic character education directly through lecture activities and outside lectures with the habituation method. 2) The existence of character education implemented at UMN Al-Washliyah Medan towards the era of independent learning is carried out with several models, namely habituation activities, exemplary, discipline, with rewards and punishments, with active / contextual and participatory learning.     Islam teaches that the acquisition of knowledge boils down to the source of knowledge, namely the Qur'an. In it there is a view of science in terms of the origin of science, the subject and object of what is studied, the epistemology of science, the urgency of science with the divine tawhid system. So with regard to that, this study aims to analyze; (1) the concept of science from the perspective of the Qur'an surah Al-Mujadalah verse 11 and Shad verse 29. The research method used is qualitative based on library studies. Data collection techniques used are documentation studies using library data derived from Tafsir, journal articles, relevant books. While the data analysis technique used with descriptive analysis, then the analysis can be studied in depth. The results of the study explain that the essence of science in the Qur'an Al-Mujadalah verse 11 and the Qur'an Shad verse 29, with regard to three things, namely (1) The Search for Knowledge, where a knowledge seeker must have manners, prioritize ethics before knowledge, be serious in the learning process, establish good relations between fellow human beings. (2) the function of science, namely dhikr or remembering, fikir or thinking, and righteous deeds, (3) the application of science in all aspects of life, which aims to be spiritual and practical in everyday life

    Menyingkap Isyarat Profil Pancasila dalam Al-Qur’an dan Implikasinya Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Siswa

    The threat of national disintegration is one of the factors in the need for a Pancasila student profile. This profile has been regulated in the Minister of Education and Culture regulation no. 22 of 2020 include: 1) having faith, piety and noble morals, 2) accepting diversity, 3) being able to work together or mutual cooperation, 4) being able to think critically, 5) being independent, and 6) having creativity. It turns out that the Al-Qur’an hints at this profile, so this study aims to analyze the profile of Pancasila students in the perspective of the Al-Qur’an and its implications for the formation of student character. The method applied in this study is a literature review and interpretation approach. Literature review is used to analyze the Pancasila profile as stated in government regulations. The interpretation approach is used to analyze the Qur'anic signs about the profile of Pancasila. The results of the study explain that the Pancasila profile cues are contained in surah Ali Imran verse 102, al-Qolan verse 4, Ali Imran 190-191, al-Maidah verse 2, al-Hujurat verse 13, ar-Ra'd verse 11. These Pancasila profile signals have implications for strengthening character, especially for Islamic educational institutions

    There are many things that affect student academic achievement, one of which is the activity of participating in organizational activities. But not a few also because of that students become complacent so that they take a long time to finish their studies. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational enthusiasm on academic achievement and how big the percentage of organizational enthusiasm is on student academic achievement. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a series of tests, such as validity, reliability, normality, linear test, and simple linear test to test the validity of the variables and indicators in this study. As for the population in this study, there were 623 active students majoring in Islamic Communication and Broadcasting, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, North Sumatra State Islamic University, Medan. The sample used in this study was 86 people obtained from the results of sampling using the slovin formula with a 10% allowance. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing research questionnaires via the Google form. The results of the study answered that there was a significant influence between the organizational spirit variable and the academic achievement variable with an effect of 46.8%

    The current reality is that many Muslim women students have not reflected commendable behavior and moral deterioration is increasingly insurmountable. Character building should consider gender, because the basic behavior of a person is not the same. With regard to that, this study aims to analyze the women's program in shaping the morals of female students to become salihah women and its implementation at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang City. The focus of the study is on learning materials and implementation. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang City. The research informants were the vice principal of student affairs, the coordinating teacher, the teacher presenting the material and the female students. While the data collection method uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used pattern matching, explanation making and time series analysis. The results of this study indicate that the keputrian program at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang City is a solution to overcome the disorientation of the behavior of Muslim teenagers today, through providing material related to religion and femininity by understanding the obligations of being a salihah woman such as covering the aurat, speaking and having good morals

    Islamic education focuses more on the spiritual aspect, whereas the physical aspect is also important. While the body is one of the most important elements that make up humans. The body is a very important and influential aspect of the human being. Therefore, keeping and maintaining the body is important. This study aims to determine the form and concept of physical education in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy. The method in this research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This approach aims to collect, review, and interpret all available evidence and information about physical education in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy. The results showed that physical education is very important and needs to be considered to maintain and care for the body and as a means of preparing a healthier and stronger generation. Through maintaining cleanliness, treating diseases, getting used to exercise and regulating eating and drinking patterns in everyday life. So that with physical education can help and facilitate the body to worship the almighty Allah. This research is certainly expected to be one of the references in people's lives about the importance of physical education

    Kontribusi Dinas Pendidikan Dayah Aceh dalam Pengembangan Kurikulum Dayah Salafiyah Terpadu

    Dayah education is a local wisdom that is owned by the people of Aceh, but in its current development it needs attention from the government. So in this regard this study aims to analyze the contribution of the Dayah Education Office in improving the quality of the Dayah Salafiyah in Aceh Province, one of which is carried out through the development of the dayah curriculum and through improving the quality of the dayah teaching staff so that they have competence in carrying out the dayah curriculum properly in accordance with the standards set by the Aceh Dayak Office. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive study approach. The subjects in this study consisted of the Aceh Dayah Education Office, dayah leaders, teaching staff and Dayah administrators. Based on the findings from the field, the implementation of the dayah curriculum has not been maximized, and there are even some dayah who have not yet implemented the curriculum developed by the Aceh Dayah education office. The obstacles to the Dayah Education Office in developing the dayah curriculum in Aceh Province come from internal sources in the form of a lack of funding and the level of human resources of employees, some of whom are still relatively minimal. Meanwhile, external constraints were the lack of participation of the dayah in participating in various socialization activities held by the Dayah Education Office

    This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies applied by guidance and counseling teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra in fostering students' honest and responsible character. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, based on phenomenological studies. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research sample included guidance and counseling teachers, students, and other support staff involved in the guidance and counseling process in schools. The results of the study show that students in class XI at the school already have a fairly high level of honest characteristics. The strategy used in forming honest and responsible characters is integrating values ​​and ethics in each subject, internalizing positive values ​​in students, providing habituation and training, and setting an example. In forming honest and responsible characters, the teacher applies three main stages, namely moral knowing (instilling moral knowledge), moral feeling (instilling a sense of love and being happy to do what is good and right), and moral action (carrying out moral actions that are supported by understanding and former love, which later becomes a habit
