Analisis disposisi matematis mahasiswa universitas Nurtanio Bandung melalui metode Video Based Learning (VBL)
The low mathematical disposition of students is the background of this study. The aim is to analyze the mathematical disposition of students through a set of mathematical disposition scales using the Likert scale. 2 classes were taken as research samples through simple random sampling techniques. The research design used was Posttest-Only Control Design. The method used was the quasi-experimental method. The data analysis technique was descriptive statistics, then the Mann Whitney non-parametric test was carried out. A conclusion was obtained that the mathematical disposition of students with the application of the VBL method was better than the mathematical disposition of students with the application of the conventional method where the class with the VBL method showed a percentage of 76% in the moderate category and the class with the conventional method showed a percentage of 60% in the poor category
Upaya pendampingan kemampuan menulis siswa melalui implementasi mind mapping dalam teks eksposisi bahasa inggris
Salah satu permasalahan yang dialami oleh siswa kelas yakni metode pembelajaran yang disampaikan guru dengan metode ceramah dan dilanjutkan mengerjakan latihan soal. Melalui upaya pendampingan kemampuan menulis dengan menggunakan mind mapping diharapkan pembelajaran lebih menarik, efisien, dan efektif. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi di kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Karangbinangun Lamongan menunjukkan belum pernah menggunakan mind mapping dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Pelatihan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenal konsep mind mapping pada siswa, sehingga mendukung belajar siswa secara efekti dalam mempelajadi teks ekposisi dalam Bahasa Inggris. Metode yang dilaksanakan yakni melalui tahap survey, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dalam pendampingan ini menunjukkan 85% siswa telah mampu membuat mind mapping sesuai petunjuk dan arahan pengabdi, dan 15% masih belum sepenuhnya memahami konsep dan langkah-langkah pembuatan mind mapping yang menarik.

Membangun karakter imajinasi siswa sekolah dasar melalui story telling untuk mengembangkan literasi di Desa Sangkanmulya
The development of imaginative character in elementary school-aged children plays a crucial role in shaping their personality and cognitive intelligence. In Sangkanmulya Village, where access to educational resources is still limited, storytelling has become an effective educational tool for fostering students' literacy and imagination. This article discusses the structured implementation of storytelling activities at Sangkanmulya Village Elementary School, covering the preparation, execution, and expected outcomes. These activities involve collaboration between teachers, parents, and the local community to create an interactive and imaginative learning environment. Through storytelling, students not only improve their literacy skills but also develop positive character traits that prepare them for future challenges. Challenges in implementation, such as limited reading materials and teaching staff, are addressed through innovation and community participation. The article concludes with recommendations to expand storytelling practices as an educational tool in other areas with similar conditions. 
Peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam menumbuhkan literasi lingkungan untuk mewujudkan kesadaran konservasi sumber daya air di wilayah kawasan hutan Desa Cihaur
Environmental problems, especially in the Cihaur village forest area, are increasingly complex due to deforestation, pollution and unsustainable use. Forest areas have an important role in maintaining the hydrological cycle and water quality, so that damage to these areas can have a direct impact on the availability and quality of water resources. For this reason, community awareness is needed in active participation to be involved in conservation activities as part of community environmental literacy. The aim of this activity is to strengthen knowledge, awareness, participation and also form partnerships in sensitivity to environmental damage. The method of this activity is through problem analysis, determining the target of the activity, preparing activity materials, determining the time of the activity and carrying out FGD activities to increase community capacity in environmental literacy, especially in water resource conservation activities in forming Water Conservation Concern (KKA). As a result of this activity, the community has awareness which is shown in active participation in a series of KKA activities and the community can analyze environmental problems early and carry out ongoing involvement. The conclusion from this activity is that the Cihaur Village Forest Management Area has the potential to be used as a Water Absorption area if the community cares about preserving this potential based on the existing potential and the need for conservation efforts implemented by the community so that it becomes a sustainable water resource area. Community empowerment is an important factor in mobilizing existing potential in order to improve the quality of resources and maintain the sustainability of their function. The need for collaboration with partners to establish sustainable cooperation while maintaining and growing public awareness as well as community involvement in conservative actions as part of community literacy skill
Pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar bilingual english-sains (ESA) Untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru Sekolah Dasar: Studi kasus di SDN 3 Sekuro
Pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar bilingual berbasis sains bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan bahan ajar yang mengintegrasikan bahasa Inggris dan ilmu pengetahuan alam di SDN 3 Sekuro. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan bilingual dan kontekstual secara bersamaan. Kegiatan ini mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan melalui survei awal, pelatihan berbasis praktik, serta simulasi pengajaran menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan strategi pengajaran bilingual oleh guru, terutama dalam penggunaan bahasa Inggris dan penerapan konsep sains secara kontekstual. Selain itu, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengajar bilingual serta memperkuat keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pengajaran. Namun, tantangan terkait variasi kemampuan bahasa siswa memerlukan dukungan berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam menerapkan pengajaran bilingual berbasis sains
PENERAPAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK PROBLEM SOLVING TERHADAP PENYESUAIAN DIRI SISWA KELAS X
Based on real-world phenomena, this article found that some students still struggle with low self-adjustment, which can be caused by internal and external factors. When someone has low self-adjustment, they worry that they will not be able to adapt to their new environment. Finding out how well students adapt to using the services offered is the main objective of this study. This study used an explanatory sequential design and a mixed-method approach, both of which were created by Creswell. Thirteen students from grade X at SMA Pasundan 1 Cimahi became the subjects in this study; they were evenly divided between the experimental and control groups. Interviews, observations, and personal adjustment surveys were some of the methods used to collect data. According to the findings of this study, there has been a significant change in comparing the scores on the pretest and posttest. The findings of this study revealed that the experimental group obtained an average n-gain score of 63.7%, which placed them in the highly effective category, compared to the control group's average score of 31.2%, which placed them in the ineffective category. The results of the study indicate that group guidance using problem-solving strategies for students' self-adjustment is effective, based on interviews and observations. At the initial meeting, some children were still too shy to speak up and give suggestions for the group project, which was both a reaction and a hindrance
Congklak: Permainan Tradisional untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak Usia Dini
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi permainan tradisional congklak di RA Darull Habibul Mahmud dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan analisis data dekriptif persentase. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Darull Habibul Mahmud.Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus dalam tiga aspek, yakni membuat garis lengkung kiri kanan meningkat 16 %, membuat garis tegak lurus meningkat 11%, dan membuat garis miring kiri dan kanan sebesar meningkat 13%. Pembelajaran menggunakan media congklak efektif meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak dengan nilai efektivitas 20,5 yang menunjukkan kategori sangat efektif. Artinya permainan trasdisional congklak sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak karena pada saat bermain congklak ada gerakan tangan yang membuat otot otot tangan terlatih. Sebagaimana hasil penelitian sebelumnya bahwa permainan congklak dapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus, maka permainan congklak cocok diterapkan di RA Darull Habibul Mahmud.
This study aims to determine the implementation of the traditional congklak game at RA Darull Habibul Mahmud in improving children's fine motor skills. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation and descriptive percentage data analysis. The subjects in this study were 13 children aged 5-6 years at RA Darull Habibul Mahmud. The results showed an increase in fine motor skills in three aspects, namely making curved lines left and right increased by 16%, making perpendicular lines increased by 11%, and making diagonal lines left and right increased by 13%. Learning using congklak media effectively improves children's fine motor skills with an effectiveness value of 20.5, which indicates a very effective category. This means that the traditional congklak game is very effective in improving children's fine motor skills because when playing congklak, there are hand movements that train the hand muscles. As the results of previous studies show that the congklak game can develop fine motor skills, the congklak game is suitable for implementation at RA Darull Habibul Mahmud.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi permainan tradisional congklak di Ra Darull Habibul Mahmud dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak. The Improvement of Students’ Mathematical Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Resillience using Contextual Teaching and Learning
This research is motivated by the low mathematical reasoning ability of students which is indicated by the difficulty in understanding math problems in the form of story problems, as well as the level of mathematical resilience of students in one of the private junior high schools in Indramayu towards mathematics subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Contextual Teaching And Learning Based on Augmented Reality learning which is seen based on the increase in students' mathematical reasoning abilities through Contextual Teaching And Learning Based on Augmented Reality learning And to find out the level of students' mathematical resilience. This research was conducted at a private junior high school based on an Islamic boarding school in Indramayu. The research was conducted in class IX using 2 available classes, namely class IX A with 28 students as the Experimental class and class IX B with 26 students as the Control class. This study uses a mix method with explanatory sequential design. The instruments used in this study include mathematical reasoning ability test instruments on the material of curved side space shapes and mathematical resilience scales. The results of this study indicate that Contextual Teaching and Learning based on Augmented Reality is effective in improving students' mathematical reasoning abilities and achieving student learning completion
Analysis of Mathematics Teaching Efficacy Belief of Prospective Mathematics Teachers
Mathematics is a fundamental subject that plays a crucial role in students’ academic development, thus requiring competent teachers to effectively deliver mathematical concepts. One factor influencing teacher competence is mathematics teaching efficacy belief, which reflects a teacher’s confidence in their ability to teach mathematics successfully. This study aims to describe the mathematics teaching efficacy beliefs, among prospective mathematics teachers in West Java, Indonesia. The research involved 55 undergraduate students majoring in mathematics education from various universities in West Java. The instrument used to collect data was the Mathematics Teaching Efficacy Belief Instrument (MTEBI), originally developed by (Enochs et al., 2000) and translated into the Indonesian language. The MTEBI consists of two sub scales: Personal Mathematics Teaching Efficacy (PMTE) and Mathematics Teaching Outcome Expectancy (MTOE). Descriptive quantitative analysis was conducted to categorize students' efficacy beliefs. The results show that, on average, prospective mathematics teachers in West Java exhibit a high level of mathematics teaching efficacy belief. Most of them fall into the high category for PMTE, with none categorized as low. Additionally, nearly all participants scored high in MTOE, with mean scores higher than those in the PMTE dimension. These findings suggest that prospective mathematics teachers generally possess strong confidence in their teaching abilities and believe in the positive outcomes of their teaching efforts. This highlights the potential readiness of these future educators to effectively teach mathematics
The Importance of Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) in Improving the Quality of Education in Indonesia
To raise the standard of education in Indonesia, Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) is a crucial advanced curriculum. PPG bridges the gap between academic theory and practical field experience to equip aspiring teachers with the necessary skills and knowledge. The goals of this project are to identify strategies for enhancing teacher professionalism through the PPG program and to assess its impact on educational quality. As part of this study approach, secondary data from earlier studies on PPG's efficacy in raising academic standards and teacher professionalism are analyzed. Through an innovative curriculum, extensive field practice, ongoing training, the development of ethical principles, and systematic performance evaluation, PPG can enhance teacher professionalism, according to the research findings. With the correct assistance, PPG develops into a solid basis for producing teachers who are capable, committed, and professional. To achieve Indonesia's goal of high-quality education, PPG is crucial, playing a significant role in equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills they need
