Pengaruh model pembelajaran student teams achievement division terhadap sikap toleransi siswa kelas IV di SDN Malang
Maraknya kasus Intoleransi yang masih kerap terjadi khususnya dilingkungan sekolah, sehingga diperlukan alternatif solusi untuk mengurangi perilaku intoleransi disekolah. Dengan demikian, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap sikap toleransi siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Sukun 2 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Quasi Eksperimen (Eksperimen Semu) yang merupakan jenis pendekatan yang tidak dipilih secara random (acak). Desain penelitian ini yaitu Nonequivalent Control Design yaitu desain penelitian yang memberikan perlakuan terhadap kelompok eksperimen dan menyediakan kelompok kontrol sebagai pembanding yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan angket (Kuesioner). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Angket (Kuesioner) dengan skala likert atau skala empat yang telah di uji validitas dan reliablitas. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas untuk mengetahui apakah data berdistribusi normal atau tidak, kemudian menggunakan uji homogenitas dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui populasi dalam penelitian sama atau tidak dan yang terakhir yaitu uji hipotesis atau uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji-t tujuannya untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata dua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap toleransi pada kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan model Student Teams Achievement Division dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian, model Student Teams Achievement Division direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam pembelajaran yang dapat membantu menumbuhkan sikap toleransi siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar
The Implementation of Canva-Assisted Flipped Classroom Model to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes
This study is motivated by the importance of utilizing innovative teaching models to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. One such model is the Flipped Classroom, supported by interactive media like Canva. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in mathematics learning outcomes between students taught using the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Canva interactive media and those taught using the direct instruction model with the same media. The research method used is experimental, employing a Post-test only control group design. Cluster random sampling was used for sampling. The instrument used was a learning outcome test in the form of an essay (post-test). Hypothesis testing was conducted using a t-test, which resulted in a t_calculated value of 2.59, while the t_table value with 60 degrees of freedom at a 0.05 significance level was lower. By comparing these values, the null hypothesis was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. Additionally, the calculation of the effect size using Cohen’s d formula yielded a value of 0.66, indicating a medium effect. In conclusion, the use of the Flipped Classroom model assisted by Canva interactive media not only resulted in a statistically significant difference but also had a moderate practical effect on improving students' mathematics learning outcomes
Improving Student Learning Outcomes Through the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) Approach in the Pancasila Education Subject at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang
This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) aimed at improving student learning outcomes through the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach in the Pancasila subject at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. The subjects of this classroom action research were the students of class XI.2, totaling 38 students. The instrument used in this research was the students’ knowledge test scores to determine the improvement in learning outcomes across three cycles, from cycle one to cycle three. The classroom action research was conducted over three cycles, each consisting of several stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, with each cycle held once per meeting. Data collection techniques involved written tests assessing students’ knowledge in a qualitative descriptive form. The improvement in students’ learning outcomes was obtained from the assessment results after each cycle. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach effectively improved student learning outcomes, evidenced by the classical completeness scores of 60% in cycle one, 78% in cycle two, and 97% in cycle three, showing continuous improvement according to the classical completeness criteria
Model creative problem solving: Kajian efektivitas terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis
This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of junior high school students. The research method employed was an experimental design with pre-test and post-test control group. The students were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group illustrating the comparison between the experimental and control groups before and after the treatment. An instrument for testing mathematical problem-solving abilities was used to collect data before and after the treatment. The results of data analysis showed a significant improvement in mathematical problem-solving abilities in the experimental group after the implementation of the CPS learning model. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Creative Problem Solving learning model effectively enhances the mathematical problem-solving abilities of junior high school students. These findings have positive implications for the development of the mathematics curriculum in junior high schools by emphasizing the importance of integrating learning models that encourage creativity and analytical thinking. Additionally, the results of this research can serve as a foundation for educators and policymakers in designing more innovative teaching strategies to enhance the quality of mathematics education at the junior high school level
Strategi inovatif meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa melalui Problem Based Learning berbantuan geogebra
This study is motivated by the gap between the importance of mathematical communication skills and the fact that such skills remain low in practice. The objectives of this research are: to determine the improvement of mathematical communication skills of school students who use the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by GeoGebra compared to conventional learning. The research employed a mixed-method approach with a convergent parallel design. Subject of thi research is 64 eighth-grade students divided into experimental and control classes. Research instruments included a mathematical communication skills test and a response questionnaire. Quantitative data were analyzed through normality, homogeneity, and t-tests, while qualitative data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that students who learned through the PBL model assisted by GeoGebra achieved better mathematical communication skills than those in conventional learning. Students’ responses toward the learning process were generally positive, although some faced time limitations and difficulties operating GeoGebra. This study provides an effective technology-based learning model alternative
Penerapan deep learning dan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dalam kegiatan pengabdian untuk peningkatan kompetensi komunikasi siswa dalam Bahasa Inggris
Kemampuan komunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris merupakan keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa di era global dan digital. Namun, masih banyak sekolah menengah yang mengalami kendala dalam menyediakan media ajar yang inovatif dan berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa melalui integrasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan pendekatan deep learning dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Ngamprah dengan melibatkan siswa dan guru sebagai subjek utama. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan materi, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi AI (Google Translate, ChatGPT, Grammarly, dan QuillBot), serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa mengalami peningkatan rasa percaya diri dan kemampuan menulis setelah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Guru juga menyambut baik model pembelajaran ini dan mulai mengadopsinya dalam proses pengajaran. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi AI yang didukung dengan pendekatan pedagogis yang tepat dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna bagi siswa
Pengembangan literasi dan numerasi guru sekolah dasar melalui program I-MES Jawa Barat bidang pengembangan guru SD di Kabupaten Pangandaran
Literasi dan numerasi merupakan keterampilan dasar yang masih menjadi tantangan bagi sebagian guru dan siswa di sekolah dasar, khususnya di daerah 3T yang memiliki keterbatasan fasilitas dan akses pendidikan. Kondisi ini menghambat kualitas pembelajaran dan berdampak pada rendahnya minat baca serta kesulitan siswa dalam memahami konsep numerasi dasar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar dalam mengintegrasikan literasi dan numerasi ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran melalui program I-MES Jawa Barat Bidang Pengembangan Guru SD di Kabupaten Pangandaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN 4 Mekarsari dengan melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan singkat berbasis presentasi interaktif mengenai strategi literasi dan numerasi, serta program donasi buku untuk memperkuat gerakan literasi sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru memperoleh inspirasi baru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan interaktif, siswa mendapatkan tambahan sumber bacaan, serta terbangun sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah dasar. Kesimpulannya, program pengabdian ini mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, motivasi belajar siswa, serta memperlihatkan potensi pengembangan model pelatihan guru berbasis kebutuhan nyata di lapangan
EFEKTIVITAS LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK EXPRESSIVE WRITING UNTUK MEREDUKSI STRES AKADEMIK PESERTA DIDIK (KELAS 10 DI SMA NEGERI 1 CICALENGKA KABUPATEN BANDUNG TAHUN AJARAN 2023/2024)
The research was based on the issue of academic stress experienced by individuals as students. Guidance and counseling, as part of education involved in the personal development process of students, should provide developmental guidance and counseling. Therefore, this study is an investigation into the effectiveness of group guidance services with expressive writing techniques to reduce symptoms of academic stress in students. The research method used is Mix-Method. The research results show that group guidance services with expressive writing techniques to reduce academic stress experienced by students are empirically effective based on non-parametric Mann-Whitney statistical test results showing Asymp.Sig (2 tailed) of 0.023. Since α < 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Furthermore, based on the mean rank obtained, it is stated that the average difference in academic stress between the experimental group = 11.19 is higher than the control group = 5.81. Thus, it can be concluded that group guidance services with expressive writing techniques significantly influence the reduction of academic stress in students. Additionally, this conclusion is supported by interview results from students indicating positive changes
EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK DISKUSI KELOMPOK DALAM BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN EKSPLORASI KARIR SISWA
The research aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services using group discussion techniques in increasing students' understanding of career exploration, especially in class X at SMK Putra Gunung Halu. In support of this research, it is based on Donald E. Super's theory regarding aspects of career exploration which are outlined in various research instruments such as questionnaires, observations and interviews. This research uses a mixed method which combines quantitative and qualitative methods with an explanatory sequential design research design. The research subjects were 7 who were class samples, observations made during service delivery, interviews with samples and also guidance and counseling teachers and documentation studies. There is a difference in the results in students' understanding of career exploration before being provided with services and after providing group guidance services using group discussion techniques. In the paired sample test, the t count results were 9.102 > t table 1.943 and the significance was 0.000 < α 0.05 so that the basis for decision making was that Ho was rejected while Ha was accepted with the Ha hypothesis reading "There is effectiveness in implementing group guidance services with group discussion techniques in increasing understanding of career exploration for class X students at SMK Putra Gunung Halu". It is hoped that this research will provide benefits to various parties, including students, teachers, schools and subsequent research
DAMPAK PENGGUNAAN GADGET PADA PERKEMBANGAN EMOSI SISWA DI SDN 67 BANGKUDU KAB. LUWU
Gadgets are one of the electronic objects that develop so quickly among everyone, both adults and children. The background of this study is based on the rampant use of gadgets by elementary school children, which can affect aspects of their emotional development, both positively and negatively. This study aims to determine the impact of gadget use on students' emotional development at SDN 67 Bangkudu and the factors of gadget use that affect students' emotional development at SDN 67 Bangkudu. This study uses qualitative research methods with student subjects at SDN 67 Bangkudu. The results showed that the Impact of Gadget Use on Student Emotions at SDN 67 Bangkudu uses gadgets a lot to play online games, especially Free Fire, as well as social media such as TikTok and Instagram. This intensive use risks causing addiction and disturbances in emotional, health and educational aspects. As well as Factors Affecting Students' Emotional Development due to Gadgets The three aspects of emotions that are affected are anger, empathy, and social interaction
